Abstract

Children who have a good self-concept will see themselves well too, and this will affect their adjustment. The purpose of this study is to find out 1. An overview of a person's self-concept 2. The way a person adapts. Good adjustment will help someone to be able to interact with their environment, especially the school environment. The results of the discussion show that a good self-concept or a person's perspective on himself is good, then he will easily accept all the weaknesses and strengths in himself and this can help him to be able to adjust himself well.

Abstract

Instilling morals and ethics in students is important to do so that they develop optimally. Instilling morals and ethics can be done in various ways, one of which is by providing guidance and counseling services with a behavior approach . The purpose of this study was to find out the methods used by counseling with the Behavioral approach in instilling morals and ethics in students. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were teachers and students at SDN 1 Tembilahan City. Data collection techniques by observing, interviewing and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the presentation, reduction and verification of data. The results of this study are the inculcation of morals and ethics through counseling services with a Behavioral approach by introducing and teaching mutual assistance between others, teaching how to control emotions, and providing habituation to comply with existing rules at school

Abstract

Marriage readiness is needed by every individual who has entered early adulthood. Marriage readiness is basically important to study because marriage readiness is the basis for making decisions with whom to marry. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the cognitive behavior therapy approach with bibliotherapy techniques in increasing marriage readiness in early adult college students. This type of research is quantitative research using an experimental research design. The experimental design used in this study is the One Group Pre-test-Post-test. The sample in this study were 40 students. Data were analyzed using non-parametric statistical formulas with a Wilcoxon-signed level test.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of the Office Administration Internship Program in the PAP course. Additionally, this research aims to gather information about the obstacles and challenges faced when carrying out the internship, from planning to implementation. It is expected that comprehensive information will be gathered from various related parties, so that the results obtained can be used to design concurrent improvements and receive feedback to improve the quality of the placement organization in the future. The population of this study consists exclusively of sixth-semester students who have completed their internships, 35 partner agencies with staff related to the implementation of the internship, such as agency managers, internship supervisors, on-site lecturers as supervisors, and various policies related to the implementation of internships. Data collection was carried out using open and closed questionnaires, interviews, documentation, observation, and focus group discussions. The data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis, comparative correlation analysis for bivariate analysis, and identification of inhibiting or supporting factors. Through this research, extensive feedback is expected to be gathered so that improvement efforts can be carried out simultaneously in accordance with each role and authority, while building higher quality synergistic collaborations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the picture and picture learning model seen from the activeness of students. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with semistructured interview techniques. Data collection techniques used interview instruments given to class IV teachers and instruments distributed to observers to observe the activities of fourth grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 19 Surabaya. Based on the results of teacher interviews, the use of the picture and picture learning model makes students active in the learning process. Meanwhile, based on the results of the activity questionnaire, the average student from observations made by the observer obtained a percentage of 87.74% in the very active category, indicating that the results of student activities obtained a percentage of 81% -100%, being very active . It can be concluded that the picture and picture learning model makes students active in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja guru agama dalam membangun karakter religius di SD Negeri 3 Tangkiling. Sekolah itu memiliki tiga ajaran agama: Islam, Kristen dan Hindu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan karakter religius siswa SD Negeri 3 Tangkiling menggunakan tiga metode pembinaan karakter religius yaitu keteladanan, disiplin, dan pembiasaan. Selain itu, beberapa aspek karakter religius yang digunakan adalah: 1) cinta damai, 2) toleransi, 3) menghargai perbedaan agama, 4) teguh pendirian, dan 5) menolak perundungan dan kekerasan.Beberapa faktor pendukung tersebut adalah: 1) lingkungan sekolah, 2) rencana pembelajaran, 3) lingkungan rumah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of students' knowledge of the cultures that exist in Indonesia, learning that is less than optimal and the lack of learning resources used. This study aims to solve these problems by developing teaching materials for cultural literacy and citizenship activities for elementary school students. This research method uses the Design and Development (DD) research method with the PPE model which includes planning, production and evaluation. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire for validation of experts including material experts, media experts and learning experts (teachers). Validation was carried out in two stages with the results of the average percentage of expert validation, namely 96% in the very good category. From these results, the diary teaching material "Exploring My Country Indonesia" is suitable for use as a cultural literacy and civic activity.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching material products in the form of Contextual-Based Student Worksheets in Mathematics Class IV SD Negeri 206 Simpang Nibung which are valid and practical to use in the learning process. The research method is RD (Research and Development), using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using a scalelikert and scalegutman. The results of the research based on the analysis of the linguist's assessment showed 0.80 and the validation results of media experts were 0.78 and the results of material validation were 0.85. Overall the results of the analysis and calculation of the value of the questionnaire from the team of experts, contextually based Student Worksheets fall into the high category with a percentage of 0.81. While the results of the teacher practicality test are classified as very practical and the results of the trialsone to one classified as very practical as well as the results of trialssmall group very practical. The overall results of the practicality test are in the very practical category with a percentage of 87.6% so that it can be concluded that contextually based Student Worksheets in Mathematics are valid and practical to use.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the evaluation of the Thematic Integrated Community Service Programme (KKN) and School Field Introduction (PLP). Method used in this research is the countenance stake evaluation model, The research sample included 98 lecturers, 523 students, 47 principals, and 246 teachers from elementary, middle, and high schools and PKBMs in Samarinda. Data collection techniques are: Questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. this study uses Descriptive Statistics. the research findings highlight the evaluation of the Thematic Community Service (KKN) and School Field Introduction (PLP) programmes from different perspectives, including school principals, FETT lecturers, students, and teachers. The findings align with previous research on effective programme planning, organization, assessment practices, experiential learning, student engagement, programme satisfaction, and teacher skills. The convergence of positive ratings across the evaluations indicates the potential effectiveness of the programmes in engaging students, improving learning outcomes, and meeting the needs of the school community. a conclusion can be drawn that:  data from various perspectives Students, principals, teachers, and lecturers rated the implementation of the program as good or very good, highlighting its ability to provide valuable learning experiences for students. The program is seen as relevant to the curriculum and has a positive impact on increasing students' interest in pursuing a career in education. Additionally, the design and structure of the program were highly regarded, emphasizing its well-planned approach.

Abstract

Children's story books have an important role in the world of education, especially at the elementary school level. However, the availability of story books that support learning is still very limited. Therefore it is important to develop children's story books that can be used as a companion to textbooks and to train literacy from an early age. This study aims to develop children's science story books based on integrated scientific literacy in Madura local potential that are feasible in terms of validity, effectiveness, and attractiveness. This development research uses procedures 4-D models ( four D models ). The results showed that the development of children's science story books in terms of the validity aspect obtained an average percentage of 89% in the valid category, the effectiveness aspect obtained a classical completeness percentage of 93% in the effective category, and the attractiveness aspect obtained an average percentage of 100% in the attractive category. Based on the research data it can be concluded that the development of scientific literacy-based children's science story books that are integrated with the local potential of Madura is deemed feasible to use.
