Abstract

When a dumping policy is in place, it affects pulp exports to South Korea, but after the dumping policy is no longer in effect, it has no effect on Indonesian pulp exports to South Korea. The construction of a sea wall in the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area, Tangerang, has raised multidimensional issues involving the social exclusion of coastal communities, environmental degradation, and alleged legal irregularities in the permitting process. This study employs a literature review method to analyze the impacts of the project through Hilary Silver’s theory of social exclusion. Silver conceptualizes exclusion as a complex, multidimensional process involving the severance of access to resources, political participation, and social integration. The findings show that the sea wall, both physically and symbolically, separates coastal residents—particularly fishers—from their living space and means of livelihood. Disrupted fishing routes, increased operational costs, and damage to coastal ecosystems are among the direct consequences felt by the local community. Moreover, the lack of transparency and the potentially illegal nature of the development reinforce structural inequalities and disregard the rights of communities to space and participation. This study recommends the enforcement of spatial justice, reform of coastal development governance, and the active involvement of local communities in the planning and implementation of coastal policies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), exchange rates, and dumping policies on Indonesian pulp exports to South Korea from 2004 to 2023. The data used in this study is secondary time series data. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis, statistical testing including the F test, t test, and R square, as well as classical assumption testing, namely normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation with the help of the Eviews 12 program. The average value of pulp exports to South Korea was USD 170.05 million. The results of this study indicate that GDP has a negative effect on pulp exports to South Korea. The exchange rate has no effect on pulp exports to South Korea. When a dumping policy is in place, it affects pulp exports to South Korea, but after the dumping policy is no longer in effect, it has no effect on Indonesian pulp exports to South Korea.

The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty simultaneously on customer perceptions regarding the quality of service KSPSS BMT Sukosari Branch. Based on the results of simultaneous tests obtained fcalculate values of 46.349 > ftable 3.16 with significant results less than 0.005, which means proving Ha3 is accepted and HO3 is rejected. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test with an Adjusted R Square (R2) value of 0.606 or (60.6%) mean that the variables of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have a significant effect on the perception of service quality of KSPSS BMT Sukosari Branch

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1). Analyze the level of corn productivity in the OT and TOT systems 2). Analyzing the costs and income of corn farming in the OT and TOT systems, 3). Analyze the factors that influence corn production, 4). Analyzing the efficiency of corn production in the OT and TOT systems, and 5). Analyzing the efficiency of using corn production factors in the OT and TOT systems in West Lombok Regency. This research uses descriptive methods, data collection uses survey techniques. The types of data in this research are quantitative data and qualitative data. The respondents in this study were corn farmers who are members of Gerung District, Sheet District and Sekotong District because these three Districts are the Districts that produce the most corn in West Lombok Regency. The determination of respondents was determined by quota sampling of 90 people, where from each sub-district, 15 farmers were taken using the tillage system and 15 farmers with tillage, who were taken using simple random sampling (simple random sampling) by drawing randomly. Shows that the average cost of corn farming with a tillage system is IDR 33,429,620.05 greater than the cost of corn farming with a no-till system of IDR 29,951,766.48. Production is also the same, OT 11,212.64 Kg and TOT 9,598.44 Kg. and OT income of IDR 13,663,486.65 and TOT 10,323,900.19. The production function equation for the tillage system is as follows: Y = 98,363 + 7285,316 + 10,684 - 23,083 - 0.251 - 1,070 + 67,469 + 96,180 + 148,929 - 5,275 - 0.869. The production function equation for the no-till system is as follows: Y = 376,366 + 1,398 + 56,372 + 33,368 + 1,757 + 17,095 + 513,285 + 591,852 + 648,293 + 7,566 - 112,733. The results of the production efficiency analysis show that the R/C ratio for corn farming with a tillage system is 1.84 and corn farming with a no tillage system is 1.81, which shows that both are efficient in terms of production. The results of the efficiency analysis of the use of production factors in farming with tillage and no tillage systems are at an inefficient level due to the use of production factors which is still high.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality and Tourists Satisfaction on Post-Visit Behavior in the Kuta Tourism Village, Central Lombok Regency, mediated by Local Culture. The population studied comprises individuals who have visited the Kuta Tourism Village at least once, and the sample consists of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. This study utilized the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) data analysis method with the assistance of Smart-PLS version 4.0 software. The research findings indicate that Service Quality does not have a significant influence on either Post-Visit Behavior or Local Culture. On the other hand, Tourists Satisfaction has a significant influence on both Post-Visit Behavior and Local Culture. Lastly, Local Culture significantly influences Post-Visit Behavior. However, the Local Culture variable is unable to mediate between the Service Quality and Tourists Satisfaction variables concerning Post-Visit Behavior

Abstract

The increase in the number of manufacturing companies expanding in Indonesia recently is very potential seen from Indonesia as a developing country. A company's value is reflected in its share price, with a higher share price indicating greater financial success for its shareholders, a company's value refers to the present value of a company, which is determined by the anticipation of future cash inflows it may generate (Abidin, 2022). Stock price fluctuations are a direct manifestation of the effectiveness of company management. Investors and potential investors are careful in making investment choices because they carefully evaluate various facts (Besim, 2023). Signaling theory, describes the method a company uses to proactively communicate to investors about a company's future plans and strategies. Company signals are one of the ways signal theory is realized (Fauziah 2018). The study focused on eleven pharmaceutical companies engaged in the subsector, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), during the period 2018 to 2022. The hypothesis was assessed in this study using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) Version 4.0. The findings show that profitability and leverage have a positive influence on a company's value. In addition, the correlation between these two variables further increases when considering the size of the company.
