Abstract

The objectives of this research were: to find out the influence of leadership on employee motivation in Generation Z, to determine the effect of job characteristics on employee motivation in Generation Z, to determine the effect of the work environment on employee motivation in Generation Z, to determine the effect of employee motivation on employee performance in Generation Z, to find out the influence of leadership on employee performance mediated by employee motivation in Generation Z, to determine the effect of job characteristics on employee performance mediated by employee motivation in Generation Z, to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance mediated by employee motivation in Generation Z. A quantitative approach was used. Data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS 3 software. The variables used are leadership, job characteristics, and work environment as independent variables. Meanwhile, work performance is the dependent variable, and work motivation is the mediating variable. This study indicates that leadership, job characteristics, and work environment positively and significantly influence employee motivation. The effect of employee motivation on employee performance is also positive and significant. In addition, leadership, job characteristics, and work environment positively and significantly affect employee performance. Altogether with employee motivation as a mediating variable in Generation Z. The conclusion of this study shows that the three independent variables (leadership, work characteristic, and work environment) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (work performance), including the mediating effect of work motivation. Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that influence the buying intention of vegetables through e-commerce platforms in Jabodetabek through the variables of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, attitude and satisfaction, formulates managerial implications and marketing strategies to increase consumer repurchase intention. This study involved 153 respondents who were selected by convenience sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online. The analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL. The results showed that perceived ease of use had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness and trust had a significant effect on attitude, attitude has a significant effect on satisfaction and satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention. Managerial implications that can be carried out by vegetable entrepreneurs in e-commerce to increase repurchase intention are continuing to carry out strategies that can increase consumer trust and satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived convenience, perceived benefits, perceived risk and trust on behavior using the LinkAja e-wallet on Universitas PGRI Semarang students. This study uses quantitative research, namely the results of research in the form of statistical figures. Data collection using a questionnaire, with a convenience sampling sampling technique. The respondents of this study were 106 students of FEB Universitas PGRI Semarang Class of 2017-2020. The results showed that the perception of convenience and trust had a positive and significant effect on behavior using the LinkAja E-Wallet while the perceived benefits and risks had a negative and significant effect on behavior using the LinkAja E-Wallet. The importance of implementing TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) for company management is to maintain the quality of company management which will have an impact on the quality of the company's products. Abstract

This study aims to conduct a financial analysis on extraction level mining at PT XYZ's DOZ underground mine. The cave of the extraction level in question is the pillars of panels 22 to panel 27. The age of this project is about 2.4 years which has started in July 2019 and is expected to end in December 2021. Actual production in 2020 if added with projections in 2021 will be able to obtain production of 323,044 tons with an average content of 1.58% Cu and 0.80ppm Au where the average price of Cu is USD 3.3/lb and Au is USD 1,786/oz, the predicted total revenue will be USD 36,125.622. After deducting capital costs, operational costs, taxes and royalties, the net income of this mining business is around USD 19,771,933. Obtaining this advantage when using a discount rate of 8%, it can be seen that NPV is at USD 16,925,310 (>1), BCR is at 1.10 (>1) and IRR is 218% (>1). Information will describe that this project will bring profit. The sensitivity test carried out on four parameters commodity prices, capital costs, operational costs and interest that commodity prices are very sensitive to any increase or decrease in price per unit. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between mental workload and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) symptoms to the performance of PTFI rescue officers. The analysis includes descriptive analysis, bivariate analysis using Chi Square test, and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS) program. The calculation of the data shows that PTFI rescue officers have a high overall mental workload perception, the prevalence of PTSD symptoms is 10.48%, and the overall average performance is appraised as meet expectations. The results of the SEM-PLS analysis shows that mental workload has a significant effect on performance (p-values 0.045 sig.5%) and PTSD symptoms have no effect on performance (p-values 0.885 sig.5%) but has a significant effect on mental workload (p-values 0.026 sig.5%). The Chi Square test shows a significant correlation between the predictor of assignment location with PTSD symptoms (p-values 0.019 sig.5%) and performance (p-values 0.032 sig.5%). The managerial implications then proposed to obtain healthy mental and optimal productivity of PTFI rescue officers, including handling PTSD symptoms, facilitating coping strategies, analyzing the influence of competence to mental workload, implement structured program to deal with traumatic events exposure, measuring the stress level, and measuring behavioral elements that support employees' perceptions as citizen of the organization. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effects of consumption values, environmental concerns, and consumer attitudes towards consumer purchase intentions of electric cars. This research was conducted in Central Java, using 220 samples taken using purposive sampling technique. The analysis used with SEM-AMOS version 24. Based on the results of the study, the consumption value represented by social value variables, functional value quality and epistemic value revealed that social value and epistemic value can have an influence on environmental concern, while functional value quality is not able to provide influence on environmental concern. In addition, this study also revealed that the environmental concern variable is a major predictor of increasing consumer attitudes towards green products, but it does not have an effect on consumer purchase intentions. Furthermore, consumer attitudes towards green products are key in increasing consumer purchase intentions for electric cars. Abstract

