Abstract

Abstract.The aim of this study  is to portray the effect of SAVI Model towards students' science process skills and students' conceptual mastery on the subject material about Energy. The study was done under the quantitative paradigm with quasi experiment approach by utilizing the purposive sampling. The population of the study was 149 4th grader students with 37 students from 4D as the experimental class where the SAVI Model was applied and 38 students from 4A as the control class where the classical instructions was conducted. The data was gathered through test and observation sheet. The data was analyzed by utilizing the SPSS version 23 through  test-1. The result indicates that there's a significant effect of SAVI Model toward students' science process skills and their conceptual mastery on the subject material about Energy at MIN 2 Bogor by showing the average mark of 79,52 on students conceptual mastery and 89,98 on students' science process skills.Keywords: SAVI model; mastery of concepts; science process skills;

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the relationship between the supervising principal with teacher performance; (2) the relationship between work culture with the performance of teachers; (3) the relationship between work motivation with teacher performance; and (4) the relationship between the supervision of the principal, work culture and work motivation with teacher performance. Subjects were private elementary school teachers in the district Medan Petisah, Medan City with a total sample of 122 people. Sampling was done by random sampling proportional. A descriptive research method that aims to obtain information about the symptoms in the study. Prior to this research, prior research instruments tested, followed by testing the validity and reliability testing. Questionnaire instrument valid teacher's performance earned 25 points out of 30 questionnaire items were tested, and has a reliability of 0.85. Questionnaire instrument supervision valid principals earned 26 points out of 30 questionnaire items were tested, and a reliability coefficient of 0.91. Questionnaire instrument valid work culture obtained 26 points out of 30 questionnaire items were tested, and a reliability coefficient of 0.88. Motivation questionnaire instrument obtained a valid work item 25 of the 30 items tested questionnaire, and a reliability coefficient of 0.89. Based on hypothesis testing can be concluded: (1) there is a significant relationship between the principal supervision of teacher performance ry1.23 = 0.36 > rtable = 0.17 and tcount = 6.12 > ttable = 1.65; (2) there is a significant relationship between teachers' work culture with the performance of ry2.13 = 0.21 > rtable = 0.17 and tcount = 2.88 > ttable = 1.65’; (3) there is a significant relationship between work motivation with teacher performance by ry3.12 = 0.30 > rtable = 0.17 and tcount = 4.59 > ttable = 1.65; and             (4) there is a significant relationship between the principal supervision, cultural work, and motivation to work with teacher performance by Ry(123) = 0.50 > rtable= 0.17 and Fcount = 13.50 > Ftable = 2.65. The results obtained by the principal supervision, work culture, and motivation to work together to contribute 25% of the performance of teachers, and the rest are other circumstances determined

Abstract

Hubungan sosial antara ABK dengan ATBK di SD inklusi seringkali menjadi pertanyaan bagi masyarakat karena mereka memiliki perbedaan. Perbedaan tersebut meliputi perbedaan sosial, budaya dan kemampuan berpikir. Relasi sosial adalah hubungan horisontal antara seorang individu dengan individu lainnya. Hal ini terjadi disetiap tempat dan waktu. Relasi sosial antara ABK dan ATBK banyak menjumpai hambatan. Hambatan tersebut terkadang tidak mampu diselesaikan oleh pihak sekolah. SD Negeri 02 Slerok Kota Tegal adalah salah satu Inklusi yang dibangun pemerintah sebagai wadah untuk mengakomodir ATBK. Harapannya, di sekolah ini ABK mendapatkan hak yang sama dengan ATBK. Namun kenyataannya, keberadaan ABK di SD inklusi seringkali dianggap sebagai masalah bagi masyarakat, sehingga tidak sedikit orangtua yang enggan menyekolahkan anaknya di SD Inklusi. Mereka khawatir ABK akan menyakiti bahkan melukai anak-anak lain. Berawal dari hal tersebut, kemudian ABK dipandang sebagai manusia yang tidak berguna dan merugikan.Pada dasarnya setiap manusia memiliki kekurangan dan kelebihan masing-masing, tidak terkecuali ABK. Mereka memiliki potensi yang bisa diunggulkan jika dikelola dengan baik. Seharusnya masyarakat menyadari hal itu agar ABK dapat optimis dalam kehidupannya. ABK sangat membutuhkan semangat dan dukungan dari orang disekitar. Hubungan sosial atau relasi sosial antara ABK dan ATBK di SD inklusi juga perlu dikembangkan agar terjalin interaksi yang baik di sekolah.

