Abstract

Rousseau's fundamental views or assumptions which discuss anthropology and epistemology lead to how children learn. These assumptions on human nature are related to the rapid development of human civilization, especially in this modern era. The purpose of human life which was originally good is reduced only by various developments of civilization so that humans increasingly leave their integrity as humans who are free, autonomous, and of good nature. This fact made Rousseau aware that the culture which had been admired and proud of by many people in Europe was in fact not the pinnacle of human life but a reflection of the decay of civilization. Culture, art, and science, along with technology, seem to have destroyed humanity and have created unhealthy dependence and injustice. One of the philosophers who criticized the situation of human civilization and proposed a revolutionary educational system in the early modern era was Jean Jacques Rousseau. Emile is one of Rousseau's most revolutionary works on education. In his book, Emile, Rousseau puts his thoughts on education back to nature in the book. Rousseau's view of education is broken down by age group and emphasizes a return to nature. Emile, as the main character, grows up in accordance with natural conditions and learns by the Rousseau method which emphasizes learning according to development and natural inquiry processes. It aims to achieve fundamental changes in education to free the individual from the shackles of civilization. Civilization is not only detrimental to society; it also harms the individual. Education should encourage children's self-expression and development.

Abstract

Stress and How to Reduce It. Everyone experiences stress or tension but it will vary from person to person. The difference lies in its intensity and the way to respond to its causes. Some ways to reduce stress include, among others, consuming healthy and nutritious foods, maintaining physical fitness, doing breath exercises, doing relaxation exercises, doing fun activities, taking a vacation, establishing harmonious relationship, avoiding bad habits, planning daily routines, keeping plants and animals, sparing time for oneself or families, and avoiding loneliness. A stress-reducing program can be successful if it is seriously carried out with discipline.

Abstract

ABSTRACTQari or qariah in Indonesia are usually given to people who have won the Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran at a certain level. Especially in Aceh, many reciters and qariahs have opened institutions for fostering the art of reading the Qur'an for the community. Generally, the participants in the development of the art of reading the Qur'an are children and adolescents. Reading the Qur'an with art or rhythm is one way to attract people's interest in learning. The beautiful voice of a Qari will be able to make listeners entertained and complacent in reading the Qur'an. So it is fitting for a Qari to have an important role in increasing people's interest in learning in the art of reading the Qur'an. This study uses a qualitative method, because in answering the formulation of the problem, this study seeks to understand and interpret the meaning of an event of human behavior interaction in certain situations. The purpose of this study was to find and describe the methods used by qori and qoriah in increasing interest in learning the art of reading the Qur'an and knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by qori and qoriah in increasing interest in learning the art of reading the Qur'an. The results of this study show Learning the art of reading the Qur'an in Aceh Besar is experiencing rapid development today and also that qari-qariah have a very important role and influence in increasing interest in learning the art of reading the Qur'an in society. Another role that is no less important than a qari or qariah is the ability to choose a good learning method. Good learning of the art of reading the Qur'an is the ability of the qari and qariah as evidenced by their achievements and the experience of the qari and qariah in educating as evidenced by the selection of good learning methods. This will make the role of the reciter and qariah important in increasing interest in learning the art of reading the Qur'an in society.KEYWORDS: Qari and Qariah, Interest in Learning, Art of  ABSTRAKQari atau qariah di Indonesia biasa diberikan kepada orang-orang yang telah mendapatkan juara pada Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran dalam level tertentu. Khususnya di Aceh, banyak qari dan qariah yang telah membuka lembaga pembinaan seni baca Al Qur’an untuk masyakat. Umumnya yang menjadi peserta dalam pembinaan seni baca Al-Qur’an  adalah anak-anak dan remaja. Membaca Al-Qur’an  dengan seni atau irama merupakan salah satu cara untuk menarik minat belajar masyarakat. Suara indah seorang Qari akan mampu membuat pendengar terhibur dan terlena dalam bacan Al-Qur’an. Maka sudah sepatutnya seorang Qari mempunyai peranan penting dalam peningkatan minat belajar masyarakat dalam seni baca Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, karena dalam menjawab rumusan masalah, penelitian ini berusaha memahami dan menafsirkan makna suatu peristiwa interaksi tingkah laku manusia dalam situasi tertetu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan mendeskripsikan metode yang digunakan qori dan qoriah dalam meningkatkan minat belajar seni baca al quran serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi qori dan qoriah dalam meningkatkan minat belajar seni baca Al Qur’an.Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan pembelajaran seni Baca Al-Qur’an  di Aceh Besar mengalami perkembangan yang pesat dewasa ini dan juga bahwa qari-qariah sangat berperan dan berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan minat belajar seni baca Al-Qur’an  dalam masyarakat. Peran lain yang tidak kalah penting dari seorang qari atau qariah adalah kemampuan memilih metode pembelajaran yang baik. Pembelajaran seni baca Al-Qur’an  yang baik adalah kemampuan qari dan qariah yang dibuktikan dengan prestasinya serta pengalaman qari dan qariah dalam mendidik yang dibuktikan dengan pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang baik. Hal inilah yang akan menjadikan pentingnya peranan qari dan qariah dalam peningkatan minat belajar seni baca Al-Qur’an  dalam masyarakat.  KATA KUNCI: Qari dan Qariah, Minat Belajar, Seni Baca Al-Qur’an

