Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurs knowledge to the interest in entrepreneurship of students at SMK Negeri 1 Kandis. The population in this study ware 11th grade students at SMK Negeri 1 Kandis which amounted to 167 students from 4 (four) department. Department of Computer and Network Engineering, Accounting, Office Administration and Light Vehicle Engineering. This study using cencus technique which was all of the populations put into sample. Data was collected using tests for entrepreneurial knowledge while questionnaires for interest in student entrepreneurship. Data then was analyzed using simple linear regression test. The result showed that entrepreneurs knowledge had a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship of students at SMK Negeri 1 Kandis. Entrepeneurship knowledge variable had a contribution amounted 0.667 or 66.7% while the remaining amount of 33.3% is explained by other factors which was not examined in this study.Key Words: Knowledge of entrepreneurship, Interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of field observations on the ability to recognize the shape of the geometry of students has not developed optimally. So it is necessary to apply the game mystery box. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mystery box games on the ability to recognize the shape of geometry in children 4-5 years old at TK Negeri Pembina 3 Marpoyan Damai District Pekanbaru City. This study used an experimental method with the design of the pretest-posttest control research group design. The population in this study were children aged 4-5 years totaling 36 children and the sample used were non-probability sampling with random sampling techniques using lottery. In this study a sample of 36 children divided into two classes, the division was done by insidental sampling so that the experimental class was 18 children and the control class was 18 children. The data collection techniques used are observation. Data analysis techniques use the t-test. The results of this research hypothesis test obtained t = 10,807 with Sig. (2-Tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05, which means that there is an of the ability to recognize a very significant geometric shapes after using the mystery box game during the learning process. The impact of mystery box games on ability to recognize the shape of geometry in children 4-5 years old at TK Negeri Pembina 3 Marpoyan Damai District Pekanbaru City amounting to 58,97% included in the medium category.Key Words: Geometry Shape, Box Mystery.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on purchasing decisions in Fajri Mart Mini Market, Tampan District, Pekanbaru. The population of this study is all consumers of Mini Market Fajri Mart, with a sample of 140 consumers. The method used is interviews and sampling techniques using accidental sampling. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality and price had an effect on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.172 + 0.176X1 + 0.289X2. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square) service quality and price affect the purchasing decision amounting to 56.2% while the remaining 43.8% is influenced by location, promotion and discount. Key Words: service qulity, price, purchasing decisions

The purpose of this study is to find out the educational history of Soemardhi Thaher, to find out the efforts made by Soemardhi Thaher in advancing education, and to find out the obstacles experienced by Soemardhi Thaher in advancing education. The method used in this study is qualitative. Data obtained from interview results are then analyzed in their own language. The research location is Pekanbaru City. This research began to be implemented from the beginning of the title of this research was submitted until this thesis was completed. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, library study techniques, documentation techniques, and data analysis techniques. Abstract

Abstract: This problem aims to prove whether the correlation between power of legs and back flexibility with jumping smash accuracy teenager athlete of Badminton Club Fort De Kock Bukittinggi. The forms of this research are the correlation study, the population in this study from the teenager athlete of Badminton Club Fort De Kock Bukittinggi, and the sample in this study is the teenager athlete of Badminton Club Fort De Kock Bukittinggi which have numbered 9 athlete. The first power of legs (X1) with jumping smash accuracy (Y), where rtable at significant level α 0,05) = 0,707 means rresult (0,83) > rtable (0,707), which means the hypothesis is accepted and there is a meaningful correlation between power of legs with jumping smash accuracy teenager athlete of Badminton Club Fort De Kock Bukittinggi, a secound analysis of in the calculation of the correlation between X2 and Y, where rtable at significant level a (0,05) = 0,707 means rresult (0,739) > rtable (0,707), which means the hypothesis is accepted and there is a meaningful back flexibility with jumping smash accuracy teenager athlete of Badminton Club Fort De Kock Bukittinggi. the analysis of the three correlation power of legs (X1) and back flexibility (X2) jumping smash accuracy (Y) was ontained, which rtable at significant level α (0,05) = 0,707, means rresult (0,828) > rtable (0,707). Then it can be concluded that the correlation between (X1) and (X2) with results (Y) or the correlation between power of legs and back flexibility with jumping smash accuracy are significant. There fore the jumping smash accuracy teenager athlete of Badminton Club Fort De Kock Bukittinggi in the fore cast with their power and flexibility.Key Words: power, flexibility, jumping smash

