Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui kesiapan mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik SMP Maha Putra Tello (2) Untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan mahasiswa program kampus mengajar dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik SMP Maha Putra Tello. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk memperoleh data terkait dengan tujuan penelitian ini, maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber informan peneliti adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru, Peserta didik dan Mahasiswa program Kampus Mengajar di SMP Maha Putra Tello. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kesiapan mahasiswa dalam Program Kampus Mengajar untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik SMP Maha Putra Tello  sangat bergantung pada pemahaman mereka terhadap konsep literasi dan numerasi, berdasarkan kesiapan mental, akademik, serta pembekalan yang komprehensif. (2) Strategi yang digunakan mahasiswa Program Kampus Mengajar dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik SMP Maha Putra Tello difokuskan pada pemanfaatan teknologi dan media digital, pembelajaran kontekstual yang menarik, serta pendampingan khusus yang berpusat pada kebutuhan individu peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Kesadaran hukum masyarakat kabupaten gowa terhadap pentingnya dokumen administrasi kependudukan. (2) Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesadaran hukum masyarakat. (3) peran di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Gowa dalam meningkatkan kesadaran  hukum masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa Observasi, wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Jumlah informan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang yang terdiri dari 8 masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan dan 2 pegawai Disdukcapil sebagai pemberi layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kesadaran Hukum Masyarakat terhadap pentingnya dokumen administrasi kependudukan berada pada kategori sedang. Hal tersebut dilihat dari indikator kesadaran hukum menurut Soerjono Soekanto yaitu pengetahuan hukum, pemahaman hukum, sikap hukum dan perilaku hukum (2) faktor yang mempengaruhi kesadaran hukum masyarakat terhadap pentingnya dokumen kependudukan meliputi tingkat pendidikan, akses terhadap informasi, faktor sosial ekonomi, adanya kesibukan lain dan kebutuhan (3) Keberadaan Mal Pelayanan Publik dapat meningkatkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat, hal tersebut dilihat dari kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Karena kualitas pelayanan yang baik itu akan mendorong masyarakat untuk melengkapi dokumen kependudukan sehingga terciptanya tertib administrasi dikalangan masyarakat.

Abstract

Performance of Civil Servants Reviewed from the Perspective of State Administrative Law at the Ariang Sub-district Office, Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. Thesis, Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program, Department of Civic Education and Business Law, Faculty of Social and Law Sciences, Makassar State University, Supervised by Imam Suyitno and Herman. This research aims to determine: (1) The performance of civil servants at the Ariang Sub-district Office in Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency, reviewed from the perspective of legal certainty. (2) The performance of civil servants at the Ariang Sub-district Office in Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency, reviewed from the perspective of justice and equality. (3) Obstacles in the application of the principles of legal certainty and justice and equality at the Ariang Sub-district Office in Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The sources of this research are the Sub-district head and employees. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity checking is done using data source triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that: (1) The performance of Civil Servants at the Ariang Sub-district Office in Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency, is considered good from the perspective of legal certainty. Complete legal documents, consistency in the application of administrative legal procedures, and the level of compliance of Civil Servants with applicable legal regulations are the main indicators showing the quality of ASN's performance is quite good. (2) The performance of Civil Servants at the Ariang Sub-district Office in Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency, can be considered good from the perspective of justice and equality. ASN has shown consistency in providing fair services to all residents without discrimination, as well as openness to inputs and aspirations of the community in policy development. (3) The Ariang Sub-district Office in Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency, faces obstacles in applying the principles of legal certainty and justice and equality. The main focus is on the clarity and openness of legal information that is not accessed by the community, as well as consistency in empowering community participation. Improvement efforts include providing easily accessible legal information, increasing public legal awareness, and better coordination among related institutions. The hope is that with these steps, obstacles in the application of legal and justice principles can be overcome for better services to the community.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) To find out the eight points in the practice of just and civilized human values that are practiced in the daily lives of students at SMA Negeri 1 Gowa, especially class XI MIPA 3. (2) To find out the supporting factors in the practice of values fair and civilized human values in the daily lives of class XI MIPA 3 students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from interviews with teachers and students. Checking the validity of the data uses data source triangulation techniques. The results of this research found that the practice of fair and civilized human values was well practiced by students such as; recognize and treat human beings according to their dignity, recognize equality of human rights and obligations without discrimination, have an attitude of mutual love, tolerance for each other, not be arbitrary towards others, uphold human values, like to carry out humanitarian activities and have the courage to defend truth. Fair and civilized human values are carried out through the implementation of teaching and learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom, and the factors that support the implementation of just and civilized human values are teacher example, teaching/guidance methods and the school environment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Kemampuan Guru dalam Menciptakan Lingkungan Pembelajaran Yang Aman Dan Nyaman Bagi Peserta Didik pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di SMPN 5 Bulukumba, 2) Kemampuan Guru dalam Mengelola Pembelajaran Efektif yang Berpusat pada Peserta Didik pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di SMPN 5 Bulukumba, dan 3) Kemampuan Guru dalam Melakukan Asesmen, Umpan Balik dan Pelaporan yang Berpusat pada Peserta Didik pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di SMPN 5 Bulukumba.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskripsif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kemampuan Guru dalam Menciptakan Lingkungan Pembelajaran yang Aman dan Nyaman Bagi Peserta Didik pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di SMPN 5 Bulukumba dikategorikan mampu. Pada indikator pertama, guru tidak membeda-bedakan peserta didik meskipun perilakunya beragam. Pada indikator kedua, guru memberikan kebebasan berpendapat kepada peserta didik. Indikator ketiga, guru memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman dengan pemilihan lokasi belajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. 2) Kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran efektif yang berpusat pada peserta didik pada mata PPKn di SMPN 5 Bulukumba dikategorikan cukup mampu, guru perlu meningkatkan kemampuannya. Pada indikator pertama, guru merancang desain pembelajaran terlebih dahulu yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Pada indikator kedua, sumber belajar yang digunakan hanya buku paket. Indikator ketiga, guru lebih sering menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan pemberian tugas mandiri. Indikator keempat, guru belum memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dikarenakan fasilitas belum memadai. 3) Kemampuan guru dalam melakukan asesmen, umpan balik dan pelaporan yang berpusat pada peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SMPN 5 Bulukumba dikategorikan mampu, yaitu guru melakukan asesmen seperti ulangan harian, mid semester, ujian akhir dan penilaian sikap, guru juga melakukan umpan balik dan pelaporan capaian belajar peserta didik dengan orang tua. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik, Minat Belajar, PPKn

