Abstract

In everyday life, the term bribery is no stranger to hearing. Day after day bribery cases are often found in several media. However, it is often found that only the briber is at fault. Whereas in the explanation of muhaddistin scholars, there are 4 elements in bribery, namely the briber, the recipient of the bribe, the intermediary of the bribe and the treasure of the bribe. Explanations related to some of these elements are obtained by several approaches, one of which is tahlili hadith. Bribery in a hadith perspective with a tahlili approach is needed so that the understanding of the bribery hadith is more detailed and clear. In fact, all these elements are cursed and kept away from goodness. This study tries to provide a new scientific treasure in the content of hadith to understand bribery with the tahlili hadith approach. Keywords: Hadith, Bribery, Tahlili

Abstract

This article discusses inter-religious tolerance in the lovely December celebration in Tana Toraja. The implementation of this lovely december celebration has several activities, namely; Tedong carnival festival, coffee festival, qasidah festival, culinary festival, tandem paragliding festival, festival of musical drama or ballet, creative economy festival, choir festival, ring road festival Christmas adventure Toraja, ecumenical Christmas celebration, and fireworks festival. Lovely December celebrations have benefits in strengthening brotherly relations in the community. The implementation of these activities is a clear example of the collaboration between religious communities in carrying out these activities and shows an attitude of tolerance between religious communities in Tana Toraja. The elements in realizing tolerance among religious people are; helping each other in carrying out major activities in Toraja, culture being upheld, the government acting actively in increasing tolerance between religious communities, the desire to advance the city of Toraja

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan hakekat dan tahrij hadis yang berkaitan dengan pembinaan karakter anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian hadis MauÌui yang merumuskan persoalan: Bagaimana hakekat pembinaan karakter anak dalam keluarga dan bagaimana analisis hadis MauÌui tentang pembinaan karakter anak. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan dan pembinaan merupakan suatu keharusan bagi anak, sebab dengan pendidikan, anak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Hadis yang telah diteliti ini dapat dijadikan hujah dalam mendidik dan membina anak, karena dari hadis-hadis tersebut menggambarkan bahwa mendidik anak harus dengan cara bertahap. Selain itu orang tua dan para pendidik hendaklah memperhatikan dan memberikan pembinaan kepada anak sejak dini, dengan pola pendidikan dalam syariat agama.

Abstract

This article aims to critically read Husaen Muhammad's view of the limits of women's ‘awrah. According to Husaen Muhammad, the limit of women's ‘awrah is not something that is agreed upon by all scholars or ijma'. There are many differences of opinion in it. The boundary must refer to the term "what is commonly seen". The thing that is usually seen is certainly different in every culture, so that the boundaries of women's ‘awrah are certainly different according to each culture. This view, of course, is different from the explanations of the scholars who usually state that the entire body of a woman is ‘awrah except for the face and hands. This article finds that the limitation of women's ‘awrah is the consensus of the ulama, so it is something that has been qath'i. Therefore, Husaen Muhammad's view needs to be read critically.

The research ''Impact of Parental Divorce on Children's Learning Achievement in Islamic in Kamalaputi Village, East Sumba Regency'' with problems regarding parental divorce can affect children's learning achievement in Islamic education in East Sumba Regency and the divorce factors that can affect children's learning achievement in Islamic education in East Sumba Regency. reduce children's learning achievement in Islamic in East Sumba Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors reduce children's learning achievement in Islamic and to find out whether parental divorce can affect children's Islamic education achievement. Field research method with qualitative type is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. Data sources are primary data and secondary data Divorce has a very big impact on children, especially on their religious achievements, especially Islamic Religious Education. Children who are victims of divorce feel ashamed of their friends, they must think that their friends will talk about it at school or outside of school or so often to be alone, fear, worry, sadness, anger, discomfort and jealousy that is felt will really interfere with concentration. their learning, so that children's achievement decreases, especially in Islamic education. Abstract

