Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of educational games on the accounting learning ability of class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Kedawung. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental design. This research was conducted with all students of class X Accounting institutions and finance (AKL) 3 as the control class and X Accounting institutions and finance (AKL) 2 as the experimental class. This data analysis technique uses normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis testing, paired t test, and t test. The results stated that student learning outcomes for the cognitive domain in the control class obtained an average posttest score of 83.39. In the experimental class, the average value of the posttest results was 82.53 so that it was smaller than the average value in the control class. So it can be concluded that the use of educational game-based learning media is very sufficient with student learning outcomes so that during accounting subjects as interactive media. Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of school culture in SMP Negeri 1 Kedawung. Observation subjects were principals, teachers, students, and parents. Observations were made per subject to see the situation and conditions. Observational data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Observation results show that SMP Negeri 1 Kedawung has implemented school culture optimally with collaboration between principals, teachers, and students. The school culture developed and fostered by the school is the 5S culture morning absence, morning tadarus, morning prayer and prayer, multidirectional communication, and love of culture. Characters that are grown from fostering school culture, namely discipline, religious, social care, honesty, love of reading, tolerance, love for the homeland, mutual respect, friendship, responsibility, and care for the environment. These characters must always be fostered in a sustainable manner so that all school personnel have noble personalities.' Keywords: School Culture, Student Character, Junior High School

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the views of high school students in Cirebon regarding how effective digital media is in the learning process of economics, focusing on the topic of demand and supply. This study applied qualitative methods and collected data through questionnaires. The participants in this study were high school students who were selected by purposive sampling. Findings from the study showed that many students felt the positive impact of using digital media in economics lessons. The media helps students understand complex economic concepts by showing interactive graphics and simulations. In addition, the use of digital media is also able to increase students' interest in the subject matter because of the interesting and not boring way of delivery. However, there are some challenges that arise, such as problems with internet connection, device limitations, and lack of support from teachers. These challenges emphasize the importance of developing technological infrastructure and training for teachers to support digital learning. Students' expectations for the use of digital media include the desire for more frequent use, the incorporation of digital media with traditional teaching methods, and the improvement of teachers' ability to use technology effectively. The conclusion of this study is that digital media has great potential to improve the effectiveness of economic learning. However, to maximize these benefits, there needs to be comprehensive support in terms of infrastructure, training for teachers, and sufficient technical guidance. Abstract

This study aims to enhance the logical thinking skills of students through the application of the mind mapping method in studying microeconomics, namely on the topic "Consumer Behavior." Utilizing a quasi-experimental research design with a one-group pretest-posttest model, the study was carried out on 18 students of the Economics Education Study Program of Kuningan University. Data was collected through tests of logical thinking and classroom observations and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Outcome of the analysis was that the average score increased from 62.17 in pre-test to 75.67 in post-test. There was an improvement in the median, mode, minimum, and maximum as well as the decrease of the standard deviation, which meant that student learning outcomes became symmetrical. The Wilcoxon test provided a p-value of 7.63 × 10⁻6 (< 0.05), which confirmed that there was a considerable difference between post-test and pre-test scores. A measure of effect size 0.88 shows an extremely significant effect of the Mind Mapping technique on the students' logical thinking capability. From observations in the classrooms, it was also revealed that students improved in identifying information, establishing cause-and-effect relationships, classifying data, developing evidence-based arguments, and drawing logical conclusions. Therefore, it can be argued that the use of the Mind Mapping learning technique significantly enhances students' critical thinking ability through the reinforcement of knowledge and concepts, thereby their performance in microeconomics, particularly in the topic of consumer behavior. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning interest of students and identify the internal and external factors influencing it in Social Sciences (IPS) subject for seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Ngunut Tulungagung during the 2024/2025 academic year. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and five high-interest seventh-grade students, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through source triangulation. The results indicate that the learning interest of IPS students in Class VII at SMP Negeri 1 Ngunut is generally good, supported by the variety of teaching methods applied by the teacher. The dominant factors influencing learning interest include internal factors (health, motivation, and student attitude) and external factors (parental relationships, teacher's role, and social environment including peers). These findings suggest that student learning interest is a complex phenomenon influenced by multidimensional interactions from within the students themselves and their surrounding environment. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of a holistic approach in learning strategies and educational ecosystem support to foster sustainable learning interest. Abstract

