Abstract

Abstack: The teacher is a prominent educators, which obliges must have competence in teaching activities. While competence as the knowledge, skills and abilities controlled by someone who has been a part of himself so that he can perform behaviors cognitive, effective and psychomotor the best possible That is to say, the role of teachers in mendidikan increase the student achievement is needed. The learning achievement itself is the acquisition of knowledge or skills developed through subjects, usually indicated by test scores or grades given by teachers. Thus, in this study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on student learning achievement in accounting National Accounting Expertise Program SMK Al-Huda Pekanbaru. This research is located in Al-Huda National Vocational school Pekanbaru. Data obtained in the form of primary and secondary data. Samples in this study was 56 people. The analysis of this study is a simple linear regression to determine the effect of teacher competence on student achievement. From the results of the analysis, there is the influence of teachers on learning achievement competence with significance of 0.000, and the magnitude of the effect dalah by 45.7%. So from the research conducted, the teachers are required to able to create an effective learning environment, fun, and able to manage the class well and further improve the competence of teachers to attend trainings were conducted by both the school and the education department. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of the Model Cooperative Learning Teams Games Tournament (TGT) can improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students SD N 028 serusa. Forms of this research is is a Class Action Research (PTK) with the research subjects were fifth grade students who berjumalah 20 people. The basic problem in this research is the low student learning outcomes that are marked are still many students who are under the KKM. Data collection techniques used is observation and tests. Results concluded that learning science by Model Cooperative Learning Teams Games Tournament (TGT) may enhance the activity of teachers, student activity and learning outcomes IPA. In the first cycle of meeting 1 total score of teacher activity that is 30%, then increased at a second meeting with the activity score was 60% in enough categories. At the first meeting of the second cycle the average amount of activity obtained namely 65%, then increased at a second meeting with an average activity was 90% in both categories once. The average percentage of student activity in the first cycle of meeting 1 percentage amount obtained namely 60%, then increased at a second meeting with the student activity 80%. At the first meeting of the second cycle of activity obtained percentage amount that is 85% and then increased in the second meeting with the percentage of activity was 90%. The average student learning outcomes in the first cycle of meetings 1 is 66.75%, in the first cycle of the second meeting of the average value of 75.75% and an increase of 9%. The average results of studying the second cycle of the first meeting with the average value of 75.25%, the second cycle of the second meeting of the average value of the results of learning to be 82.5% with an increase of 7.25%Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Teams Games Tournament (TGT), learning outcomes IPA.

Abstract

Abstract: The research to have as background that any have a number of communities were apathetic to the election of the mayor and campaign to further high light the image of the candidates then talked about their performances and programs of pair candidate. They are constructive the image more, by doing activity that unusual carried out before they running as mayor. So, there are still many people who don’t knowing about their work programs. The formulation of this research is “What Are the Factors Influence the Behavior of Voters towards Mayoral Election In 2015 At Solok, West Sumatera”. The objective of this research is to know the factors of the voters’ behavior towards mayor election in 2015 at Solok, West Sumatera. Based on the result of this research, it show that factors that influence the behavior of voters towards mayoral election in 2015 at Solok, West Sumatera is vision, Mission, Religion of Muslim, intellectual ability, good attitude and the behavior, breakthrough that ever done, charismatic cases of legal that befall, their background life , their promises during they did campaign, their experienced about political, their job background, their popularity, background of their political parties, their age, their property assets, banners, how their parties do work to persuade the communities, their nota bane, and their male gender.Keyword: Analysis, Behavior of Voters

Abstract

Abstract: This research is titled Romantic Expression in a Collection of Short Story Tunggu Aku di Sungai Duku written by Hary B Kori’un. The method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method by using qualitative approach. The data of this research are romantic expressions in the collection of short story Tunggu Aku di Sungai Duku written by Hary B Kori’un and published by Palagan Press containing eleven short stories using more backgrounds in Pekanbaru. In the result of this research, there are 63 happiness romantic expressions and sadness romantic expressions. Happiness romantic expression consists of five indicators, i.e. quiet and peaceful feelings, happiness, love, freedom, and optimism. However, sadness romantic expression consists of eight indicators, i.e. sadness, condolence, misfortune, loss, brittleness, unhappiness, unpleasantness, pain, and misery. As regard for the data included in the aspect of happiness romantic expressions amount to 33 data. However, the data included in the aspect of sadness romantic expressions only amount to 30 data. Happiness romantic expressions aroused by the author are influenced a lot by the freedom indicator, whereas sadness romantic expressions are influenced by loss indicator.Key Words: Romantic, Expression, Short Story.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improved learning outcomes IPS class IV at SDN 006 Teluk Sejuah Kecamatan Kelayang by using model Quantum Teaching. The subjects were students of class IV totaling 17 students. This type of research is a classroom action research (Classroom Actions Research) which comprises two cycles (4 meetings). Based on the survey results revealed that an increase in student learning outcomes. The average value of daily tests before deploying IPS students learning model Quantum Teaching is 68.82 only 7 people who completed (41.18%). At UH 1 first cycle increased to 70.88, rose as much as 2.99% by students who completed 11 votes (64.71%). In the second cycle increases in value as much as 25.31% to 88.82 all students complete (100%). This is supported by the activities of teachers in the first cycle-one meetings to gain success 58.33% with unfavorable category. At the 2nd meeting increased to 70.83% in both categories. In the second cycle-one meetings to acquire 83.33% success with both categories. At the 2nd meeting increased to 91.67% with very good category. As for the activity of students in the first cycle-one meetings to gain success 45.83% with less category. At the 2nd meeting were 62.5% in the category enough. In the second cycle to meeting all first gained 79.17% success with both categories. At the 2nd meeting increased to 87.5% with very good category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of Quantum Teaching learning model can improve learning outcomes IPS class IV SDN 006 Teluk Sejuah Kecamatan KelayangKeyword: Learning Model of Quantum Teaching , Learning Outcomes IPS

