Abstract

Abstract: The background of this study is the lack of ability of the child in listening skills, some children may not be able to mimic back 3-4 order of words, some children may not be able to sort the contents of the picture and tells a simple, some children may not be able to retell the story in a simple , Therefore, efforts need to be able to improve listening skills of children is through storytelling with a big book. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase listening skills of children through storytelling with big method book and to know the high increase occurred. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two (2) cycles. Data collection tool used in this study is in the form of sheets of observation and research subject is a group consisting of 8 boys and 7 girls. The results showed an increase from cycle I to cycle II. Improvement occurred, ie from before the action to the first cycle of 34.58%, the first cycle to the second cycle of 35.43%, and increased from the prior cycle to cycle II of 82.27%. From these results obtained conclusions that through storytelling with big book can improve listening skills of children at Tk Ar-Raasyidin Parit Aman District of Bangko Rokan Hilir.Keywords: Listening, storytelling with a big book

Abstract

Abstract : The research carried out base on the lowly of the result of social subject in grade 5th SDN 4 Pekanbaru which is about 70,47 within minimal completeness criterion stated is 70. Among 21 student, there was only 10 students were able to achieve the score of minimal completeness criterion stated. The purpose of this research is to improve student’s achievemet on social of the five graders in SDn 4 Pekanbaru with the application of contextual teaching and learning model. This research was classroom action research consisting 2 cycles within 4 procedures : planning, doing, observing, and reflecting and each cycle consist of three meeting. Instruments on this research are syllabus, lesson plan, and student work sheet. Instrument for collecting data are observation sheet and test. Data which was collected were learning outcomes and teacher’s activities during lessons. After implementation of contextual teaching and learning model it was abtained student’s outcomes in UH I within average 75,71 (improved from basic score 7,43%). The average score form UH II was 80,47 (improved 14,19%). Teachers activities results in the first meeting of the first cycle was 65% (good category), and then 70% (good category) for the second meeting in cycle I. Meanwhile in the first meeting of the second cycle was 85% (very good category) and then 90% (very good category) for second meeting in cycle II. Students activity in the first meeting of the cycle I was 50% (fair category), 70% (good category) for the second meeting in the cycle I. And then in the first meeting of the second cycle was 80% (good category), 85% (very good category) for the second meeting in cycle II. Based on the result it can be concluded that implementation of contextual teaching and learning model can social in five graders at SDN 4 Pekanbaru Key Words :      Contextual Teaching and Learning, Students Achievement the Result Of Social Studies.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the financial performance and the level of health of Women Cooperatives Patra, judging from the ratio of the financial year 2012-2016. The place of this research is carried out in a cooperative environment Women Patra in Dumai. This research starts from February until April 2017. As for the kind of this research is a descriptive quantitative and qualitative research, that describes the results of research in the form of financial report data related to financial performance against the cooperative. The data source of this research data is obtained from the report of the women's Cooperative Sysop Liability Patra in 2012 to 2016. As for the data collection techniques that are used by the method the study documentation. The results showed that the financial performance of the cooperative of women of good 2012-2016 year of Patra. This is due to the condition of the Solvency Ratio Liquidity Ratio, and Rentability Ratio where the Current Ratio has increased from year to year. And to the level of health cooperative of the year 2014-2016 quite healthy. This is due to the increased occurrence of 2014-2016 years, where Capital aspects, the quality of earning assets and management gets the highest value in the year 2016.Keywords: Financial performance, the level of health care cooperatives, Solvency Ratio,Liquidity Ratio and the ratio of earning ratios.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of guidance in group toward optimism of child inmates. The method in this research used pre experimental method, using One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. This research was done twice before the experiment (pre test) and after experiment (post test) with one group of subject. Analysis data in this research is descriptive analytic used qualitative and quantitative. Subjects in this study were selected by non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method consist of 6 child inmates of non-drug cases. This research was conducted by providing guidance in group for 5 times. The result of research shows that there is influence of guidance in group toward optimism of child assisted by 86%, while 14% influenced by other factors coming from theirself and environment.Keywords: Guidance in group, Optimism, Child Inmates

Abstract

Abstract. Research date collegcion was conducted in the second semester of teaching 2013/2014, through date collection instruments in the from of observasion sheets and interview caragivers. The results showed that of the 12 aspects and 24 caregivers overall competence in category of enough by an average 58.63%. whereas the competency of caregiver in child care center sub-district kuantan mudik kuantan regency in both categories and quite good. As for the indicators that are in both categories is the first indicator of the average of 67.86%, the secound indicator with anaverage of 66.67%, the third indicatorwith an avarage of 67.86%, indicator fourth with an avarage of 63.1%, the fifth indicator with an average of 66.67%, the sixth indicator with an average of 72.62%, the twelve indicators with an avarage 64.29%, thirteen indicator with an average 64,29%, the sixteenth indicator with and average 63.1%, the nineteenth indicator with an average of 61.9%, the twenty-two indicator with an average to 60.71%, and the twenty four indicator with an average 75%. Whereas obtain sufficient indicator category is the seventh indicator with an average 58.33%, the eighth indicator with an average 57.14%, indicator of nine with and average 42.86%, indicator of ten with an average 47.62%, indicator eleven with an average 46.43%, indicator fourteen with an average 42.86%, indicator fifteen with an average 45.24%. indicator seventeen with an average 58.33%, indicator twenty one with an average 53.57%, indicator twenty three with an average 51.19%.Keyword: competence of caregivers

