Abstract

Abstract: The first six years in childhood is called golden period. This period is crucial for the child growth and development in intellectual, spiritual, phisical and motorical, emotional and social aspect.the growth and the development could be supported by providing education stimulus. Those education could make children learn joyfully which applied playing essense because playing is the children’s life in pre-school age. One of the learning method could be applied for teaching early childhood is by using ‘Beyond Centers and Circle Time’ approach. It’s like what have been applied by the playgroup of Naneymi Alam Muria Kudus. By deviding centers into four; preparation center, beam center, fluid-nature center, and creativity center; teacher could hep children to develop their various intelligent and development aspects. Center is the best integrated learning. This approach is proved very effective used in early childhood learning. Abstrak: Periode enam tahun pertama dalam kehidupan anak disebut dengan masa keemasan (golden period). Masa ini adalah masa yang paling penting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak dalam segi intelektual, spiritual, fisik motorik, emosional dan sosial. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tersebut dapat didukung oleh pemberian rangsangan pendidikan. Pendidikan tersebut mampu untuk membuat anak usia dini belajar dengan menyenangkan yang menerapkan esensi bermain karena bermain merupakan dunia anak usia prasekolah. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengajar anak usia dini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan sentra (Beyond Centers and Circle Time) seperti yang dilakukan pada kelompok bermain (KB) Naneymi Alam Muria Kudus. Dengan membagi sentra menjadi empat macam; yakni sentra persiapan, sentra balok, sentra alam cair, dan sentra kreativitas; guru dapat membantu anak untuk mengembangkan berbagai aspek perkembangan dan kecerdasannya. Sentra adalah pembelajaran terpadu yang terbaik. Pendekatan ini terbukti sangat efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini.

Abstract

Early childhood cognitive development is still in the pre-operational environmental needs help to stimulate and provide an opportunity to grow and develop optimally. That all human beings have the potential to develop optimally, it takes the efforts of the external environment as well as the spirit of the internal factors (by understanding the strengths and weaknesses) to meet the personal needs and social demands. So they fully develop human being to face the competition in the next phase (teens, adults, parents, and the elderly). Due to the success of the development at an early age will determine the success of subsequent developments.

Abstract

This paper examines how Build the characters towrd the complex problems. Each educational institution needs to provide an alternative solution to to solve the problems. One of the alternatives in bulding the character is by applying the strategy of problem based learning. It is expected that learners will have noble character such as religious, responsibility, hard work, independent, democratic, tolerant, concerned about environment and social religion, love of homeland and nationalisme.

Abstract

The process of learning in early childhood should be done with the aim of providing the basic concepts that has significance for children, namely through real experience that allows the child to demonstrate the activity and curiosity (curiosity). To achieve this goals, teachers have a position to put his role as a companion, mentor, fasilltator and motivator for their children. This is done to balance the teacher’s roles and parenting who are too dominant to be more democratic so that children have the freedom to explore the world around them. PGRA department as an institution which printers prospective teachers of RA / TK must provide the basics of science and learning models, especially the learning associated with the arts as an asset child to learn comfortably. This is based on the principle that early childhood learning should be delivered by way of playing and singing.

Abstract

Abstract: Children use language for social purposes so that teachers plan teachingactivities in the social component, such as classroom writing activities. The conceptof children’s language reflects the culture of their home community, so that theteachers must respect students’ language and appreciate the cultural differencesin their attitudes towards learning in general and learning language arts. Childrenlearn to read and write through the mastery of skills gradually. Their languagelearning is influenced by art learning where the language is given. Learningprograms should not be interpreted as any activity or material, but on the contrary,the teachers design the learning and teaching strategies form based on how thechildren learn. The approach used is cognitive learning theory, psycholinguisticsand sociolinguistics. In addition, it is in line with constructivist or cognitive. Keywords: language art, reading, skill, writing

Abstract

Sektor pendidikan yang paling dasar dalam pembentukan pribadi sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Indonesia, adalah melalui program Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Salah satu periode yang menjadi ciri masa usia dini adalah the Golden Age atau periode keemasan, dimana pada masa ini semua potensi anak berkembang dengan sangat cepat. Salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan potensi anak usia dini adalah dengan bermain. Sebagaimana slogan pendidikan anak usia dini yang berbunyi “Belajar sambil bermain, bermain seraya belajar”. Ini menjadi dasar bahwa bermain adalah salah satu cara mengeksplorasi potensi yang ada dalam diri anak. Salah satu jenis permainan yang dapat digunakan oleh anak usia dini adalah permainan tradisional. Permainan tradisonal membentuk karakter anak dalam kejujuran, sportivitas, kegigihan dan kegotong-royongan. Dengan permainan tradisional anak mampu mengembangkan keterampilan dan kecerdasan mereka.

