Abstract

Abstract: Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) is a conceptual framework that shows the relationship between three kinds of knowledge needed by the teacher or prospective teacher including technological knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, and content knowledge. This research is a development research that aims to see how the quality of the design workbook strengthening of technology knowledge for high school biology teacher. This workbook was developed from the essential indicator of Teacher Competency Test (UKG). The design phase, internal validation and trial I are conducted on biology education University of Riau. External validation and trial II are conducted at MGMP Biology Pekanbaru. The quality of workbooks is assessed from four aspects: format and graphics, illustrations, language and content. The workbook generated in this study for the validation stage by five validator validator in whole aspect is in very valid category with score 3.42 and the average value of response of 20 teachers to the workbook developed is 3.53 with very good category, so the workbook deserves to be used as a self-learning resource for strengthening technological knowledge for high school biology teachers.Keywords: Workbook, Technological Knowledge, Senior High School Biology Teacher

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted in Pulau Tinggi Village, Kampar Subdistrict, Kampar District. This research was motivated by the low level of community participation in the election of the Pulau Tinggi village head for the period 2017-2023. The formulation of the problem in this study is: What was the cause of the community choosing Golongan Putih (White Group) in the election of the Head of Pulau Tinggi Village Period 2017-2023? This study aims to determine the causes of the Golongan Putih (White Group) community in the election of the Head of Pulau Tinggi Village for the period 2017-2023. The population in this study is the Golongan Putih (White Group) community in the election of the Pulau Tinggi Village in the period 2017-2023. The sample in this study amounted to 57 people. Based on the results of the study indicate that there are factors affecting the Golongan Putih community in the election of the head of Pulau Tinggi village for the period 2017-2023. Where there are two factors affecting the abstention community in the election of the head of Pulau Tinggi Village for the period 2017-2023. 1. Abstract

Abstract: This research was carried out because of the low learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN 29 Pekanbaru, KKM assigned in school that is 75. From 38 students, who reached the KKM is just 15 students (39,47%), whereas students who have not yet reached the KKM is 23 students (60.52%) with an average rating of class 60,92. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning results of social sciences (IPS) of fifth grade students of SDN 29 Pekanbaru with the application of the think talk write learning model. The research results obtained average value score increased 60.92 from basic cycle I was 18.56% become 72.23. In cycle II, the average value of the students also experienced an increase from 33.47% become 81.31. On a base score of classical succes learning of student was 39.47% (not succes). After applied think talk write learning model on cycle I classical succes learning of students increased to 65.78% (not succes), in cycle II classical succes learning of students rose to 86.84% (succes). The activity of the teacher in the first meeting of the cycle I is 66.66% by category is enough. The second meeting rose to 77.77% with categories of good. At the first meeting of the cycle II teacher activity rose to 86.11% by very good category. At the second meeting increased to 91.66% by very good category. The activity of the students at the first meeting of the cycle I got was 63.88% by enough category. The second meeting rose to 77.77% with good categories. At the first meeting of the cycle II activity of students increased to 80.55% with good categories. Abstract.: The purpose of this research is to find out if there is the influence of the catch and a push-up to the results rejected by a bullet to the students the son of SMK the state 5 pekanbaru, so at the time of rejection a bullet gets you a good result. The research is research to the treatment of (Experimental), the population of this research is students state 5 in Pekanbaru, in this study is the whole population of the eight people. Instrument is used in this study is a test of rejected by a bullet, which aims to measure the ability of the results rejected, data processed by the statistics to test normality with a liliefors with the standard of significant, 0,05?. This hypothesis put forward is the influence of the catch and a push-up to the results rejected by the students the son of SMK state 5 pekanbaru. Based on analysis of statistics, producing data free test of Lcount of 16,31 and data post test Lhitung0, 17,36 Ltabel of 0.285 means Lhitung <Ltabel the data the distribution normal with an increase of 0, 75 based on analysis of the T and obtained Thitung, 3,79 and Ttabel 1,895, Thitung> Ttabel. it was concluded that Ho Horejected and Hi be accepted, this gives the conclusion that there is a significant influence between the catch and a push-up to the results rejected by the students vocational high schools (vocational) state of 5 pekanbaru.Keywords : Catch And Drop Push-Ups, The Rejection

