Abstract

Abtract: This research was conducted in Teberau Panjang village of Gunung Toar districts Kuantan Singingi regency with a view to analyzing the impact of natural rubber farming on rural social economic communities. Social economic that more study about income level to fulfill household consumption of rubber farmer. Populated community in Teberau Panjang village populated with rubber plantations and making basic livelihoods, then sampled in a porpusive sampling of 100 samples. The sample criteria of the community who own the rubber plamtations either as workers or as landowners. Data analysis technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the decrease of rubber price caused rubber farmers in Teberau Panjang village to move land from rubber plantation to oil palm plantation community. Rubber plantations in Teberau Panjang village are stll traditionally managed. The management is done simply. After planning is left unattend, only some farmers who after planting rubber seeds doing maintenance, lack of care also cause the quality and productivity of rubber produced low. The impact of farming on the sosio-economic of rural communities in Teberau Panjang village from the results of the study found that the level of income decreased. This is caused by the decline in rubber price and the occurrence of monopsony where the price is determined by toke-toke village so that there is no bargaining among farmers, but it is also caused by the shift of rubber farmers to other communities that is oil palm.Keyword : Natural Rubber Farming, Sosio-Ecomic

Abstract

Abstract : The research was conducted because of the low learning achievement of student on the structure of atom and the periodic system of element who has not reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) was 75 that have been established in school. The research aimed to improve learning achievement of student on the structure of atom and the periodic system of element subject in X MIA class SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. This research is was kind of experimental research with Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The samples of the research was the student of X MIA 4 class as the experimental class and the student of X MIA 1 class as the control class which were determined randomly after doing normality test and homogenity test. The learning process of experimental class and control class used scientific approach which was based on the curriculum in 2013. Experimental class was a class that was given the treatment that used Gallery Walk learning methods while the control class was not. The data analysis technique we used was the t-test, criteria testing H0 accepted if tcount>ttable, dk = n1 + n2 – 2 with α = 0,05. Based on the result of data analysis test, we obtained tcount>ttable was 2,41>1,66, it meant that the use the application of Gallery Walk learning methods could improve learning achievement of student on the structure of atom and the periodic system of element subject in X MIA class SMAN 2 Pekanbaru.Key Words : Gallery Walk Learning, Learning Achievement, Structure of Atom and thePeriodic System of Element

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to study fermentation with alcohol content of tapai pulut putih (Oryza sativa glutinosa) based on conventional biotechnology concepts and fermentation time on alcohol content of tapai pulut putih (oryza sativa glutinosa) as a module designed on conventional biology class XII high school concepts. The research method consisted of two preparations, namely the making of Tapai Pulut Putih (Oryza sativa glutinosa) and the manufacture of a Biology High School module design. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Biology Education Study Program FKIP University of Riau to produce white tapai pulut and measurements of alcohol content, temperature, and pH, starting in April to June 2018. This study used an experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 works and 3 results obtained 18 experimental planning. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that the duration of fermentation of white tapai pulut determines the alcohol content. The highest alcohol content at 42 hours fermentation time is equal to 0.75% while the duration of fermentation affects the decrease in the pH value of the substrate seen at 12 hours fermentation time, pH 4.80 and does not support changes in substrate temperature.Key Words: White Fermented Tofu, Alcohol, Conventional Biotechnology

Abstract

Abstaract: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of multiball training on the ability of backhand punches in PTM Mandiri Pandau table tennis athletes. There are also training methods that can improve your backhand skills, Multiball practice. The form of this research is (using a one group pretest-posttest design approach) with the population of PTM Mandiri Pandau athletes, the data in this study are the entire population of 5 people. The instrument used in this study was to use a backboard test, which aims to determine the effect of multiball training on the ability of backhand punches on PTM Mandiri Pandau table tennis athletes. After that, the data is processed statistically, to test normality using the lilifours test at a significant level of 0.05?. The hypothesis proposed is that there is an effect of multiball training on the ability of backhand punches on PTM Mandiri Pandau table tennis athletes. . Based on the analysis of the normality of the data X, it produces a Lhitung of 0.1977 and a Ltable of 0.337, meaning that Lhitung <Ltable. while the Y variable yields Lhitung 0.1949 and Ltable 0.337. This means Lhitung <LTabel. Based on statistical data analysis, there is an average variable X 27.4 and an average variable Y of 37.2, then the data is normally distributed. Thus it can be concluded that for the effect between variable x and variable y, the value of t = 4.78 then tcount> ttable is (4.78)> (2.132), then Ha is accepted, in other words there is a significant effect on the effect of multiball training Against Backhand Ability on PTM Mandiri Pandau Table Tennis Athletes.Key Words:Multiball Practice, Backhand

