Journal Lisanuna: The present this journal is a place for lecturers in the Departement of Arabic Language Education Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers and Lecturers of UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh to general channel their ideas the study of Arabic and learning, as well as observers forum and Arabic educational practitioners to distribute writing, ideas study and insights, both from within the UIN Ar-Raniry campus environment and from outside UIN Ar-Raniry campus, including Arabic teachers at Madrasah and Public School. Currently, there is still minimal media to facilitate Arabic scientific articles studying Arabic and learning. The Journal Lisanuna Departement Arabic Language Education Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher UIN Ar-Raniry wishes contribute to study of Arabic studies and learning too.

Abstract

Language is very important and the impression that Nahwu is a difficult science to learn, especially by Muslims. As one of the basic sciences in Arabic, Nahwu's science cannot be ignored because without Nahwu's knowledge, Arabic will become chaotic and the order of words and sentences will be disorganized. Therefore, in learning Arabic, it is important to know Nahwu's knowledge, even though this method of teaching science is quite widely practiced by nahwu teachers, but students continue to face difficulties in learning it. Therefore, it is necessary to use suitable teaching methods and appropriate steps and subject matter that must be prioritized to be taught to students, so as to facilitate them in learning Nahwu science. The function of the learning method is one tool to achieve the goal. By using methods accurately the teacher will be able to achieve the learning objectives. When goals are formulated so that students have certain skills, the methods used must be adapted to the goals. Language learning methods, including Arabic, have evolved over time along with the development of the underlying theories, the results of research and experimentation in language teaching, as well as the development of the demands of the community's needs in the language field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Teori Belajar HOTS dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Humanistic dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berbicara Bagi Siswa dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat Penerapan HOTS dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Humanistic dalam Pembelajaran Baاasa Arab Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berbicara Bagi Siswa Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai metode untuk mengetahui fenomena dan menganalisis data yang ada. Peneliti juga menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Peneliti melaksanakan validasi data melalui teknik memperpanjang observasi, meningkatkan ketekunan dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan teori belajar HOTS dengan pendekatan Humanistic dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab untuk meningkatkan keberanian berbicara sangat dibutuhkan siswa, karena sesungguhnya pembelajaran basa Arab yang efektif tentu seorang guru harus membiasakan berpikir kritis kepada siswa. Oleh karena itu langkah-langkah pengajaran bahasa arab agar dapat menarik minat untuk berpikir kritisi meliputi menulis tujuan pendidikan yang berlangsung pada hari ini, mengarahkan tujuan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, membahas masalah. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam mengimplementasikan teori belajar HOTS ini adalah adanya semangat dan minat peserta didik yang sangat tinggi, berbagai media yang menarik, dan adanya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dapat mengembangkan pemikiran peserta didik. Sementara faktor penghambat implementasi HOTS ini adalah ramainya siswa dan kurangnya semangat dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher observed thatteachersin MTsN 7 Aceh Besar do not use a special method andinterestingmeans in teaching Arabic, but rather fixate on the memorization of textsand listen to the students’ memorization in class. Therefore, students find it difficult to learn Arabic and eventually find the lesson a burden. They can not express their ideas directly and end up with losing interest in the study. They lack enthusiasm and have no strong motivation to enrich and apply the vocabulary and express their knowledge of Arabic. One of the reasons for this problem is that teachers do not use an attractive tool during the learning process. As an effort to overcome these problems, the researcher uses the Snowball Throwing method to improve students' understanding, especially on the lesson about grammer. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence and response of students of MTsN 7 in learning the lesson about Grammer by using Mu’addalah method. The research method used by the researcher is pre-experiment with pre-test and post-test design in one group design, and to collect the data,the researcher uses questionnaire and test. The approach used by the researcher is quantitative. As the population of this study are all students in MTsN 7, students in the second grade are selected as the sample, which is amounted to 28 students. The result is obtained from T-test Sig (.05<.001). This shows that the hypothesis is zero (ho) is rejected and hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, it is evident that the usage of Mu’addalah method is influential to improve student’s understanding about Grammer lesson.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal Albert Bandura's theory of behaviorism and its implications in learning Arabic. An in-depth study is needed to dissect Bandura's theory of behaviorism, which is a new figure in the development of learning theories that have been long held by these teachers. This research is a library research, relying on bibliographic sources in the form of books and scientific journals from related research, using descriptive analysis methods to read data and analyze the thinking of Bandura theory. The results of this study indicate that observational learning (modeling), better known as social learning theory and personality psychology, and programs that are based on the concept of stimulus-response, proposed by Bandura, have implications in learning Arabic. The implementations that can be used include: the material presentation of many with ḥiwār, imitation of idioms, habituation, by not teaching qawā'id separately. Then, all learning objectives can be achieved by optimizing the environment of the language (bī'ah).

