Abstract

Ibn al-Qayyim said that the spirit stands by itself. It can go up, down, relate, separate, leave, go, come, move, and be still. This study aims to discuss the spirit in Ibnul Qayyim Al-Jauziyah's view, starting from the perspective of the argument, rationale, advantages and disadvantages as well as criticism of his thoughts. This research is a library research and the approach method used in this research is a qualitative research approach. The data related to this study were collected through literature studies using qualitative data analysis methods. This research is presented with a technical descriptive analysis, namely by explaining related problems, by referring to the Koran as primary data and related literature books as secondary data. The results of this study indicate that Ibnul Qoyyim's thinking about spirit is a matter of absolute right from Allah alone. As long as this limb can still receive the influence arising from that gentle physicality, it remains with the members of the body, so that one feels the effects of feeling, movement and volition. If these members are corrupted by the oppressive component and cannot receive the influence then the soul separates from the body and passes to the spiritual realm. The spirit stood by itself. It can go up, down, relate, separate, leave, go, come, move, and be still. The body is a frame or a house for the spirit. So that the perfection of the body follows the perfection of the spirit.

Abstract

Moral education is very urgent in Indonesian education considering the high moral crisis faced by this nation. The reality is that in today's era, human life is far from the values of the Qur'an and Hadith. The orientation of human life has changed to become more materialistic, individualistic, and spiritual aspects dry. There is an increasingly competitive climate which in turn gives birth to people who are not humane. This article aims to examine moral education according to Imam Qusyairi in the book Ar Risalatul Qusyairiyah and its implementation in learning. This type of research is library research and a qualitative descriptive approach which is carried out through collecting literature data that is in accordance with the focus of the study. In this book, namely sincerity, repentance, piety, patience, ridho, honoring teachers, friendship. The application of moral education values in formal, non-formal and informal learning is to guide students to have the qualities of faith, piety and noble character.

Abstract

AbstractThis research illustrates the values of religious moderation that contrast with the body of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Since the establishment of NU Hadratussyaikh K.H. Hashim Asy'ari has initiated the concept of a moderate Islamic pattern in Indonesia which was then continued by the next generation of NU including K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur). Through descriptive qualitative research methods with a historical analytical approach, this study produced conclusions about the foundation of religious moderation initiated by Hashim Ash'ari by following the aqidah of Ash'ariah, madzhab fiqih shafi'i, and Sufism. The value of religious moderation is also reflected in the concepts of tasamuh, tawasuth, and tawazun. In addition, the tradition of NU moderation is reflected in the trilogy of Islamic, insaniyah, wathaniyah ukhwah. NU moderate thinking is very instrumental in internalizing wasathiyah through the acceptance of madzhab, Aqidah Asy'ariyah, the integration of Islam with nationality, and through the cultural movement spearheaded by Gus Dur interfaith dialogue movement.

Abstract

The glory of a generation is inseparable from what is composed and built by the parents, one of the most influential is the piety of the parents. This article deals with how the relevance of parental piety to the glory of the child in the study of surah al-Kahfi verse 82. This paper uses a thematic tafsir approach with several sources and references. As for the discussion, it is mentioned that among the parents as a good example and character shaper starting from the selection of a partner must be the aspect that is assessed is the piety of the prospective father or mother of the children later. Then maintain a good relationship with his god and teach the family in knowing God and religion. The power of parental prayer is an no less important aspect that parents must do. Then love and tenderness, in surah al-Kahfi verse 82 it is seen that a pious grandfather has thought of his grandchildren and descendants to become a glorious generation. Next is to pay attention to alimony from halal or haram sources to the family. Also give a good name to the child as in surah al-Kahfi the child is named by his parents with Sharim which means firm and sharp reflects the character of wise yet intelligent and Ashram which means holy place.

Abstract

Pada saat ini pengembang kurikulum, pendidik, siswa, masyarakat bahkan berbagai kalangan sudah merasakan beberapa kali perubahan kurikulum pendidikan, bahkan sudah menerapkannya dalam pembelajaran. Namun belum semuanya memahami sesuatu yang mendasar yakni betapa pentingnya mengetahui konsep inovasi kurikulum. Melalui studi pustaka dalam artikel ini, ditemukan konsep, ciri-ciri, prinsip, faktor-faktor penghambat, urgensi inovasi kurikulum terutama menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil kajian penelitian, bahwa sepatutnya pembuat kebijakan mengkaji lebih dalam jika ingin melakukan inovasi kurikulum secara global. Lalu memberikan pemahaman yang jelas kepada pengembang kurikulum terutama para pendidik tentang konsep inovasi kurikulum. Mengingat dampaknya sangat luas bagi kemajuan pendidikan terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan era revolusi industri 4.0.

