<![CDATA[Abstract: This research is to know how the description of TPA management a district in Tampan Pekanbaru City, subject of research in this research is 42 principals of TPA Tampan district of Pekanbaru City with 8 indicators. The method used is descriptive quantitative method to know the description of management of TPA. Data collection technique is using questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis obtained the percentage of 8 indicators are: The physical indicators of TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (69,64%) then TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City has been categorized as good (G). Indicator of toys and equipment of TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (57,54%) so that the TPA of Tampan district of Pekanbaru City has been categorized as good (G). The indicator ratio of baby sitters of TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (55,06%) then the TPA of Tampan district of Pekanbaru City has been categorized as less (L). Indicators of daily activities of TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (63,09%) then the TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City has been categorized as good (G). The indicator of qualification of baby sitters in TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (64,88%) then the TPA in Tampan district has been categorized as good (G). Indicator of adult’s interaction of TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (83,63%) then TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City has been categorized as excellent (E). Indicator of the relationship with the parents of TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (64,88%) then the TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City has been categorized as good (G). <![CDATA[Abstract: This research is motivated by the performance of catfish farmers. The formulation of this research problem is whether the performance analysis of the catfish culture community in Sukajadi Village Lirik District Indragiri Hulu Regency is good ?. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of catfish farmers in Sukajadi Village Lirik District Indragiri Hulu Regency classified as good or bad. The expected benefits of the results of the study are to increase the knowledge and insight of the author and reader about the analysis of the performance of the catfish culture community and applying existing theories. The population in this study were 50 people of catfish farmers. Then the sample of this study was 50 people and 20 people in other places, namely in Gudang Batu Village, the sample used was saturated sample. The instrument of data collection was a questionnaire with 70 items of questions and after the trial only 68 items were valid questions to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the catfish culture community has a good view of planning in cultivating catfish, the purpose of which has been done correctly. So that the best indicator of planning is compared to indicators of organizing, directing and controlling.Key Words: Performance Analysis, Analysis Of Community Performance]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Research it is based on the state of facilities and in the implementation of the martial arts it can be said support, although not sufficient. Formulation problems research is whether perception participants with the implementation of the Pencak Silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate di Desa Karya Mukti Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir in good?. The purpose of this research is to find perception participants with the implementation of the Pencak Silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate di Desa Karya Mukti Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir have good. Population in this study about 30 people learn. So research sample areas 30 people and the other 20 a test sample of try, sample used is sampling saturated. An instrument data collection that is chief with 57 a statement and if the trial live 55 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative. The analysis carried out in then a conclusion can be drawn on the this research note that, perception participants on the implementation of martial arts fraternity loyal terate in the heart of mukti in the wild transverse rokan downstream districts have good, seen from the input, the process, and output. Then input indicators most best and has the percentage of the average value of 82 % . <![CDATA[Abstract: The background of this research is underdeveloped interpersonal optimal child among children may not be able: to work together to show the attitude of its leadership, interacting with others, to understand the feelings of others, and empathy.Therefore, researchers make improvements and optimize interpersonal keceradasan perkembangann child according to his age level. The purpose of the implementation of this study was to determine the interpersonal intelligence, to determine the application of the method to play a role in improving interpersonal intelligence, interpersonal intelligence to determine the increase and to find out how high can increase the methods of playing the role of interpersonal intelligence in children aged 5-6 years. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. In one cycle there are three meetings. Data collection tool used in this study is in the form of observation sheet. The number of samples in this study were 16 children consisted of 10 boys and 6 girls lkaki.Based on the analysis of the assessment process there was an increase of 2 cycles. Improvement occurred, ie from before the action to the first cycle of 35.6%, cycle I to cycle II of 42.9%, and increased from the prior cycle to cycle II of 93.9%. From the results of these studies concluded that through role-play method can improve interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah Java Chart Bagansiapiapi Rokan Hilir.Keyword: Children Aged 5-6 Years, Interpersonal Intelligence, Methods Role Playing.