Abstract

Abstract : The problem this research is the student achievement of social studies fourth graderes SDN 52 Duri Barat still low with an average value of 61,5 and minimum completenness criteria (KKM) social studies is 65. Between students, amounting to 20 people only 6 students who achieve classical KKM with 30%. This research is Classroom action Research (CAR), wich aims to improve the learning process in the classroom. Formulation of the problem : is the implementation of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve students achievment of social studies at SDN 52 Duri Barat. The research was conducted on march 18, 2015 to april 17, 2015 by 2 cyclees. Subjects were students of SDN 52 Duri Barat, totalling 20 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this research is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. Based on the conduct of research with the implementation of learning models obtained results koopertif TPS type of activity the teacher in the lerning process in cycle I frist meeting was 62,5% and at the second meeting of teacher activity increased by 8,33% to 70,83%. cycle II first meeting and the second meeting of activity increased by 16,67% to 87,5% and the second meeting of activity increased by 4,1% to 91,6%. Result of data analysis of students activities in the first meeting cycle with the first meeting of an avarage of 62,5% and at second meeting of activity increased 12,5% to 75%% and a second meeting of activity increased 8,3% improve to 83,33%. At the first meeting of the second meeting of activity increased 8,27% to 91,6%%.This research presents the results obtained each before the implementation an improve in base score sycle with the average being, 61,5. In the first cycle improve an average of 64 with increase as 4,06% and an impove in the second with an average of 87,5 with increase as 42,27%. Result in the research that the implementation of cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve students achievement of social Studies at fourth graderes SDN 52 Duri Barat Kecamatan Mandau.Key Words : Model Learning Think Pair Share (TPS), Social Studies Achievement.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem of this research is students lower score in learning social of class IIIC SDN 85 Pekanbaru, it can be seen from 23 students of class III C,  17 students (73,91%)  got lower score and 6 students (26,08%) got higher score with the mean score is 61,30. The KKM of this school is 75. According to the problem, the researcher has conducted a classroom action research by implementing Inquiry Guide model. In cycle I, the percentage of teacher’s activity in first meeting is adequate 61%. In the second meeting,  it increased to 73% with good category. In cycle II, first meeting it increased to 91% with good category in first meeting and second meeting indicated in very good category 99%. In cycle I, the percentage of student’s activity in  first meeting is adequate 56%. In the second meeting, it increased to 70% with good category. In cycle II, first meeting it increased to 87% with good category in first meeting and second meeting indicated in very good category 99%. An average score of student’s learning result before implementation Inquiry Guide model was 61,30% it increase to 62,00% in cycle I, and 88,48% in cycle II. The classical completeness was achieved in both cycle. In conclusion, the implementation Inquiry Guide model can improve student’s learning result in social subject of class III C of SDN 85 Pekanbaru. Key Words: Inquiry Guide model, learning outcames IPA

Abstract

Abstract: Education is one of the most important in life. In addition to being one of the benchmarks or not a country, education also plays an important role in the survival. SMPN 9 Pariaman is the youngest educational institutions in the city of Pariaman, although it has been operating for nine years but there are many rapid educational development in South Pariaman District. The purpose of this research is: (1) To know the history of SMPN 9 Pariaman in the Marunggi village of Pariaman South subdistrict (2006). (2) to know the developments in SMP Negeri 9 in marunggai Village Pariaman South subdistrict (2006-2015). (3) To know SMPN 9 pariaman Achievement in marunggai Village South Pariaman subdistrict. (4) To know the efforts made to maintain the existence of SMP Negeri 9 Pariaman. In this research method approach in which data are collected through the Library Study of History, Interview and Documentation. Analysis of data using qualitative approach. Abstract

