Family informative support is needed as an effort to help maintain blood pressure in the elderly to remain stable, in addition to a healthy lifestyle and medication. The purpose of this study was to link informative family support with the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. Cross-sectional design, with sa sample of 42 elderly using 'simple random sampling technique'. The instruments were an informative family support questionnaire and an observation sheet for hypertension. Fisher's exact test was used for data analysis. The results illustrate that most of the respondents have less informative family support (57.1%), most of the respondents have stage 3 hypertension (52.4%) and family informative support correlates with 'hypertensive incidence' of the elderly in Posyandu Kemala, Klojen District, Malang City (p value = 0.000). It is recommended that further researchers examine various factors that influence the incidence of hypertension.

The need for rest and sleep may only be fulfilled somewhat, as experienced by students in Islamic boarding schools. The tight study hours in Islamic boarding schools cause students to pay less attention to rest and sleep. Lack of fulfillment of rest and sleep needs is thought to have an impact on the emergence of physiological and psychological disorders, one of which is anemia. This study aims to explain the relationship between sleep quality and the incidence of anemia in MTs students at the Al-Fauzan Lumajang integrated Islamic boarding school. This research uses an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study consisted of 121 respondents, whom the researchers selected using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection uses the Pittsburgh Quality Sleep Index (PSQI) to measure sleep quality and the Hb meter to measure the incidence of anemia. Data analysis used the Pearson chi-square test. The results of measuring the sleep quality of MTs students at the Al-Fauzan Lumajang Islamic boarding school showed that 92 students, or 76% of the total respondents, had poor sleep quality, and 29 students, or 24% of the total respondents, had good quality. The results of measuring the incidence of anemia showed that 99 students, or 81.8% of the total respondents, had anemia, and 22 people, or 18.2% of the total respondents, did not experience anemia. The results of data analysis show a significant relationship between sleep quality and the incidence of anemia in MTs students at the Al-Fauzan Lumajang integrated Islamic boarding school with ρ-value=0.000<0.05. The results of this study show the importance of paying attention to students' sleep quality in preventing and treating anemia. Sleep improvement measures can be implemented in Islamic boarding schools to improve students' sleep quality and reduce the incidence of anemia.

Parental custody patterns are one of several factors that can influence online gambling addiction, but sometimes the custodial pattern applied is not fully implemented to the child so it affects the lack of behavior that parents teach to prevent online gaming addiction. This study aims to find out the relationship between the patterns of parental care and online gambling addiction in school-age children in SDN 005 Sungai Kunjang Samarinda. The study used a descriptive correlation with a population of 121 respondents and a sampling technique using Stratified Random Sampling with a sample of 93 respondents. Data collection using questionnaire sheets. The univariate analysis in this study uses frequency distribution and bi-variate analysis using the Fisher exact test. The result of this study is obtained p-value 0,000 < 0.05 so that H0 is rejected so there is a significant relationship (meaning) between patterns of parental care with online gambling addiction in school-age children in SDN 005 Sungai Kunjang Samarinda. We need a balanced care pattern to limit children's playing hours to prevent online gambling addiction.

In this study, we examined the relationship between mastitis and postpartum depression. reviewed from Google Scholar database and other related websites. With the keywords "mastitis, depression, postpartum". A total of 3 out of 3,140 were then selected according to the theme and similarities were searched for from each journal found. Publication range from 2019 to October 2023. obtained from a population of 1,555 people who experienced mastitis, 147 with significant results of 68% that those who experienced mastitis would harm themselves and desire suicide and mothers over 35 years of age would be more at risk of developing depression Mothers who breastfed were 74.67 ± 4.35; the average EPDS score was 5.73 ± 4.34. And mothers suffering from lactational mastitis had higher EPDS scores at 34-38 weeks of gestation and experienced an increase in EPDS scores. at 6 weeks postpartum The occurrence of physical difficulties or health problems during breastfeeding has been associated with a greater risk of developing mental symptoms of health problems in the postpartum period. In particular, several prospective studies have shown that there is an association between the presence of physical health problems and the first 3 months (or more) after giving birth and the emergence of depressive symptoms in women at the age of 6 to 12 months postpartum

Hospitals as health service providers, when patients feel satisfaction with the health services provided, this has a positive impact on the patient's recovery process. In serving patients, the concept of Response Time refers to the length of time staff are able to treat patients upon arrival at the health service unit, with a time of ≤ 5 minutes. Efficient service provision, namely characterized by fast response times, can contribute to overall patient satisfaction in the emergency department. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between Response Time of services in the ER and the level of patient satisfaction at the Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital. This research uses an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. Researchers used an accidental sampling strategy, a population of 317 respondents. The research sample consisted of 176 individuals who sought treatment at the Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital Emergency Room. The tools used in this research consisted of a Response Time observation sheet and a patient satisfaction level questionnaire sheet. Almost all service response times in the emergency room at Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital are in the fast category, as much as 80%. Half the level of patient satisfaction in the satisfied category is 41%. From the chi-square statistical test carried out to analyze the relationship between response time and the level of patient satisfaction in the Muhammadiyah Gresik emergency room, it produces a P-value of 0.000 with α = 0.05. There is a relationship between response time and patient satisfaction level in the emergency room at Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital. Patient satisfaction shows the nurse's ability to meet patient expectations for high quality services

Being sick and being hospitalized is a major crisis for children, while children still have limited coping mechanisms to deal with problems so that children easily experience anxiety about undergoing hospitalization, this condition can affect the immune response and impact the length of the healing process. Efforts that can be made by health workers, especially nurses, to reduce the level of anxiety in children is through family centered care. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between family centered care and anxiety in preschool aged children undergoing hospitalization. Research design is a correlation study, cross-sectional design. The population in this study were preschool children undergoing hospitalization. The sample used was 58 people. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the Somer's d test. The research results showed that the distribution of family centered care was mostly in the good category (55.2%), and the majority of preschool aged children undergoing hospitalization experienced mild anxiety (62.1%). The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between family centered care and anxiety in preschool aged children undergoing hospitalization (p-value = 0.001). The correlation coefficient obtained was r 0.413, the direction of the correlation was positive with the strength of the relationship being in the medium category, meaning that the better the family centered care, the anxiety symptoms of pre-school aged children undergoing hospitalization would decrease. It is hoped that family centered care can be implemented optimally to help overcome anxiety problems in children undergoing hospitalization.
