Abstract

Abtract: This research was conducted in Teberau Panjang village of Gunung Toar districts Kuantan Singingi regency with a view to analyzing the impact of natural rubber farming on rural social economic communities. Social economic that more study about income level to fulfill household consumption of rubber farmer. Populated community in Teberau Panjang village populated with rubber plantations and making basic livelihoods, then sampled in a porpusive sampling of 100 samples. The sample criteria of the community who own the rubber plamtations either as workers or as landowners. Data analysis technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the decrease of rubber price caused rubber farmers in Teberau Panjang village to move land from rubber plantation to oil palm plantation community. Rubber plantations in Teberau Panjang village are stll traditionally managed. The management is done simply. After planning is left unattend, only some farmers who after planting rubber seeds doing maintenance, lack of care also cause the quality and productivity of rubber produced low. The impact of farming on the sosio-economic of rural communities in Teberau Panjang village from the results of the study found that the level of income decreased. This is caused by the decline in rubber price and the occurrence of monopsony where the price is determined by toke-toke village so that there is no bargaining among farmers, but it is also caused by the shift of rubber farmers to other communities that is oil palm.Keyword : Natural Rubber Farming, Sosio-Ecomic

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase fine motor skills in children aged 4-5 years through weaving activities in early childhood Darussalam Petapahan Jaya Village District Tapung Regency Kampar. This study is kind studies using action research or (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action planning, observation / evaluation and reflection. Subject empirically n are children aged 4-5 years are numbered 15 children in early childhood Darussalam , The research data obtained through observation and data analysis was done by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research shows that the weaving activity can improve fine motor skills in children aged 4-5 year. It can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of fine motor skills in the first cycle of 56.33%, which is the category of pretty and an increase of 36.68% in the second cycle be 76.99% which are in both categories. So, weaving activities can improve fine motor skills children aged 4-5 years in early childhood Darussalam Petapahan Jaya Village District Tapung Regency KamparKeywords : Fine Motor Skill, Weaving Activity With Colored Paper

Abstract

Abstract: This research is classroom action research that aims to improve learning process and to increase mathematics achievement with applied the learning cooperative approach Think Pair Share (TPS) model. The research consist of two cycles, each cycle has four stages, which are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection.The subject of this research is student of class VIIIE SMPN 1 Siak Hulu in academic years 2018/2019, which amounted to 32 students, consist of 15 boys and 17 girls. The instruments of data collection in this research were observation sheets and students Mathematic tests. The observation sheets were analyzed in qualitative desciptive, while the students Mathematic tests were analyzed in quantitative descriptive. The qualitative descriptive showed an improvement of learning process prior to the action on the first and second cycle. Most of students were very confidenced and actived in learning process, such as while they were finished mathematic’s problems that given, presenting the result of problems and giving the conclusion of learning. Number of students that reach Minimum Mastery Criteria increase from basic score to first test I and II. The results of this research showed an increasing number of students learning mathematics about knowledge of the basic score (37,5%) to the first test (46,9%) to the second test II (68,75%). Results of this research indicates that appication of the learning cooperative approach Think Pair Share (TPS) model can improve learning process and increase mathematics achievement from the students at class VIIIE SMPN 1 Siak Hulu in academic years 2018/2019 for the subject matter of Flat Side Space.Key Words: Mathematics Achievement, Learning Cooprative Approach Think Pair Share (TPS), Classroom Action Research

Abstract

Abstract: The results of the study indicate that the use of colloid domino card game media can improving students learning achievement in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu. Forms of this research was experimental research with radomized design of control group pretest-posttest. The population of this study were all students in class XI MIA SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu. After being tested for normality and homogeneity tests, it determined the sample of the study were students of class XI MIA4 as an experimental class and students of class X1 MIA3 as the control class. Technique that used to data analysis was t-test with the criteria that the data processed in normal distribution. Based on the results of data analysis test, we obtained tcount>ttable is 3.38> 1.67, it meant that use of colloid domino card game media could improved learning achievement in the class XI SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu. The category improvement of student achievement at experiment class was high category with a value of N-gain 0.71 while the control class included in the medium category with a value of N-gain of 0.60.Key Words: Learning Achievement, Colloid Domino Card Game

Abstract

Abstract: From the observations that researchers do at SSB Chefron Pekanbaru has a number of disadvantages, including the speed, durability, and agility of the athletes of the SSB Chefron Pekanbaru, but the most can be seen in terms of the player Agility, it can be seen when they are training or during the league, the SSB Chefron athletes are not manoeuvrable in changing directions quickly. That makes the author a discussion about maneuverability. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of one-on-one Shadow tag exercises on the agility of the football athletes in the SSB Chefron Pekanbaru. The population in this study is SSB Chefron Pekanbaru which came down to 18 people. Sampling uses a total sampling technique based on population counting. The instrument in this study are Shutlerun test. The data obtained in the ananlysis using t-test. Based on the research carried out to the athletes of SSB Chefron Pekanbaru, taken from the results of the first Test skill dribbled, then given drble exercises and use . T test results show Thitung of 3.500 with this 1.71 then received, at Alpha level (0.05).Key Words: One-on-one Shadow tag, Agility