Abstract

This article discusses the actual challenges in realizing an Islamic education curriculum in Aceh. As a province that was given permission to enforce the application of Islamic Sharia, including in the field of education, in fact, Aceh has not succeeded in realizing the implementation of an Islamic education curriculum. In fact, Aceh Qanun Number 9 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of Education mandates that the education curriculum in Aceh can be taught Islamically. However, until now the guidelines for implementing the Islamic education curriculum have not been successful. So, what is the reason and what are the challenges faced? This is what is answered in this study. This research method is qualitative where the interviewees are in-depth education stakeholders, both executive and legislative. The results show that there are a number of challenges in realizing Islamic education in Aceh such as Islamic curriculum guidelines that are not yet concrete, budget restrictions by the Aceh Government, problems in a top leader, the absence of a writing team, and clashes with the central government to the weakness of the executive branch. The results of this study are expected to be used as evaluation material for the success of the agenda for realizing Islamic education in Aceh.

Abstract

Public Relations (PR) is one of the management functions in supporting the development and maintenance of common lines between the organization and its publics regarding the strategy, cooperation and marketing of an organization so that it is of high quality and competitive. This study aims to determine the public relations strategy in building the competitiveness and quality of education at universities in Aceh. The object of this research was conducted at one of the Universities in South West Aceh, namely STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh, with research subjects including the Chair, Deputy Chair, Head of AUAK Section, Head of Sub Division of AUK, and Public Relations Officer. Research data collection techniques are carried out in 3 ways, namely: 1) observation; 2) questionnaire; 3) in-depth interviews; and 4) documentation study, while data analysis used 4 stages, namely: 1) data reduction; 2) data display; 3) verification; 4) and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: First, in carrying out building competitiveness and quality of education, STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh has also compiled a Vision and Mission of Public Relations/Public Relations with the aim of raising the image of STAIN Teungku Dirundeng in the eyes of the community, and formulating a plan (plan ) public relations in the form of work programs and activities involving all sections of Public Relations to develop programs referring to the Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives of STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh. Second, STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh has implemented a public relations strategy in building the competitiveness and quality of education in Aceh in the form of programs and activities including the following: 1) Media and Inter-Institutional Relations; 2) Internal Relations; and 3) Media Publication and Production. The implementation of the program is also carried out based on the annual public relations plan and a fixed schedule plan for STAIN Teungku Dirundeng which contains activities that will be carried out every week, month and year on a regular basis.