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to see the improve of the student affective learning result of class XI SMAN Plus Riau Province by applying the student facilitator explaining learning model on Wafe Classification Lesson. The subjects of this research was 25 students of class XI MS 1 SMAN Plus Riau Province 2016/2017 academic year. The data in this research was primary data that obtained from pretest and posttest score using self-assessment, peer assessment and observation assessment sheets that was analyzed descriptively. Questionnaire of self-assessment and peer assessment consists of seven indicators that is honest, good manners, confidence, responsibility, tolerance, curiosity and hard work. The observation sheets consists of five indicators: responsibility, trust, tolerance, curiosity and hard work. The result of affective learning in this research shows the increasing of self-assessment, that is 0.10 with low category, peer assessment 0.10 with low category and the observation is 0.38 with medium category. At can be concluded from all assessments with existing indicators obtained a gain score that is 0.19 with low category.Keywords: Affective learning, Student facilitator and Explaning and Wave Classification

Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by the low skill of students in writing the summary. Out of 20 students are grouped into several categories. Very skilled 0 students (0%), skilled 2 students (10%), skilled enough 11 students (55%), and less skilled 7 students (35%). The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of writing skills of fifth grader SDN 158 Pekanbaru through the think talk write model. Teacher activity has increased in each cycle. The first meeting of the cycle I percentage of teacher activity 69%, the second meeting in the first cycle increased to 72%, the first meeting in cycle II was 75% and increased to 88% in the second meeting of cycle II. Student activity at each meeting also increased. The first meeting of the cycle I percentage of student activity was 67%, the second meeting of cycle I increased to 69%, the first meeting of cycle II was 75% and increased to 94% in the second meeting of cycle II. The initial average score of the students before the applied think-writing write learning model was 55.75. After applying the think talk write model, in Deuteronomy Daily Cycle I experienced an average increase of 69.9 with an increase percentage of 25.38%. Then in Deuteronomy Daily Cycle II student's average skills increased to 79.25 with a percentage increase of 42.15%. From this research can be concluded that by applying the model of think talk write learning can improve writing skill of fifth grader elementary school state 158 Pekanbaru.Key Words: think talk write, writing skills

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research was to determine the existence of the correlation between the strength of the shoulder arm muscle and the back muscle flexibility and to demonstrate this on the results of the men's mashmunie union Bhineka Majapahit Tapung Kampar. The type of research performed in this research is the use of a correlational research design that seeks to determine the correlation between the independent variable, the strength of the shoulder muscles and the flexibility of the back muscles, and the dependent variable the ability to break. The population in this riset has no fewer than 8 people, given the small number of samples, namely fewer than 30 people, in this research used a saturated sampling technique of a total of 8 people. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. This is often done if the population is relatively small, fewer than 30 people, or research that wants to make generalizations with very small errors. Another term for saturated monsters is the census, which includes all members of the population. Of the results obtained by the strength of the shoulder arm muscle there is a connection with the results of the smash in the game Badminton Bhineka Majapahit Tapung Kampar, namely the acquisition of rcount (0.98)> of the acquisition of rtable (0.754) on α = 0.05. From the results obtained by the back muscle flexibility there is a connection with the results of the smash on badminton, namely the acquisition of rcount (0.90)> of the acquisition of rtable (0.754) at α = 0.05. There is a joint correlation between shoulder arm muscle strength and back muscle flexibility on the results of the Bhineka Majapahit Tapung Kampung rcount (0.980) of the men's badminton association> of the acquisition of rtable (0.754) at α = 0.05. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectof the finger print attendance system & student motivation on student discipline in the SMK LABOR FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. The population were 639 students of SMK LABOR FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. The sample taken randomly using the Slovin formula as a sample gauge with an error rate of 5%. Data were collected using a questionnaire about finger print attendance, student motivation & student discipline that was distributed to respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis of the study explained that the finger print attendancesystem was in the category because the finger print attendancesystem was 45.75% implemented in the medium category and student learning motivation was 55.06% in the moderate category. While the results of multiple regression analysis finger print attendance had a direct positive influenceon student discipline of 0.065. Abstract

Abstract: Chadijah Ali is a female figure who has struggled in advancing women's education in Pekanbaru city, an active in the organization and also a mubalighat. The purpose of this research was to know how the life history Chadijah Ali, to know the role of Chadijah Ali in advancing women's education, to know encouragement and obstacles faced by Chadijah Ali in an effort to promote women's education, to know the achievements Chadijah Ali in an attempt advancing education. The method used in this study is qualitative. Data were obtained from interviews and then analyzed by the language itself. The research location is Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. The research was started since the beginning of the title of this research essay submitted until this is completed. Data collection techniques used documentation techniques, interview techniques and engineering literature. The results showed that Chadijah Ali has a role in advancing the women's education in the city of Pekanbaru. Chadijah Ali is a female figure who actively organize and participate in setting up special school girls and also a school for boys and girls, such as establishing a Foundation for Women Unity of Islam, the Islamic Education Foundation, and the Foundation Diniyah Pekanbaru. Chadijah Ali role not only in education, but also in the health sector, with co-founded the Ibnu Sina Hospital, Islamic Hospital Foundation, which is still standing and serve the public in Pekanbaru City and from outside Pekanbaru.Keywords: Chadijah Ali, Women's Education, Pekanbaru City
