Hal ini menandakan betapa pemikiran yang ada di Jurnal ini diharapkan mampu mewakili pemikiran-pemikiran kritis dan keilmuan yang berbobot dengan kajian yang ada di STAI Madiun sesuai dengan visi nya yaitu terwujudnya tenaga pendidik yang professional dengan wawasan ilmu pendidikan, sosial, budaya, Islam, dan berakhlaqul karimah sehingga mampu mencerdaskan akal, menambah keimanan dalam hati dan memperluas wawasan keilmuan para pembaca, khususnya mahasiswa STAI Madiun dan Umat manusia pada umumnya

Abstract

This article discusses islamophobia from a social perspective by analyzing the roots of discriminatory behavior that occurs against muslims. This research involves a large population and shows that a person's level of trust in muslims is greatly influenced by social interactions and how they identify the behavior patterns of a muslim. This research was conducted with the aim of ensuring that people are able to understand islam through the lens of harmonious and religious beliefs, not as an unwarranted fear. A systematic approach in discussing this topic includes literature studies as well as netnography published through digital media. This finding emphasizes the importance of people's interpretation of the implications of the islamic religion in accordance with what is taught. This research involves the steps of analyzing literature from previous scientific work, by applying a qualitative descriptive approach. The data interpretation method used is netnography-based, which aims to explore and analyze content in depth. This approach was chosen as a framework to outline the current research, allowing a better understanding of the phenomenon under investigation.

Abstract

Philosophy is an integral part of science and is considered its parent. Philosophy and science have a close relationship, especially in the scientific context. The philosophy of science, with the framework of scientific theory, plays a role as a supporter of scholarly and scientific aspects and serves as the theoretical foundation in academic activities. Popper, a renowned philosopher, contributed the concept of falsification, emphasizing experimentation and criticism of scientific theories for the advancement of knowledge. In line with the goal of falsification, the progress and development of science are inevitable and need to be built. However, social facts indicate that scholarly discussion in student lectures is perceived as lacking vitality. The critical analytical attitude of students seems dormant. This issue diminishes the essence of andragogy and academic culture, which are essential characteristics of student education. Therefore, this article aims to address this problem by explaining and analyzing the learning process of students that prioritizes andragogy and academic culture in the context of their relevance to Popper's falsification concept. Thus, by understanding the points of relevance among these elements, the application of falsification can be better comprehended and implemented to achieve progress and development in scientific knowledge. In this literature-based article using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research findings conclude that there is a focal point on the development of students' critical reasoning in the interconnectedness of Popper's falsification, andragogy, and academic culture.Top of Form

Abstract

تفحص هذه الدراسة العلاج النفسي بطريقة صوفية إسلاميّة وفقاً لمنظور ابن عطاء الله السكندري. ابن عطاء الله هو صوفي شهير يتكلم بشكل مكثف عن النفس ومعالجتها، التي لخصت في كتابيه ، الحكم وتاج العرش. العلاج التصوفي هو علاج شمولي للنفس المستمد من التعاليم الصوفية التي يمارسها الصوفيون من تعاليم القرآن وسنة النبي محمد (ص). يستخدم هذا البحث بأساليب بحثية للمكتبة من خلال مراقبة ودراسة ووصف النظريات المتعلقة بالنفس وممارساتها العلاجية وفقاً لمنظور ابن عطاء الله. تصوغ هذه الدراسة مشكلتين ، هما: كيف يرى ابن عطاء الله في التصوف النفسي وكيف يتم تطبيق المنهج التطبيقي لعلاج النفس وفقا لمفهوم ابن عطاء الله؟ حصلت هذه الدراسة على نتائج، حيث أن ابن عطاء الله صوفي الذى يولي اهتمامًا مكثفًا للغاية ويثقف النفس باستخدام المنهج الصوفي وتعاليمه التي كانت مصدرها القرآن وسنة النبي وأيضًا نشأت من تجربته الرقيقة لعلاج النفس. ومن بين عدة أشكال من العلاجات الصوفية وفقاً لمنظور ابن عطاء الله، أولاً علاج المهدبة والتوبة. ثانيا، تطهير القلب بالتذكير والصلاة. والثالث ،العلاج بالخلوة من حب الدنيا والعزلة منه. و الرابعة,  القناعة (قبول تقسيم الله) والشكر له. خامسا ، الاخلاص فى العمل والتوكل على الله. يجب تطبيق جميع الأساليب السليمة من العلاج النفسى في الحياة اليومية.

Abstract

Multicultural education is an approach to education that recognizes and respects the diversity of cultures, ethnicities and social backgrounds in the learning process. This research aims to identify the influence of implementing multicultural education on students' social attitudes at SMA Labschool Unsyiah Banda Aceh. This research method uses a quantitative approach using correlational research, data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to the research sample, namely all class XI students. The results of the research show that there is an influence between the application of multicultural education on the social attitudes of SMA Labschool Unsiyah Banda Aceh with a determination coefficient of 0.156 so that students' social attitudes are influenced by the application of multicultural education by 15.6%. The rest is influenced by other factors outside research. This research also identifies several challenges in implementing multicultural education, such as challenges in integrating multicultural education into the wider education system. Thus, the findings of this research provide a better understanding of the importance of implementing multicultural education in creating a comprehensive learning environment and supporting student development in facing an increasingly global and diverse society.

