Abstract

Transport mode choice greatly impacted by the characeristic of the passengers. The purpose of this study are to determine the factors that impacted the travel subjects and to determine the mode choice probability of online transportation and conventional transportation. Data Processing is using SPSS for regresion analysis, to determine the factors that impacted the choice mode of online taxi and conventional taxi . The result of questionnaire distribution from airport passangers are most of (71%) the passengers has choose online taxi and the rest 29% has choose conventional taxi as the transportation mode to headed Radin Inten II Airport.Based on correlation test, the variables that impacted are the fare, the convenience and the availability of mode with R square = 48,7% and generated regression equation Y = 2,233 + 0,726 X1 + 0,530 X2 + 0,700 X7.Based on logit model of first scenario, it generated probability 89,93%of online taxi and 10,07% of conventional taxi. On seond scenario, it generated probability 55,80% of online taxi and 44,20% of conventional taxi. Based on logit model scenario, it shows that the online taxi has bigger tendency for being choosen than conventional taxi and the variables are the fare (X1), the convenience (X2) and the availability (X7) of mode did not have significant impact.

Abstract

The University of Lampung is one of university in lampung that possesses the active as much as 25.805 students in 2016. This study aims to for any identifying characteristic mode of transportation and he knows the selection of factors influencing the students in an election mode of transportation to campus .This study was conducted by the use of the method of analysis descriptive against characteristic of the selection of modes of transportation by college students and methods correlations to know variables affecting the selection of modes of transport by university students lampung.The result of this study showed that the proportion of students foot and bike (16,7%) percent motorcycle (48,0%) percent car (16,0%) percent and public transportation (19,3%) percent The results of the testing correlation value and the relationship with the variables transportation used by students to reach campus and unknown factors influencing the selection of modes of transportation students to campus University of Lampung, sex is the intensity of the, mode the cost of /, fare, age travel time, mileage, vehicle ownership and income parents based on the calculation on a variable that has the lowest correlation value are ownership variables license with the correlation of 0,180 (α<0,05), and the highest correlation is variable income parents with the correlation of 0,398 (α< 0,05).

Abstract

Balok beton bertulang adalah elemen struktur yang dapat mengalami kerusakan dan kegagalan akibat momen lentur. Kerusakan pada elemen ini dapat diperbaiki dengan perkuatan yang salah satunya adalah menggunakan Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP).Penelitian ini membahas perkuatan elemen balok dengan menggunakan perkuatan hybrid yaitu gabungan antara FRP dan wiremesh yang diikat dengan lem epoxy resin. Balok mempunyai bentang diantara dua tumpuan sederhana 1,5 m, lebar dan tinggi 15 cm. Balok diuji dengan dua beban titik secara bertahap dari nol sampai dengan runtuh. Balok yang diuji ada 6 buah, 2 buah balok tanpa perkuatan, 4 buah balok dengan perkuatan 2 lapis GFRP dan 2 lapis wiremesh.Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa balok dengan perkuatan mampu meningkatkan kapasitas beban sampai dengan 200% dibandingkan balok tanpa perkuatan. Beban retak awal (Pcr) balok dengan perkuatan juga meningkat 100% dibandingkan dengan balok tanpa perkuatan. Namun, balok tanpa perkuatan lebih daktail dibandingkan dengan balok dengan perkuatan.

Abstract

The establishment of RS PTN Unila is intended to fulfill social function by provided health services as well as income generating unit. RS PTN Unila is also expected to be a center of collaboration between research and health services. Even though the facility is provided by government of the province of lampung, The study was carried out to examine the viability of the invested. The viability was analyzed through several parameter, named Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit to Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP).The viability was also analyzed through 9 scenarios. Scenarios were varied base on inflation rate and Bed occupancy rate. The result show that all scenarions was viable. The best scenarions was based on the assumptions of bed occupancy rate 100%, inflation rate of 5 % and discount rate 15% and the source of investment provided by government. Keyword: Feasibility Study , Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP)

