This study aims to delve deeper into the management commonly used by educational institutions. The management of educational institutions adopts control in industry and business, with some adjustments to meet the needs of stakeholders, so that the success of educational institutions is determined by stakeholder satisfaction. It is not wrong if educational institutions implement integrated quality management. Still, suppose, it is not carefully mixed and filtered. In that case, this kind of management becomes a significant factor in changing educational goals, measuring the progress of educational institutions, and damaging teacher-student relationships in the world of education. At the end of the study, there are several points in Islamic education to filter the values that must be maintained in the implementation of quality management of educational institutions and maintain educational goals, measures of the progress of educational institutions, and the relationship that should exist between teachers and students.

One of the main problems of Indonesian education is the low professionalism of teachers. Many teachers in the country have low professional competence. Moreover, the low competence of teachers is mostly caused by a lack of motivation in carrying out work and improving self-competencies. In order to provide a perspective related to this problem, this study aims to analyze the concept of professionalism based on Imam Zarkasyi's thoughts about the figure of teacher. The type of research is library research with the data derived from the literature sources. The data analysis technique used the descriptive qualitative method and data validation used the source triangulation technique. This study found that in Imam Zarkasyi's thought, the essence of teacher professionalism lies in the spiritual value embodied by the figure of the teacher. From the so-called the ruh mudarris, the other competencies that support the teacher's activities are built, from mastery of maddah (material) that reflects professional competence, mastery of methodical skills (al-tariqah) or pedagogical competence, to teacher’s etiquette and character as personality and social competence. Imam Zarkasyi's thinking reflects the paradigm of professionalism that is socially oriented and accommodates spiritual values.

Today, there are often irregularities in the educational process. This is due to a lack of attention on the issue of the planting of morals and character of students, which focuses only on physical and intellectual education regardless of the education of students. Therefore, researchers are interested in researching more about moral education known as Tazkiyatun Nafs. The researcher utilized the concept of Imam Al Ghazali & Ibn Qayyim Al Jauziyyah by analyzing the similarities and differences between the two. The type of research is library research. The main data of this study was the book of Ihya' Ulumuddin & Ar-Ruh. The data obtained is by using the documented method. While in its analysis researcher use descriptive methods, comparative methods, and core or content analysis methods. According to Imam Al Ghazali, Tazkiyatun Nafs is an effort to improve morality and mental medicine and animate life with Islamic values. Then, according to Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyah, Tazkiyatun Nafs is purifying himself by infusing a good ubudiyah with ta'dib. The two figures share the same understanding of the concept of Tazkiyah as an attempt to draw closer to Allah Almighty and the need to plant ta'dib in each teaching process by example in education. The differences between the two include the application of the Tazkiyatun Nafs method; Imam Al Ghazali emphasized three aspects namely Tathahhur, Tahaqquq, and Takhalluk. And Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah emphasized the three different; Al Ilm, Riyadhah, and Takhalluk.

Educating human beings to be a believer, righteous and noble is included in Indonesian educational orientation. Nonetheless, this objective has been eroded by materialistic culture, particularly in the education environment. There are evident efforts to westernize national education by adopting the western education model, which is secular. Adian Husaini is an education thinker who has been criticizing this phenomenon and offering a solution of an educational concept and application based on ethics. This paper employs a mixed research methodology. The research includes an analysis of the paper works of Adian Husaini and a field study at the At-Taqwa boarding school led by Adian Husaini. The research reveals that the educational concept of Adian involves placing ethics and novelty on top of knowledge. The concept also holds a knowledge hierarchy in which knowledge of fard al-ayn (legal obligations that must be performed by each individual Muslim) is higher than selected knowledge of fard al-kifayah (principle of communal obligation) which is relevant to community development. At-Taqwa boarding school has been successful in some aspects in implementing educational concepts based on ethics. To conclude, Adian Husaini's thinking of education is relevant to adopt as an alternative basis for formulating the roadmap of national education.

The function of the mosque in the period of the Prophet Muhammad SAW as the center of Islamic civilization with a good level of prosperity. The mosque at that time had various functions, not only as a place of worship but also as a place of knowledge and as a center of social activities. However, it is very unfortunate because at this time the function of the mosque operates in a strict sense as a ritual of worship. In fact, many mosques are not maintained, so the level of prosperity tends to be below. The existence of the Jogokariyan Yogyakarta Mosque is good news for Muslims. A mosque that grows and develops with programs that modernly seek to empower the congregation and the surrounding community. The Jogokariyan Mosque has been categorized as a civilized and prosperous mosque. Jogokariyan Mosque is a strategic location to carry out the dual functions of hablum minallah and hablum minannas. This means that the mosque is a house of worship and the mosque is empowered as a social house. This study aims to reveal the efforts made by the Jogokariyan Mosque so that the community at large can feel its role. This research utilized descriptive qualitative research with interviews, observations, and literature review as a research reference. From the results of the study, it appears that the Jogokariyan Mosque has an important influence and role in the prosperity of its congregation. This shows that a prosperous mosque will have an effect on the prosperity of its congregation.

building a clean and healthy living culture should be an inseparable part of the pesantren. But in reality, the spread of skin diseases among students and the neglect of students in maintaining cleanliness have become a separate phenomenon. To solve these problems, an analysis of the pesantren's policies is needed, both related to aspects of taharah education/learning, as well as aspects of optimizing facilities and infrastructure in supporting the implementation of clean and healthy living. This research is a case study research, with an analytical-descriptive approach. The analytical method used is the evaluation of Stake model (countenance). Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) it is necessary to develop methods in teaching, especially in taharah material with a contextual learning approach (CTL) and problem-based (PBL). 2) the pesantren needs to optimize the infrastructure to support the implementation of clean and healthy living, such as empowering the poskestren, providing baths and clean water, regulating dormitory management so as not to overcapacity, etc.

The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection using observations of the progress of language activities in ma'had, interviews with musyrif (managers) of the language and mahasantri divisions, as well as documentation of these language activities. Data analysis techniques applied by researchers are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The findings of this study are a form of management strategy for controlling the language environment implemented at the Ma'had Al-Jamiah Center of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang which uses an informal language environment, namely making the environment outside the classroom a place for students to practice Arabic language skills and when in class language lectures through language programs yaum al-faan al-lughowy (language arts day), sima'i wal tarjamah (listening and interpreting) and tazwidul mufradat (adding vocabulary). The solution to the obstacles to creating an Arabic-language environment is by holding language programs as activities, tightening discipline in language, coaching related to language for both educators and students, and ma'had managers should continue to add material and language learning resources, both study material on various books modern or classic.

Education is the key to human life and a major factor in the development of a nation. Education is how to humanize the human race. Education lasts a lifetime and can be done anywhere. There are three primary components of education: input, process and output. Islamic education focuses on teaching, educating man to accomplish the purpose of his creation of being a servant of god and the caliph of the earth. This method of writing involves the study of literature through articles, books, and other reading sources. This paper discusses how islamic education through exemplary methods could give birth to a superior generation of rabbani to the nation's successor. The prophet Muhammad was the best paragon we could model, both for a student, teacher, and also for a parent. Teachers and parents must also understand and exemplify the prophet Muhammad so that he can also be a good example to his son. By example there will be a generation of rabbani, a generation that understands the concept of homepage, namely, the purpose, function and mission of the creation of man. Good example became an effective method of islamic education for the birth of superior generations.