Abstract

Abstraction: This research is conduted by the low students? achievement in social lesson, with the average class score is 67,8. Whereas minimum criteria passing grade the social completeness 57,14%. The formulations of the problem: ?is the implementation of corporative model of learning type TPS can increase students? Achievement in social for four grades students of public elementary school 005 Batu Gajah Pasir Penyu Sub district Indragiri Hulu Regency ??. The Research Goal is to increase the study achievement in Social lesson by four grade students of Public Elementary School 005 Batu Gajah with the implementation of corporative Model Type Think Pair Share (TPS). This research was conducted in 3th March until 10th March 2015 with two phases. The Subject of this research is the students of Public Elementary School 005 Batu Gajah four grades with 28 students become a data sources. This research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK). Classroom Action Research is a research that is conduted due to the problem a rise in the class. The Instrument Collecting Data in this thesis is Syllabus, Lesson Plan (RPP) and students Worksheet (LKS). This thesis showed the students achievement which is gained from the daily examination before action with average score is 72,35 and increase in first phase with average 78,64 and second phase becomes 91,66%. The result of data analysis students activity in phase first meeting is 58,33% an at the school phase increased to 75%. Second Phase in the first meeting 79,16% and second meting increased become 91,66%. The result of this research in class IV Cooperative Learning Model Type TPS can increase the students? achievement and can be one of the alternative choices to increase teaching and learning process.Key word : Cooperative Learning Model Type TPS. Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to determine students 'motivation to learn physics through the application of learning models PDEODE and know the difference between the students' motivation to learn physics class that implements the learning model Predict, Discuss, Explain, Observe, Discuss, Explain (PDEODE) with a class that implements the conventional learning. This type of research is a Quasi-experimental, with the draft Non-equivalent control group design. The subjects in this study is a class XI IPA 3 with the application of learning models PDEODE and class XI IPA 5 with the application of conventional learning. The data in this study a questionnaire score students' motivation to learn physics after learning model application PDEODE were analyzed descriptively. Further differences between the students' motivation to learn physics class that implements the learning model PDEODE with a class that implements the conventional study were analyzed using N-Gain. Based on the analysis of data obtained by the N-gain average of students in classes that implement learning models PDEODE middle category with an average N-Gain 0.34, while in the class that implements the conventional learning motivation to learn the average student is at the low category with an average N-Gain 0.12. It can be concluded that the application of learning models PDEODE can increase the motivation to learn physics class XI IPA at SMAN 1 Rengat. Key Words: PDEODE learning, motivation learn.

Abstract

Abstract:This research based on the students?mathematics achievement at class XI MS II Senior High School Plus of Riau Province with cooperative learning Think Pair Square (TPS), there are 24 students in the class with 18 are male and 6 female. There are 20 students who achieved the passing grade by the percentage 83,3% for attitude competence. Only 10 students who achieved the pasing grade by percentage 41,6% for knowledge competence and 12 students who achieved the passing grade by the percentage 50% for skill competence for the main discussion about relevancy with algebraic operations on matrix. The research is classroom action research. This aims research to increase learning process and students? math achievement at class VIII.2 SMPN 4 Tapungthrough the implentation cooperative learning model of structural Two Stay Two Stray.The subject of the research are 24 students from class XI MS II Senior High School Plus of Riau Province with the heterogenous level. Instrument to collect the data are observation, attitude assessment sheet, skill assessment sheet and mathematics achivement test. The observation data analyzed by using descriptive and qualitative,and for students?test by using descriptiveand quantitative. The qualitative analysis showed an improvement of learning process prior to action to the first cycle and second cycle. The results of this research showed an increase in students achievement for attitude competence from the based-score with the percentage 83,3% to 87,5% on the first cycle and 100% on the second cycle. For knowledge competence showed an increase from the based-score with the percentage 41,6% to 62,5% on the first cycle and 83,3% on the second cycle. And for skills competence showed an increase from the based-score with the percentage 50% to 62,5% on the first cycle and 87,5% on the second cycle. Based on the finding can be concluded that the implentation of cooperative learning model Think Pair Square could improve students? mathematics achievement at class XI MS II Senior High School Plus of Riau Province in the first semester academic years 2014/2015.Key Word : Students? Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is that the accuracy of shooting of SSB Galaxy U-12 Duri is still lacking, it is seen from various test and official match and this is one factor causing the defeat. This type of research is a type of experimental research to see the effect of the form of exercise. The purpose of this riset to see the effect of training kick Nine ball kegawang against the shooting accuracy of SSB Galaxy U12 Duri. The population in this riset is the team SSB Galaxy U12 Duri, amounting to 16 people. Sampling technique is by using total sampling, where the total population is sampled. The data retrieval technique is obtained from pre-test and post test. Instrument in this research use Test shooting at the ball as a tool to measure shooting accuracy skill. The analysis was performed using the t-test. based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of training kick Nine ball kegawang against the skills of precision shooting players SSB Galaxy U12 Duri proven with T of 7.609 and Ttabel 1.764. Means Thitung> Tables. At ? = 0,05 level.Keywords: training kick nine balls, precision shooting.

Abstract

Abstract : Company Amplang shrimp is a company engaged in ready-to-eat foods, through the field observation shrimp firms do marketing using a strategy of concentration is a strategy that specializes some markets in sales because of lack of existing natural resources. So the company only sells products within the region and performs production only to the existing order. With the problems that exist then this research using SWOT Matrix to know the right marketing strategy for company to be able to run its business well, so get profit or profit. The result of the research concludes that the strategy used by the company and suggested for the company is 1. Growth oriented strategy if the company has SO strategy, that is strategy with internal strength strength and excellent opportunity 2. Stability Strategy if the company has WO strategy, that is strategy Which minimizes the weaknesses to seize the opportunities that exist, 3.
