Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this research is when serving the SMA Negeri 1 Duri Women’s volleyball team often fails, the ball does not pass through the net, the ball out field and predictable by opponent position of the ball fall. So easily th opponent receives the top service result. The purpose of the research was t find out whether there is a muscle power relationship of the shoulder arm to the top service precision. The population in this research was the entire team of SMA Neferi 1 Duri Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis women’s volleyball that amounted to 12 peoples. The sampling technique is the whole population (total sampling). The instrument perfomed in this research is test two hand medicine ballthrow, which aims to measure the muscle strength of the arms and shoulders and the top service accuracy of the samples used. After that, the data is processed with statistic to test the normality with the lilliefors test at a α0.05 significant level. Based on the results of the obtained power muscles of the arms and shoulders have a correlation to the top service precision on the SMA Negeri 1 women’s volleyball team because of Lhitung X variable = 0.1429 and Lhitung Y variable = 0.1229 where Ltabel obtaimed 0.242 (α=0.05) therefore Lhitung 0.1429 < Ltabel 0.242 on the X variable and Lhitung = 0.1229 < ltabel = 0.242 on Y variable, in other words it is concluded that the x and y data are normality distributed.Keywords : Power the musvles of the arms and shoulders, the precision of servicing the volleyball

Abstract

Abstract: background in this study is that the results of the research students studying PKn class action (PTK) and the application of the Cooperative Learning Model Type TSTS. This research aims to improve the learning results of PKn grade IV SD Negeri Sekeladi 035 Sub White Ground with a number of students shebaniah 20 students. This research was conducted with two cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 times with 1-time repeats daily. Data collection instruments in the research is the observation sheets, sheet teacher observation of student test results and learn.The results of the data analysis activities teacher on cycle I first encounter and second encounter 65.63% increase to 68.75%. Cycle II 78.13% first meeting and the second meeting increased to 86,00%. Furthermore the results of the data analysis of student activity on the cycle I first encounter and second encounter 67.50% increase to 72.50%. Cycle II first meeting 77.50% and second meeting rose to 84.00%. From the results of this research were obtained results has increased student learning that is the average student learning outcomes on the base score is increased 69.75 cycle I became 79.50 increased again in cycle II 80.75. For ketuntasan study on base score is 9 people (45%) increase in cycle I became 17 people (85%) and increased again in the cycle II to 19 people (95%) with categories completely.Thus it can be concluded that Cooperative Learning Model of applied Type TSTS can improve learning outcomes PKn grade IV SD Negeri Sekeladi 035 Sub White Land.Keywords: models of Cooperative Learning, results of TSTS type PKn.

Abstract

Abstract: Snowball throwing learning is one of cooperative learning models, with emphasis on group learning system. Snowball throwing learning training students to be more responsive to receive a messages from others and convey a message to a friend of the group. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of learning models snowball throwing to improve social subject outcomes in fourth grade students of SDN 50 Bengkalis. Design of this research is the Classroom Action Research which consists of four stages in each cycle, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This study was conducted by two cycles. The reflection results in the first cycle showed that the teacher activity has been good and the student activity could be categorized well but there are still some things that need to be improved, likes the involvement of students in the classroom, students activity in the discussion. For the second cycle of teacher activity and students has been increased and has started better than ever. The results of data analysis and discussion of students learning outcomes in the first cycle showed that an increase in individuals where the number of students who completed the basic score as many as seven students with a percentage (35%) and the average value of 68.5 increased in the first cycle to 15 students the percentage (75%) and the average value of 77. in the second cycle increased to 18 students with a percentage (90%) and the average value of 85 so that it can be concluded that the implementation of Snowball Throwing learning models can improve the social subject grade IV SDN 50 Bengkalis.Keywords : Model , Snowball Throwing Learning , Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effects of self management techniques to reduce smoking behavior of class IX students of SMPNegeri 40 Pekanbaru through group guidance. This type of research is a quantitatiative study with an experimental metohod using the design on the one-group pretest – posttest design. The measuring instrument used in this study is a smoking behavior measurement scale consisting of 55 items before validation and after validation there are 47 item valid, with validity of 0.5255 and reliability of 0.918. Determination of the subject was obtained from the BK teacher’s recommendations and student case book data. The data analysis technique used is non-parametric statiscal techniques using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study proved that the research hypothesis was accepted. This is known from "Test Statistics", known as Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) worth 0.017. Because the value of 0.017 is smaller than <0.05, it can be concluded that "Ha is accepted". For this reason, it can be concluded that there are differences in the score of smoking behavior before and after treatment given in the from of self management techniques. Based on the calculation that have been made, the 100% pre-test is in the high category. Post-test 100% in the medium category. Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So that it can be concluded that the technique of self management can reduce the smoking behavior of students of SMPNegeri 40 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Students of SMP, Self Management, The Smoking Beh avior