Abstract: the purpose of this research is to know the parenting pattern that applied to the student, to know the level of student’s social behavior, and to know the relation of parenting pattern with the social behavior of students in the SMPN 8 Pekanbaru.This research is a research with contingency chi squared design using quantitative approach. The sample used is 188 respondents in this study selected by using probability sampling with random sampling technique. Data retrieval techniques in this study using a questionnaire method, to collect parenting data applied by parents with social behavior of students. In data analysis techniques using the contingency chi square formula. The result of the research coducted on 188 respondents found that most parents use authoritarian parenting pattern with good social behavior of 61 respondents (32,45%) and parenting authoritarian parents with bad social behavior of 45 respondents (23,94%). Statistic test obtained chi square calculated bigger than table (264,15>9,488) Ho rejected Ha accepted meaning parenting have significant relation with social behavior of child equal to 0,76. Parenting patterns affect the child’s social behavior. For it is suggested to parents to give more attention on children through parenting which apply parenting and also due to social behavior child could to shape with good.Key word: parenting parents, social behavior

Abstract

Abstract: This pre-experimental research is aimed to find out whether there is a significant effect of using Card Games vocabulary learning achievement of the first year students of SMPN 5 Tapung. The problem to be discussed here is as follows: Is there a significant effect of using card games on vocabulary learning achievement of the first year students of SMPN 5 Tapung. This research is one group pretest-posttest design. Total sampling technique is used to get the sample. 53 students in class VII-A and class VII-B are taken as the sample. The results of the data analysis shows that the mean scores of the pre-test and the post-test is 62.11 and 74.94. In other words, the mean score of the post-test is higher than the pre-test. The result also shows that the value of t-test (12.83) is higher than t-table (2.007) at the significance level 5%. Therefore, alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using card games on vocabulary learning achievement of the first year students of SMPN 5 Tapung.Keywords: Card Games, Vocabulary, Learning Achievement.

Abstract

Abstract : This research supported by the low study results students, It can be seen from 42 students, only 11 students who been solved of average 65,86 while kkm set school is 76. The IPS study results students because a teacher often uses communication one direction and only focused teachers as information center that only transfers of course to students , so students passive and less enthusiastic in learning resulting in learning outcomes students in particular in learning IPS. As for the purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes is social class a student of class VA SDN 110 Pekanbaru by applying role playing kind of classroom. This research is research class action, consisting of two cycle.Every cycle consisting of two meetings and once daily test at each end cycle. The subject of study this is a student of class VA SDN 110 Pekanbaru which consisted of 42 students , consisting of 23 as a boy and a girl that is in their 19. The research was conducted in the first half of the even in 2016 / 2017. Following the completion of the process of refinement kind of classroom learning by using role playing the activity of teacher at cycle I increased from 58,33 % with two categories of less , be 69,44 % with two categories of enough. Then in the cycle II rose again from 77,77 % with good category , be 91,66 % with two categories of very good .While the activity of the successful students at cycle i increased from 55,55 % with two categories of enough , be 66,66 % with two categories of enough. Then rose again in the cycle II of 77,77 % with good category , be 91,66 % with two categories of very good. Study results students increased from 65,86 be 75,96 in remedial daily I with the percentage increase 15,33 % and in remedial daily II become inflated again 83,21 with the increased 26,34 %Keywords: Role Playing Learning Model, Learning Result, Social Studies

