The aim of the Journal is to facilitate scientific publication of the results of researches in Indonesia and participate to boost the quality and quantity of research for academics and researchers. This research aims to develop the "TARO ADA" learning model to improve students' critical thinking skills. This research is research and development research which refers to the 4-D model which has four stages, namely define, design, develop, disseminate. Data collection technique. The results of the development of the TARO ADA model are based on supporting learning theories. The TARO ADA learning model consists of 5 stages, namely Stimulation, Reading, Analysis, Determine, and Application.

Ikan mujair adalah jenis ikan air tawar yang biasa ditemukan di perairan danau atau sungai di Indonesia. Ikan mujair sering dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan masakan karena dagingnya yang lezat dan gurih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai angka lempeng total ikan mujair (Oreochromis mossambicus) asap di Pasar Kedung Boto Kecamatan Beji Kabupaten Pasuruan. Uji angka lempeng total pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Teknologi Pangan Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo.. Objek yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah ikan mujair asap dari 6 UMKM di Pasar Kedung Boto Kecamatan Beji Kabupaten Pasuruan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai angka lempeng total dari 6 UMKM tersebut memenuhi SNI dimana nilai angka lempeng total UMKM 1 sebesar 0.005 x 104 koloni/g, UMKM 2 sebesar 0.025 x 104 koloni/g, UMKM 3 sebesar 0.005 x 104 koloni/g, UMKM 4 sebesar 0.025 x 104 kloni/g, UMKM 5 sebesar 0.035 x 104 koloni/g, UMKM 6 sebesar 0.025 x 104 koloni/g yang artinya tidak tidak melebihi batas ikan asap SNI 2725:2013

STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) based textbooks and Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning models have never been developed by school educators. STEM education-PjBL can provide meaningful learning for students in understanding concepts and exploring through project activities. The aim of the research is to produce a biology textbook based on STEM education-PjBL on Plantae material that meets valid criteria. This type of research is development research and uses the Thiagarajan 4D development model consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, this research is limited to the develop stage. The research instruments used were a needs analysis questionnaire, a material expert validation questionnaire, and a learning media expert validation questionnaire. The results of the research show that the STEM education-PjBL-based biology textbook on Plantae material is declared very valid and appropriate in terms of material (91%) and learning media (99%). This STEM education-PjBL based biology textbook can be recommended as a learning resource in biology learning and a reference for teachers and other researchers if they want to develop a book by integrating learning approaches and models where the learning approach or model is integrated with the subject matter.

The discovery learning learning model is a learning model that can develop or improve student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain. This research aims to determine the influence of the implementation of the discovery learning learning model on cognitive learning outcomes in IPAS lessons at SMKN Mojoagung. This research is quantitative research using a quasi experimental design model. The research used a one group pretest-posttest design method, starting with a pre-test (initial test). After that, it was followed by a post-test (final test). The subjects of this research were class X RPL (Software Engineering) students, totaling 33 students. The data collection technique uses a question giving test (pretest dan postes). Quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The research results showed that students' cognitive learning outcomes increased from 69.46 to 88.72. Based on the results of the t test, sign <0.05 is obtained, namely 0.000. So it can be concluded that the discovery learning learning model influences cognitive learning outcomes in IPAS lessons at SMKN Mojoagung

Red guava (Psidium guajava L.) has antioxidants that can prevent or inhibit the oxidation process inhibit the oxidation process. The purpose of the study was to determine the amount of comparison the highest vitamin C and antioxidant levels between fresh red guava and packaged red guava. red guava fruit in packaging. The research method used was quantitative quantitative method by free radicals DPPH (Diphenyl Picrylhydrazyl). The results of the study found that fresh red guava vitamin C guava has a level of 0.70 mg/100 grams higher than the packaged vitamin C of 0.43 mg/100 grams packaged at 0.43 mg/100 grams. IC50 value of red guava value of 194.22 ppm which is categorized as moderate, while the IC50 value in the packaging 516.59 ppm is categorized as very weak.

Nitrogen fixation bacteria are bacteriathat are able to convert free nitrogen into nitrogen that can be used by theplants. This study aims to determine the presence of bacteria fixationnitrogen fixation bacteria in hydroponic and conventional rice roots and can identify the bacteriaidentify the bacteria. Isolation was done from the roots of rice (Oryza sativa) with the scatter blot method on NA (Nutriet Agar), and then tested for thethen tested for the ability to fix nitrogen using mineral-free nitrogen media added with Brontomimineral-free nitrogen medium added with Brontomiul Blue and glucose, which was incubated for 24 hours, thenincubated for 24 hours and then biochemical tests. From the results of the isolation there are 2 isolates that are able to bind nitrogen and have the ability ofHOS 833 ppm and KOS 1,128 ppm. The results of the characteristics and biochemistrycharacteristics and biochemistry showed that the isolate HOS is the genusBacillus genus and KOS is Azotobacter genus.

