Abstract

Besides known as the city with the title of the centre of struggle, cultural and educational centre, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta is also known as a city that has beautiful natural scenery, cultural and traditional arts that are still sustainable until now. Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) has various facilities of tourism with adequate quality and spread across five districts that is Sleman, Kulon Progo, Gunung Kidul, Bantul and Kota Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine the object of tourist attraction in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta which is a favourite of tourists based on the number of visitors ranges from 2011 to 2015. The research method used is descriptive qualitative supported quantitative data to provide a mathematical picture of the three objects of tourist attraction that is the most dominant visited by tourists. The results of this study indicate the order based on the number of visitors, namely Parangtritis Beach occupies the first position, followed by Prambanan Temple and Gembira Loka zoo become the favourite tourist attraction object of visitors. Suggestions in this study is the need for comparative study and adoption of road map of strategic planning and operational in preparing tourism marketing strategy to bring more tourists to the manager of tourist attraction object which is still few numbers of visitors

Abstract

Indonesia is consist of several islands and have various ethnic, tribal and cultural, so it has great potential in the world of tourism especially cultural tourism. Almost all islands or regions of Indonesia have a culture that can be used as a tourist attraction. One of them is the culture of Bugis tribe used as a tourist attraction in Bunga Jabe Karimunjawa. The manager of Bunga Jabe Karimunjawa currently does the development of tourist attraction by carrying the theme of Bugis tribal culture as a tourist attraction and also as the way to preserve the culture of Bugis tribe on Bunga Jabe Karimunjawa. In this research, researchers used qualitative naturalistic methods because in this study conducted on natural conditions and researchers as the key instrument. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation techniques. Some cultures of Bugis tribe used as a tourist attraction at Bunga Jabe Karimunjawa beach are local language or Bugis language, Bugis traditional art of Pencak Silat Baruga and Paduppa Dance, custom homes of Bugis tribe or stilt house, dwarf house as accommodation and Bugis typical food

Abstract

The State of Indonesia is a country that has a lot of natural beauty and culture so it is worth to be maintained and preserved in order to bring tourists both local tourists, archipelago and overseas. One of the city that has a cultural tourism attraction is the city of Yogyakarta, which Yogyakarta culture must be maintained and preserved.Cultural tourism becomes an important aspect in the development of a tourism area especially the city of Yogyakarta, which has a variety of uniqueness-cultural uniqueness to be developed into tourist destinations that can be consumed by the tourists.Museum as an object and tourist attraction in the tourism industry because the museum is classified as a tourist attraction of human works which tourist attraction is one of the important elements.ne of the museums in Yogyakarta as a tourist attraction is Puro Pakualaman museum located on Sultan Agung Yogyakarta street, this museum has many potentials that can bring many visitors as a cultural tourism attraction, cultural awareness education and also to emphasize the image of the identity of a nation.The interest of visitors to visit Puro Pakualaman museum as a tourist destination is still very small compared to other tourist destinations.The attraction of Puro Pakualaman museum in the form of frequent substitution of soldiers in Javanese language is Bregodo, archery (jemparingan), various dances ranging from classical dance to modern dance, wayang, various types of historical relics that are still original and not a replica. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method by taking data through questionnaire data, then analyzed by using simple linear regression analysis to know the existence of influence between museum culture variable (X) to visitor interest (Y).The result of the research is (1) tourism culture of museum (X) influence to visitor interest (Y), with regression equation is Y = 16, 798 + 0,228; (2) Hypothesis test that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted meaning there is influence that significant between museum culture tourism to visitor interest with result of sig 0,0

Abstract

special interest tourism is one of the forms of attraction development recommended in the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPDA) of the Bandung Regency. Therefore, realizing the special interest attraction of interest in Kampung Batu Malakasari destination is the most appropriate strategy in the development of the next destination. Abstract

Kotagede is one of heritage area in Yogyakarta that has many historical value and plays an important role for the existence of Yogyakarta nowadays. As a former capital of Mataram Islam Kingdom, this area has several historical and archeological sites, such as royal cemetery complex, the ruin of the fort, and other relics. Kotagede also has 170 heritage buildings that has been built around 1700’s until 1930’s. Kotagede also known from its silver industry. Based on Kotagede’s potentials, the government of Yogyakarta enacts this area as heritage area and becoming one of tourism destination in Yogyakarta. But the development of Kota Gede as tourism destination is still not optimal. Nowadays, Kotagede is more famous as silver industry area than as tourist destination. This research aims at determining destination image of Kotagede as tourism destination. This research use qualitative and quantitative method. The result showed the perception of local tourist on Kotagede’s destination image.

