Abstract

The results of needed analysis is known that Learning activities of students generally rely on print books as instructional media. It make the students feel bored and less interested and also feel difficult on physics subject. Consider the problem, researchers developed an multimedia interactive tutorial using a contextual approached that feasible and effective. Development procedures include: analyzing of needed, formulating learning goals, formulating the item of subject, formulating successfull measurement, drafting, validating, testing and revising, and also the final product. Products have been developed tested by the experts and tested on students. Experimental results show that the products used are very attractive, very easy to use, and very useful. The results of learning students stated that the multimedia interactive tutorial that have been developed is effective and feasible to be used as a instructional media.Hasil analisis kebutuhan diketahui bahwa Kegiatan belajar siswa umumnya hanya mengandalkan buku cetak sebagai media pembelajaran. Hal tersebut membuat siswa merasa bosan dan kurang tertarik serta mengalami kesulitan terhadap pelajaran fisika. Mempertimbangkan masalah tersebut, peneliti mengembangkan multimedia interaktif tutorial dengan menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual yang layak dan efektif. Prosedur pengembangan meliputi: analisis kebutuhan, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran, merumuskan butir-butir materi, perumusan alat ukur keberhasilan, menyusun naskah, melakukan validasi, melakukan uji coba dan revisi, dan produk akhir. Produk yang dikembangkan telah diuji oleh ahli dan diujicobakan pada siswa. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa produk yang digunakan sangat menarik, sangat mudah digunakan, dan sangat bermanfaat. Hasil belajar siswa menyatakan bahwa multimedia interaktif tutorial yang dikembangkan efektif dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Abstract

The purposes of this study are: to determine the increasing of students’ cognitive learning outcomes, to grow the students’ Science Process Skills, to grow the character of students, to improve activities of the students, and to grow the attitudes of students on study of measuring instruments with the use of ICT simulation media as a substitute of demonstration. The research had been done in the first semester of 2013/2014 in SMP Negeri 1 Batu Brak, West Lampung. The population was every students of class VII and the sample was class VIIA. The research design is used One-Shot Case Study. The research is concluded that a positive attitudes has been grown on students by using ICT simulation media as a substitute of demonstration on study of measuring instruments, to increase the students’ cognitive learning outcomes, to grow the Science Process Skills of the students, form the character of the students, and to improve the activities of the students.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa, menumbuhkan Keterampilan Proses Sains siswa, membangun karakter siswa, meningkatkan aktivitas siswa, dan menumbuhkan sikap siswa pada pembelajaran alat ukur dengan memanfaatkan media TIK simulasi sebagai substitute demonstrasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2013/2014 di SMP Negeri 1 Batu Brak, Lampung Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII dan sampel penelitian adalah kelas VIIA. Desain pada penelitian ini adalah One-Shot Case Study. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu menumbuhkan sikap positif siswa terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran alat ukur menggunakan media TIK simulasi sebagai substitute demonstrasi, meningkatkan hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa, menumbuhkan Keterampilan Proses Sains siswa, membentuk karakter siswa, dan meningkatkan aktivitas siswa.Kata kunci: aktivitas siswa, karakter siswa, keterampilan proses sains, media TIK simulasi, substitute demonstrasi.

Abstract

This research is aimed to identify the effectiveness of guided inquiry learning through the experimental methods are viewed from Skill Process of Science (SPS) and the results of students learning, and knowing SPS relations with the results learn. Design experiments on this research use form Quasi-Eksperimental Design with type Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Engineering analysis of data SPS used data score observation to the process of learning and the testing of hypotheses test used One Sample T Test, analysis of data learn to use score N-gain and the testing of hypotheses test used Independent Sample T Test, while the testing of hypotheses relations SPS and results learn to used test Bivariate Correlation Test. Based on the research results obtained an average of SPS is greater than the specified indicator. On the results of studying, obtaining a score of N-gain an average of student learning outcomes in class experiments (guided inquiry learning) higher than the class of the control (conventional learning). While the correlation between SPS with the results of the study were very strong. The above results indicate that guided inquiry learning through the experimental method is effective when reviewed out of SPS and the results of student learning. And there is a positive and significant relationship between SPS and student learning outcomes.Keywords : Guided inkuiry, experiments, SPS, the result of the study.

