Currently the price of cement is getting more expensive. Competition among precast concrete producers is increasing, especially the production of box culvert. The desire of most markets is the culvert box that meets the strength / strength standard with the emphasis on production costs. Mix Design Engineering aims to reduce the cement content and maintain the strength of Concrete and lower production costs. This research was conducted by engineering or optimizing the use of content cement and rock ash substitution against Lumajang Sand K-350 concrete mix. The most efficient results were using cement as much as 325 kg, natural sand 530 kg, dust stone 230 kg, crushed stone 1-2 795 kg, crushed stone 5-10 340 kg, water 83,51 liter, additive Consol N15 4,6 liter. Efficiency obtained from the mix design is IDR 47.692, - / m3.

In every construction project implementation there are three important things that become the main focus, cost, quality and time. The planned and well-structured project completion time will determine the success of each project. In the project completion time planning things to note are the work items that pass through the critical path, this is because the work items that pass through the critical path are very influential on the project completion time which if the work items pass through the critical path are delayed then the project completion time will also be late. This study uses the Critical Path Method in the form of a network diagram using data on the Elyon Christian School Surabaya project. The results obtained in this study are 9 work items that are in the critical path, the work code B1-C1-D1-E1-F1-G1-H1-I1-I2.

masyarakat di Desa Pinggirpapas cenderung tidak ramah lingkungan karena dibentuk oleh kebiasaan yang sudah turun temurun selama berpuluh tahun. Kebiasaan ini salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang MCK akibat latar belakang pendidikan yang didominasi tamatan sekolah dasar serta minimnya penyuluhan tentang penggunaan MCK yang baik dan benar. Metode yang di gunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif, teknik analisis data yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan rumus secara empiris. Penggunaan analisis SWOT dengan memaksimalkan kekuatan (strengths) dan peluang (opportunities), namun secara bersamaan dapat memaksimalkan kelemahan (weaknesses) dan ancaman (threats). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, terdapat 12 titik yang diperoleh berdasarkan jarak pengguna dan di bagi dalam 4 (empat) tipe MCK Komunal di Dusun Ageng Desa Pinggirpapas Kecamatan Kalianget Kabupaten Sumenep. Type 1 (4 bilik kamar mandi, 6 bilik kakus dan 6 bilik cuci). Type 2 (2 bilik kamar mandi, 4 bilik kakus, dan 4 bilik cuci). Type 3 (4 bilik kamar mandi, 4 bilik kakus, dan 5 bilik cuci). Type 4 (4 bilik kamar mandi, 6 bilik kakus, dan 5 bilik cuci). Dengan Rencana Anggaran Biaya Keseluruhan Sebesar Rp. 5.077.888.000.

Madura khususnya di kabupaten Sumenep batu gamping dolomitan dipergunakan sebagai bahan konstruksi yang di pecah. Akhir di tahun 2018 kabupaten Sumenep dilanda banjir disebabkan adanya pengembangan perumahan yang dapat mengurangi adanya serapan. Adanya bahan konstruksi berupa beton non pasir dan paving block yang memiliki kemudahan dalam pemasangannya, maka penelitian ini diangkat dalam rangka mencari pengaruh proporsi campuran beton non pasir berbentuk paving block. Penelitian menggunakan agregat kasar lokal di kabupaten Sumenep dengan ukuran 10 cm x 20 cm tebal 6 cm proporsi campuran antara semen dan agregat kasar beton non pasir berbentuk paving block 1 Semen : 2 Agregat Kasar, 1 Semen : 4 Agregat Kasar dan 1 Semen : 6 Agregat Kasar serta faktor semen sebesar 0,4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin besar komposisi campuran mengakibatkan kuat tekan semakin menurun, penyerapan air dan permeabilitas semakin tinggi serta biaya semakin kecil. Tidak ada pengaruh komposisi campuran terhadap penyerapan air serta terdapat pengaruh komposisi campuran terhadap kuat tekan, permeabilitas dan biaya pembuatan. Penyerapan air paving block merupakan mutu C dipergunakan pejalan kaki dan kuat tekan paving block merupakan mutu D digunakan untuk taman. Biaya maksimum pada komposisi campuran yang perbandingannya kecil dan biaya minimum pada perbandingan komposisi campurannya besar.

