Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of the welfare of rubber farmers to the education of children in the village of Teratak Air Hitam Sentajo Raya Sub-district Kuantan Singing District. The subjects of this study are farmers who have childrens that droped out from school. The total sample are 41 respondents using the method of Proposive Sampling. The data used for this study are primary data collected by using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used the chi square test analysis. The results of this study indicate that the, rubber farmers are prosperous it can be seen from the fulfillment of welfare indicators. On the other hand the education of children of rubber farmers is still low. This study found that there is no significant relationship between the rubber farmer’s welfare and their children's education in the village of Teratak Air Hitam Sentajo Raya Sub-district Kuantan Singingi Regency.Keywords: Rubber Farmer's Welfare, Children's Education.

Abstract

Absrtract: The development of science and technology is very influential on the quality of human resources. Quality of human resources derived from the learning process, that is through education. Education is closely related to the development of the curriculum. The 2013 curriculum focuses on students' understanding and activity. The study is based on the limited learning tools of mathematics as a supporter of learning. This study aims to produce a learning device based on discovery learning mathematics on prism and limas material for students of class VIII junior high school that is valid and practical to use. This research is a development research with ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results showed that the learning tools developed have been valid indicated by the results of design of learning implementation (RPP) and students activity sheet (LKS) assessment with the criterion "valid". Work sheet developed are practically demonstrated by the results of the students' assessment with the criteria of "very practical". The learning tools of mathematics developed have the following characteristics: (a) the learning activities contain the steps of the discovery learning model consisting of stimulation / stimulation, problem identification, data collection, data processing, verification, and conclusion; and (b) contains a scientific approach consisting of questioning, observing, questioning, collecting information, reasoning, and concluding.Keywords: Learning Tool, Discovery Learning, Curriculum 2013, Scientific Approach

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to analyze the business development strategy of corn starch in Tebing Tinggi Barat District of Meranti Regency. This study was conducted in Tebing Tinggi Barat District of Meranti Regency. The sample is corn starch business owners in the district of Tebing Tinggi Barat. The total sample of this study is four factories. The data collected by obseravation and interview. The data analyz technique using SWOT analysis to established a table of Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) and Eksternal Factor Analysis Summary EFAS. The results showed that the corn starch business in the District of Tebing Tinggi Barat Meranti Regency has a strength and a large market opportunity. Enterprises of the corn starch should maintain and enhance the strength to take the market opportunities that exist. The strategy that should be implemented by businesses corn starch is SO strategy known as an aggressive strategy. The aggressive strategy is using strength to take advantage the opportunities. Abstract

Abstract : This research conducted at VII.class of SMPN 3 Rimba Melintang the 2015/2016 school year to improve student learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model STAD. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The parameters in this study is the thoroughness of learning outcomes derived from the value of post tets and the daily test, student activities and teacher's activities and there are collected using observation sheet. The results showed increased absorbency where first post test is 75.20 into 79.50 in post test 2, while the second cycle value increased 85.00 first post test on second post test to 90.6. Mastery learning increased from the first cycle that 74.55 (enough), being 80.70 (both) in the second cycle. Choice group increased from the first cycle, four great groups and one group of super, into three great groups and two groups of super in the second cycle. Student activity increased from the first cycle average of 81.73% to 94.04% in the second cycle. Teacher activity increased from the first cycle an average of 75% (enough), to an average of 95% (excellent) on the second cycle. It can be concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD can improve learning outcomes of VII.grade science students at SMPN 3 Rimba Melintang 2015/2016 school year.Keywords :Cooperative Learning Type STAD, Learning achievement

Abstract

Abstrack : The purpose of this study was to determine employee motivation at the mobile phone kiosk in Kedung Sari Village, Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 20 for questionnaire surveys and 35 people for survey questionnaires with a sampling method for random samples, that is samples without taking into account the layers in the population. The technique to collect data using a questionnaire. Techniques for data analysis using the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that the motivation of employees in the family is classified as good, the motivation of employees in their profession is classified as good, the motivation of employees in performance is very good, the motivation of employees in good opportunities and the motivation of employees in compensation in the form of money is good. The five motivation indicators are then combined in combination as good interpretations.Key Words: Motivation, Employees

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research was mathematic learning outcomes in fourth grade (IV) students SDN 004 Petapahan still low with average value 60,14 (with KKM 70). The purpose of this research was to improve mathematic learning outcomes of the fifth grade (V) students SDN 004 Petapahan with the implementation of cooperatif’s make a match type learning model. This research was classroom action research with two cycles. The subjects were students of class V SDN 004 Petapahan academic years 2015/2016 which amounted to 36 people consisting of 16 women and 20 men. Based on the result a discussion the observation of teacher’s and student activity sheet seen rising each meeting. Teacher’s activity with the implementation of cooperatif’s make a match type learning model at first meeting of first cycle was 61,67% (good), and second meeting was 70,00% (good). At second cycle, teacher’s activity at first meeting was 80,00% (good) and second meeting was 93,33% (very good). Students activities at first meeting of first cycle was 53,33% (enough) and second meeting was 63,33% (good). At second cycle, students activities at first meeting was 68,33% (good), second meeting was 78,33% (very good). Mathematic learning outcomes before implementation cooperatif’s make a match type learning model average 60,14, after implementation of cooperatif’s make a match type learning model UH I was 62,50 that improve 3,92%, UH II was 71,91 that improve 19,41%. Implementation of cooperatif’s make a match type learning model can improved mathematic learning outcomes of the fifth grade (V) students SDN 004 Petapahan.Key Words: Cooperatif’s make a match type learning model, mathematic studies studentsachievement