Abstract

Sociopreneurship or called as a social entrepreneurship is a new breakthrough on tourism development activities. Principle’s of social entrepreneur parallel with sustainable tourism development which empowerment became one of a element (santosa, 2007). pay attention to the sustainability natural resources, human resources, culture and consider economic benefit. Social entrepreneurship is one of implementation sustainable tourism development because sociopreneur not only pay attention to profit but also concern on social and environmental benefit. The growth of tourism social entrepreneurship in Yogyakarta is driven by the iniative from individu or small groups from community who want to solve social problem through tourism. Social entrepreneurship parallel with sustainable tourism principle, which community participant is main factor development activities. D.I Yogyakarta already has enough amount of sociopreneur, but it has a few little amount sociopreneur who engaged in tourism development. Some of tourism sociopreneur in D.I Yogyakarta, such as : Desa Wisata Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran, House of lawe, and DIfa City Tour has proven how sociopreneurship bring significant change for community. Desa Wisata Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran plays an important role in improving social welfare community in the tourist area, House of lawe plays an important role in women empowerment, and DifaCity Tour plays an important role on empowerment person with disabilities.

Abstract

Yogyakarta Special Region which has interesting places of interest and become a good potential to grow DIY citizen reconstruction. Tourism development efforts in each tourist attraction has been done to become an attractive destination for people who want to visit and recreation. One of them is the potential of the famous Water Tour is the water tour Lava Bantal and Embung Tegal Tirto existing Jogotirto Village, Berbah, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The Role of Awareness Group of Tourists in Water Tourism Development That is Lava Bantal and Embung Tegal Tirto In Jogotirto Village, Berbah, Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta which has been developing water tourism object to become a destination place in Yogyakarta. Qualitative descriptive research with data retrieval through interview techniques to the actors of tourism that is the group of tourism awareness that developed the water tourism Embung Tegal Tirto and Lava Bantal and the spread of questionnaires to tourists who come to the water tour to know the responses of tourists to the Role of Group Conscious Tourism In Water Tourism Development In Jogotirto Village, Berbah, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. From the results of the questionnaire that 51.6% of tourist wisatwan asses s infrastructure facilities in tourism is good enough. Lava Bantal as a water tour is considered clean enough where as many as 60% of tourists in addition to the Lava Bantal business to create a sense of security is running well, where visitors always diterjaminnya vehicle while parked and quiet while enjoying the scenery in the object this is said to visitors as much 50%. Devices and citizens have kept objects well.

Abstract

Attitude repurchase decision influenced by other three components, which are stay experience. This article aims to discover the psychological effect of customers’ service on the re-purchase decision of AirBNB accommodation facilities in Jakarta. The research uses quantitative analysis. The data collection technique used is questionnaire circulation and literature reviews. The result shows that there are three components influencing respondents to reuse AirBNB services, which are Motivation, Perception, and, Users Review, and Price Sensitivity. Every component provides each influence in determining the repurchase decision of Air bnb. Service psychology holds a great impact on the AirBNB repurchase decision. Other components such as motivation, perception, and attitude play significant roles in the decision and greatly impacted the customers, as well as other factors such as stay experience, guest review and price sensitivity.

Abstract

Brand equity continues to be one of the critical areas for marketing. This research explores some of the consequences attributes may have on brand equity such as the bias on consumer preference. For comparative purposes, this research is conducted on the high involvement using on the four soft drinks brands. This research being measured the impact of attributes preferences and actual choice frequency for brand attributes on brand equity. Attributes are examined from a tangible and intangible perspective and both are found to be important contributors to brand equity and brand choice.

Global Rivalry demands modernization existence at tourism sector. That thing necessary done so that tourist readies to pay a visit and felt to feet at home at city that visited. Conseqence from this modernization is builds amount of tourism sector supporting facilities. Troubleshoot appears when tourism sector development little by little threaten existence and local culture preservation. Inch by inch but certain society will adopted culture moderner that come from outside the culture self. That thing evoke problem aloof. Majority tourist comes to yogyakarta not in the first place to enjoy modern atmosphere, but exactly to know and enjoy atmosphere and local culture. If that looked for modern atmosphere, metropolis like Jakarta, Surabaya, and batam prepare it.so, if inch by inch local culture is shified, for certain that is long too long yogyakarta will lose asset to on the market in tourists. No more specification yogyakarta that can be putted to interesing tourist. Problem necessary looked for solusi , tourism development yogyakarta necessary aimed in torism development in culture preservation. To crat tourism development in culture preservation, there are some matter that can be goed. First. encouragement returns festival local culture. Second, necessary tourism planetology mapping existence. Third, give culture local load in special province Yogyakarta education curriculum. Fourth, revitalises the palace as a culture centre. Fifth, tourism development observer team formation. If success created tourism development that pays attention to culture preservation, can be believed that from time to time Yogyakarta permanent will can to defend its existence as a tourism city