The increase in facilities and the academic community experienced at 5 Public High Schools in Jember is in line with the increase number of vehicles. The increasing number of vehicles causes traffic jams on the surrounding areas of school. Moreover, most of the parents accompanying their children stop or park their vehicles on the road side. Therefore, it needs a traffic management to solve the problem. The first thing to do is the analysis and modeling of trip generation. Analysis of trip generation modeling in this study was modeled using multiple linear regression methods. The best model produced to predict the trip attraction of Jember Public High Schools vehicles is Y = (0,194) X1 + (1,059) X6 + (42,676) X7 606,109 with an R2 value of 0.945. Meanwhile, the trip production of Jember Public High Schools vehicles is Y = (0.234) X1 + (0.699) X6 + (40,566) X7 594.67 with an R2 of 0.933; where the Y is the number of vehicles, X1 is the number of students, X6 is the class area, and X7 is the ratio of the number of students to teachers.

The plan to build shophouses and warehouses located at Jalan Raya Kemengsen Sidoarjo, will cause traffic movement which will result in a decrease in road performance. For this reason, it is necessary to calculate the Traffic Impact (Andalalin) study in order to continue to provide a good level of service on the road section, as well as to provide a solution to the traffic problems that occur due to the construction of the shop and warehouse. The method used in this study is based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997). The initial stage of the research method is the traffic survey then calculates the traffic flow and determines the andalalin classification. After that, calculate the traffic performance in the existing conditions in 2019 and calculate the year forecasting due to the construction of shophouses and warehouses in 2025. The results of this study show the performance of the existing traffic on the Kemengsen and Mayjen Bambang Yuwono Highway with a DS value reaching 0.52 service levels C. While the traffic performance in 2025 is DS = 0.84 or level of service D. An alternative offered to improve road services is the addition of road width and the provision of parking spaces.

Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan hal yang penting bagi setiap perusahaan jasa/barang pada perusahaan. Terminal Bungurasih merupakan terminal bus tersibuk di Indonesia (dengan jumlah penumpang hingga 120.000 per hari) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap kualitas sistem pelayanan Terminal Purabaya (Bungurasih) Surabaya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai pengumpul data, sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 penumpang dari berbagai maskapai di lokasi penelitian yaitu di Terminal Terminal Purabaya (Bungurasih) Surabaya. Analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis meliputi uji t, uji f dan determinasi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan Analisis kepuasan penumpang terhadap kualitas sistem pelayanan Terminal Purabaya (Bungurasih) Surabaya diukur dari 5 dimensi yaitu Tangible Reliability Responsiviness Assurance dan Empathy yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Emphaty secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Kualitas sistem pelayanan.

This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of iron powder waste as fine aggregate admixture to concrete compressive strength and to find out the optimum compressive strength of concrete after adding iron powder waste as fine aggregate admixture. Making concrete using iron powder is expected to be able to utilize iron powder waste that is not used anymore. Research results show that there is a significant influence with the addition of iron powder, but the addition of iron powder that is too excessive can also reduce the strength of the concrete itself. Good use of iron powder is at a variation of 10% - 30% with an optimum characteristic compressive strength of 21.42 N / mm2 and an effect of 26% - 60%.

The production of paving blocks uses the manual method, where all the work is done full of human labor, making the process of making paving blocks relatively long and controlling the variations in collisions is also increasingly diverse. This then causes the consistency of the quality of paving blocks produced by this method to be poor. Need to create innovative new paving block production methods that can produce good paving block products in terms of quality. The basic concept of paving block production method innovation using gravity system. The method in making innovation of the paving block production method is to design and build a paving block pounder that can manage the weight collision consistency so that it can produce paving blocks with good quality. The composition used for the sample in the paving block pounder is with a mixture of 1 cement: 2.8 Stone Breaking Powder: 1.2 Black Sand. Data from the results of the study were analyzed using linear regression techniques to get the consistency value of the collision weight and the quality of the paving block. The results showed that the mechanical paving block pounder which utilizes gravitational energy has the consistency of the tool to the quality of the paving block in terms of its apparent nature, namely the test object there are no cracks and defects, the corners and the ribs are not easily tidied with the fingers. While the consistency value of the paving block pulverizer is judged by the compressive strength and absorption capacity of the paving block is still not good.

There is many aspects of uncertainty on the project has led to accuracy in the preparation of the project schedule, Leading to the need scheduling analysis with probability 3 duration so that the different as a supporter who affect in duration total settlement in a project can be controlled and are not too late .An arrangement of scheduling existing on the project mall laves proven cause place aside of uncertainties aspects, so with using cpm method and probability of 3 duration to find the end of the project total duration of the most effective and efficient, the existing of project duration is 500 days the project start on 7 july 2018 and end on 1 december 2019 change into 694 days total duration and project start on the same existing duration project is on 6 july 2018 and end on 26 september 2020 with the deviation time of the day or about 194 days or around 6,5 month. The activities thats on the critical line is structure installment activities (like concrete foundation, concrete beam, concrete column, slab and concrete emergency ladder), ground activities (like cutting of the head of pile),elevator installment activities.