Abstract

Abstract: Issue in this research is about lob shot that often the shuttlecock reaches unexpected area or soar overhead due to weak shot or improper shot, and make theopponent will be easy to smash. Base on this issue writer give lob shot exercise with repetition method to determine an effect against the shot strength of badminton athlete Bina Muda Club Pekanbaru. This type of research is experiment with one group pretest ? posttest design. Populations on this research are 6 people badminton athlete Bina Muda Club Pekanbaru. The sampling technic used is purposive sampling where all the population sampled. The instrument performed for the shot power is clear test. After that the data was processed with statistic to test the normality with liliefors test at significant level ? (0.05). The hypothesis proposed is the influence of lob shot exercise with repetition method against the shot strength of badminton athlete Bina Muda Club Pekanbaru. From the analysis resulted pretest clear test with an average 56,17 and the average posttest of 70,83 with an increase of 88. Base on analysis t Test resulted tcount of 5,24 and ttable 2,015 it means tcount > ttable. Therefore there is effect of lob shot exercise with repetition against the shot strength of badminton athlete Bina Muda Club Pekanbaru.Key Words : Lob, Repetition Method

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine agility determine whether there is a relationship with the football dribbling ability Extracurricular ALKhairiyah Rangsang MA students, in this study a sample of the entire population of students who take extracurricular student of SMAN 1 Kandis with a total of 18 people. From the results of calculations can be seen that large correlation value agility with the ability dribling football in extracurricular MA students ALKhairiyah Rangsang is 0597 or 0597 count equal to the value r In the table values (Product Moment) (5%) of = 0468, or 0597> 0468 this means r calculate> r table, meaning that Ho is rejected means that the hypothesis is accepted linear regression models. After the correlation number obtained, further testing the hypothesis by using t-test Significance formula. From the results of the calculation are known t = 2974 while ttabel with dk = n-2 = 18-2 = 16 at 95% confidence level is 1.746. Ho hypothesis testing criteria accepted if thitung smaller than ttable, but the results of the calculations show that (t count> t table) or 2,974> 1,746., And is therefore null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that "there is a relationship agility with the ability dribling football in extracurricular MA students ALKhairiyah stimuli. Abstract

Abstract: This descriptive research was aimed to find out the ability of the second year students of MTs Daarun Nahdhah Thawalib Bangkinang in comprehending recount texts. The research data were collected in November 2016. The subject of this research was class VIII-A which consisted of 31 students. The data were collected by giving a test to the students in the form of multiple choice test. The test contained 40 items. Based on the research, it was found out that first: the ability of the second year students in reading comprehension is in good level with the mean score of 63.71. Second, the students? mean score in finding the main idea is in good level with the mean score of 63.87, finding the factual information in event is in good level with the mean score of 70.97, finding the factual information in re-orientation is in good level with the mean score of 70.32, in finding the meaning of vocabulary is in average level with the mean score of 58.39, in finding references is in good level with the mean score of 63.23, in finding inference is in good level with the mean score of 63.23, in finding social function is in good level with the mean score of 61.29. As a conclusion, the highest score obtained by the students is in finding factual information in event with the mean score of 70.97 which is categorized into good level, and the lowest score that the students got is in finding the meaning of vocabulary, with the mean score of 58.39 which is categorized into average level. It is recommended that the students must do more practice and read books to improve reading skills, especially in finding meaning of vocabulary, because the students got the lowest score in that term. Next, English teachers are recommended that be more creative and use or apply any strategies to teach the reading strategies that can be used in answering reading comprehension questions. The last, other researchers are recommended that conduct this research in other skills.Keywords: Students? Ability, Reading Comprehension, Recount Texts