Abstract

Kurikulum ISMUBA merupakan pengembangan dari kurikulum PAI di sekolah yang dipadukan dengan organisasi kemasyarakatan Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan kurikulum ISMUBA di MTs Muhammadiyah 01 Banjaranyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh data yang akurat terkait dengan subjek penelitian adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk referensi dalam penelitian kualitatif. Menggunakan dua sumber data yaitu sumber data lapangan dan sumber data dokumenter. Sumber data lapangan adalah waka kurikulum dan guru ISMUBA di MTs Muhammadiyah 01 Banjaranyar. Sedangkan sumber data dokumenter adalah kurikulum ISMUBA, kurikulum MTs Muhammadiyah 01 Banjaranyar, dan buku pendukung lainnya. Penelitian ini bertempat di MTs Muhammadiyah 01 Banjaranyar Baureno. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum ISMUBA di MTs Muhammadiyah 01 Banjaranyar terdiri dari beberapa mata pelajaran yaitu Al-Qur'an Hadits, Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam, Fiqh, Aqidah Akhlak, Kemuhammadiyahan dan Bahasa Arab. Mata pelajaran Agama Islam dan Bahasa Arab sesuai dengan KMA nomor 183 Tahun 2019 tentang Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Bahasa Arab di Madrasah. Untuk Mata Pelajaran Kemuhammadiyahan menurut Majelis Dikdasmen PP Muhammadiyah. Pengembangan kurikulum ISMUBA sendiri dilakukan dengan pengembangan diri dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Abstract

Abstrak:  Ibn Hazm (994-1064 M) dalam sejarah adalah salah seorang ulama besar dan ilmuwan cerdas, dan sangat produktif dalam menorehkan berbagai karya tulis ilmiah, menyebabkan kontribusi dan warisan pemikiran-pemikiran keislamannya, hangat menjadi perbincangan di dunia Islam pada masanya, terutama sejak pada abad ke-10 Masehi. Pada mulanya femiliar  sebagai sosok ulama menguasai debat bidang pemikiran muqaran al-Adyan (Perbandingan Agama), namun dalam perkembangan seiring  pengembaraannya di bidang keillmuan, pada gilirannya menguasai multi disiplin keilmuan, di antaranya bidang kajian-kajian fikih (hukum Islam) dan ushul al-Fiqh ( metodologi hukum Islam), termasuk dalam hal ini pemikiran yang berhubungan dengan substansi hukum-hukum sosial ekonomi syariah. Khazanah pemikiran-pemikiran pada masanya, senantiasa ditulis dalam bentuk artikel untuk didiskusikan dan mayoritas dalam bentuk berbagai kitab-kitab klasik. Abstract

Penerapan kebijakan sistem zonasi merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk pemerataan mutu pendidikan. Belum diketahui pemangku kepentingan terkait penerapan kebijakan sistem zonasi dan dampaknya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mendeskripsikan pandangan pemangku kepentingan terhadap penerapan kebijakan sistem zonasi dari aspek komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi 2) untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan kebijakan sistem zonasi di SMA Negeri 1 dan SMA Negeri 5 Payakumbuh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di SMAN 1 dan SMAN 5 Payakumbuh selama bulan Januari sampai Juni 2022 yang dilakukan oleh penelitian itu sendiri sebagai instrumen penelitian. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul diuji keabsahannya dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data. Kemudian data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi, representasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa empat aspek dalam proses penerapan kebijakan sistem zonasi yang harus diperhatikan adalah komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Di SMA Negeri 1 dan SMA Negeri 5 Payakumbuh, keempat hal ini perlu diterapkan. Dalam aspek komunikasi, penting dilakukan proses sosialisasi agar mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat sebagai kelompok sasaran kebijakan sistem zonasi. Dalam aspek sumber daya, perlu mendapat perhatian serius dalam penyediaan sarana dan prasarana pendukung berupa tenaga ahli, komputer dan jaringan internet. Dalam aspek disposisi, pemangku kepentingan tidak boleh menerapkan kebijakan khusus di luar kebijakan sistem zonasi yang telah ditetapkan. Kemudian pada aspek struktur birokrasi perlu adanya SOP dan pembentukan panitia untuk melaksanakan kebijakan sistem zonasi. Abstract

Setting the rules for not being given a living by a nusyuz wife causes a discussion in the study of fiqh. This is considered by contemporary scholars as an act of discrimination against women, if it is associated with the application of joint property in Indonesian Islamic family law, it will cause ambiguity. In contrast to Ibn Hazm, he is of the opinion that a nusyuz wife does not lose her livelihood. This study is to answer Ibn Hazm's reasons for establishing a living for a nusyuz wife, as well as its relevance to Islamic family law in Indonesia. This research is a library research by tracing classic books and other supporting books, using content analysis (content analysis). The results of this study state that Ibn Hazm said that a nusyuz wife is still obligated to be supported. Ibn Hazm postulated with zhahir verses of the Qur'an letter al-Nisa' verse 34 and the hadith of the Prophet SAW because there is no textual mention of the loss of livelihood for a nusyuz wife. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to elaborate Rahmah El-Yunusiyyah's thoughts on the concept of Islamic religious education with the times, so as to bring up concepts that are appropriate and relevant to the needs of the 21st century. This literature review uses theoretical philosophical analysis to achieve this goal. The data collection method uses documentation, both primary data and secondary data. While descriptive analysis is the method used for data analysis, the aim is to be able to describe the facts found systematically. and factual way. The data is then processed and analyzed objectively and systematically according to existing procedures. The results of this study found that the perspective of Rahmah El Yunusiyah's Islamic Religious Education is an effort to educate both men and women to always study Islamic religious material from childhood, to lifelong accompanied by professional teachers, role models, and in accordance with time in an effort to fix the problems faced. Then the relevance of Rahmah El Yunusiyyah's thoughts to the 21st century lies in the concept of scientific transformation that he initiated and connectedness with society. This is very important to face the current of globalization which requires a lot of skills, especially in terms of connectivity.