Technology is currently developing rapidly and has an impact on society. With this sophistication, various sites have emerged, one of which is a buying and selling site that is very easy to access with the palm of your hand via smartphone. The relatively frequent intensity of use ultimately results in transactions that are not in accordance with the plan. This study aims to determine the factors driving consumer behavior of economic education towards e-commerce. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with primary data directly from key informants in the form of observations and interviews. The determination of informants used was Snowball Sampling with the number of informants being 3 students of the 2023 class of the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya. The results of the study show that the factors driving consumer behavior of economic education students towards e-commerce are 1). Internal factors: a. Lifestyle (Lifestyle), b. Desire for existence (self-image), c. Poor financial management, d. Emotions and psychology. 2). External factors: a. Discounts, proms, and cashback, b. Advertisements and influences on social media, c. Ease of Access and Payment Systems, d. Social Environment. Of these factors, promotions and discounts are the most dominant, driving e-commerce purchases. Keywords: factors, consumer behavior, e-commerce.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence of self regulated learning of educational productivity in Economics subjects for XI-F students at SMAN 1 Kartasura and find out how much influence of self regulated learning of educational productivity in Economics subjects for XI-F students at SMAN 1 Kartasura when moderated by learning facilities. The population 180 students from XI-F SMAN 1 Kartasura. The sample used was determined using SLOVIN formula, resulting 125 students. This research is a descriptive quantitative. The sampling techinique employed was proportionate stratified random sampling, with data obtained questionnaire. Data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Validity was evaluated using Bivariate Correlation, specifically the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coeffiecient. Reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s Alpha. Data analysis technique used were classical assumption test and hypothesis test. The classical assumption test included the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heterokedasticity test. Hypothesis test was conducted using t test, simple linear regression, and moderated regression analysis. The result of this study indicates that there is influence of self regulated learning of educational productivity in Economics subjects for XI-F students at SMAN 1 Kartasura and there is no influence of self regulated learning of educational productivity in Economics subjects for XI-F SMAN 1 Kartasura when moderated by learning facilities. This shows that the factors from intern and extern have an important role in the success of students in educational productivity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational involvement, family support, and learning motivation on the academic achievement of FKIP UNS students. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population consisted of students who participated in the Study Program Student Association (HMP) at FKIP in the 2025 period, with a total sample of 151 students selected using proportional random sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a four-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results showed that organizational involvement, family support, and learning motivation together had a positive and significant effect on academic achievement, with an F-value of 95.807 > F-table of 2.666 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.050. This study shows that the higher the students’ organizational involvement, the greater the family support they receive, and the stronger their learning motivation, the more their academic achievement will improve. Abstract

This study examines the management of Zakat, Infak, and Sedekah (ZIS) funds for community empowerment at Lazismu Tanah Bumbu through a descriptive qualitative approach. The research specifically investigates the implementation of four core management functions, planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling, in the institution’s ZIS fund management practices. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, institutional documentation, and a review of relevant literature. The analytical process employed data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to capture the practical application of these management functions within the organizational context. The findings reveal that Lazismu Tanah Bumbu has applied the four management functions in a reasonably effective manner. Planning is conducted periodically, guided by the organization’s flagship programs. The organizational structure is well-aligned to support efficient program implementation. Fundraising and distribution activities are carried out with a strong emphasis on transparency and accountability, while oversight is ensured by the Sharia Supervisory Board. However, the study also identifies the need for more robust fundraising strategies to address the observed decline in infak and sedekah contributions, as well as to expand the coverage and impact of the institution’s beneficiary programs. This research contributes to the discourse on faith-based philanthropic management by highlighting best practices and areas for improvement in the operationalization of ZIS fund management for sustainable community empowerment. Abstract

This research investigates the effect of self-regulated learning and adversity quotient on the academic achievement of Economics Education students at Sebelas Maret University (UNS). Utilizing a descriptive quantitative approach, the study involved 189 students from the 2022–2024 cohorts of the Economics Education Study Program. The sample was selected using a proportional random sampling technique, with the inclusion criteria being active participation in learning activities and possession of a Grade Point Average (GPA). Instrument validity was assessed using Pearson’s product-moment correlation, while reliability was measured through Cronbach’s alpha. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, and simple linear regression, assisted by SPSS Statistics version 26. The findings indicate that: (1) self-regulated learning exerts a positive and significant impact on academic achievement, evidenced by a t-value of 10.832 exceeding the t-table value of 1.973, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; and (2) adversity quotient also shows a positive and significant influence on academic achievement, with a t-value of 10.175 surpassing the t-table value of 1.973 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.