Abtract : Based on the observations of researchers in the field the ability Smash Badminton At PB. Putra Mandiri Pekanbaru City still low. This is evident from the weakness of the arm muscle power athletes, because when doing so required badminton smash fast and precise movements. Therefore Power bicep be one important factor in giving effect to the smash ability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of exercise forearm muscle power to smash the ability of badminton in the PB. Putra Mandiri Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the player PB. Kota Putra Mandiri Pekanbaru.yang amounted to 15 people. The sample in this study using the technique of total sampling, that the sample in this study amounted to 15 people. Research instrument used was a test forehand smash. The data obtained will be in the analysis by using t-test. Based on the results of 7937 taccount> 1,791 (ttabel) and then the hypothesis is accepted that influences of the exercise arm muscle power to smash ability badminton on the PB. Abstract

Abstract:This research based on the students’mathematics achievement at class XI MS II Senior High School Plus of Riau Province with cooperative learning Think Pair Square (TPS), there are 24 students in the class with 18 are male and 6 female. There are 20 students who achieved the passing grade by the percentage 83,3% for attitude competence. Only 10 students who achieved the pasing grade by percentage 41,6% for knowledge competence and 12 students who achieved the passing grade by the percentage 50% for skill competence for the main discussion about relevancy with algebraic operations on matrix. The research is classroom action research. This aims research to increase learning process and students’ math achievement at class VIII.2 SMPN 4 Tapungthrough the implentation cooperative learning model of structural Two Stay Two Stray.The subject of the research are 24 students from class XI MS II Senior High School Plus of Riau Province with the heterogenous level. Instrument to collect the data are observation, attitude assessment sheet, skill assessment sheet and mathematics achivement test. The observation data analyzed by using descriptive and qualitative,and for students’test by using descriptiveand quantitative. The qualitative analysis showed an improvement of learning process prior to action to the first cycle and second cycle. The results of this research showed an increase in students achievement for attitude competence from the based-score with the percentage 83,3% to 87,5% on the first cycle and 100% on the second cycle. For knowledge competence showed an increase from the based-score with the percentage 41,6% to 62,5% on the first cycle and 83,3% on the second cycle. And for skills competence showed an increase from the based-score with the percentage 50% to 62,5% on the first cycle and 87,5% on the second cycle. Based on the finding can be concluded that the implentation of cooperative learning model Think Pair Square could improve students’ mathematics achievement at class XI MS II Senior High School Plus of Riau Province in the first semester academic years 2014/2015.Key Word : Students’ Mathematics Achievement, Cooperative Learning Model of Think Pair Square, Classroom Action Research.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to fine out how the interest of reading and its influence on the countinuity of learning and learning outcomes on studen of Economic Education Courses FKIP University of Riau. The subject of this research is the student of Economic Education Courses FKIP University of Riau, amounted 72 people, the samples are taken by using the proportional sampling. The data are primary data and secondary data with data collection by using questionnaires and documentation. The technique of analysis data I used is Path Analysis processed through SPSS 16.0 For Windows and Microsoft Excel program. The results of this study indicate that interest in reading and continuity of learning have a significant effect on achievement of learning outcomes. Meaning that the higher interest in reading the countinuity of learning will be higher also and indirectly the learning outcomes will increase. Thus to improvestudent learning outcomes, required a high interest in reading and countinuity of learning is also high.Keywords: Interest in Reading, Continuity of Learning,Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Absract: This research aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication kindergarten teacher in Tampan District Pekanbaru City. The population in this research was 274 teachers. The research sample was 163 teachers. The data collection techniques, namely in the form The data analysis using scale trials and analysis of statistical methods with SPSS for Window Ver. 16. of Likert scale. The hypothesis of this research is that there a positive and significant relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication kindergarten teacher in Tampan District Pekanbaru City. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained tcount ttable 8.266 while the value (5%) (df = n-2 = 163-2 = 161) ttable value 1.960. Because of t greater than t table or 8.266> 1, 960, it means that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication kindergarten teacher in the Tampan District Pekanbaru City. The resulting coefficient determinant is equal to r2 = 0.296 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05), it can be seen that the self-concept giving effect of 29, 6% of the interpersonal communication kindergarten teacher Tampan District Pekanbaru City.Key words: Self-Concept, Interpersonal Communication

Abstract

Abstract : The objective of this research was to find out the reading comprehension ability on report texts of the second year students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. This is a descriptive research with only one variable. The data were collected from April to August 2018 by administering a test to the students in the form of multiple choice . The population of this research is the second year students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The sample was XI TKJ 2 (36 students) chosen by using cluster random sampling techniques. The findings of the research are as the following: finding main ideas (73.3), finding factual information (78.9), finding the meaning of vocabulary in context (82.2), finding reference (78.3), finding inference (78.9) and finding social function (80.6). As a conclusion, the highest score was in finding the meaning of vocabulary in context (82.2) which categorized into excellent level while the lowest score was in finding main ideas (73.3) which categorized into good level. Therefore, the writer recommended the students to improve their reading skills in order to get deep understanding of report texts and could reach excellent level.Key Words: Reading Comprehension, Ability, Report Text