Abstract

Abstract :The problem in this Class Action Research is Are Applying inquiry learning model can improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students Elementary School 021 West Bagan. For that we need to be improved in order to improve learning outcomes. Efforts to repair is done by applying Inquiry Learning Model. The experiment was conducted in classes V Elementary School 021 West Exhibit, the number of students 21 students consisted of 9 male students and 12 female students. Data collection techniques were used that observation techniques and test engineering. Data analysis technique used is the result of learning, completeness individual and classical, the activities of teachers and students, individual awards. The results showed that the initial data is known that the students' social studies students only in an average 63.14 and completeness achieved by 23.8% with less category. In the first cycle and the class action after being evacuated there was little increase student learning outcomes IPA with an average of 73.9 and classical completeness still reached 71.42% with enough category. Seeing the conditions achieved in the first cycle of meetings 1 and 2, the researchers took the initiative to proceed to the second cycle. After the implementation of learning science in this second cycle learning outcomes achieved by students which averaged 78.3 and classical completeness of 85.71% with a very good category. This means that the inquiry learning model is one of the effective learning methods to improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students Elementary School 021 West Bagan, Bangko Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir.Keywords : Inquiry Learning Model , Science Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated poor reading skills narrative discourse fourth grade students of SD Negeri 9 Tenggayun numbering 33 students with KKM 70 only 12 (36.36%) students were above the KKM, while 21 (63.64%) students under KKM, with an average of 60.06. Based on these problems, researchers conducted the study with the form of research using Action Research (PTK) by applying a contextual learning approach. keterammpilan students increased from an average of 60.06 risen early on the first UH becomes 70.61. While UH II increased again to 77.27. The percentage of teacher activity cycle I meeting 1 of 60.7% to the category of pretty, meeting 2 of 64.3% in both categories. In the second cycle of 71.4% first meeting with a good category and at the meeting of 2 of 82.1% with very good category. Student activity cycle I meeting 1 of 57.1% to the category fairly and meeting 2 of 60.7% to the category enough. Cycle II meeting 1 of 71.4% and a meeting with either category 2 by 83.9% with very good category. Classical completeness in the first cycle and the second cycle is reached. Application of Contextual learning approach can improve the reading skills of narrative discourse fourth grade students of SD Negeri 9 Tenggayun Bengkalis district of Bukit Batu subdistrict.Keywords: Contextual Learning Approach, reading skills narrative discourse

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes IPA students, with an average grade 68,83. While the value of the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 75 is among the student who were 30people only students who reach KKM with classical completeness 50%. The research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted aims to improve student learning outcomes IPA SD class country IV 007 Pematang Ibul by applying cooperative learning model numbered head together. Data collection instruments in this thesis is the teacher and student activity sheets and learning outcomes. This thesis presents the results of stidying the get average of the results of study before action increased 12,84% to 68,83 77,67% in cycle 1.in cycle II increased 17,20% be average grade 80,67%. Theacher’s activity on the cycle I meeting I by mean 55% enough category, on the cycle II meting II score result of the theacher’s activity by mean 62,50%. Next cycle II meeting I score result of the theacher’s activity by mean 87,50% good category. On the meeting II the research finding also having improved by mean 100% very good category. Engage analysis result students activitas in cycle I by mean 50,00% enough category in meeting II 57,50% in cycle the studentsunderstand the activitas cooperative learning numbered head together. In cycle II activity students scor 77,50% good category.IV class research results SDN 007 Pematang Ibul prove that the application cooperative learning numbered head together can improve learning outcomes IPA grade IV SDN 007 Pematang Ibul.Keywords. Abstract

Abstract : This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the learning process and improve students' mathematics learning achievement. The researcher applied the Cooperative Learning Method, Structural approach of classroom Numbered Heads Together at class VII.3 SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, academic year 2015/2016. The Cooperative Learning Method of Numbered Heads Together employs students identification numbers to increase students’ sense of responsibility during the learning process. Data collected during the research was Teacher’s activities data, Students’ activities data and Students’ learning teacher’s achievement as well. The teacher’s and students’ activities data were obtained from observation sheets and students’ observation sheets. While students’ achievement data was obtained from Students’ test result. Then, the data collected were analyzed descriptively. The data analysis of teacher’s and students’ activities showed that the activities of both teacher and students are increasingly appropriate as expected. It is indicated by the teacher doing reflection after the learning process which affects on the teacher’s and students’ performance in the classroom. The improvement of students’ results can be seen from the students’ achievements on KKM. In Cycle 1, students who achieved KKM were 50 % and it increased significantly to 55.5 % in cycle 2. From the result above, the researcher drew a conclusion that there is an improvement on students’ result about 36,1%. after they were given a treatment. It could be stated that using The Cooperative Learning Method of Numbered Heads Together can improve the students’ achievement at class VII.3 SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru.KeyWord : Students’ Mathematics Achievement, Cooperative Learning Model Structural Approach of Numbered Heads Together, Classroom Action Research.