This article discusses the characteristics of the communication of the Prophet Muhammad, in preaching. In this article, there are several important things that will become the core of the discussion, namely, the definition of da'wah, methods or procedures for preaching the Prophet Muhammad. as well as the communicative characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad, to the target of his da'wah. Therefore, it is necessary to explain these things so as not to cause mistakes and misunderstandings in preaching. The study of this problem was carried out by conducting a literature review with a linguistic approach to the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. So the conclusion is that da'wah is an activity to convey news, while the da'wah method is the method used by news bearers. As for the method and characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad's da'wah. that is, by conveying good news, not making it difficult, conveying it politely and full of wisdom.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang nuzul al-Qur’an, terkait dengan proses dan hikmah yang terdapat di dalamnya. Dalam artikel ini terdapat dua poin penting yang menjadi fokus bahasan, yaitu proses turunnya al-quran dan yang kedua adalah hikmah dari segi edukatifnya. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang nuzul al-Qur’an. Artikel merupakan artikel yang berbasis penelirian pustaka yang bersifat deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah al-Quran diturunkan secara sekaligus dan berangsur-angsur. Hikmah diturunkannya al-Quran secara berangsurangsur adalah untuk mempermuda memahaminya.

Abstract

Success in studying is not only determined by basic abilities, but this is also related to the process or way of learning. The human psyche in learning is different so that understanding the psychological aspects in the learning process has an important position in achieving results. This research is a library research, by collecting related literature, then it is presented in a qualitative descriptive manner, namely displaying the data as it is using a psychological approach. Based on the hadith of the Prophet about the psychological aspect in the learning process provides an understanding that the strategic steps that are prepared to carry out a learning and effort, namely choosing the right time to convey advice and knowledge to the ummah or friends so as not to get bored, are known as situational and conditional methods. Using an emotional or psychological approach is an attempt to understand and live up to intelligence, interests and talents as well as being able to feel what is good and what is bad so as to be able to provide motivation or advice that can be well received.

Abstract

Hadis merupakan segala sesuatu yang disandarkan kepada Nabi Saw. baik berupa perkataan, perbuatan, taqrir (pengakuan) atau sifat. Sunnah menurut ulama hadis ialah segala sesuatu yang datang dari Nabi Saw. baik berupa perkataan, perbuatan, pengakuan, sifat baik, sifat fisik atau perangai (akhlak), dan atau sejarah, baik sebelum diangkat menjadi Rasul. Kata hadis dan sunnah sering kali disamakan atau memiliki makna yang sama, tetapi adapula yang membedakan makna keduanya. Sehingga, sangat diperlukan pemahaman terkait hadis dan sunnah dalam aspek ontologis, epistemologis dan aksiologis tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian kualitatif dan metode kajian library research (pustaka). Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan peneliti yakni dengan data-data yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, baik dari buku, jurnal, dan lain-lain yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Setelah itu, data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis oleh peneliti dan memberikan penjelasan secukupnya dengan tujuan memperkuat hasil penelitian. Dengan demikian, mengetahui hadis atau sunnah dari aspek ontologis (pengertian dan sinonim hadis dan sunnah), epistemologis (unsur dan klasifikasi hadis dan sunnah) dan aksiologis (otoritas Nabi Muhammad dan fungsi hadis terhadap al-Qur’an) tersebut, diharapkan agar nantinya tidak menimbulkan kekeliruan atau kesalapahaman terkait hadis atau sunnah Nabi Saw. Abstract

Kekerasan terhadap perempuan merupakan masalah universal yang melewati batas- batas negara dan budaya. Studi yang dilakukan di 90 komunitas yang berada di dunia menunjukan pola tertentu dalam insiden kekerasan terhadap perempuan khususnya istri, menurut studi tersebut terdapat empat faktor terjadinya kekerasan.(I) ketimpangan ekonomi antara perempuan dan laki-laki. (2) penggunaan kekerasan sebagai jalan keluar suatu konflik. otoritas (kekuasaan) dan kontrol laki-laki dalam pengambilan keputusan. (4) hambatan- hambatan bagi perempuan untuk meninggalkan setting keluarga. faktor-faktor yang sering kali tertutup oleh mitos-mitos. Misalnya dominasi laki-laki merupakan indikasi (petunjuk) kejantanan terhadap perempuan. Sedangkan para ilmuwan antropologi. menyatakan bahwa kekerasan terbadap perempuan merupakan fungsi dari norma-norma sosial yang telah terkonstruksi yang menempatkan laki-laki pada posisi dominan dan perempuan pada posisi yang tersubordinasi. Sebagai studi antropologi. sah-sah saja menyatakan demikian. akan tetapi sasaran tersebut bukan satu-satunva pemicu kekerasan dalam rumah tangga.
