This research is motivated by the low level of Civics learning activities in grade IV SDN 01 Pancung Problem Pesisir Selatan. Activities are more teacher-centered so that in the learning process students only listen, do not understand Civics concepts and are less able to express ideas, and are still passive. This research is a classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approaches consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. This research was conducted in the second semester of the 2015/2016 Academic Year. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 01 Pancung Question. The results showed that the learning process using the Picture and picture model could increase student learning activities in Civics learning in class IV SDN 01 Pancung Question. This can be seen as follows: student learning activities in the first cycle of Visual Activities obtained a percentage of 78% with a Good category (B), while in cycle 2 increased 88% with a Very Good category (SB), in cycle 1 Oral Activities obtained 76% while in cycle 2 it increased 98% with a very good category (SB), in cycle 1 Mental Activities gained 76% while in cycle 2 it increased by a percentage of 81% with a good category (B). Thus the use of the Picture and picture learning model in Civics learning in class IV can increase student learning activities.

This study aims to describe and determine the implementation of 21st century character education, namely the ability to collaborate and the ability to communicate musically through children's songs. Qualitative descriptive method is used to generate data related to predetermined objectives through interview observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were teachers and students at SD Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. The data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the research cannot run properly (making face-to-face observations in the field). Thus, the research only took place through interviews with the art of music teacher at the school. The results of the research show that in the process of learning the art of music there are activities, and elements of musical rules that are beneficial for the formation of the character of students. The characters contained in learning the art of music can be capital in facing challenges in this 21st century era. Some of the character formations found in learning the art of music at SD Tamansiswa Yogyakarta are serious; firm; orderly/organized; togetherness/ collaboration; tolerance; self-confidence; discipline, obedient, patient; and comunication

The needs to understand mistakes made by students in solving fraction problems in mathematics and the prevalent views that mathematics is a difficult and unfavored subject serve as the main background for this research. The purpose of this research is to describe the students’ mistakes when solving mathematics problems analyzed through Polya’s problem-solving framework. This study follows a quantitative research tradition with a descriptive method. The participants of this study are the 4th-grade students and all of the 4th-grade teachers in two schools: Padaringan State Elementary School 1 and: Padaringan State Elementary School 2. The sample applied in this research consists of 56 students selected through the purposive sampling method. The data were collected using written tests and interviews. Next, the collected data were analyzed using a quantitative approach in the form of percentages for each mistake category. The result of this research shows that the mistake percentage in the step of understanding the problem is 23.37%. This form of mistake is considered the lowest mistake category compared to the other form of mistakes. The mistake percentage in the step of plan designing is 26.53%, while the mistake percentage in the step of plan initiating is 24.36%. In addition to that, the mistake percentage in the step of answer reviewing is 25.74%

Learners experience a phase called formal operations, as stated by Jean Piaget in his theory of children's cognitive development. Where at this stage the learner begins to study as a whole by involving all the five senses, and in the learning process the learner needs creativity in building his cognitive, which of course is very closely related to metacognitive skills, in this case learning arts and skills, requires these two things as strengthening the foundation of ability and also increasing the creativity of the learner. Learning fine arts and skills is learning that focuses on and maximizes the five senses of students, which of course is very much in line with the concept of multisensory learning. Study this focus on the use of multisensory learning method used in learning eye studying art likeness, for knowing level creativity and skill metacognitive seen from in terms of multisensory learning

This research was conducted to see the effect of limited face-to-face learning on independent learning on the emotional intelligence of MIN 3 Pekanbaru students at the Pekanbaru Private Islamic Elementary School. The type of research is associative. The sample used was 66 students of MIN 3 Pekanbaru and was selected by purposive sampling. then the conclusion is that the significance value of the data is 0.200 > 0.05 so the data is said to be normal. Furthermore, by doing a linearity test using the ANOVA table, it is known that limited face-to-face learning affects student learning independence because the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, by conducting a correlation test, it is known that limited face-to-face learning has a positive effect on student learning independence. With a large influence of 24.5%.

This study aims to describe the magnitude of the influence of the Picture and Picture model with the help of Puzzle Media on the science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students. The instruments in this study were student learning outcomes question sheets and student learning activity observer sheets. The instrument in this study was the student learning outcomes question sheets and student learning activity observer sheets. The type of research used is quantitative research with the quality experiment method. The population in this study were all fifth-grade students of SDN 06 Sungai Rusa, totalling 48 students. Samples were taken using the saturated sample technique. The sample that became the experimental class was the VA class using the Picture and Picture model with the help of Puzzle media, while the VB class was the control class using the conventional method. The data analysis technique in this study used the T-test and the Effect Size test. The results of the hypothesis test show that the value of tcount 3.365 and value ttable 2.012 for a 5 percent and dk 48, which means that there is a significant effect on learning outcomes between students who applied the Picture and Picture learning model assisted by Puzzle media and students who received direct learning. So it can be concluded that the use of the Picture and Picture model with the help of Puzzle media can affect student learning outcomes

In elementary mathematics learning there is fractional number material. This material has a level of difficulty that is quite challenging in learning. The concept of fractions is taught as much as possible by using more realistic and contextual concepts and minimizing abstract teaching. In abstract mathematics learning, students need tools in the form of media and teaching materials that can clarify what will be conveyed by the teacher so that students understand and understand more quickly. This study aims to (1) develop a mathematics module on fractions for elementary school students; (2) determine the feasibility of the mathematics module on the developed fraction material. This study applies a design research type of development study. The stages carried out in the design research type of development study are: (1) Preliminary research, (2) Prototyping stage, (3) Summative evaluation, and (4) Systematic reflection and documentation. The instruments used in this study were a validation questionnaire by experts and a student response questionnaire. This research has resulted in a module developed in the form of a mathematics module on fractional number material for fifth grade elementary school students to improve students' mathematical literacy which refers to the 2013 revised 2018 curriculum. The feasibility of the developed module is very feasible with an average eligibility percentage of 93.6%. The practicality of the module used is very practical with an average practicality percentage of 94.34%.
