Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman mengenai hoaks serta propaganda radikalisasi di kalangan komunitas pendidikan Indragiri Hulu. Mengusung pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), kegiatan ini memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal, khususnya keahlian pendidik dan dukungan lembaga pendidikan, sebagai strategi utama dalam penanggulangan masalah sosial ini. Hasil pengabdian mencakup peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat, kolaborasi yang kuat antar-stakeholder, pengembangan program edukasi sesuai kebutuhan lokal, serta penyebarluasan hasil melalui berbagai saluran. Proses evaluasi berkelanjutan juga diterapkan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan peningkatan program. Model pendekatan ABCD dan program edukasi yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan replikabel bagi komunitas pendidikan lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa.

Abstract

The finding of a lot of bullying behavior in Islamic boarding schools has become a negative trend. Islamic educational institutions must make complete improvements. The position of Islamic boarding school students as a stronghold of Islamic education should be able to maintain good values and character by providing good examples, one of which is by not committing acts. Bullying. Character formation is not only limited to implementing good character, it will create a consistent culture (istiqomah). The research method uses qualitative with a case study approach, the primary data sources for this research are Islamic boarding school caregivers, heads, educators (council of teachers), Islamic boarding school guidance and counseling teachers, and Islamic boarding school students, with observation, interview and documentation data collection. Yin presented data analysis through pattern matching, explanation, time series analysis, and repeated observations. The research results show the first character education model, through role models/examples from teachers or Islamic boarding school administrators, the creation of a violence prevention action task force (TPPK), and individual assistance to the students. Meanwhile, some of the character education implemented for students includes religious character, mutual respect amidst the diverse backgrounds of students, the character of responsibility, fairness, sensitivity to all Islamic boarding school conditions, and strengthening Nasionalisme accompanied by the existence of continuous and consistent strengthening. The findings regarding Infinity character are an option in preventing bullying behavior among students in Islamic boarding schools

Abstract

This study aims to identify the learning model used in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lessons to instill multicultural values at SMAS Budisatrya Medan. The research method used is qualitative with a field research approach, data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The learning model that can be utilized in multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education learning is Cooperative Learning. This model allows students to apply group learning, which not only has an impact on cooperative activities, but also on a deep understanding of the material being taught. 2. The efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling multicultural values in students have proven effective, where teachers have succeeded in attracting students' interest in better understanding multicultural education and applying it in everyday life. 3. The responses of students of Smas Budisatrya Medan emphasized the importance of tolerance between religious communities in maintaining harmony in schools. They believe that religion teaches to do good to all humans, and they appreciate the school's support in promoting good behavior among students from various religious backgrounds.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Penggunaan Personalized Learning Dalam Pembelajaran PAI. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah studi kepustakaan (libraryresearch), yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data dari artikel- artikel dan buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan Penggunaan Personalized Learning Dalam Pembelajaran PAI. Metode Analisis yang digunakan analisis deskriptif. Analisis deskriptif merupakan sebuah bentuk analisis yang berupa penjelasan dan mengeksplorasi ide-ide utama yang berkenan dengan topik yang dibahas. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah  Personalized Learning Dalam Pembelajaran PAI bukanlah sebuah ancaman, melainkan ia bisa diintegrasikan kedalam praktik pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam sehingga pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam tidak monoton dan membosankan. Praktik pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam yang keratif dan inovatif akan sangat berdampak pada pembentukan pemahaman peserta didik tentang iman Islam. Jika pemahaman atau insight ini sudah terbentuk dengan baik, maka tentu hal ini akan berdampak pada pembentukan spritualitasnya. Personalized Learning sangat berpengaruh besar dalam pengembangan teknologi pembelajaran. Berkat Personalized Learning, pekerjaan guru menjadi lebih mudah dan siswa semakin interaktif dalam pembelajaran. Dalam praktik pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, dibutuhkan Personalized Learning untuk membantu guru-guru agama Islam dalam mengembangkan kegiatan belajar mengajarnya. Guru-guru agama Islam harus berusaha menguasai teknologi pembelajaran agar pembelajarannya inovatif dan kreatif. Jadi guru Islam tidak hanya mengajar dengan metode ceramah saja, melainkan guru juga harus mengajar dengan menggunakan berbagai perangkat teknologi sebagai media dalam pembelajarannya. Pembelajaran yang menarik dan kreatif akan setimpal dengan hasil belajar murid.

Abstract

It is very important to continue to develop student potential, including by creating activities that combine the values of Islamic education and life skills. One of the interesting programs for students at SMPIT Al-Madani Kuantan Singingi is market day. This research aims to reveal how to instill Islamic education values and life skills in students during market day activities. This qualitative type of research uses interview techniques as a data collection instrument which is equipped with observation and documentation. The results of the research show that several aspects of Islamic education values, namely the values of divinity (tauhid), humanity (insaniyyah), unity (ittihad), deliberation (syuro), and justice ('is), in the domains of planning, implementation, and supervision can be implemented well. . However, the evaluation and follow-up domains have not been implemented enough. The second finding, namely the cultivation of life skills through market day activities, concluded that there were four aspects of life skills that were implemented well, namely the aspects of personal skills, rational thinking, social skills and vocational skills. However, one aspect of life skills, namely academic skills in the form of identifying variables, making connections, making hypotheses and conducting research, is not implanted or developed for students during market day activities. This is due to students' lack of intellectual abilities, as well as the short activity time which does not allow planning, implementation, reporting and evaluation of research.

