Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between students' perceptions of historical subjects with the results of the study at SMAN 6 Mandau, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. Data were collected from 31 students of class XII IPS, using the random sampling method. For student perception variables, measured using a questionnaire distributed to 31 students of class XII IPS who were selected as research respondents. While the learning outcome variables are found through the odd semester exam scores for the 2018/2019 Academic Year obtained from teachers in the field of historical studies at SMAN 6 Mandau. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment correlation analysis. Correlation test results obtained the correlation coefficient of perception of students with historical learning outcomes, r count = 0.126 and r table = 0.300 which means r count = 0.126 ≤ r table = 0.300 so that the conclusions H0 are accepted and Ha is rejected, and the correlation direction is positive, while the correlation category is very low. Then the coefficient of determination (r2) is = 0.015. This means that students 'perceptions of history lessons contribute 1.5% to historical learning outcomes and the remaining 98.5% are factors beyond students' perceptions of history lessons. The results of this study state that there is no significant positive relationship between the perceptions of students with historical learning outcomes at SMAN 6 Mandau, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The good and bad perceptions of students about historical subjects have nothing to do with high and low historical learning outcomes.Key Words: Student Perception, Historical Lessons, Historical Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to describe the results of student learning and knowing the improvement of learning in class X SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota with using learning models IMPROVE on work and energy. This type of research is the Pre-Experimental design with the design of the study is the comparison group intact. The subjects were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota with academic year 2018/2019 amounted to 68 students. The research data is data that consists of learning outcomes post-test scores through the application of learning models Improv. Data were analyzed descriptively to see how improving student learning outcomes after the implementation of the learning model IMPROVE, Results of data analysis obtained by the absorption capacity of the experimental class average is higher than the average absorption control class with a score of average absorption experimental class score of 72.73 and an average absorption control class 67.45. Learning effectiveness score refers to the average absorption of each class with a score of 72.73 experimental classes including effective category and grade control 67.45 categorized quite effective. Based on the criteria of value obtained conclusion that can be drawn the conclusion that there was an increase of 9.29% learning outcomes after the implementation of the learning model Improv..Key Words : IMPROVE Model, Learning Outcomes, Work and Energy.

Abstract

Abstract: The aimed of this study was to determine the differences in positive thinking before and after applying Al-Fatihah Reflection Therapy (ART) and to know the effect of Al-Fatihah Reflection Therapy (ART) to improve students' positive thinking. The study was conducted at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru on 8 subjects with a purposive sampling technique. The research design was pre-experiment with the one group pre-test post-test model. The data collection used is a positive thinking questionnaire adapted from Albrecht (1994). The results showed that there were differences in the way students thought before and after being given Al-Fatihah refection therapy (ART) with a significance value of 0.012 <0.05. In addition, based on the Spearman rank test seen that there is a significant effect between Al-Fatihah reflection therapy (ART) on positive thinking of students with a significance value of 0.039 <0.05. The effect of ART reflection on students' positive thinking was 52.27% while 47.73% was influenced by other factors that came from within and from the student's environment. From the results obtained, it is recommended that educational institutions should continue to carry out activities that can improve the IMTAQ process such as relaxation, dzikir or religious teaching / learning to encourage the development of more positive thoughts, perceptions, insights and attitudes.Key Words: Al-Fatihah Reflection Therapy (ART), Group Guidance, Positive Thinking

Abstract

Abstract: this study aims to describe the skills and know how the concern of parents toward learning outcomes grade VII in the IPS subjects in SMPN 5 Pekanbaru. The population in this research is the entire students in the class VII of SMPN 5 Pekanbaru of 292 totalling Soweto students. This research uses a simple random sample that the sample population members taking done at random without regard to existing in the population strata with a total of 169 students who made the sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire about the skills explain and attention parents distributed to respondents as well as asking for a list to student learning outcomes. Data analysis data analysis using linear multiple regression test with a significant level of 5%. . In descriptive, describing skills including on the category either (58.0%), attention parents included in the category of less well (49.1%), and the results of the study include enough (52.7%). Based on the research results influence skills explain and attention parents give donations influence on student learning outcomes of 45.8% with the regression equation Y = 47,427 + 0, 432XI + 0, 239X2.Key Words: Skills Explained, The Attention Of The Parents, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: Social anxiety is where a person feels anxious about things that are new or related to a new environment, problems experienced by group members such as difficult to adapt to the new environment and new friends feel that they are not ready to eliminate the anxiety felt so they often think negatively compared to positive thinking. This study aimed to determine social anxiety before and after cognitive restructuringwas applied through group guidance and to determine the effect of cognitive restructuring through group guidance to reduce social anxiety. The study was conducted in Pekanbaru State Junior High School 25 of eight subjects with purposive sampling technique. The research design was pre-experiment with the one group pretest post-test model. The instrument of data collection used is a social anxiety questionnaire adapted from W. Ray Crozier (2001). The results showed that there were differences in social anxiety before and after cognitive restructuring was given with asignificant value of 0.012 <0.05. In addition, based on the Spearman rank test it is known that there is a significant effect between cognitive restructuring on social anxiety students with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. The influence of cognitive restructuring techniques to reduce social anxiety 12.5% while 87.5% is low is influenced by other factors originating in and from the environment. From the resultsthat can continue to carry out activities that are able to reduce students' social anxiety towards the environment to be able to reduce the feeling of social anxiety can change the negative mindset to be positive towards the surrounding environment by using cognitive restructuring techniques.Key Words : Cognitive Restructuring, Social Anxiety, Group Guidance