Abstract

Education is the main factor in the formation of the whole human person. Education plays an important role in shaping the good or bad of the human person according to normative standards. Realizing this, the government is very serious in dealing with the field of education, because with a good education system it is hoped that the next generation of quality will emerge and be able to adapt to live in society, nation and state. Management is one of the most important human activities, which has the main task of designing and maintaining an environment, where people work together in groups, so as to achieve common goals. In other words, a manager has the burden of responsibility for taking actions that will enable people to make their best contribution to the group's goals. Meanwhile, Islamic culture in schools is actually a school culture built on Islamic values, or in other words, a school culture that contains Islamic values. Islamic culture in schools is actually an effort to realize Islamic values as a tradition in behavior that is followed by all school members.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the parents' perception of the assignment based on online learning. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is felt by various fields, including the field of education. The implementation of online-based learning in giving assignments for early childhood has its own challenges and still requires online assistance and support from parents. This research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were group B children who were attending Khadijah 58 Kindergarten, amounting to 51 people. The results obtained in this study indicate that the parent's perception of the assignment based on online learning with a p-value < 0.005. The conclusion of this study is that there are significant differences in parental perceptions of the assignment of online learning-based tasks.

Abstract

Amanah is one of the commendable qualities that must be possessed by a Muslim, where the nature of trust is the nature of carrying out all the responsibilities entrusted to someone in accordance with what is mandated without deviating in the slightest. The implementation of the mandate can provide welfare and justice to others. The purpose of this study is to compare to find the similarities of the two concepts of trust in the Koran an-Nisa verse 58 between the interpretations of al-Misbah and al-Azhar. This research method uses library research method. The primary data source in this study is the book of interpretations of al -Misbah and al-Azhar, secondary data sources are books or reading materials related to the interpretation of al-Misbah and al-Azhar in Surah an-Nisa verse 58. The results of the study formulate the conclusion that in the interpretation of al-Misbah amanah is that which has been handed over to those who are entitled to receive it, it should be carried out perfectly and on time, the same thing according to the interpretation of al - Azhar, the mandate should be handed over to experts according to their abilities and talents, the latter is more directed in terms of leadership. However, there are different interpretations of trust, according to al-Misbah's interpretation something that is handed over or entrusted to another party to be maintained and returned when the time comes to its owner, while trust according to al -Azhar's interpretation is something that is guarded to be conveyed to its owner.

Abstract

The budget implementation at the North Sumatra State Islamic University (UINSU) as a Public Service Agency (BLU) has been changing in the management paradigm from public administration to public service management. Performance Management is an attempt to synchronize various methodologies such as Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, Strategy Maps, Balanced Scorecards, and Financing Management which has a goal to improve performance so that the organization can perform more efficiently and effectively in achieving its institutional goals. Management creates the values required in building a creative and productive organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to analyze the BLU budget implementation from the Performance Management perspective. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are conducted by interview, observation, and documents study. The results of this research showed that the budget implementation at the UINSU adjusted to the demands for improving the performance and productivity of Higher Education based on the achievement of the 2016-2020 Strategic Plan (Renstra) at the university in aspects of teaching, research, and society dedication, service quality, and lecturer and education staff productivity, student satisfaction, and financial performance.

Abstract

The components of the scientific approach in learning emphasize more on observing, asking, trying, reasoning, and communicating activities. The ultimate goal of learning, all competencies are balanced between attitudes, skills, and knowledge. Initial observations in Madrasah Aliyah that there is a Religious Science Specialization in Aceh partially have not implemented learning with the 2013 Curriculum Scientific Approach, the learning process in the classroom is also still teacher-centered and the assessment has not fully used authentic assessment. This field research uses a qualitative approach, research procedures that produce descriptive data on teacher readiness in madrasah. The results of the study indicate that the readiness of teachers who teach in the religious sciences majors at Madrasah Aliyah in Aceh in implementing the scientific approach to the 2013 curriculum has made various efforts, both in learning planning, learning implementation, and learning assessment, such as compiling a learning implementation plan that is in accordance with scientific learning. The implementation of learning is not optimal, this is because there are several factors, including in formulating scientific learning must be supported by all sectors, both media, methods, and student readiness. So the implementation in the field is still constrained by the availability of supporting media, if any, the number is very limited. The results of this study recommend policymakers provide support for learning media, at least in the form of policies that support independent and high-achieving madrasas.