Abstract

Bridges are constructions that connect people and land transportation that is blocked by obstacles. One of which is the type of cable stayed bridge.. This bridge structure consists of a combination of various structural components such as pylon, cable and deck. The deck is hung with a prestressed cable that is anchored to the pole. Gravitational and lateral forces acting on the bridge deck will be transferred to the ground via cables and pylon. The cable will receive tensile force and the pylon accepts the compressive force. This bridge planned 800 m long, 14 m wide traffic, 1.5 m sidewalk width, elongated girder type is tub girder, 300 mm plate thickness, cable arrangement is 2 fields and fan, and the cable used is VSL 7-wire strand. Girder quality of 290 MPa, concrete quality of 35 MPa, and welding quality of 490 MPa. Bridge model calculations are supported by SAP 2000 and Microsoft Excel programs. From the calculation results obtained the reinforcement design for the sidewalk using the main reinforcement D16-150 mm and reinforcement for D13-200 mm, reinforcement for vehicle floors both in the field and pedestal with the main reinforcement D22-100 mm and reinforcement for D16-100 mm. The dimensions of the girder used were flanges of 1 m x 0.05 m, web 1.3 m x 0.01 m and lower fluxes 4.2 m x 0.04 m. To get a more stable structure design, 3-dimensional analysis is needed. Keywords: Cable Stayed Bridge, Tub Girder, Girder

Abstract

AbstractIn the process of highway construction, one of main thing that should be concerned is soil material. Based on that assumptions, soil has a role as a construction material and as a placement of construction.. Therefore, one of the examination processes to discover the soil bearing capacity is California Bearing Ratio (CBR) testing. Compaction in the testing has been done within heavy vehicle pressure on field with the amounts; 2.7 MPa, 7 MPa, and 8.4 MPa and the soil sample is from Tirtayasa Area, Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung.The result testing in laboratory had been showed that the soils were classified into A-2-7 soil group that was silty sand type. CBR value without soaking process within modified proctor was 9% and for soaking condition soil was 4.2%. Modified laboratory CBR values of without-soaking condition every pressure were 5.5%, 9.4%, and 9.9%, whereas for the soaking condition were 0.77%, 2.6.5, and 3.3%. In conclusion, the values of CBR are increase as the additions of the pressure given.  keywords: heavy vehicle, modified pressure’s tool, modified CBR laboratory test.AbstrakDalam pelaksanaan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan, salah satu hal utama yang perlu diperhatikan adalah material tanah. Dimana tanah memiliki peranan baik sebagai bahan konstruksi maupun sebagai tempat perletakan suatu konstruksi. Salah satu proses pengujian untuk mengetahui daya dukung tanah dasar adalah pengujian California Bearing Ratio (CBR). Pemadatan pada pengujian CBR Laboratorium dilakukan dengan metode tekanan menggunakan tekanan alat berat di lapangan yaitu sebesar 2,7 MPa, 7 MPa, dan 8,4 MPa dengan sampel tanah berasal dari daerah Tirtayasa, Kec. Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung.Hasil pengujian di laboratorium sampel tanah digolongkan sebagai kelompok tanah A-2-7 yaitu tanah pasir berlanau. Nilai CBR tanpa rendaman dengan menggunakan modified proctor adalah sebesar 9% dan untuk kondisi rendaman adalah sebesar 4,2%. Nilai CBR laboratorium modified pada masing-masing tekanan untuk kondisi tanpa rendaman adalah 5,5%, 9,4%, dan 9,9% sedangkan untuk kondisi rendaman adalah sebesar 0,77%, 2,6%, dan 3,3%. Nilai CBR mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan pertambahan tekanan yang diberikan. Kata kunci : Tekanan alat berat, alat tekan modifikasi, CBR laboratorium modified.