Abstract

Bilingualism or language dualism in learning Arabic is something that is often found in Indonesia, even in all countries in the process of learning foreign languages for native speakers. The use of two languages (bilingualism) in foreign language learning aims to provide understanding to foreign language learners, because they are accustomed to using the original language along with the types of words and sentence structure, so the need for native language interventions of speakers in learning foreign languages. The level of ability of students varies according to their level, therefore clear explanations are needed through the learner's native language as an intermediary language.

Abstract

Researcher analyzed vocal errors in the reading skill of class VIII students at Dayah Insan Qur'ani Aceh Besar after observing students' difficulties in pronouncing Arabic letters correctly. Among the reasons for this problem is the lack of analysis of the form of letters and sounds that are  different from the Indonesian language, causing phonemic errors in Arabic letters. This study aims to identify the forms of vocal errors for class VIII students. The method used is a qualitative method, namely descriptive analysis that explains data and takes summary with words. The data collection technique is done by recording words using a voice recorder. The search results obtained show that there are thirty-eight errors that are divided into twelve types of errors. The highest number of errors are in the short neglect of harakat, then followed by the neglect of long harakat, replace the sound of 'ain with hamzah, replace the sound of ha with Ha, replace the sound of Ha with ha, replace the sound of qaf with kaf, replace the sound of dzal with zai, replace the sound of tha with ta, replace the sound of hamzah with 'ain, replace the sound of sin with shad, replace the sound of shad with sin, and replace the sound of ta with tha.

Abstract

An integrated curiculum lessons has taken place in the history of Islamic education in the middle century. At that time, many scholars integrated a number of knowledges in their books to reviewed the material deeply. In the modern world now has felt the integration  of language curriculum into Islamic religious knowledge is need. So this maqalah tries to put forward of teaching Arrabic that is integrated with hadith lesson. Thus, the students apply Arabic grammar in various disciplines of knowledge, as hadith, and also makes it easy for them to understand the purpose of the hadith or other Islamic knowledge. Teachers who apply Arabic grammar in the hadith texts at the same time they teach two fields of knowledge

Abstract

This study aims to determine the lexical meaning, contextual meaning, and educational implications of the words "yusr" and "'usr" and their derivation in the Qur’an. This research is based on a framework using semantics, namely isytirāk (one word that has many meanings) as a tool to find out the meanings that have implications for the science of education. The research method used is the semantic analysis study by leading to the analysis of the meaning of the word with thematic methods, And the data collection techniques in this study use literature study techniques. After the researcher analyzed the words "yusr" and "’usr" and their derivatives in the Qur'an, it can be concluded that the word "yusr" means easy, to ease, simplify, good deeds, invisible, little/small, gentle, heaven and solution. The word "usr" means distress, difficulty, inability to pay debts, problem difficulty, doomsday, partner differences, ugliness, and hell. The words "yusr" and "'usr" have educational implications that are seen in each of their meanings.

Abstract

Reading is an important element in the process of learning Arabic and is one of the language skills. Reading helps students to absorb knowledge and increase interest in writing. Then qiraah can improve students' knowledge with vocabulary, sentences, and editors that can be used in speaking and writing skills. The fahmul maqruk is one of the subjects in the Insan Qur'ani boarding school which aims to enrich students in understanding the reading text. Through observations that the researchers did, it was found that second grade students of the senior high school did not yet master Arabic, especially reading skills. They can read Arabic texts, but do not understand it and are they are unable to answer quetions in the book text. Although the teacher has explained them some of the vocubulary in the book related to the text. This study aims to find out response of teacher and students at Insan Qur’ani Islamic Boarding School in teaching the language using this model and to find out the effectiveness of Quantum Reading model implementation to improve students in reading comprehension. The research method of this study is experimental research. Researcher conducted this study in a group called “One Group Pre-Test Post Test Design”. The result of this research is the teacher and students response in reading teaching using this model is excellent with the achievement of observation value of teacher activity is P = 87,5% between 81-100% with excellent category and observation value of students activity is P = 82,5% between 81-100% with excellent category too. And the aplication of this model effectuve to improve students’ ability in reading comprehension, the proof is that the value of T-test with p -value  sig. (2-tailed) is smaller than the value of alpha ⍺ = 0,05 or (T-test < ⍺ = 0,05) with value is (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the qirā’ah method in learning Arabic receptive skills for secondary education. The method used is a library research method, while data collection is done by examining and exploring several journal articles, books, and several data sources or other information that are considered relevant to the study. The results of this study are that learning using the    qirā’ah method is an alternative for teachers in teaching Arabic receptive skills (mahārah al-istimā’ and mahārah al-qirā’ah). In learning listening skills (mahārah al-istimā’) students are able to understand the contents of what has been listened to and reveal again through their language both orally and in writing. As for reading skills learning (mahārah al-qirā’ah) students are able to read Arabic texts fluently, are able to translate and are able to understand it well and fluently.
