Abstract

ABSTRAKSurvei KKBPK RPJMN 2017 dirancang untuk memberikan gambaran estimasi parameter tingkat provinsi dan nasional. Target populasi dari survei ini adalah rumah tangga, wanita usia subur 15-49 tahun, keluarga dan remaja usia 15-24 tahun. Pengumpulan dan pemeriksaan data dilakukan secara berlapis untuk memastikan validitas data. Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara pada survey RPJMN 2017 berjumlah 50 klaster yang tersebar di 17 Kabupen/Kota. Alat utama yang digunakan untuk kegiatan survei RPJMN tahun 2017 adalah Smartphone android elevate Y3+. File yang harus diinstal minimal adalah active GPS, FolderSync, moco collect, Ex Explorer, dan AppLock. Moco collect merupakan instrumen survei yang didownload langsung pada serever BkkbN pusat, berupa instrumen ruta, Keluraga, wanita usia subur, remaja, dan lain-lain yang berkaitan dengan kegitan survei RPJMN tahun 2017. Jumlah  sampel rumah untuk provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara sebanyak 1.750, jumlah sampel wanita usian subur sebanyak 1.680, jumlah sampel keluarga sebanyak 1.678 dan jumlah sampel remaja sebanyak 799 yang tersebar di 17 kabupaten/kota. Pada RPJMN 2017, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara mencapai hasil 3 besar dari 34 Provinsi, karena salah satunya berhasil menyelesaikan kegiatan survey dan dinyatakan valid pada tanggal 22 Juni 2017 target 28 Juli 2017. Kata Kunci: Keluarga, KKBPK RPJMN 2017, klaster, moco  ABSTRACTThe KKBPK RPJMN 2017 survey is designed to provide the provincial and national performnce. The population targets are households, reproductive women of 15-49 years, families, and adult 15-24 years. Data collection and inspection are done in many layers to ensure the validity of data. Sulawesi Tenggara in the RPJMN 2017 survey amounted 50 clusters, there are spread in 17 district/city. The main tool used for RPJMN 2017 survey is smartphone android elevate Y3 +. In the smarthphone installed at least are GPS active, FolderSync, moco collect, Ex Explorer, and AppLock. The instruments in the moco collect are downloaded directly to BkkbN server, i.e households, women 15-49 years, families, adult 15-24 years instruments, and others related to RPJMN 2017 survey. For RPJMN 2017 survey, the Sulawesi Tenggara Province have  1.750 household samples, 1680 women 15-49 years samples, 1678 number families samples, and 799 adult 15-24 years samples. Sulawesi Tenggara Province were achieved the top 3 of 34 provinces of Indonesia because of it completed survey and was declared valid on 22 June 2017 of 28 July 2017 targeted. Keywords: Family, KKBPK RPJMN 2017, clusters, moco.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tumbuhan Brotowali (Tinospora crispa, L.) diketahui mengandung senyawa yang tergolong dalam kelompok antifertilitas diantaranya golongan glikosida, alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin dan tanin. Kelompok senyawa-senyawa tersebut dapat memberikan efek sitotoksik pada reproduksi jantan dengan mengganggu metabolisme sel germinal dan sel spermatogenik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak brotowali terhadap spermatogenesis mencit. 20 ekor mencit jantan berat 20-30 gr, berumur 2-3 bulan dibagi 5 kelompok yaitu; K1 kontrol negatif  (aquades), K2 kontrol positif (Na CMC 0,5% ), K3 (0,05 g/g bb), K4 (0,06 g/g bb), dan K5 (0,07 g/g bb) ekstrak brotowali. Ekstrak diberikan secara oral selama 34 hari. Pada hari ke-35 dikorbankan dan dilakukan pengambilan organ testis untuk preparat mikroanatomi. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif, data disajikan dalam bentuk gambar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada penampang melintang testis nampak jelas terjadi penurunan  jumlah sel sel spermatogenik  dalam tiap penampang tubulus seminiferous mencit, pada semua perlakuan yang diberikan ekstrak tumbuhan brotowali seiring dengan meningkatnya dosis yang diberikan Kata Kunci : Tinospora crispa, L., histologi  testis, Mencit ABSTRACTThe Brotowali plant (Tinospora crispa, L.) is known to contain compounds belonging to the antifertility group such as glycosides, alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins and tannins.These groups of compounds may have a cytotoxic effect on male reproduction by disrupting the metabolism of germ cells and spermatogenic cellsThe aim of this study was to knowthe effect of extracts Tinospora crispa, L. on spermatogenesis of mice. The male mice were used 20 weight 30-40 g, aged 2-3 months, and were treated in 5 groups i.e. K1 : negative control (aquadest),K2 : positive control (Na CMC 0.5%), K3 (0.05 g/g bb), K4 : (0.06 g/g bb), and K5 (0.07 g/g bb) extracts of brotowali. The extracts were given orally during 34 day.At the 35 th the testis were collected to make microanatomy. Research is descriptive, data is presented in the form of picture. Based on the results showed that crosssectional testis clearly visible decrease in the number of spermatogenic cell cells in each section of tubular seminiferous mice, in all treatments given extracts of brotowali plants along with increased doses given.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: the character trichomes of the plant teak(Tectona grandis L.) planted on gold post-mining soil Bombana with variation dose of goatmanure. This research is experimental use completely randomized design with 4 treatment,namely without goat manure (control/K0), and treatment of goat manure 100g 10kg-1 soil(K1), 125g 10kg-1 soil (K2), and 150g 10kg-1 soil (K3) in repeated 3 times. Teak plantparameters observed were the levels of length and number trichomes on the side abaksialand adaksial leaves (Tectona grandis L.). The results showed that goat manure of thetreatments K2 gives the highest value of length trichomes abaksial (995,46 μm), highestlength trikomes adaksial K0 (406,203μm). The biggest number trikomes abaksial on K3(3,481) and biggest number trichomes adaksial on K3 (4,047) too. Three character anatomyof trichomes was found in this research, namely dichotome multiselluler type on the abaksialleaf surface, slim uniselluler and biselluler type on the adaksial leaf surface.Key words: Teak (Tectona grandis L.), Goat manure, post-mining soil, trichomes.