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determined the percentage of accurate use of correltive conjunction in Pekanbaru Tribun newspaper and the cause of inaccurate use of correlative conjunction in Pekanbaru Tribun newspaper. The method used in this study was descriptive method with qualitative apporoach. The data source in this study was Pekanbaru Tribun newspaper edition 1 until March 31, 2017. The data of this study was all sentence that use correlative conjunction in Pekanbaru Tribun newspaper. The result finding of this study seen from the use of conjunction in headline of Pekanbaru Tribun newspaper for one month. Based on the results of this study found that 73,17% of appropriate use and 26,83% are not appropriate.Keyword: conjunction use, corelative conjunction, headline, tribun pekanbaru.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to increase students achievement by use of unocard games as a chemo-edutainment media on learning topic of colloid in XI MIASMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The type of this research is experimental research withrandomized control group pretest-posttest design. Subject of this research are XI MIA 4as the experimental class, XI MIA 3 as the control class which were determinedrandomly after conducting normality and homogeneity test. The experimental groupwas treated with the use of uno card games while the control group without the use ofuno card games. The data analysis to test the hypothesis was using t-test right side.Based on the data analysis, it is obtaine tcount = 2,10 and ttable = 1,66 with α=0,05, dk =77, tcount > ttable is 2,10 > 1,66, It’s mean that use of uno card games as a chemoedutainmentmedia can improve students achievement on the subject of colloid in XIMIA SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The influence by use of uno card games as a chemoedutainmentmedia to improvement of the student achievement as high as 5,4%.Keywords: Game Uno Card, Learning Achievement.

Abstract

Abstrack: The background of this study is students low mathematice achievement of X grade at SMK Kesehatan pro-skill Indonesia. This research conducted in second semester of academic years 2016/2017. The aimed of study is to find out whether there is significant effect of using “Kancing Gemerincing” as a technique in cooperative learning (STAD) toward mathematice achievements of students grade X at SMK Kesehatan pro-skill Indonesia. The study employed the pre-experimental research focus on post-test in control group design. The sampling of technique was purposive. There were two sampling in this study; the experimental class was using “kancing gemerincing” as a technique and the control class with conventional learning. The instruments in this research are the results of students test and the observation sheet of teacher and students activities. The finding of this research showed experimental class better than control class. So, it can be concluded there was effect of using “kancing gemerincing” as a technique in cooperative learning (STAD) toward mathematice achievements of students grade X at SMK Kesehatan pro-skill Indonesia.Key Word : The result of mathematical, “Kancing Gemerincing” as a technique,cooperative learning (STAD), pre-experimental research.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the differences in learn helplessness of students before and after the application of reframing techniques through group guidance and knowing the effect of reframing techniques to reduce the helplessness of students' learning through group guidance. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 29 Pekanbaru on 7 subjects with purposive sampling technique. The design of this study was pre-experiment with the one group pre-test post-test model. The data collection instrument conducted is a scale of measurement of learned helplessness. The results showed that there were differences in learn helplessness of students before and after the reframing technique was given with a significance value of 0.018 <0.05. In addition, based on the Spearman rank test it is known that there is a significant influence between reframing techniques to reduce learned helplessness with a significance value of 0.033 <0.05. The effect of reframing technique to reduce learned helplessness is 62.8% while 37.2% is influenced by other factors that come from within and from the student's environment. From the results obtained, it is recommended that educational institutions should continue to carry out activities that are able to reduce students' learned helplessness in the teaching and learning process to encourage more positive cognitive, motivational and emotional improvement.Key Words: Reframing, Learned Helplessness Techniques, Group Guidance

Abstract

ematic class III SDN 8 Duri Barat From 20 student who achieve KKM just 8 student (40%) while student who did’nt complete 12 student (60 %) with an average of 64.This aims of study to matcase study result mathematic school years 2015-2016. This research subjet student class III SDN 8 Duri Barat Kecamatan Mandau kabupaten Bengkalis amount of 20 students research is the action research class with the two cycle. This case can prove with the actiuty teacher score after leaning increase with the model PMRI increase experience from first cycle appointment first teacher activity get 65 score with the enough score and increase to 5 poin to 70 on the second appointment with the good category and than second cycle on the first appointment increase amount of 15 poin with the 85 score with the excellent category and the four appointment increase again to 5 poin with amount of 90 excellent category. Student activity can applied learning with the model PMRI increase from one cycle an the first appointment students activityvcan reach 65 score with enough category and arrow to 5 poin to 70on the second appointment with category. And than second cycle first appointment increased amount of 10 poin with the 80 score with excellent category and the four appointment increased again amount of 5 poin with the all score 85 excellent category. The learning outcomes after applied learning model PMRI increased from basic score with 1179 avarage 59,75 increased on the first cycle to 1570 with the average 78,5 and on the II cycle increased to 1880 with the average 94. Therefore can concluded that hypothesis the research can be applied on learning PMRI can increased studt result mouth student class III SDN 8 Duri Barat.Keywords : PMRI, Learning Outcomes Mathematics