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is the result of learning mathematics of class student VII6 SMP Negeri 16 Pekanbaru which is still under the minimum mastery criteria with a persentage of 10,34 % only 3 students from 29 students who achieve the minimum mastery criteria on the associating the relationship and the area of a rectangle (square, rectangle, length, trapezoid, rhombus, kite) and triangle. The purpose of this research aims to improve the learning process and increase the student’s mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of Cooperative learning structured approach Numbered Heads Together. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycle, who conducted in class VII6 SMP Negeri 16 Pekanbaru in the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. Research subject as many 29 students, consist of 16 boys and 13 girls. The research instrument consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device used is Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Worksheet. The instrument data collector used in this research is the observation sheet and math achievement test. The observation sheet was analyzed whit descriptive qualitative while the test of mathematics learning outcomes was analyzed statistically. Based on deskriptive qualitative analiysis showed that implementation of learning process on cycle II had happened improvement from implementation on cycle I. Weakness on cycle I is improved on implementation cycle II according with planning of improvement after reflection cycle I. Number of students that reach Minimum Mastery Criteria increase from basic score to daily test II. The number of students who reach Minimum Mastery Criteria on basic scor, daily test I and daily test IIare respectively 3 person (10,34 %), 14 person (48,28 %) and 19 person (65,52 %). Results of this research indicates that application of the Cooperative learning structured approach Numbered Heads Together can improve learning process and increase mathematics learning outcomes from the students at class VII6 SMP Negeri 16 Pekanbaru in the second semester academic years 2018/2019.Key Words: Students’ Math Achievement, Cooperative Learning Structural Approach of Numbered Heads Together, Classroom Action Research.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to produce a valid student’s worksheet based on guided inquiry and students' ability in creative minding for global warming theory for seventh grade in junior high school. This research was conducted at the Biology Education Laboratory of the Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty of Riau University and the Special Assistance Junior High School Dumai in April-August 2019. This type of research is a research development using the ADDIE model carried out until the development stage. There are 4 students’worksheet developed. Data collection instruments in this study were students’worksheet assessment / validation sheets, and student questionnaire responses. After students’worksheet was developed, it was validated by 5 validators then a simulation was conducted on 12 4th semester students of biology education Riau University, and the trials were limited to 26 Class VII students in Dumai Special Assisted Middle School. Validation results show the mean score of the design aspects of the 5 students’worksheet developed is 3.59 very valid categories, the mean score of pedagogical aspects is 3.58 very valid categories, and the average score of aspects of content worthiness is 3.48 very valid categories. The overall score for all aspects of students’worksheet was 3.54, a very valid category. Simulation results show a mean score of 3.44 with a very good category. Limited trial results show an average score of 3.33 in the excellent category. The results of the analysis of the answers in the limited trial showed an average value of 89.5 (non-experimental) in both categories. The results of the analysis of the answers in the limited trial showed a value of 92.8 (experimental) in either category. The validation results of the students’worksheet based on inquiry in global warming theory on seventh grade were valid and very good.Key Words: Development, Students’ Worksheet, Guiding Inquiry, Ability in Creative Thinking, Global Warming

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning process and improve the student?s mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of Authentic Learning Strategy. The type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The research was conducted in student of grade VIII4 SMP N 17 Pekanbaru in the first semester of the academic year 2016/2017 with the subject of as many as 38 students. The research instrument are consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device used in this research are consists of the Syllabus, Lesson plan and Student work sheet. The instrument data collector used in this research is consists of the observation sheet and math test. Technique of data analysis is analysis of narrative descriptive and analysis of statistical descriptive. Based on the result of the research show that, there have been improvements on the learning proses and improvement on the student?s mathematics learning outcomes after applying the Strategy of Authentic Learning.                                                                                                                          Keywords: Authentic Learning Strategy, learning process, students learning outcomes