Abstract

Abstract: There are many types of motion verbs in Japanese and Indonesian, but this research focus on iku and kuru with its equivalent in Indonesian. In this research explains the meaning of motion verbs iku and kuru using the typology study with the aims to find out the similarities and differences in Japanese and Indonesian. In addition, it explains the core components of movement verbs such as „source‟, „goal‟, and „path‟ as well as case grammar in Japanese. The method used in this research is the translational equivalent method, which match the motion verbs iku and kuru equivalent in Indonesian. The results of this research, not all the words iku and kuru can be matched with the words 'pergi' and 'datang', because in Indonesian the words 'pergi' and 'datang‟ are deictic.Key Words : Motion verbs, case grammar, deictics, identifying method

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out whether there was an effect of Controlled Speed Polygon exercise in endurance on volleyball team of SMPN 10 Pekanbaru, with the result that during the competition athletes always experience excessive fatigue. This research was experimental research, the population was volleyball players in SMPN 10 Pekanbaru, the data in this research were all populations which consists of 9 people. The instrument carried out in this research was a 1600 m run test, which aims to measure aerobic endurance. The data in this research was processed by using statistics, to test the normality by the lilliefors test at a significant level of 0.05. The hypothesis proposed, that there was an effect of Controlled Speed Polygon exercise in aerobic endurance. Based on the t-test analysis, Tvalue was 2,16 and Ttable was 1,860 which means Tvalue > Ttable. Based on statistical data analysis, Based on statistical data analysis, the mean of Pre-Test was 15.22 and the mean of post-test was 14.44, which means the data were normal. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was an effect of the Controlled Speed Polygon exercise in aerobic endurance on the volleyball team of SMPN 10 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Controlled Speed Polygon, Aerobic Endurance

Abstract: In the past the airport was used as air transportation for the benefit of large companies in Riau. And at this time the airport is not only for the benefit of large companies, but for traveling and making it easier for people to reach destinations with a short time. Historically, the development of Japura Airport has experienced developments and changes from time to time. Japura Airport was previously managed by the oil company PT. Standard Vacuum Petroleum, Mij (PT.Stanvac). On September 1, 1954 Japura Airport was officially handed over by the Standard Vacuum Petroleum Mij by Gerard L. McCoy, General Representative of the Stanvac Company in Indonesia to J.M. Minister of Transportation Prof. Ir. Roosseno. The research objectives are 1) To find out the history of the birth of Japura Airport, 2) To find out the classification of Japura Airport, 3) To determine the progress of Japura Airport flights, 4) To find out the efforts of Japura Airport in overcoming commercial flights like now. The method used is a qualitative method with a historical approach and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Abstract

Abstract: This study adopted the management and infrastructure of inclusive educationespecially on its process such as planning, supplying, inventorization, maintaining and banning. The aim of this study to know how is the management and infrastructure of inclusive education in Early Childhood Education (ECD) in Pekanbaru. The subject of this study werethree inclusive Early Childhood Education principals. This study applied qualitative approachand the data were gathered by collecting information from interview, observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis included the data reduction, presentation of data, conclusion and verification. This study used triangulation method in order to gather information by using different methods to match some collected data were gathered from interview, observation and documentation. According from result of the interview showed management and infrastructure of inclusive education in Early Childhood Education is quite good. Every each of inclusive Early Childhood Education institution has been implementing the planning, supplying, inventorization, maintaining and banning properly based on the set of standard.Key Word: Education infrastructure management, inclusive education

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of the quality of service and managerial capabilities of members of the Executive Board against our satisfaction cooperative work of Karya Bunda of payakumbuh. The population in this research is the entire members of the Cooperative work of Karya Bunda in the town of Payakumbuh totalling 153 people and sample numbering 111 people with random technique. The data used are the primary data through dissemination of the question form and documentation. Research using quantitative methods and anilisis multiple linear regression test data. Based on the research results influence quality of managerial capabilities and caretaker of the Ministry against our satisfaction cooperative members Karya Bunda in payakumbuh contributed to the influence of 38.6%, while the rest of 61.4% are affected by other variables that were not examined in this study. In this study recommend to the Executive Board of the cooperative work of Karya Bunda in the town of Payakumbuh in order to maintain the quality of service provided to members of the Cooperative work of Karya Bunda in the town of Payakumbuh so satisfaction permanent members as well as the administrators of the cooperative work of Karya Bunda in the town of Payakumbuh enhanced capabilities in order to be manajerialnya so that the resolution of the problems relating to members can be resolved properly.Key Words: Cooperative, Members, Services, Managerial, Satisfaction.
