Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve the learning process and improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of cooperative learning with Numbered Heads Together structural approach. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The research was conducted in class VIII SMP Negeri 03 Rokan IV Koto in second semester of the 2015/2016 academic year with the subject of 34 students. The research instrument consists of learning tools and instruments to collect data. This study used syllabus, lesson plans and worksheets. Data collection instruments used in this study is the observation sheet and students’ test. Data analysis technique used are analysis descriptive narrative of qualitative data and descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative data. Based on the results of the study, the learning process has improved and students' mathematics learning outcomes also increased after applying cooperative learning with Numbered Heads Together structural approach. Thus, cooperative learning with Numbered Heads Together structural approach can be implemented as an alternative to learning, because learning approaches can improve the learning process and improve student learning outcomes.Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Structural Approach Numbered Heads togheter, Learning Process, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the problem of low yields third grade social studies students of SDN 005 Makmur. Causative factor of such students are passive students in learning activities, students do not develop material to a wider scope and students have not been able to associate the concepts that have been studied with everyday life. This research is an experimental research, the research was conducted 4 meetings and the control class 4 meetings experimental class, where before entering the first meeting of each class in different days, both classes are given about Pree test, and after the meeting to four each -masing classes are also given about the post-test. In this study, researchers applied the approach Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Subjects were IIIa class, there are 26 students and class IIIb as many as 26 students. Implemented in the second semester of academic year 2014/2015 on 16 April to 15 May 2015. Data collection techniques include test results of study and documentation of learning activities. Having done the research and data analysis, that the results of the acquisition Pree disimpulkanlah test the experimental class with an average of 65.04 and the control class with an average of 59.57, the results of the test data processing Pree T test showed t ≤ t table or 0.135 ≤ 2.021, so Ho accepted and Ha rejected. In other words, the mean scores test Pree there are no significant differences in learning outcomes. While the results of the acquisition of post-test scores in the experimental class with an average of 75.65 and the control class with an average of 73.77 then the data processing post-test t test seen that t ≤ t table ≤ 2,021 or 0,066, so Ho accepted and Ha rejected. In other words, the mean score of post test results to learn there are no significant differences.Keywords : Approach Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), Influence learning outcomes of IPS studies

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research was to determine how much influence of organizational culture on work motivation kindergarten teachers in District of Sail Pekanbaru City. The research population was all kindergarten teachers on District of Sail is 32 people. The samples used were a whole number of kindergarten teachers in District of Sail. Data collection techniques used, namely through a questionnaire. Based on the research results of regression equation Y = 20.386 + 0.393X. with the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.419 so that it can be concluded that organizational culture significantly influence employee motivation kindergarten teachers. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that "there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on work motivation of kindergarten teachers in the district of Sail Pekanbaru City”.Keywords: Organizational Culture,The Work Motivation

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at the furniture industry business in the Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru that produces regular romawi chair, where the usual romawi chair is a type of chair that is most in demand by consumers. The aim is to analyze the cost of goods sold (HPP) in the furniture industry business in the Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru useful as a reference in determining the selling price and to determine the amount of profit earned per unit of effort for the furniture industry product regular romawi chair.Collecting data through interviews and documentation. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis is then performed calculation of the cost of goods sold (HPP) per unit and profit per unit.The results obtained after the calculation of the cost of goods sold per unit and profit per unit, namely: the cost of goods sold per unit of each business furniture industry for product type romawi chair at the highest ordinary effort "Marsan Furniture" is Rp. 3.238.768/unit with a total production of 60 units per year. While the lowest occurred in the business "Barokah meubel" is Rp. 2.775.872/unit with a total production of 65 units per year. profit for regular romawi chair products are highest in the business "barokah meubel" is Rp. 724 128 / unit while the lowest occurred in the business "Marsan perabot" is Rp. 261 232 / unit. This is caused because the overhead pabrik cost "Barokah meubel" is smaller than the other furniture businesses, it affects the cost of goods sold "barokah meubel" that will also be small in comparison to other business furniture industry is Rp. 2.775.872/unit.Keywords: cost of goods sold, profit of units

Abstract

Abstrak: This study discussed the endofora reference in short stories collections of Karpet Merah Wakil Presiden of Abdul Kadifr Ibrahim work. In general, the problem studied in this study is about the type of endofora reference based on the direction and type of object in short stories collections of Karpet Merah Wakil Presiden of Abdul Kadir Ibrahim work. The method used in this study was descriptive method with qualitative approach, which is the data in the form of a series of text that get realization of endofora reference. The techniques used in this study were documentation and record techniques. The data source of this study was obtained directly from the book short stories collections of Karpet Merah Wakil Presiden of Abdul Kadir Ibrahim works. The result of this study indicate there are 417 endofora references data. The overall data consists of 284 personal reference data of anaphora category, 67 personal reference data of kataphora category, 5 demonstrative reference data of anaphora category, 7 demonstrative reference data of the kataphora category, 4 comparative reference data of anaphora category, and 4 comparative reference data of kataphora category.Keyword : endofora reference, type of endofora reference, short stories collections

