Abstract

Firm value reflects investors’ assessment of a company’s performance and prospects. This study contributes by examining whether governance and corporate characteristics explain healthcare firm value after controlling for key financial fundamentals. Using annual-report data from healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019–2023, the study applies panel-data regression to a final sample of 17 firms and 85 firm-year observations. The Random Effects Model results show that dividend policy, board independence, managerial ownership, and firm age do not significantly affect firm value. In contrast, profitability, firm size, and leverage have significant positive effects on firm value. These findings indicate that healthcare firm valuation during the study period was more strongly associated with financial fundamentals than with dividend policy, governance structure, or organizational maturity. Managers and investors should therefore prioritize profitability, scale, and prudent capital-structure management when assessing and enhancing firm value.

Abstract

This study examines how celebrity influencer credibility, influencer attractiveness, and online customer reviews shape purchase intention toward Erigo products on Shopee through consumer attitude and subsequent brand responses. It contributes by integrating influencer-related and customer-generated information into a sequential framework linking consumer attitude, brand awareness, brand loyalty, eWOM, and purchase intention. Grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior and brand equity perspective, the study applies a quantitative design using data from 386 Indonesian Shopee users familiar with Erigo and analyzes the model with PLS-SEM. The findings show that influencer credibility, attractiveness, and online reviews significantly strengthen consumer attitude. Consumer attitude subsequently enhances brand awareness, brand loyalty, eWOM, and purchase intention, while these brand-related responses further increase purchase intention. Managers should prioritize credible influencers, authentic customer reviews, and engagement strategies that convert favorable attitudes into loyalty, advocacy, and purchasing interest.

Abstract

This study aims to see how technology adoption plays an important role in shaping the entrepreneurial orientation of MSME owners, which will ultimately encourage the formation of export intentions. The data in this study are 207 MSME owners. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires online. The data obtained will then be processed using SEM-PLS. This study shows that technology adoption has an influence on entrepreneurial orientation. Entrepreneurial orientation also has an influence on export intention. In addition, entrepreneurial orientation is able to mediate the influence of technology adoption on export intention. However, financial access is unable to moderate the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on export intention. Previous studies tend to focus on managerial factors, entrepreneurial orientation, or external market constraints that influence exports, without placing technology adoption as a prerequisite or main driver in the process.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) support regional economic development, yet their sustainability remains constrained by resource inefficiency, limited technological capability, and rising environmental pressure. This study offers novelty by explaining how Green Procurement and Environmentally Friendly Technology strengthen SME Sustainability through Circular Economy practices, integrating the Resource-Based View and Natural Resource-Based View. Using a quantitative design with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, data were collected from 179 SME owners and managers across various sectors in Banten Province, Indonesia. The findings show that Green Procurement has no significant direct effect on SME Sustainability but significantly promotes Circular Economy practices, which then enhance sustainability. Environmentally Friendly Technology positively affects both Circular Economy and SME Sustainability, while Circular Economy mediates both proposed relationships. The study implies that SMEs should integrate green procurement, environmentally friendly technology, and circular economy practices to strengthen long-term sustainability in developing regions.

Abstract

This study investigates dynamic capability as the mediating mechanism through which technology support for customer service and the supporting environment produce operational infrastructure readiness in hotel service organizations. It extends the dynamic capabilities–resource-based view integration into a domain with limited-empirical address. Employing partial least squares structural equation modeling, the study collects data from 328 hotel managers. Technology support for customer service constitutes the dominant antecedent of dynamic capability, exerting substantially greater influence than the supporting environment. Dynamic capability is the dominant structural determinant of operational infrastructure readiness. Both antecedent effects reach operational readiness exclusively through the dynamic capability pathway, confirming full mediation. Hotel organizations cannot produce infrastructure readiness through technology investment or environmental alignment alone; deliberate capability development is the non-eliminable mechanism through which digital assets are converted into operational readiness.

Abstract

This study examines how Perceived Corporate Green Flags (PCGF) shape Gen Z applicants’ intention to apply through Perceived Employer Attractiveness (PEA) and Organizational Trust (OT). The study contributes to signaling theory by introducing PCGF as a new construct that explains how positive organizational signals influence applicant responses. Data were collected from 207 Gen Z respondents in South Sulawesi using purposive sampling and analyzed with PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 4. The findings show that PCGF positively influences Applicant Intention, PEA, and OT. PEA also positively affects Applicant Intention and significantly mediates the relationship between PCGF and Applicant Intention, indicating complementary mediation, while OT does not provide a significant mediating mechanism. These findings position employer attractiveness as the primary mechanism through which corporate green flags translate into application intentions. Employers should communicate authentic and visible organizational green flags that strengthen employer attractiveness to attract Gen Z talent.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of experiential marketing on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, in tourist destinations in Indonesia and Malaysia. Using purposive sampling, data were analysed through Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 24. The findings show that experiential marketing consistently improves customer satisfaction in both countries, while customer satisfaction significantly enhances customer loyalty. Cross-country differences emerge in the direct relationship between experiential marketing and loyalty, which is significant in Indonesia but not in Malaysia. Customer satisfaction partially mediates this relationship in Indonesia and fully mediates it in Malaysia. The study contributes to the experiential marketing literature by demonstrating how satisfaction explains cross-country variations in the formation of customer loyalty. The findings suggest that destination managers should prioritise memorable customer experiences that strengthen satisfaction to build sustainable tourist loyalty.

Abstract

Modern cooperatives must professionalize services, strengthen reputation, and retain customers in competitive markets. This study contributes to cooperative management literature by explaining how brand image converts service quality and social influence into customer loyalty. Using a quantitative explanatory design, questionnaires were collected from 190 customers of a modern cooperative in Malang Regency, Indonesia, and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. The results show that service quality and social influence positively affect both brand image and customer loyalty. Brand image also positively affects customer loyalty and partially mediates the effects of service quality and social influence on loyalty. These findings confirm that cooperative customer loyalty depends on reliable service, favorable institutional perceptions, and community influence. Managers should integrate service professionalism, community-based communication, and consistent brand-building initiatives to strengthen sustainable customer relationships.

Abstract

Indonesia’s online food delivery market continues to expand, yet intense competition from established platforms prevails. This study contributes to the Stimulus-Organism-Response framework by explaining how e-service quality and consumer innovativeness build customer loyalty through brand trust. A quantitative causal survey was conducted among 130 Shopee Food users in Malang City, Indonesia, using purposive sampling and a structured five-point Likert questionnaire. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS. The findings show that e-service quality and consumer innovativeness strengthen both brand trust and customer loyalty. Brand trust also increases customer loyalty and mediates the effects of e-service quality and consumer innovativeness on loyalty. These results indicate that customer loyalty in the online food delivery context develops when reliable digital services and consumers’ openness to innovation generate trust. Shopee Food managers should improve service reliability, introduce relevant digital innovations, and reinforce brand credibility to sustain customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines how social media-based digital marketing, brand awareness, brand equity, and perceived quality influence patient visit intention at a health clinic in Indonesia. A quantitative survey was conducted with 158 patients who had visited the clinic and followed its social media accounts. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS. The results show that all four predictors positively and significantly affect patient visit intention. Perceived quality is the strongest determinant, followed by brand equity, digital marketing, and brand awareness. These findings indicate that social media exposure can support patient interest, but clinic choice remains more strongly shaped by perceived service quality and brand value. The study contributes to healthcare marketing literature by integrating digital communication and brand-related factors in a private clinic context. Managerially, clinics should prioritize consistent service quality, credible branding, and interactive digital content to strengthen patient intention and loyalty.