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Find out strategies for developing adolescent character in Tobonga Cultural School activities in Bonto Salama Village. (2) Describe the character values developed in teenagers in the Tobonga Cultural School activities in Bonto Salama Village. This research approach is descriptive with a qualitative research type. The data sources for this research consist of primary data sources, namely data obtained directly from informants and secondary data sources, namely data obtained through literature study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques.The results of the research show that: (1) The strategy for developing adolescent character in Tobonga Cultural Sikola activities is gathering and discussing together, theater performances, natural schools, as well as exemplary and habituation methods. (2) The character values developed in teenagers after participating in the Tobonga Culture Sikola activities are self-confidence, cooperation, caring for others and the environment, love for local culture and responsibility.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the application of the fourth principle of Pancasila in Pancasila education at SMP Negeri 21 Makassar, identify factors hindering its implementation, and explore efforts to overcome these obstacles. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with teachers and students as sources. The results show that (1) the application of the fourth principle of Pancasila in education is effective, emphasizing equal rights and responsibilities and the prohibition of imposing one's will on others; (2) hindrances include both internal and external factors, such as peer influence and unsupportive or authoritarian family attitudes; (3) efforts to address these barriers include providing explanations to students, engaging with their families, encouraging participation in school organizations, and guiding positive use of social media. Keywords: Implementation, 4th Precept of Pancasila, Pancasila Education Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan nilai sila ke-4 Pancasila dalam pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 21 Makassar, serta faktor penghambat dan upaya untuk mengatasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, melibatkan guru dan peserta didik sebagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penerapan nilai sila ke-4 Pancasila di SMP Negeri 21 Makassar efektif, dengan penekanan pada pemahaman tentang kedudukan, hak dan kewajiban yang sama, serta larangan memaksakan kehendak. (2) Faktor penghambat meliputi faktor internal dan eksternal, seperti pengaruh teman sebaya dan sikap keluarga yang otoriter serta tidak mendukung. (3) Upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan ini mencakup pemberian penjelasan kepada peserta didik, pendekatan kepada keluarga, mendukung keterlibatan dalam organisasi sekolah, dan mengarahkan penggunaan media sosial secara positif. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Sila Ke-4 Pancasila, Pendidikan Pancasila

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) To find out the teacher's learning planning using the Problem based learning model to increase students' interest in learning in class X SMAN 1 Gowa. (2) Examining the implementation of the Problem based learning model in Civics subjects at SMAN 1 Gowa. (3) Evaluate the effectiveness of the Problem based learning model in increasing the learning interest of class X students at SMAN 1 Gowa. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The type of data used is qualitative data with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from interviews with PPKn teachers and class X students. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques with data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) Planning the Problem based learning Model in increasing students' interest in learning is carried out by the teacher by paying attention to the steps in the PBL model which are linked to the teacher's teaching module or RPP (2) Implementing the Problem based learning Model in increasing interest in learning based on the indicators in the PBL model and KD learning that has been determined to involve selecting interesting cases, forming effective groups, and active group discussions (3) From the evaluation carried out it can be seen that the problem based learning model can increase students' interest in learning proven by paying attention to students' active participation in group discussions, increased curiosity and motivation to learn, as well as satisfactory learning results.Keywords: Problem based learning Model, Student Interest in Learning

Abstract

This research aims to determine the motives and control of political money in the election of members of the Central Buton Regency Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in 2019. To achieve this goal, researchers used data collection techniques through interviews. The research data that has been collected and obtained is then analyzed qualitatively to determine the motives and supervision of political money in the 2019 election of members of the Central Buton Regency Regional People's Representative Council. The results of the research show that (1) There are several motives for the money used in the 2019 Central Buton Regency DPRD Member Election (2) Supervision of political money in elections or elections for members of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is carried out by the election organizers, in this case the Commission General Elections (KPU) and the Election Supervisory Body (BAWASLU) by carrying out several supervision and action against election fraud, in this case political money.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Understand the Implementation of Principal Academic Supervision Activities in improving Teacher Pedagogical Competence at MA Arifah Gowa. (2) Knowing the techniques of school principals as supervisors in improving teacher pedagogic competence at MA Arifah Gowa. (3) Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing teacher pedagogical competency improvement at MA Arifah Gowa. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The sources for this research are the principal, head of curriculum, and teachers. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data uses data source triangulation techniques. The results of the research prove that (1) The implementation of the principal's academic supervision activities in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers at MA Arifah Gowa is a) the planning stage, b) the implementation stage, and c) the follow-up stage. (2) Techniques for Implementing Supervision Activities carried out by the Principal as Supervisor in Improving Teacher Pedagogical Competence, namely with individual and group technical strategies. (3) Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in the implementation of academic supervision activities by school principals in improving teachers' pedagogical competence, including a) Supporting Factors including the support of the school principal, a variety of learning media, the existence of teacher motivation, facilities and infrastructure. b) Inhibiting factors, namely education financing factors.
