Abstract

Abstrack : Background to this study was to differ from the expression that no text was born without the emptiness of history and culture. The problem that arises is how the historical dimension of the novel Megat Rida K Liamsi works. The purpose of this document on the dimensions of the historical novel Rida K Liamsi Megat works by joining the historical literary lineage Tufat Al Nafis and Al Salatin used to learn textual study. The benefits of this research are divided into three theoretical, practical and educational. The operational definition of the dimensions of the motifs of history is the history that was born in the last lineage. Al Salatin and Tufat Al Nafis with literary texts are born in this time the Megat novel. The data source of this research is the novel Megat, Tufat Al Nafis and Al Salatin family tree. The research data is the text you do not have about the motives of history, which are grouped into categories of intertextual denial, confirmation and inovasi. Methodology is a qualitative method that illustrates the descriptive data. The collection of data used techniques is literature. Validity of data involving triangulation techniques using two validators. Based on the data analysis that is done, it is given that 132 historical motifs of the Megat novel, consisting of 3 types of intertextual denial, as much as six of the data, as much as 50 data confirmation and innovation as much as 76 data.Key Words: The dimensions of history, the novel megat

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of Playing Jump Numbers To Know Concept Number Ability Of Child Age 4-5 Years In TK Agape Tampan Sub District Pekanbaru City. The population in this study that children A classes totaling 18 children and sample in this study amounted to 18 children. The method used pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest design that experiments conducted on one group alone with no comparison group. This type of instrument used in this study is to use the observation and documentation to take notes about events that occurred during the treatment given. Based on the results obtained by testing the hypothesis that there are significant playing jump number To Know Concept Number Ability Of Child Age 4-5 Years In TK Agape Tampan Sub District Pekanbaru City. This known t count 13.52 or significance (0.000), because sig < 0.05, it can be concluded that there are differences in the ability to know concept number ability on students significant before and after using playing jump number in the learning. Hypothesis testing can be seen on t = 13.52 > table = 2,110. It has been suggested that there are significant differences in the results between the pretest and posttest. Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of interviews of researchers with lecturers athletic courses, namely Mrs. Ni Putu Nita Wijayanti, M. Pd, obtained information that the ability of student javelin throwing is still less than the maximum. This is due to the lack of power at the time of throwing, so that the throw is not maximal or does not meet the target. This research aims to determine the significant effect of Javelin Thrower exercise, Exercise on muscle strength of arms and shoulders of 2015/2016 school year coach students. In this research the population to be used is the students of coaching semester 3B academic year 2015/2016 University of Riau, which amounted to 30 people. The sampling technique to be used is full sampling, ie the sample sampling when all members of the population are used as a sample, so that the sample amounted to 30 people. The research instrument used is the strength of arm and shoulder test with Expanding Dynamometer. The results obtained in the analysis using the t-test. The t test analysis yielded t count of 2.304 with ttable 1,699 then H_a rejected, at alfa (α) 0,05 level. It can be concluded that there is an effect of javelin thrower exercise, exercise of muscular strength of arm and shoulder In Student Putra Kepelatihan Force 2015/2016.Keywords : Javelin Thrower, S Exercise, Muscle Arm and Shoulder Strength

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu. The study population was all kindergarten teachers in the district Rambah Hilir with as many as 73 people. Determination of the number of subjects in this study using saturated sampling technique is sampling technique when the members of the population used as a sample in this study as many as 73 people. The method used is the technique of Pearson Chi Square to see t the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu. The data collection techniques used is through a scale in the form of a questionnaire. Based on test results obtained by the hypothesis that there is a significant positive the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu. It can be seen from the results of Chi Square coefficient between labor discipline teachers with classroom management skills of x2 count = 45,792a and x2 table = 3.841. Then the x2 count > x2 table (45.792> 3.841), then h0 is rejected and ha accepted. It means there is a positive and significant the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu.Key word : Discipline Work, Classroom Management Skills

Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to determine the influence of organizational cultures on employee work disciplines. The population in this study is all employees of PT. XAB Industrial Service Duri as many as 130 employees. Samples of 57 respondents were taken using Taro Yamane's technique of random sampling. Data is collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed by a simple linear regression method. The results showed the influence of organizational culture to work discipline against employee performance with a donation of 0.292 or 29%. With the equation Y = 10.813 + 0448 X1 This research advice can be used as a reference to improve employees ' performance through the implementation of organizational culture to the work discipline of PT employees. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve the learning process and the student’s mathematical problem solving skill by applying Problem Based Learning model. This type of research is classroom action research with two cycles. This research was conducted in collaboration between researcher and teacher of mathematics. Subjects were students of class X MIA MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. The study was conducted in the first semester of academic year 2019/2020. The research instrument consists of mathematical learning instruments and instruments to collect data. Mathematical learning instruments used in this study are syllabus, lesson plans, and activity sheets. Data collection instruments used in this study is observation sheets and mathematical problem solving tests. Data analysis technique in this study is analysis descriptive narrative of qualitative data and descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative data. The result of this study showed that the implementation of PBL improved the learning process and the student’s mathematical problem solving skill. The student’s average score in cycle I which is 70,92 had improved to 86,98 in cycle II. The improvement also found in the indicator average score in identifying the problem, devising a plan to solve the problem, carrying out the plan to solve the problem, and interpreting the solution. This study concludes that the implementation of PBL improved the learning process and the student’s mathematical problem solving skill at class X MIA MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. PBL model can be used as an alternative to learning, because through this learning can improve the learning process and mathematical problem solving skill of the students.Key Words: Problem Based Learning, Mathematical Problem Solving Skill, Learning Process.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is entitled"Novice Voter Political Behavior In The 2019 Presidential Election In Ungar District, Karimun Regency".The formulation of the problem of this research how is itnovice voter political behavior in the 2019 presidential election in Ungar District, Karimun Regency, seen from sociological approach, psychological approach and rational approach.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out novice voter political behavior in the 2019 presidential election in Ungar District, Karimun Regency, seen from sociological approach, psychological approach and rational approach. The population in this study were all first-time voters in Ungar District, totaling 511 people.Sample in this study amounted to 84 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires and documentation.Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods (mix methoad). The conclusion in this study is novice voters in determining their political choices look more at the emotional closeness to the party, its origins, issues that develop and background owned by the candidate they chose. In other words psychological approach factors have a great influence on the behavior of novice voters in Ungar District in making their political choices in the 2019 presidential election.KeyWords: Political Behavior, Newbie Voter, Presidential Election

Abstract

Abstract : This descriptive research was aimed to find out the ability of the third year students of MAN 1 Pekanbaru in comprehending spoof texts. The research data were collected on November 2016. The subject of this research was class XII Social 1 which consisted of 32 students. The data were collected by administering a test to the students in the form of multiple choice test. The test consisted of 40 items. Based on the research, it was found out that first: the ability of the third year students in reading comprehension was classified into good level with the mean score of 68,83. Second, the students’ mean score in finding main ideas was classified into mediocre level with the mean score of 43, finding the factual information in event was classified into excellent level with the mean score of 93, factual information in twist was classified into good level with the mean score of 66, in finding the meaning of vocabulary was classified into good level with the mean score of 67,18 , in finding references was classified into excellent level with the mean score of 83, in finding inferences was classified into mediocre level with the mean score of 55, in finding social function was classified into good level with the mean score of 78. As a conclusion, the highest score obtained by the students was in finding factual information in event with the mean score of 93 which categorized into excellent level, and the lowest score was in finding main ideas with the mean score of 43 which categorized into mediocre level. It is recommmended that the students must do more practice and read books to improve reading skills, especially in finding main ideas, because the students got the lowest score in that term. Next, the teacher should have more effort to develop the students’ motivation and encourage them to practice in comprehending the text. The last, other researcher are recommmended to conduct another research design about spoof text.Keywords: Reading Ability, Comprehending Spoof Texts.

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia’s indepence in 1945 became a new history in this country. Independence is also the turning point in social dynamics, resulting in drastic social changes in society. Social change after the proclamation is what is often called the social revolution. Social revolution almost happened in every region in Indonesia. One of them is social revolution that occurred in Sumatra, especially in eastern Sumatra. As for the purpose of this study is 1) to find out the background of the social revolution in the Raya’s Kingdom of Simalungun in 1946, 2) to find out the process of the ongoing social revolution in the Raya’s Kingdom of Simalungun in 1946, 3) to find out the impact of social revolution in the Raya’s Kingdom of Simalungun in 1946. As for this study using qualitative methods and data obtained from the interviws added to the data obtained from books and archives. The result of this research is that the social revolution in Raya’s kingdom is a dark tragedy for the people of Raya and even the people of Simalungun which cannot be forgotten. The social revolution in the Raya’s kingdom was driven by major A.E Saragih Ras who gathered in the Range Wild Tiger organization. He also mobilized farmers and fisherman and young man in Simalungun to destroy Raya’s kingdom. Abstract

Abstract: Saga seeds have the potential to be used as a basis for making tempe. Information and knowledge about conventional biotechnology in making tempewith saga seed raw materials to students can be conveyed through learning resources in the form of booklets. This study aims to produce a design booklet for conventional biotechnology materials for grade XII high schools. The study was conducted at the Biology Education Laboratory of the Teaching and Education Faculty of the University of Riau, the Laboratory of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences of the University of Riau in June 2019 to August 2019. This study used the ADDIE model, namely the Analyze and Design stages. The results obtained by the booklet design of conventional biotechnology material class XII high school and provide information on the use of saga seeds as a basis for making tempe.KeyWords:Booklets, Conventional Biotechnology, Saga Seeds, Tempe