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) memegang peranan strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. MSDM mencakup berbagai proses yang bertujuan untuk mengelola dan mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia di institusi pendidikan secara efisien dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MSDM dalam konteks pendidikan melibatkan tujuh aspek utama: 1) Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia, yang mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan strategi pemenuhannya; 2) Rekrutmen, yaitu proses untuk menarik calon karyawan yang sesuai; 3) Seleksi, yang bertujuan memilih individu yang tepat berdasarkan kualifikasi dan persyaratan; 4) Penempatan dan Orientasi Kinerja, yang memastikan kesesuaian antara karyawan dan posisi yang diemban; 5) Pelatihan, yang berfokus pada peningkatan kompetensi dan keterampilan tenaga pendidik; 6) Penilaian SDM, yang mengukur kinerja dan potensi karyawan; dan 7) Kompensasi, sebagai bentuk penghargaan atas kontribusi karyawan. Semua aspek ini berintegrasi untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Arabic is an important element in pesantren education. In the context of pesantren, Arabic is the core language of learning. The yellow book such as Mabadi Fiqh is one example of a learning element that requires Arabic to understand its content. However, from time to time the learning system began to evolve with the times. This also has an impact on interest in learning Arabic which is considered an outdated language. This study aims to analyze the use of the Mabadi Fiqh book as a medium of learning Arabic at the Diniyyah Al-Amiriyah Madrasah School of Darussalam Islamic Boarding School to increase students' interest in learning Arabic and its development from the traditional and modern era. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and document analysis at the madrasah diniyyah school of the Darussalam Islamic boarding school. The results showed that in the traditional era of Arabic language learning using the mabadi fiqih book in the Darussalam Islamic boarding school based on the sorogan and bandongan methods was considered effective in increasing students' understanding of Arabic but lacked student interest in deepening it. therefore the Darussalam Islamic boarding school made innovations that were adapted to the modern era in this Arabic language learning method while still maintaining the mabadi fiqih book as a learning medium. This change in learning methods has made students have a higher interest in deepening Arabic than in using traditional methods

Abstract

The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis methods. The informants in this research were the Chair of the PAI Study Program, PAI Secretary, MBKM Unit, and Students. Data and information were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation, then analyzed using triangulation techniques. The results of this research explain that the implementation of the MBKM curriculum at the FAI Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra has been implemented since July 31 2021 based on the technical guidelines contained in Chancellor's Decree Number 3171/KEP/II.3-AU/UMSU/F/2021. Abstract

Speaking and debating in Arabic has become an enjoyable approach for students to get better in the language, especially as the need to communicate with people worldwide increases. According to social data, many students still struggle with learning and using Arabic. Discussions encourage people to talk and think more critically, according to several research studies. However, fewer studies have examined their role in word learning. It is the first research to quantify the number and types of words people acquire through speech using a quasi-experimental approach. The aim of this research is This study examines whether arguments aid in vocabulary acquisition and enhance students critical thinking, speaking, and vocabulary.The purpose of this study is to find out how conversations affect students communication and critical thinking abilities as well as how effectively they support vocabulary learning. the impact of debate on students communication and critical thinking skills, as well as how effectively debate aids in word learning. We divided forty tenth graders at Satuan Muadalah Ulya into experimental and control groups. To assess their language development, we gave them tests both before and after ten weeks. According to the results, the debate method group learned much more vocabulary than the conventional method group. This study theoretically contributes to the corpus of information about the effectiveness of language learning strategies. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji daya tarik Masjid Raya Al-Mashun sebagai destinasi wisata religi, dengan menyoroti aspek sejarah, Pendidikan, budaya atau tradisi. Selain itu penelitian ini, berupaya memahami bagaimana pengelolaan masjid dalam mendukung pengembangan wisata religi tanpa mengabaikan fungsi keagamaan nya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan Teknik penumpulan data melalui observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa.  pengelolaan Masjid Raya Al-Mashun sendiri dilakukan oleh Lembaga keagamaan dan pemerintah daerah dengan fokus pada pemeliharaan, pelayanan jamaah, serta pengelolaan kegiatan ibadah dan wisata. Motivasi para pengunjung juga sangat beragam, mulai dari keinginan untuk beribadah, menelusuri sejarah Masjid Raya Al-Mashun, hingga menikmati keindahan arsitektur masjid. Wisatawan lokal dan mancanegara tertarik dengan nilai spiritual dan budaya yang terkandung dalam masjid ini. Sedangkan dari segi aktivitas ekonomi, keberadaan Masjid Raya Al-Mashun  sebagai wisata religi mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di sekitarnya, terutama bagi pedagang souvenir, kuliner halal, dan jasa transportasi. Selain itu, program sosial dan keagamaan di masjid turut berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan Masyarakat sekitar. Manajemen yang baik serta dukungan dari berbagai pihak sangat penting untuk menjaga dan mengembangkan Masjid Raya Al-Mashun sebagai pusat wisata religi yang berkelanjutan.