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis study discusses the meaning of Japanese verbs of motion or idoudoushi. The background of this study is the chosen title for sugiru verb and tooru verb often used in Japanese leasson and two verbs that have similar meanings is past, so that confusing its use in a sentence for Japanese learners.The method used in this study is descriptive method. The data is taken from the dictionary Koujien by Izuru, Shinmura (1991). <![CDATA[Abstract : Based on the researcher’s observation of male students in class VII SMPN 023 Pekanbaru. Researcher discovered a weakness of volleyball under serviced. It seen when under served many balls still not over the net and the ball is not optimal, it influences phsycal fitness like arm-shoulder muscles. The purpose of this research is to see how much the correlation of arm-shoulder with ability of vollyball under service of male student in class VII SMPN 023 Pekanbaru City. Population in this research Population in this research amount 318 people, 150 male and 168 female. Based on population that is large and within the limits the researchers set the half population is used as a sample (purposive sampling). The study sample is all male students in class VII G as many as 16 people. Research instrument measure power arm muscles used two hand medicine ball put test and under serve test. Data were analyzed by product moment correlation. Based on research results, it can be concluded as follows : there is no correlation exsplosive power of arm-shoulder with ability of volleyball under service of male students in class VII SMPN 023 Pekanbaru.Key word : explosive power of arm-shoulder muscles, under service.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of media Snader Game against Early reading ability in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiah Bustanul RA V Pekanbaru City with methods one group pretest posttest design that experiments conducted on one group alone with no comparison group. As for the total sample of 16 children. Type of instrument used in this study is the observation and documentation using a sheet to record about activities that occurred during a given treatment. Based on the hypothesis test results obtained are the media's influence on the ability to read Snader Game starters in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiah Bustanul RA V of Pekanbaru. Retrieved tcount at 16:59 with sig 0000, because sig <0.05 then we can conclude that there are differences in the ability to know the concept of numbers in a significant protégé before and after use of media images in the learning chain. Hypothesis testing can be seen at t = 16.59> t table = 2, 13145. It has been suggested that there is a significant difference in results between the pretest and posttest. <![CDATA[Abstract : The research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of garlic’s extract (Allium sativum) concentration on the bacterial growth and its quality on the Iridescent Shark (Pangasius sp) for the design of student worksheet done in June 2016. This research was carried out in two stages: the field research and the stage of designing student’s worksheet (LKS). The experimental research was conducted by using Complete Randomized Sampling (RAL) factorial, the first factor was garlics extract consisting of 4 treatments and the second factor was the storage duration consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications so that there were 48 experimental units were obtained. Parameters observed include Total Plate Count (TPC) and organoleptic values that include appearance, odor and texture. The results showed that the concentration of garlic’s extract had an effect on the growth of the number of bacterial colonies. Where the growth of bacterial colony amounts occurs at treatment of BP3L1 (4.69 x 105). While the most preferred organoleptic test of panelists is the concentration of garlic’s extract (Allium sativum) 20% with the duration of storage time of six hours shows the best quality to the appearance (eyes, gills, surface mucus, meat), odor and texture. <![CDATA[Abstract :This research is based on the problems that arise from the observations made by the researcher that is about the implementation of additional criminal and additional crimes under UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption crime. Based on preliminary data obtained from the literature study is many problems in the implementation of the main criminal and additional crimes on the defendant corruption crime, for example, multitafsir rule or penalty that is still considered mild in the perpetrators of corruption crime classified as extraordinary crimes or extraordinary crimes. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) How is the perception of student riau university to the main punishment according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime? (2) How is the perception of student of university riau toward additional criminal according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime?. The purpose of this research is to find out the perception of students of riau university on the implementation of principal criminal and additional crimes according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime. This research is descriptive qualitative method. Population in this research is student of university of riau from 9 faculty, then simplified become 3 faculty which study jurisprudence only. The sample in this study amounted to 120 people from 3 faculties. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Based on the results of this research can be concluded the perception of university of riau students on implementation of basic criminal according to UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption is good. Nevertheless, the perspective of university of riau students on the additional criminal implementation according to UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption crime is not good.Keyword : Perception, Students, additional crime]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract:This study aims to determine the level of financial performance of Cooperatives in Kampar Regency Village Unit views of the financial statements based on financial ratios Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability. This study in village cooperatives located in Kampar District, amounting to 24 units of village cooperatives. The data collection technique is to use the financial statements of the Kampar district cooperative offices. The analysis technique used is a financial ratio analysis. the results showed: 1) the level of liquidity unfavorable 7.17% -185%. 2) the level of solvency is less baik112, 31% -471.55%. 3) the level of capital itself shows baik371 conditions, 55% -1.93%. 4) the rate of return on assets indicates a good condition 21.61% -0.10%. 5) rates of return of capital alone showed a good condition 54.93% -1.67%.Keywords: performance, financial reports and financial ratios]]>