Abstract

Education is believed to be the main means of developing the quality of human resources. It is in this context that revitalization of education policy continues to be the government's concern. So that a form of revitalization emerged, the issue of centralization to decentralization which had previously been raised as an effort to empower the region. Encouraged by the changing state of the nation's politics, it is increasingly believed that one of the important efforts that must be made is to improve the quality of education. in which the education unit is given authority and delegation of school authority to carry out continuous improvement and quality improvement. Management is a political approach that aims to reorganize school management by giving power to school principals and increasing community participation in efforts to improve school performance, which includes teachers, students, school principals, parents, and the community. The hope is that with this school-based education management system, the quality of education can be improved and that the participation of the community and the initiatives of educational institutions at the micro (school) level will increase. Abstract

Non-profit organizations do not generate profits for their owners, because the money received by the non-profit organization will be used to help fund the organization's operations according to the organization's goals and objectives and distributed or donated to communities in need. The cases that occurred with the dhu'afa wallet and the Ceng Hoo mosque, both organizations are non-profit or non-profit organizations that have problems in maximizing management functions, namely program planning. Therefore, this article aims to explain non-profit or non-profit organizations and the stages of strategic management which include planning or program planning. Strategic management consists of 3 stages, namely strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. The method used is a qualitative method with a library research and content analysis approach. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. This data analysis is inductive.

Abstract

Religious offenses originate from material in Law no. 1/PNPS/1965 concerning Prevention of Abuse and/or Blasphemy of Religion. Material in Law no. 1/PNPS/1965 has repeatedly requested a judicial review of the Constitutional Court, with various arguments of damage to the constitutional rights of the applicants, but the Constitutional Court passed Decision Number 140/PUU-VII/2009, Decision Number 84/PUU-X/2012, Decision Number 56/ PUU-XV/2017, Decision Number 76/PUU-XVI/2018, and finally Decision Number 5/PUU-XVII/2019, essentially rejected the application. In the new Criminal Code, religious offenses are maintained with several new formulations. This article examines the political aspects of religious offense law in the new Criminal Code, especially in relation to the ideal legal ideals to be achieved through the accommodation and implementation of religious offenses in the Indonesian context. This study yielded several important points, first, religious offenses were once used by the colonial government to control the potential resistance of tarekat and Ratu Adil groups, so from this it can be understood that the political interests of the ruling regime were a determining factor in the interpretation and implementation of religious offenses. Second, the aim of religious offense law in the new Criminal Code is aimed at protecting freedom of religion and belief even for religious groups, so that the formulation of the offense also avoids word choices that allow excessive use which has the potential to criminalize religious groups and beliefs outside of orthodoxy. Third, a productive space for interpretation among law enforcers regarding religious offenses must be maintained and guidelines for the implementation of religious offenses for them must be immediately prepared, an interpretation space and guidelines that are compatible with the principles of guaranteeing substantive equality and upholding distributive justice, especially for religious groups and beliefs outside of orthodoxy. mainstream.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the urgency of character education in Indonesia and to find out the extent of Islamic boarding school cultural management in forming student character in the campus environment. This is based on the very serious problem of moral and character degradation which today not only affects children and teenagers, the majority of whom are still students. This is also starting to spread to universities. The shift in personality values ​​in various immoral behaviors is so clear and visible that it occurs in the midst of social life. Based on the conditions on the ground, the government was moved to reorganize Indonesia's education pattern with a character education program. Talking about management issues certainly cannot be separated from the activities of planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, leading (facilitating, motivating, innovating), reporting, controlling. On the one hand, Islamic boarding schools as non-formal educational institutions are a space to prepare students in terms of requiring large and high-quality human resources (HR) to support the implementation of development programs well. the importance of effective educational management in shaping the character of students in creating a conducive educational environment. Through the habit of interacting well, the role of students as agents of change will be realized well, thereby providing enlightenment to the community in their environment. Based on this, it is fitting that graduates of Islamic Universities should truly be able to assume an identity as Muslim intellectuals of quality and moral character.

Abstract

Vocabulary is the basic component of English that must be learned by students who use English as second language. Mastering English vocabulary will help the students to improve four language skills such as listening, reading, speaking, and writing. To master vocabulary, the students can read English book, watch English movie, or listen to English songs. In this digital era, students can enrich their vocabulary through social media. One of the popular social media is Instagram through reels feature. Reels can help students to gain and to understand the vocabulary because many Indonesian content creators share their knowledge about English and explain it using bahasa Indonesia clearly. The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of using reels on Instagram to enhance students’ vocabulary mastery at the first-grade students of MAN 1 Madiun. The researcher was formulated the research problem as follows: “Is there any significant difference on students’ vocabulary mastery before and after being taught by using reels on Instagram at the firs- grade students of MAN 1 Madiun?”. In this study, the researcher was using quantitative approach with pre-experimental research method. The population of this study was the first-grade students of MAN 1 Madiun. The sample of this study were 35 students which selected by using purposive sampling technique. The instrument of this study is vocabulary test consist of 20 questions for short answer and 10 questions for true-or false. The test was given twice in pre-test and post-test. After conducting the both test, the researcher analysed the data using SPSS 16.0 with the formula paired sample t-test to know the difference of mean scores of the pre-test and post-test.