Abstract

Abstrac : The background of the research had been low result student science while overage 68,68 minimum completences criteria( KKM ) 70. The number of the student are 25 student. But only to student to reach ( KKM ) scored 40 %. This research to action research class( are ) the alms to improve grade V student science learning achievement at SD 007 Lubuk Bangko the applicationof the cooperative learn TPS model type to improve grade V students science learning achievement of SD Negeri 007 Lubuk Bangko Kabupaten INHU. This research was conducted 19 march 2015 - 9 april 2015 with contain of two cycles. The nambers of student areb 25 student. Instrument of the recarch contain ( syllabus, RPP, LKS ) this research result of dally test whit average 68,68 %, increased cycle I average 70,88 % . cycle II increased 85,28 %. Process learn teacher on cycle I, meeating I 54,16 % and meating II increased 66,67 %. Cycle II meeting I 83,33% and meeting II increased 91,66%. The result data student analized on cycle I, meeting I 45,83%, and meeting II increased 58,33%, cycle II meeting I 76,16% meeting II. Increased 91,66% from the explanation above shows that. The application of the cooperative learn TPS model type to improve grade V students science learning achievement at SD Negeri 007 Lubuk Bangko kecamatan seberida kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.Key word: Coopertive model tipe TPS. Abstract

Abstract. Based on the observation, the children are lack of the ability to recognize the concept of numbers, children are not able to demonstrate the concept or symbol of numbers 1-10, the children are still incorrectly in using the symbol concept of numbers 1-10 are shown randomly, the children are still incorrectly in using the symbol of numbers that similar such as number 2 is called number 5, number 6 is called number 9. If states without the concept or symbol of number in children aged 4-5 years through playing cards illustrated in figures did in December with 15 children consist of 8 girls and 7 boys. The method used is classroom action research (PTK). The implementation of this research involves peers as an observer or observation. The stages of the research are: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of the research showed that playing number cards can improve the ability to know the concept of the symbol of number for children aged 4-5 years in Kindergarten Amanah Bunda Kecamatan Tanjung Medan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Increasing numbers of children recognize the concept of symbol about 22.60% in the first cycle, the second cycle about 62.04% and 98.67% for the third cycle. Abstract

Abstrack.The purpose of this research is to improve the achievement of fifth grade students of SDN 65 Pekanbaru in science field, year 2012/2013 through “the application of experimental method”. This research was conducted from April 2013 until Mei 2013. Subject of this research is fifth grade students of SDN 65 Pekanbaru. They are 19 pupils. 10 male and 9 female. This is a collaborative action research (teacher and the researcher), contains of 2 cycles. First cycle contains 2 meetings and second cycle contains 2 meetings. Research’s parameter covers students’ achievement after action conducted in every cycle (daily test I and daily test II), observation sheet/ students’ activity observation. Data was analyzed descriptively. Data shows that students’ achievement improves. Before experiment, only 4 pupils (21,05%) got daily test result above or same with school’s standard Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM), which is 70. While 15 pupils (78,94) are still under school standard KKM. After experiment in first cycle, 73,68% pupils got daily test result above or same with KKM. And second cycle, the number become 89,4%. Students’ activities in learning process (cycle I and II) are categorized good, with the average number 89,4%, while teacher’s activities are categorized good, with average number 92,5%. So, we can say that hypothesis in this research “the application of experimental method in IPA learning can improve the achievement of fifth grade students of SDN 65 Pekanbaru in science field” can be accepted.  Keyword: Experiment Method, Result of Learning Student

Abstract

Abstract: The process of learning that teachers centered learning, while students just shut up and accept what is. This makes it less active and creative students in the learning process so as to make student learning outcomes is low. Therefore, in order that the student learning outcomes better, the researchers interested in conducting research aimed at improving student learning outcomes IPS. This research applies problem-based learning model, which is implemented in the fourth grade B 004 Teratak Buluh Elementary School. The results of this study are: Activities of teachers, teacher activities undertaken at the first meeting by 60%, then 65% in the second meeting, the third meeting increased to 80%, then the fourth meeting increased again by 85%. Student activities, student activities undertaken at the first meeting by 60%, then 70% in the second meeting, the third meeting increased to 75%, then the fourth meeting increased again by 85%. The results of study, Application of Problem Based Learning Model to improve learning outcomes IPS fourth grade students of SD Negeri 004 Teratak Buluh this can be seen from the results of students' average initial data 71.79, 74.75 and UH-I of UH-II 81.00 , from initial data to the UH-I increased 2.96 (4.12%) and of the initial data to the UH-II rise again as much as 9.21 (12.83%). In the learning outcomes in the classical completeness reached 85% and classically can be said to be complete. It can be concluded that the Application of Problem Based Learning Model to improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fourth grade SDN 004 Teratak Buluh. Keywords: Model Problem Based Learning, Learning IPS SD, learning outcomes