Abstract

Abstract: Research on the application of the Think Pair Share (TPS learning model has been done to improve students learning achievement in the topics of chemical bonding in class X MIA SMAN 2 Tambang. This research is experiment based on pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, which are X MIA 1 as experiment class and X MIA 2 as control clas that randomly selected after testing normality and homogeneity. Experiment class is a class that is treated by applying the Think Pair Share (TPS learning model. Analyzed of data used t-test. Results of the analysis it was found that tscore>ttable (2,235>1,67), it means the Think Pair Share (TPS learning model can improve students learning achievement on the chemical in class X MIA SMAN 2 Tambang with an increase of 6,7%.Key Words: Research on the application of the Think Pair Share (TPS learning model,learning achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This research was based on the students math ability class VIIIA of SMPN 1 Benai under the Mastery Minimum Criteria with a percentage of 43,5%,of the Basic Competence 1.2 outlines the algebra into the factors and the learning process still teacher center. The research conducted was the Classroom Action Research. The aims of this research is to improve the learning process and results on the students learning mathematic by implementing cooperative learning model structural approach of Think Pair Square. There were 23 students in the class consisting 15 boys and 8 girls as the participant of this research. The instruments of data collection in this research were observation sheets and students Mathematic tests. The observation sheets were analyzed in qualitative desciptive, while the students’ Mathematic tests were analyzed in quantitative desciptive. The qualitative desciptive showed an improvement of learning process prior to the action on the first and second cycles. Number of students that reach Minimum Mastery Criteria increase from basic score to daily test II. The number of students who reach Minimum Mastery Criteria on basic scor, daily test I and daily test II are respectively 10 person (43,5%), 12 person (52,2%) and 27 person (73,9%). Based on the result of this research could be concluded that the implementation of Cooperative Learning Model structural approach of Think Pair Square can improve the learning process and result on the students’ achievement of learning Mathematic in grade VIIIA of SMPN 1 Benai in the first semester academic years 2016/201, of the basic competence 1.3 Understanding relations and functions. 1.4 Determine the value of functions, and 1.5 Sketching graph of simple algebraic function on the Cartesian coordinate plane.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem this research is the student achievement of sains studies fifth graderes SDN 51 Balai Makam still low with average value 68,90 (with KKM 72). The purpose of this research was to improve the students achievement of the fifth graderes SDN 51 Balai Makam. With the implementation of contextual teaching and learning model. This research was an classroom action research with two cycles in second semester 2014/2015. Before implementation contextual teaching and learning model average 68,90, after implementation contextual teaching and learning model, UH I was 78,10 that improve 13,20% from before exam with average 68,90. UH II was 82,29 that improve 19,43%. Teachers activities with the implementation contextual teaching and learning model at first meeting of first cycle was 65,62% (enough category), and second meeting was 75% (good category) that improve 10 point. At second cycle, teachers activities at first meeting was 84,37% (good category) that improve 9 point from second meeting of first cycle. Second meeting of second cycle was 90,62% (verygood category) which improve 6 point. Students activities at first meeting of first cycle was 60% (enough category),and second meeting 71,87% (good category) that improve 11 point. At second cycle, students activities at first meeting was 84,37% (good category) that improve 13 point from second meeting of first cycle. Second meeting of second cycle was 93,75% (verygood category) which improve 10 point. Abstract

Abstrack: This research is aimed to describe and differentiate the process skill through the implementation of learning cycle 7E model for the material dynamic electricity in the class of X SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Population in this research is all of X classes which consist 9 classes. Meanwhile the samples are 37 students in X3 as experimental class and 37 students in X4 as control class. The instrument of data collection in this study is a process skill performance test which consists of 10 multiple choice items. The research instrument used is Physics process skills achievement test array of aspect: observing, predicting, planning experiment, applying concept and concluding. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential methods. Descriptive analysis of student’s process skill after learning with implementation of Learning Cycle 7E model is 86,15% of the good category and declared effective learning efficiently. The value of t tests is p = 0.010 means p < 0.050, then H0 is rejected. Which means that there are differences in process skill test result between students in experiment class that taught using learning cycle 7E and control class that uses conventional learning with a level of 95%. It can therefore be concluded that the implementation of learning cycle 7E can be used as an alternative in the learning process in the classroom X SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Learning cycle 7E, Process Skill, Dinamyc Electricity

Abstract

Abstract : Behavior development in adolescence is marked by changes due to puberty, one of them, changes on socio-emotional behavior. Many students still reluctant to open in discussing matters related to puberty. They only know about physical changes. This research aims to know the effect of guidance service group toward socio-emotional behavior ofadolescence, especially the girl students in the X classat SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The method of this research is quasi experiment with one-group pretest–posttest designe. Subject of this research is 30 students who have low and medium socio-emotion. From the analysis of the data obtained can be seen that the value of thitung bigger than ttable, that is(30,08> 2,000). Thus Ho rejected and Ha accepted, its mean that from this research there is a significant differences between students socio-emotional behavior before and after guidance service group gave in first year students at ADP SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru.Keyword : Group guidance,Adolescence,Socio-Emotional

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by issues arising from interviews conducted by the researcher is that the children does not have the personality or character of agood honest. The parents that have higher education or have studied better able to guide and direct their children to instill good character, one of the character is honest, compared with parents who studied low.The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of parental educational level to the children in sukasari kampung rempak siak. The method of this research is using descriptive analysis of quantitative , data analysis with the simple linear regression. Based on the result of this research concluded that the percentage of the recapitulation of the answer to the questionnaire respondents about the influence of parental educational level of the character of an honest children in sukasari kampung rempak siak, education level of parent ( father and mother ) variables x belonging to secondary education that is equal to 47,82 %, whereas for honest character variable y with the answer very often by 30,25 %, often is equal 54,7 %. Based on bencmarks in chapter III that the number who answered very often + often by 84, 95 % in the range 75,01 % - 100,00 % or excellent means children in sukasari kampung rempak siak have a very good honest character with a percentage of 84,95 % which means that the higher the education level of parents, the better similarly onest character children in sukasari kampung rempak siak. Based on research result, the authors recommend to he public is expected to continue education, so as to create a generation of honest and useful for the homeland of the nation and the state, because educated parents is easier to guide and direct his honest character.Keyword : education level of parents, honestly character