The Dividend policy is an important information that investors shall know before investing in a stock market. In this study, an analysis of dividend policy is carried out involving the variables lagged dividend, profitability, growth, liquidity, debt, company size, ownership of BUMN and changes in the leadership towards the dividend payout ratio (DPR). The intention of this research are to analyze the variables that affect the DPR in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), in each industrial sector and impact of changes in leadership on the dividend payout ratio within period 2010–2019. The purposive sampling method is applied in data preparation and there are 231 companies paid dividends during the periods. Dynamic panel data regression is practically applied in analysing data to get the conclusion of this research. The results find variables lagged dividend and profitability are significant and positively correlating on the period 2010– 2019. Result in each industrial sector find variable lagged dividend is significant in almost in all industrial sectors. Variable of the lagged dividend is also significant for both periods of the leadership but profitability and growth only significant in the period of 2015 - 2019. Meanwhile, changes in leadership does not has impact towards dividend payout ratio in Indonesia. Abstract

The success of a university can be seen from students’ satisfaction with the services provided. Students’ satisfaction is also the key to students’ loyalty to university. This research aims to measure the level of students’ satisfaction on the service quality of Politeknik Ketenagakerjaan (Polteknaker), to identify service quality attributes that need to be improved and maintained at the Polteknaker, to analyze the effect of Polteknaker service quality on student satisfaction, and to analyze the effect of satisfaction on the loyalty of Polteknaker students. There are 100 students of Polteknaker were involved in this research. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Structural Equational Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on the student satisfaction index (CSI) result, the quality of Polteknaker services as a whole is 64.39% which shows students feel quite satisfied with the provided services. The results of the IPA shows that the most important indicators that should be improved are reliability, responsiveness, and assurance. Based on the results of SEM-PLS, the responsiveness and empathy have a positive and significant impact on students’ satisfaction, consequently resulting in students’ loyalty. Abstract

Indonesia is the largest country producing palm oil. The existence of climate change in the form of El Nino has had an impact on the sustainability of oil palm plantations, with the fire of land and oil palm plantations. The purpose of this study is to design a prototype of future business models that will be used to develop palm oil insurance. The analytical method used is a business model canvas (BMC) approach equipped and SWOT. Data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The sampling technique is by non-probability sampling-purposive sampling with the hope that the selected sample has the knowledge, expertise and competence in the field studied in this study. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the highest strength lies in the elements of Key Partners and Channels with values of 4.1 and 3.7. Furthermore, the highest weaknesses are indicated by Key Activities and Key Resources elements with values of 3.10 and 3.00. Both have relatively low weaknesses compared to the weaknesses of other elements. The highest opportunity lies in the Customer Segment element with a value of 4.2 and Customer Relationship with a value of 3.97. Threats in all segments are classified as low with values between 3 and 3.4. High weakness in the Revenue Stream and Cost Structure elements. Company need to improve elements: customer relationship, value preposition, key activities, key partners, key resources, and channels. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the service quality of BRILink Agent Officers (PAB) on the level of satisfaction, trust and loyalty of BRILink Agents in order to achieve the BRILink Agent transaction volume target. This study used a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Questionnaires were submitted to 300 respondents, namely BRILink agents who were used as samples, which were located in West Jakarta, Banten and West Kalimantan. Respondent requirements are BRILink Agents who have been BRI Agents for a minimum of 6 months and the number of transactions is under 200 transactions per month. Questionnaires were distributed by BRI employees, namely the Resident Auditor Unit (RAU) in the local area. There were 274 questionnaires that were returned and were completely filled out. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method and uses Lisrel 8.72 software to analyze the casual relationship between service quality, satisfaction, trust and loyalty of BRILink agents, and to evaluate hypotheses regarding the relationship between model construction. The results of this study indicate that all Service Quality indicators have a significant effect on BRIink Agent Satisfaction, BRILink Agent Satisfaction has a significant effect on BRILink Agent Trust and Loyalty. What greatly affects the satisfaction, trust and loyalty of BRILink Agents is the frequency of PAB visits to BRILink Agents, PAB's ability to motivate BRILink Agents, and BRI must improve the quality of the system and network.