Abstract

Research and development carry out in order to find out study of scenario to optimize the utilization of video solar system and to know the student worksheet to be balance with used video of solar system than find through result of this. Research population includes all student from class IX of junior high school 19 in Bandar Lampung. The examples as a small group test student class IX G. The research data gathered by observation, direct interview, expert test, and questioner. The development conducted by modifying the development model of Borg and Gall includes analyzing early product of Development, testing expert, product revision, and field-testing. On the development stage learning data of solar system on class IX to be optimize with video media based of computer such as syllabus, teaching plan, and student worksheet adopted with video media. After words on the expert testing phase, revision will be conducted by researches to find any mistakes or discrepancy from the result of the product using assessment to expert test. Then improvement will be executed base on the advise from test expert. The last step would be the field test which conducted to 32 students The result of the field test showed that level of student learning is 78.13% with a value of 70 KKM. The final level is more than 75% so that the learning can be effective.Key Words : Development, Learning equipment and Video media.

Abstract

Students worksheet is a media supporting for learning. Based on need identification, media which is used as learning source in Muhammadiyah 2 Senior High School in Bandar Lampung was only student’s book only. The objective of this research was to produce problem based learning students worksheet of measurement material for grade X of Senior High School. The development method was adapted from steps in research and development according to Suyanto and Sartinem which included seven stages of development. The test results from user’s responses showed scores of 3,41 with very good category for attractiveness aspect, 3,31 with very good category for easiness aspect, and 3,48 with very good category for usefulness aspect. The effectiveness of test result showed 77,5% with 70 students accomplished least minimum accomplishment. The conclusion was that the students worksheet was proper and effective to use as a learning media.LKS merupakan sebuah media penunjang pembelajaran. Berdasarkan identifikasi kebutuhan, media yang digunakan sebagai sumber belajar di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung hanya buku siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan LKS berbasis problem based learning materi pengukuran siswa kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung. Metode pengembangan diadaptasi dari langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan menurut Suyanto dan Sartinem, yang meliputi tujuh tahapan pengembangan. Hasil uji coba terhadap respon pengguna untuk aspek kemenarikan diperoleh skor 3,41 dengan kategori sangat baik, aspek kemudahan diperoleh skor 3,31 dengan kategori sangat baik, untuk aspek kebermanfaatan diperoleh skor 3,48 dengan kategori sangat baik. Sementara itu, hasil uji efektivitas mencapai 77,5% siswa tuntas KKM 70. Dengan demikian, LKS layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: LKS, pengembangan, problem based learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a supplement book on reflection and refraction optical material using the interactive whiteboard which is attractive, easy, useful, and effective to be used as a teaching guide for junior high school teacher in VIII grade. The development procedures used is according to Suyanto (2009) which consists of: need analysis, resource identification, identification of product specifications, product development, internal test / feasibility of the product, the external test products, and production. The external test results showed that the attractiveness of the books students in a good level with a score 3.20, the level of ease with a score 3.00, the level of usefulness with a score 3.00, and its effective to be used as a teacher's guide because its indicated by the results of normalized gained 0.8. It showed that the student book had been tested and was able to be used as a learning medium.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan buku suplemen materi optik pemantulan dan pembiasan dengan menggunakan interactive whiteboard yang menarik, mudah, bermanfaat, dan efektif digunakan sebagai panduan pembelajaran untuk guru SMP kelas VIII. Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan menurut Suyanto (2009) terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu: analisis kebutuhan, identifikasi sumber daya, identifikasi spesifikasi produk, pengembangan produk, uji internal/kelayakan produk, uji eksternal produk, produksi. Hasil uji eksternal menunjukkan buku siswa memiliki tingkat kemenarikan baik dengan skor 3,20, tingkat kemudahan baik dengan skor 3,00, tingkat kebermanfaatan baik dengan skor 3,00, dan sangat efektif digunakan sebagai panduan guru ditunjukkan dengan hasil normalisasi gain berniliai 0,8. Ini menunjukan bahwa buku siswa telah teruji dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: buku suplemen, interactive whiteboard, pemantulan dan pembiasan.

Abstract

This development research aims to develop students' worksheets problem based on learning of spiritual and social attitude with authentic assessment which is attractive, easy, useful, and effective. The development consist of potential and problems, data collection, product design, validity design, revision design, product test, revision product, utility test, revision product, and production. The final product has been effectively used for effectiveness based on the test results of students on 88.9% of the value that has been set at 72. The attractiveness of the product was scored of 3.55, the quality was score of 3.56, and the quality of the usefulness was score of 3.70.Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan lembar kerja siswa problem based learning bermuatan sikap spiritual sosial dengan penilaian autentik yang menarik, mudah, bermanfaat dan efektif. Pengembangan tersebut terdiri dari potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk, dan produksi massal. Produk akhir sudah efektif digunakan karena berdasarkan hasil uji efektivitas 88,9% siswa telah tuntas dari nilai yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 72. Produk memiliki kualitas kemenarikan dengan skor 3,55, kualitas kemudahan dengan skor 3,56, dan kualitas kebermanfaatan dengan kategori skor 3,70.Kata kunci: lembar kerja siswa, penilaian autentik, problem based on learning, sikap spiritual sosial