Abstract

One of the most psychic elements plays a role in the development of individual personality is the self concept, which is an overall self-concept self image that includes a person’s perception of himself, feelings, beliefs, and values associated with him. The self concept is an important aspect in a person, in which the self concept is a frame of reference to interact with the environment. When people perceive themselves, give meaning and shape abstraction assessment of him means he showed self-awareness and the ability to get out of myself to see him as he did to the world outside himself. The process of development of self-concept often experience problems when should collide with the physical and psychological conditions that do not support. This is as it occurs in the disability children. Barriers that often arise in the process of development for disability children often result in low quality of their self-concept. Negative self-concept in disability children are often influenced by various factors such as the refusal of parents, teachers, friends and society. Then the required education and put more stress on approaches that are emotional in educational services for disability children that can beplayed by educators, psychologists, and community that contribute to the formation of a positive self-concept. The success of disability children in theform of positive self concept will bring opportunities for disability children to be more independent and confident that they are capable of self-actualizationis better in their lives.

Abstract

-efficacy is the belief that encourages individuals to do and achieve something, that is, as a multi-purpose instrument for this concept not only relates to the ability, but also able to gain confidence that the individual can do various things in various conditions. They have been many studies that reveal about theimportance of self-efficacy in a variety of different areas. This study seeks to explore literacy in theory of self-efficacy and equip it with the data surveyed alumni in teaching activities in early childhood/kindergarten/RA/BA. Conclusions to be drawn from this study that the formation of Self-efficacy when they become  students has positive impact on Teacher Efficacy alumni PGRA as evidenced by a 100% pass at the time of follow UKG (Teacher Competency Test) 2014.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di Indonesia mulai diterapkan di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini sejak tahun 1990an. Salah satu lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang mengajarkan bahasa Inggris kepada peserta didiknya adalah Raudhatul Athfal. Ada berbagai metode yang dapat digunakan dalam mengajarkan bahasa Inggris kepada anak usia dini. Artikel ini berupaya membahas tentang penggunaan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris sebagai upaya mengembangkan kecerdasan anak. Dengan menggunakan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) proses pengenalan bahasa Inggris dapat diserap dengan lebih mudah oleh peserta didik dan hal ini sekaligus dapat dijadikan sebagai upaya dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan anak. Khususnya dalam aspek kebahasaan, yaitu dalam menanamkan bekal penguasaan bahasa Inggris kepada anak usia dini.

Abstract

This organizing the curriculum areas of teaching and learning study applies qualitative approach. The goal is to (1) describe the plan of curriculum planning in the field of teaching and learning, (2) describe the syllabus of curriculum in the field of teaching and learning, and (3) describe the lesson plans of curriculum in the field of teaching and learning at Islamic Studies State College of Kudus (STAIN Kudus). The results of this study are: (1) curriculum planning at STAIN Kudus approach is competence based, namely the approach to ensure subjects as teaching material oriented to the ability of learners / students, with three subjects of nuanced teaching and learning, namely Islamic Education System Planning, Learning Strategy of Islamic Education, Development of Islamic Education Evaluation System, (2) the syllabi of the three subjects allied the fields of teaching and learning but differed clearly from the aspect of its scope, however united integrative aspects of the mastery of methods and leaning techniques, ( 3) the lesson plans of the  three subjects clumped the field of teaching and learning are prepared with components subject code, types of subjects, programs of study, undergraduate scholarship, the weight of credit semester system, many meetings fourteen times, time according to the weight of the credit, the standard of competence , basic competencies, indicators, subject matter, teaching methods, assessment systems, and learning resources.