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of teacher pedagogical competencies on student learning motivation in terms of gender differences in social studies in class VIII. This research was carried out at Junior High School 4 Pekanbaru. The population in this study was class VIII students at Junior High School 4 Pekanbaru. The population is 332 students. With the propotional random sampling technique obtained a sample of 181 students consisting of 87 men and 94 women. Data were obtained through questionnaire instruments for pedagogical competence data of teachers and data on student motivation. The data obtained are then analyzed by simple linear regression analysis and different tests (independent t test). The results showed that the teacher's pedagogical competence had a positive effect on student learning motivation at 0.715. The learning motivation of male students is higher than the learning motivation of female students. This is evidenced by the average yield of 81.0575 for male student motivation and 76.0213 for female student motivation. Key Words: Teacher Pedagogic Competence, Student Learning Motivation, Gender

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to examine the effects of contingency contracting techniques in reducing the , addictive behavior playing online games of students in SMPN 13 Pekanbaru. The quantitative research method was used in this study and the research was designed based on the one-group pretest – posttest design. The measuring instrument used in this study was the aggressive behavioural measurement scale consisting of 50 and 44 items before and after validation respectively. The validity score was calculated to be 0.25 and the reliability score was obtained as 0.949. The subject was determined by using purposive sampling technique, and it was obtained that 7 students in SMPN 13 Pekanbaru were identified as having a high level of addictive behavior playing online games. The data were analysed by using the non-parametric statistical technique and were tested by using the Wilcoxon analysis test. This is known from "Test Statistics", known as Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) worth 0.018. Because the value of 0.018 is smaller than <0.05, it can be concluded that "Ha is accepted". To that end, it can be concluded that there are differences in the scores of addictive behavior playing online games before and after treatment given in the form of Kcontingency contracting techniques. The results of the study showed that the there are differences in the scores of addictive behavior playing online games before and after treatment, in the form of contingency contracting techniques. Based on the calculations that have been done, the 71% Pre-test is in the very high category and 29% in the high category. Post-test was 71% in the medium category and 29% in the low category. Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So that it can be concluded that the technique of contingency contracting can reduce the aggressive behavior of students of SMPN 13 Pekanbaru.Key Words: students of SMPN, contingency contracing, addictive playing online games

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Al-Qur'an Al-Baqarah therapy: 9 through group guidance on honesty character values of Kartika 1-5 Pekanbaru Middle School students. The research method used is a quantitative method with the type of pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest research. The subjects of this study were seventh grade students of Kartika 1-5 Pekanbaru Middle School with a low honesty character value of 8 people. The instrument of data collection used is a questionnaire using a modified Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the Non Parametric statistical technique using the Wilcoxon Test and the Spearman Ranking Test. The results showed that the honesty character values of students before being given Al-Qur'an therapy Surat Al-Baqarah: 9 through group guidance were in the low category of 75% and in the medium category of 25%, after being given Al-Al Qur'an Al-Baqarah Therapy : 9 through group guidance the value of students' honesty character has increased in the high category by 75% and in the medium category by 25%. Based on the Wilcoxon Test there were significant differences in the honesty value of students' characters before and after Al-Baqarah: 9 therapy was given through group guidance with a significance value of 0.012 <α 0.05. Based on the Spearman Ranking Test, it can be concluded that the relationship between Qur'anic Al-Baqarah therapy: 9 through group guidance with student honesty character values is in the high category of 0.898 or 80.6%. Next to find out the detemination coefficient as follows: (rs) 2 = (0.898) 2 = 0.806. This means that the effects of Al-Qur'an Al-Baqarah therapy: 9 through group guidance services to improve students' honesty character values are 80% while 20% are influenced by other factors that come from within students and from environmental students.Key Words: Al-Qur'an Therapy Surat Al-Baqarah: 9, Honesty Character Value,Group Guidance.

Abstract: This article will describe the form and function of expressive speech acts found in the novel Sunset with Rosie by Tereliye. Speech acts belong to the branch of linguistics, namely pragmatics. Pragmatics is a branch of linguistics that examines and examines the structure of language, which is determined by the context and situation that form the basis of language usage and meaning study in each speaker. Voice Action is an action that uses the language that is used to convey the purpose of the speaker to the partner. Speech actions include speakers, listeners, readers, writers and discussed things. Speech acts are divided into locus, illocutionary and perlocution speech acts. Expressive speech acts are part of illocutionary speech acts. Expressive speech acts are speech acts that are spoken by speakers and intended as an evaluation of the things mentioned in the speech. The object selected in this study was the novel Sunset with Rosie by Tereliye. The novel was published in November 2011 with 426 pages. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the social behavior of cooperation, competition, support, sympathy, empathy, sharing, familiarity, imitation, and knowing the development of social behavior of children aged 5-6 years in the fkip laboratory of the university of riau. As for the population in this study, the B1 and B2 classes were 41 children and the sample in this study ampunted to 41 children. This research was conducted on independent variables, without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. the approach used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach (describing research results based on numbers) based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the development of successful social behavior in children aged 5-6 years in the fkip laboratory of riau university is included in the BSH category because it has an average of 73,47%Key Words: Analysis, Social behavior