Abstract

Synthesis aflatoksin M1 -Ova albumin (Ova) antigen used as Agar Gel Precipitation Test(AGPT) reagent. The AFM1-Ova antigen was synthesized by reacting AFM1 standard andOva albumin using carboxymethoxylamine hemihydrochloride (CMO) as intermediatereactions. The component of Reagent were AFM1-Ova antigen and antibody G (Ig G/serum)used for AGPT. The result of AFM1-Ova Antigen synthesis were 3,45 mg/ml. AGPT resultshowed bond precipitation reaction beetween specific antibody with AFM1-Ova antigen.Therefore synthesis of AFM1-Ova antigen can be used to serology reagent test as AGPT.Keywords : Aflatoxin, Ova albumin, Aspergillus flavus, Antigen

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this study was to know the litter production of Eha leaves (Castanopsis buruana Miq.) at Nanga-Nanga Papalia protected forest Southeast Sulawesi province. The method that use was litter trap methods with 3 plot establish at study site based on presentage of crown covering. The litter drainage using oven with temperature ± 85ºC to 24 hours. The result of this study showed that litter production of Eha leaves (Castanopsis buruana Miq.) during 4 time of observation showed that the highest average total of litter production on plot I was 55,72 g/m2/weeks, 62,2 g/m2/weeks, 103,3 g/m2/weeks and 104,33 g/m2/weeks. Plot II was 38,10 g/m2/weeks, 41,28 g/m2/weeks, 73,44 g/m2/weeks and 71,73 g/m2/weeks. Plot III 47,47 g/m2/weeks, 49,21 g/m2/weeks, 66,15 g/m2/weeks and 65,19 g/m2/weeks. The mounthly litter production of eha leaves (Castanopsis buruana Miq.) highest on April was 968,29 g/m2/mounth and the lowest on March was 588 g/m2/mounth.Keywords : Litter, Eha (Castanopsis buruana Miq.), Nanga-Nanga Papalia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to know the structure and composition of gastropods in seagrass beds in Coastal Waters Lanere Batuawu Village District of South Kabaena. This study was conducted in April to June 2014.The population of this study are all individuals of each type of gastropods were to be found in the study area, the sample of this study is the whole individual types of gastropods contained in the observation plots. The method used in this study was The Line Transect with the placement of plots semi subjective based on the condition of seagrass. The observations were made on 5 transects. The distance between transects were 50 and each transects contains 10 plots.The structure and composition was analyzed quantitatively by determining density, relative density, frequency, relative frequency, Important Value Index, Diversity Index (H), and Evenness Index (E). The result of this study showed that found 27 species of gastropods in whole transects. The Shannon-Wienner estimated index was 1,360 to 1,924 and The Evennes Index was 0,494 to 0,583. Important Value Index highest gastropods were Hebra corticata, Nassarius coronatus and Plicarcularia thersites. Keywords : Gastropods, Structure, Composition, Diversity, Evenness, Seagrass

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis Research aim to know the change of the land cover that happened from year 2005 until 2015 in Watumohai Resort and Mendoke Resort at the RawaAopa National Park Watumohai (TNRAW). Approach method in collecting data is geographical information system technology and remote sensing for used to the stocktaking of data, covering to identify and spreading allocation by spatial and supported with direct survey of data in the camp. Gathering pass field survey constructively map which have been made by result of the map overlay that closing of existing farm. This data collecting aim to note the field physical nature and correct data result secondary of identifying satellite image, and also other maps with situation of research location. The Result of this research indicate that of land cover in Watumohai Resort and Mendoke Resort that is a primary forest, secondary forest, dry farming agriculture, rice, savannah and open farm. The highert degradation of land cover’s natural during10 year that is primary forest for the width of 3.766,93 Ha (20,45%), secondary forest increase for the width 2.443,50 Ha (13,27%), dry farm agriculture increase for the width of 1.128,33Ha (6,13%), rice field increase for the width of 180,87 Ha (0,98 %)and savannah decrease for the width of 13,22 Ha (0,07%).Keyword : Land Cover, Spatial Analysis, Rawa Aopa National Park Watumohai                   (TNRAW).