Abstract

Limpasan air yang mengalir dari hilir Bendungan Batu Tegi menuju Bendung Argoguruh terbuang percuma ke laut pada saat musim hujan, namun pada saat musim kemarau terjadi kekurangan air. Oleh sebab itu maka diperlukan sebuah regulating dam di antara Bendungan Batu Tegi dan Bendung Argoguruh. Dalam penelitian ini, kelayakan investasi regulating dam hanya ditinjau dari aspek ekonomi Teknik. Parameter yang digunakan untuk meninjau kelayakan investasi yaitu menggunakan metode Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) dan Payback Period (PP) dengan 6 skenario yang berbeda tingkat inflasi dan discount rate nya. Dari 6 skenario yang dibuat, menunjukan nilai NPV seluruhnya bernilai positif, IRR yang lebih besar dari discount rate nya, BCR yang lebih dari 1, serta PP yang kurang dari umur ekonomis bangunan. Skenario terbaik menunjukan nilai NPV sekitar 52 Trilyun Rupiah. Dalam skenario juga didapatkan BCR paling tinggi sebesar 40.44, serta IRR sebesar 31.79% dan PP pada tahun ke 4. Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan proyek pembangunan Regulating Dam Way Sekampung dinilai layak dari aspek ekonomi.

Abstract

 This research was conducted to determine the trip assignment or the selection of travel routes for vehicles coming out of Bakauheni Port with the existence of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road. The choice of route through the Trans Sumatra Toll Road by motorists will certainly affect the reduced travel time, where the travel value applies to each person is different. In this study, the data obtained using the Diversion Curve method with data analysis techniques model JICA 1, Multiplier Regression, and Logit-Binomial to determine the route selection model, and time value calculations using the PCI method. The results of this study indicate that the probability of vehicles switching to Trans Sumatra Toll Road for cars is 78.74%, trucks are 74.74%, and buses are 61.80%. Furthermore, the results of modeling route selection with diversion curves obtained in car vehicles are multiplier Regression models which means the greater the comparison of the time of using the toll road than using another alternative road the greater the percentage of vehicles switching to use the toll road and modeling of truck vehicle route selection and modeling of truck vehicle route selection is the Logit-Binomial model which means saving travel time is one of the reasons for driving trucks to use toll roads The calculation of the time value of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road is more economical compared to the Sumatra Highway.  Keywords: Trip assignment, vehicle probability, route selection, time value

Abstract

Kebutuhan bahan aspal sebagai salah satu bahan pembuatan prasarana jalan tidak diiringi denganpeningkatan kualitasnya, sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan bahan aspal guna memeperpanjangumur perkerasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan variasi kadarlignin pada aspal penetrasi 60/70 terhadap karakteristik Marshall dan mencari kadar lignin terbaikDilakukan pengujian dengan variasi penambhan kadar lignin sebesar 0%, 3%, 6% dengan suhurendaman standar pengujian dan suhu percobaan sesuai dengan kondisi cuaca di Indonesia yangmempunyai dua musim, yaitu musim panas dan musim penghujan yang disimulasikan denganvarasi suhu rendaman 45ºC dan suhu tinggi 75ºC, selanjutnya akan dibandingkan dengan hasilpenelitian terdahulu yang mengggunakan aspal termodifikasi Jaya Aspal Polimer (JAP) danTaftpack-Super (TPS) 5%.

Abstract

Pada masa sekarang, apartemen tidak hanya menjadi hunian pribadi tetapi juga sebagai investasi. Karena itu terjadi permintaan apartemen dalam bentuk kondominium hotel. Springhill condotel Lampung adalah condotel pertama yang dibangun di Bandar Lampung. Investasi Springhill Condotel Lampung memerlukan analisis kelayakan memastikan pengembalian investasi. Pada penelitian ini, studi kelayakan hanya dinilai dari aspek finansial dengan menggunakan beberapa parameter penilaian investasi yaitu NPV (Net Present Value), BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), dan PP (Payback Period). Analisis dibuat dalam 9 (sembilan) buah skenario. Skenario ini divariasikan berdasarkan tingkat-tingkat inflasi dan prediksi-prediksi penjualan. Skenario yang paling layak yaitu pada tingkat inflasi 7% dan prediksi penjualan dengan metode trend linier. Seluruh skenario menunjukan bahwa nilai NPV, BCR dan PP layak. Namun seluruh skenario menunjukan bahwa nilai IRR di bawah tingkat bunga.  Kata kunci : Studi kelayakan, Kondotel, Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Payback Period (PP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