Abstract

This paper describes the enhancement of the teacher's ability to carry out the learning process, after academic supervision. The method used for research is qualitative with quantitative data collection and analysis techniques, and Classroom Action Research approach. The number of teachers used as a sample was 20 people, and the results obtained showed that after the research was carried out, in the first cycle a total of 76 samples which were further divided based on 8 assessment criteria (47.5%) had increased their abilities, while in cycle II, as many A total of 139 samples divided into 8 assessment criteria (86.8%) increased their teaching ability. This data shows the achievement of the successful implementation of academic supervision of supervisors of teachers.Keywords: PAIBP, Performance, Academic Supervision

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai dampak dari pandemik COVID-19 terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran yang dialami oleh orangtua, siswa, dan guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 104201 desa Kolam Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai kendala dan akibat dari pandemik COVID-19 terhadap kegiatan proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar negeri 104201. Hasil penelitian dideskripisikan berdasarkan indikator angket mengenai dampak pandemic Covid-19 terhadap orang tua, guru dan siswa diantaranya; pengetahuan teknologi, kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana, dampak fisik dan dampak psikologis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupapapan lingkaran rumah adat berputar berbasis pendekatan saintifik yang layakdigunakan untuk siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 101775 Sampali T.A 2019/2020.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan R & D (Research &Development) dengan model ADDIE melalui 5 tahapan yaitu tahap Analysis,Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Produk yang dihasilkandalam penelitian ini berupa benda (hardware), produknya adalah PapanLingkaran Rumah Adat Berputar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannyaskor yang diperoleh dari penilaian uji kelayakan materi terhadap mediapembelajaran paliraber sebesar 91,67% (Sangat Valid). Berdasarkan ujikelayakan media diperoleh persentase sebesar 84,61% (Sangat valid)

Abstract

One of the important things that need to be considered in the management ofelementary school education (SD) is to build education that is equal. From the beginning,efforts must be made to implement gender justice in primary school education. This studyaims to determine the implementation of primary school education management based ongender policies and indicators of gender policy-based education management inelementary schools at SD Negeri Serdang 1, Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency. Theresearch method used is narrative research (Cresswell, 2012), with interview techniquesand documentation analysis. The results showed that the implementation of gender-basededucation management in primary schools has been carried out by referring to genderresponsive school indicators.Keywords: Education Management, Gender Policy, Elementary School

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kompetensi pedagogik guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Secanggang terhadap implementasi kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di 3 (tiga) Sekolah Dasar yang ada di Kecamatan Secanggang, yaitu: SD N 050703 Kepala Sungai, SD N 053979 Kepala Sungai, dan SDN 056616 Pasar 12. Penelitian ini tergolong sebagai penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Secanggang yang berjumlah 30 orang guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sampling Purposive dengan pertimbangan yaitu seluruh guru yang mengajar dengan menggunakan kurikulum 2013. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan intrumen berupa angket dengan 5 (lima) pilihan jawaban serta jumlah soal sebanyak 20 pernyataan. Validitas angket diperoleh dari dua orang dosen Fakultas Ilmu pendidikan sehingga angket dianggap layak untuk digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik deskriptif dengan rumus persentase. Hasil analisis pada seluruh dimensi dari kompetensi pedagogik guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Secanggang yaitu sangat tinggi. Pada dimensi kemampuan guru dalam menguasai karakteristik dari peserta didik sebanyak 52,5% menyatakan sangat sesuai, dimensi menguasai teori belajar dan prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik sebanyak 57,3% menyatakan sangat sesuai, pada dimensi pengembangan kurikulum sebanyak 57,8% menyatakan sesuai, dimensi menciptakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik sebanyak 56,7% menyatakan sangat sesuai, pada dimensi mengembangkan potensi dan komunikasi dengan peserta didik peserta didik diperoleh persentase yang sama yaitu sebanyak 53,3% menyatakan sangat sesuai. Secara umum diketahui bahwa tingkat kompetensi pedagogik guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Secanggang berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor rata-rata (mean) yang diperoleh sebesar 3,5. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik;Kompetensi Guru;Guru Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

This study aims to see the completeness of reading material in TBM Dayung Ilmu, reading interest of elementary school age children, and whether there is a relationship between reading material completeness in TBM Dayung Ilmu with reading interest of elementary school aged children in Perlis Village, Langkat Regency. The research method used is quantitative research. The sample in this study may be 50 people. The results showed that the relationship between the completeness of reading materials and the interest obtained by the calculation of the regression equation was Y = 30.6 + 0.402 X. Meanwhile, the meaning of X and Y was rcount> rtable, namely 0.489> 0.279, and hypothesis testing was tcount> ttable, namely 3.885. > 1,677, then this research hypothesis is accepted.Keywords: Reading Materials, Reading Interests

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the description of student learning discipline, the description of student learning achievement, and the significant influence of learning discipline on the learning achievement of third grade students SD Negeri 040528  Sukadame in the 2020/2021 learning year. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of third grade students SD Negeri 040528 Sukadame  and the sampling used was total sampling with a total of 17 students. The method used is descriptive analysis, using the t test formula. The average score of students is 78. The description of student learning achievement based on the average score of the semester report cards is 78, including the good category, and there is a significant influence between Student Discipline on Student Learning Achievement in class III SD Negeri 040528  Sukadame.