Abstract

ABSTRACT Amphibious existence of the habitat is influenced by several types of habitats eg rice fields, rivers, swamps and secondary forests. South Palangga is a region located in Konsel which has several ecosystems such as forests, savannahs, swamps and mangrove forests. So far the scientific information related to the presence Konawe amphibious species in the South, particularly in the district of South Palangga still very minimal, so it takes a more comprehensive scientific studies related to the presence of wildlife. Destination of the study is to determine the type of amphibious -type (Order: Anura) in the district of South Palangga Privinsi Southeast Sulawesi. The method used is the method VES (Visual Encounter Survey) is a way down both sides of the river and the rice fields and record types of amphibious found. This research was conducted 2 stations 2 stations river habitat and habitat fields. The research result was 606 people composed of 8 types and four families are Bufonidae, Dicroglossidae, Ranidae, and Rhacophoridae.Keywords: Diversity, Amphibian, Habitat, Southern Palangga

Abstract

Hutan mangrove di Taman Nasional Rawa Aopa Watumohai (TNRAW) merupakan kawasan yang terjaga kelestariannya dan mendukung kehidupan hewan endemik.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan model pengelolaan ekosistem mangrove yang efektif untuk mengoptimalkan konservasi hewan endemik dan dilindungi, utamanya Anoa dataran rendah (Bubalus sp) di Kawasan mangrove TNRAW,  Sulawesi Tenggara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa struktur vegetasi mangrove di kawasan TNRAW memperlihatkan keunikan masing-masing di area pantai, daerah tengah dan dekat daratan. Terdapat 8 jenis mangrove berkayu di kawasan mangrove TNRAW yang menjadi area pengamatan burung dengan kondisi sangat baik di area tepi pantai, tengah maupun perbatasan dengan daratan, meskipun pada beberapa bagian cukup sulit untuk terjadi regenerasi alami karena kondisi tegakan yang cukup rapat. Empat jenis mangrove sejati yang paling dominan di TNRAW yaitu Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora mucronata, Lumnitzera racemosa dan Ceriops tagal. Rhizophora apiculata dan R. mucronata tumbuh disepanjang aliran sungai Lanowulu yang membelah hutan mangrove di TNRAW.Lumnitzera racemosa dan Ceriops tagal tumbuh di daerah dengan habitat yang keras. Anoa dataran rendah (Bubalus sp) tersebar di kawasan mangrove  yang relatif mudah pada tegakan Lumnitzera racemosa dan Ceriops tagal yang ditandai dengan adanya tapak kaki dan kotoran dan terdapat ruang-ruang kosong yang ditumbuhi rerumputan dan semai serta anakan kedua jenis tersebut yang memungkinan hewan Anoa dataran rendah menggunakan mangrove sebagai tempat beristrahat dan mencari makan.Kata kunci : Hutan mangrove, Hewan endemik, Anoa dataran rendah, TNRAW.

Abstract

ABSTRAKInfeksi cacing masih merupakan masalah besar dalam kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia karena prevalensinya masih tinggi yaitu kurang lebih 45-65%, bahkan di wilayah tertentu yang memiliki sanitasi lingkungan buruk, panas dan kelembapan tinggi prevalensi infeksi cacing biasa  mencapai 80%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengidentifikasi adanya telur Nematoda usus pada anak-anak usia 6-9 tahun menggunakan metode langsung dengan NaCl fisiologis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan observasi laboratorik yang bersifat deskriptif. Sampel yang dianalisa adalah feses dari 10 sampel anak usia 6-9 tahun di sekitaran Tempat Pembuangan Akhir Sampah  (TPA) Puuwatu, dengan pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling serta digunakan Eosin sebagai pembanding dan di amati di mikroskop. Hasil penelitian dan identifikasi yang telah dilakukan pada sampel feses ditemukan Telur cacing Nematoda usus positif 8 orang dari 10 sampel. Jenis telur cacing yang ditemukan adalah 6 telur cacing Ascaris lumbricoides,  1 telur Trichuris trichiura, dan 1 telur Cacing tambang. Kata Kunci : Nematoda usus, NaCl, Feses, Puuwatu ABSTRACTWorm infections are still a big problem in public health in Indonesia because the prevalence is still high at around 45-65%, even in certain areas that have poor environmental sanitation, heat and high humidity prevalence of worm infections usually reach 80%. This study aims to identify the presence of intestinal nematode eggs in children aged 6-9 years using a direct method with physiological NaCl. The type of research used is a descriptive laboratory observation. The samples of children aged 6-9 years around the Puuwatu Final Disposal Site (TPA), with accidental sampling and Eosin used as a comparison and observed in the microscope. The results of research and identification that have been done on feces samples were found of positive intestinal nematode worms 8 people from 10 samples. The type of worm eggs found were 6 eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides, 1 Trichuris trichiura egg, and 1 hookworm egg. Keywords: Intestinal Nematodes, NaCl, Faces, Puuwatu