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is still a lot of players who have experienced failure at the time did smash volleyball. This is allegedly due to its low explosive power arm muscles of shoulder and hand-eye coordination with the results of smash, This study was conducted to find out whether there is a relationship of the explosive power arm muscles of shoulder and hand-eye coordination with the results of smash in volleyball male team SMK Taruna Satria Pekan Baru. The sample in this study is the volleyball male team of SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru and amount 12 people. Sampling technique that is the overall population (total sampling). The instruments used in this research is a test used in measuring explosive power arm muscles of shoulder is by Two-Hand Medicine Ball Put, hand-eye coordination is a test that aims to measure the eye-hand coordination is someone with nerve center and Test the accuracy of the Smash as many as five balls of the test aims to measure the skills do a smash in the attack to the target quickly and directional. After that, the data is processed with statistics, to test normality test with lilifors on a significant extent of 0.05α. The hypothesis a relationship between Explosive Power shoulder arm muscles with the precision of the results smash, 2. There is a relationship between hand-eye coordination with the results accuracy smash, 3 There is a relationship between explosive power arm muscles of shoulder and hand-eye coordination with the results of smash. Based on the analysis of test lilifors produces Lcount (X1) of Ltable 0.242, 0.163 Lcount (X2) of Ltable 0.242 and 0.126 Lcount (Y) of Ltable 0.242, 0.219 means Lcount < Ltable, then the samples came from normal population. From the calculation of product moment correlation between explosive power shoulder arm muscles with the precision of the results smash X1 against Y is 0.643, hand-eye coordination with the results of smash X2 against Y is 0,808 and the explosive power arm muscles of shoulder and hand-eye coordination with the results of smash X1X2 against Y 0,873, where R aritmetic (0.873) > R table (0.632) therefore Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus there are relationship between the explosive power arm muscles of shoulder and hand-eye coordination with the results of smash in volleyball male team SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru.Key Words: Explosive Power Arm Muscles Of Shoulder And Hand-Eye Coordination With TheResults Of Smash In Volleyball

Abstract

Abstract : The Objective this research are : (1) To know independence of child age 3-4 years old whose it mother works (career’s mother) in Sawah Village Kuantan Singingi Districts. (2) To know independence of child age 3-4 years old whose it mother isnot working (housewife) in Sawah Village Kuantan Singingi Districts. (3) To know is there difference of independence child between whose mother works (career’s mother) with mother don’t work (housewife). This research is quantitative’s research, it’s cooperative research that is compare two ore more in one variable. The sample’s research is all of children age 3-4 th years old in Sawah Village Kuantan Singingi District. To get sample use sample jenuh technique, that is use all population to be sample. To get data use observation method. This research use analysis technique t test independence, that is compare 2 variable or more. This research’s result are : (1) Based on indicator table the child whose mother works get factual score’s 433 with percentage 72,16%, in category B (high). (2) The child whose mother don’t work get factual score’s 389 with percentage 64,83%, in category B (high). (3) there isn’t significan difference of independence’s child between children aged 3-4 years old whose working mother (career’s mother) with it not work mother (housewife) in Sawah Village Kuantan Singingi Districts.Keyword: Independence, Mother’s Work Status

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to the result of student’s process skill of class XI MIA 3 SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru on the material of kinetic theory of gas with the application of instructional media. This form of research is Pre Experimental Design with One Shot Case Study design. The subject of this research is class XI MIA 3 SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Instrument of the data collection was test of the learning result of students process skill given to subject of the research after giving treatment in the form of learning process based on inquiry approach. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed average absorption. It can be concluded that the implementation of instructional media of gas kinetic theory in the form of experimental device based on inquiry approach can improve the learning result of students' process skill on the material of gas kinetic theory in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru.Keywords : The Result of Student’s Process Skill, Learning Media, Inquiry Approach

Abstract

Abstract : The 2013 curriculum is a curriculum that directs students to be actively in the learning process. This research is based on the limited reference of teachers to develop learning devices that are corresponding with the 2013 Curriculum. This research aims to produce learning devices in the form of Syllabus, Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), and Student Worksheets (LKPD) with the Discovery Learning model on the flat side space subject 8th grade student of Junior High School that meet valid and practical requirements. The development model in this research is 4-D with the steps are Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The learning device products that have been made are validated by three validators. The average analysis result of the Syllabus validation data is 3.56 in the very valid category which means that the Syllabus is feasible to use and the average value for the RPP is 3.59 and LKPD is 3.64 in the very valid category which means that the RPP and LKPD are worth testing. Valid learning devices have been tested on small groups and large groups. The average results of the analysis of small group trial data is 3.42 and large group trial data is 3.30 which shows a very practical category. The average results of the analysis of observational data on the implementation of learning corresponding to the lesson plan is 2.95, including a very practical category which means that the lesson plan and worksheet are feasible to be used in schools.Key Words: Mathematics Learning Devices, 2013 Curriculum, Discovery Learning, Scientific.

Abstract

Abstrack: The background of this study is students low in mathematical of VII grade at SMP Negeri 4 Mandau. The aimed of study is to find out whether there is significant effect of using “problem based learning model” toward students mathematical of VII grade at SMP Negeri 4 Mandau. The study employed the pre-experimental research focus on the static group comparison study design. The sampling of technique was purposive. The samples were two classes that have been purposive sampling after normality test and homogeneity test with the class as an experimental class and control class as a class. There were two sampling in this study; the experimental class was using “problem based learning model” and the control class with scientific approach learning. Data analysis technique used was t-test . Based on the final results of data processing obtained t > t table (1.714 > 1.666) meaning that the application of methods of problem based learning affect learning outcomes in mathematics class VII SMP Negeri 4 Mandau on the material algebra. The finding of this research showed experimental class better than control class (78.13 > 71.13). So, it can be concluded there was significant effect of using problem based learning model toward student’s mathematical of VII grade at SMP Negeri 4 Mandau on the first semester academic years 2016/2017 on the material algebra.Key Word : The result of mathematical, problem based learning model, pre-experimental research.