Abstract

The development of interactive quiz program is using Wondershare Quiz Creator to practice exploration ability of phenomenon physics student on item dynamics particle. Research of development of interactive quiz program have done at SMA Al-Kautsar Bandar Lampung in class X.2 consists of 24 students. The data collection technique such as : test in form of pre test and post test to look the increase of exploration ability and enquette for the interesting of program quiz interactive. The result showed that 75% students are have increase in exploration ability on medium level. The interesting of interactive quiz program is very intersting with the equal value 81,5%. Based on the result concluded that interactive quiz program can assist to practice the exploration ability of student in physics phenomenon and interest to use in a lesson.Pengembangan program kuis interaktif memanfaatkan Wondershare Quiz Creator untuk melatih kemampuan eksplorasi fenomena siswa pada materi dinamika partikel. Penelitian pengembangan program kuis interaktif dilakukan di SMA Al-Kautsar Bandar Lampung kelas X.2 dengan jumlah 24 siswa. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes berupa pre test dan post test untuk melihat peningkatan kemampuan eksplorasi siswa dan angket untuk kemenarikan program kuis. Hasil pemakaian program kuis interaktif menunjukkan 75% siswa mengalami kenaikan kemampuan eksplorasi pada tingkat keefektifan sedang. Hasil uji kemenarikan program kuis interaktif sangat menarik dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 81,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa program kuis interaktif dapat membantu melatih kemampuan eksplorasi siswa terhadap fenomena fisika dan menarik untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Kemampuan eksplorasi, program kuis interaktif tipe multiple choice, dan Wondershare Quiz Creator

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce an interactive multimedia about elasticity material and Hookes law based on contextual approach, describe the attractiveness, the easiness, the expediency, and the effectiveness of the product. The research used research and development model consist of analysis of need, learning objectives, materials, instrument of success, first manuscript, prototype production, evaluation, final manuscript, revision, product test, and final product. The result of the product shows that the attractivenesss value with score 3,20 (attractive), easinesss value with score 3,30 (very easy), and expediencys value with score 3,07 (useful). It is also effective because 78,57% of students reach the standard of achievement score. Based on the result of development research, it can be concluded that the interactive multimedia is effective to be used as a learning media.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan multimedia interaktif materi elastisitas bahan dan hukum Hooke berbasis pendekatan kontekstual, mendeskripsikan kemenarikan, kemudahan, kemanfaatan, serta keefektifan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian pengembangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, tujuan pembelajaran, butir-butir materi, alat ukur keberhasilan, naskah awal, produksi prototipe, evaluasi, naskah akhir, revisi, uji coba produk, dan produk final. Hasil uji produk menunjukkan nilai kemenarikan dengan skor 3,20 (menarik), kemudahan dengan skor 3,30 (sangat mudah), dan kemanfaatan dengan skor 3,07 (bermanfaat). Selain itu, produk yang dikembangkan efektif dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa, yaitu 78,57% siswa telah tuntas KKM. Kesimpulan dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan efektif sebagai suatu media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: multimedia interaktif, pendekatan kontekstual, pengembangan.

Abstract

This research aims (1) to create ICT-based interactive learning media appropriate with scientific approach on temperature and expansion material and (2) to reveal the effectiveness and the attractiveness of this learning media. The research procedures consist of (1) curriculum analysis, (2) flowchart making, (3) storyboard making, (4) materials collecting, (5) programming, and (6) finishing. The result showed that (1) ICT-based on interactive learning media with scientific approach on temperature and expansion material gave in a form of Compact Disc (CD) rates really helpful and easy to use, and (2) the product is also effective as a media of learning and categorized as attractive.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) membuat media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK yang sesuai dengan pendekatan saintifik pada materi Suhu dan Pemuaian dan (2) mengungkapkan keefektifan dan kemenarikan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK pada materi Suhu dan Pemuaian yang sesuai dengan pendekatan saintifik. Prosedur penelitian meliputi (1) analisis kurikulum, (2) membuat flowchart, (3) membuat storyboard, (4) mengumpulkan bahan, (5) pemrograman, dan (6) finishing. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK dengan pendekatan saintifik pada materi Suhu dan Pemuaian yang dikemas ke dalam CD (Compact Disc) dengan kriteria sangat bermanfaat dan mudah digunakan, (2) produk yang dihasilkan efektif digunakan sebagai suatu media pembelajaran dengan kriteria menarik.Kata kunci: pendekatan saintifik, pengembangan, TIK