The island of Bali has become a popular tourist destination, but its impact on the coastal environment, particularly Serangan Beach in Bali is highly neglected. The method used in this research is a literature study of the distribution of microplastic and microplastic waste found on the coast of Serangan Beach Bali, through digital literacy journals such as Google Scholar, Science Mago and Science Direct. Based on some of these journals, it was found that micrometals pollutants, and microplastics that are not cleaned up can cause pollution of the flora and fauna ecosystem of Serangan Beach Bali. Although the impact of micrometals and microplastics in the present is not great, it will have a great impact in the future if there is no proper effort to overcome it.. This investigation is important to provide a better understanding of the impacts of micrometals and microplastic pollution on Bali's coastal ecosystems and to inform more effective environmental policies and management actions to protect and maintain marine resources critical to environmental sustainability and human well-being.

Curcuma longa atau dikenal dengan kunyit merupakan tanaman obat herbal yang sering digunakan dalam pengobatan tradisional. digunakan dalam pengobatan baik secara tradisional maupun medis karena mempunyai banyak senyawa aktif salah satunya adalah kurkumin. senyawa aktif salah satunya adalah kurkumin. Gastritis merupakan salah satu penyakit yang sering dikeluhkan masyarakat. Gastritis disebabkan oleh naiknya asam lambung sehingga menyebabkan peradangan pada mukosa lambung. Sekresi asam lambung diatur oleh protein protein histamin H2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi senyawa kurkumin dalam menghambat histamin H2 pada sekresi asam lambung. menghambat histamin H2 pada sekresi asam lambung menggunakan metode uji senyawa obat Lipinski rule dengan Swiss ADME, PASS test, dan molekuler docking. Berdasarkan hasil docking menunjukkan bahwa senyawa kurkumin dengan reseptor histamin H2 menghasilkan nilai afinitas pengikatan sebesar - 6,6. Reseptor ini menghasilkan nilai afinitas pengikatan sebesar -6,9 kkal/mol yang berarti kurkumin dapat digunakan sebagai kandidat obat maag. digunakan sebagai calon obat maag.

Learning objectives are defined as statements that specify the goals to be achieved in the learning process. The learning objectives of biology in schools are mainly centered on improving students' ability to think critically, creatively, and analytically as well as increasing their understanding of the benefits of biology in everyday life. This research takes a qualitative approach by using the literature study method as its main foundation. The main focus of the research is to explore an in-depth understanding of the relationship between learning objectives and their achievement for biology learning in high school. The data analysis process is carried out systematically to classify information, identify, and synthesize the findings obtained from the literature studied.The purpose of learning design is to improve the quality and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This can be achieved by selecting, determining and developing the most appropriate and optimal learning methods based on the needs and characteristics of students, the learning objectives to be achieved and the resources available. A good learning design will ensure that the learning process runs smoothly and achieves the desired results. Clear learning objectives have a significant influence on the achievement of biology learning in high school students. The formulation of clear biology learning objectives and teachers' efforts to realize them are important factors in improving the quality and achievement of biology learning in high school students.

Lesser Adjutant are included in the 2016 IUCN red list vulnerable status,because the number of Lesser Adjutant populations continues to decreasedue to disturbances to the Lesser Adjutant population. Conservation efforts areneeded to save the Lesser Adjutant (Leptoptilos javanicus). Conservation canbe done both outside its place of origin (ex-situ) and in its natural habitat(in-situ). One place that acts as a shelter and conservation site for LesserAdjutant, located in DKI Jakarta, is Ragunan Zoo. Ragunan Wildlife Parkserves as an area to protect and care for Indonesian animals, including LesserAdjutant. This study aims to observe the daily behaviour of Lesser Adjutant(Leptoptilos javanicus) in Ragunan Zoo. The research method used wasdescriptive qualitative method by observing daily behaviour in captivity. Dataanalysis techniques were carried out descriptively qualitative with observationtechniques accompanied by supporting photos. The results showed the dailybehaviour of Lesser Adjutant in captivity, namely eating, grooming, resistance,watching, and flying.
