Abstract

This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Satya Trinadi Komira Perkasa Southeast Sulawesi. (2) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Satya Trinadi Komira Perkasa Southeast Sulawesi. (3) To determine the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Satya Trinadi Komira Perkasa Southeast Sulawesi. The population in this study is the total number of employees at PT. Satya Trinadi Komira Perkasa Southeast Sulawesi, while the total number of employees is 45 people. Respondents in this study were 45 people. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that: (1) Motivation and Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Satya Trinadi Komira Perkasa Southeast Sulawesi. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Satya Trinadi Komira Perkasa Southeast Sulawesi. (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Satya Trinadi Komira Perkasa Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product attribute dimensions on purchasing decisions for Iphone brand mobile phones in Kendari City. The independent variables used in this study are Product Quality, Product Features, Product Design, Product Brand, Product Packaging, Product Label and Product Support Services. The dependent variable used in this study is Purchase Decision. The population of this research is Kendari City Community Employees who use iPhone products with a total sample of 50 respondents who meet the criteria using the purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 2 program. The results of this study found that: 1) Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Iphone cellphone brand in Kendari City; 2) Product features have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Mobile Iphone brand in Kendari City; 3) Product design has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Mobile Iphone brand in Kendari City; 4) The product brand has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Iphone cellphone brand in Kendari City; 5) Product packaging has an insignificant negative effect on purchasing decisions for the Mobile Iphone brand in Kendari City; 6) Product labels have an insignificant negative effect on purchasing decisions for the Mobile Iphone brand in Kendari City; and 7) Product support services have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Iphone brand in Kendari City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research ; (1) To determine the quality of service and customer satisfaction (case study of Indomaret Mowewe District, East Kolaka Regency), (2) to determine the effect of brand image on customer satisfaction (case study of Indomaret, Mowewe District, East Kolaka Regency), (3) to determine the effect of quality service and brand image on customer satisfaction (a case study of Indomaret, Mowewe District, East Kolaka Regency). The population in this study is the general public of Indomaret customers in Mowewe District, East Kolaka Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using the Lemeshow method. The data collection method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) service quality and brand image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility on ROA. In addition, to determine the effect of Corporate social responsibility on ROE. And to determine the effect of Corporate social responsibility on stock returns. The type of data is secondary data sourced from the Indonesian stock exchange. The number of samples in this study amounted to 12 samples each of 4 years. The analytical tool used is quantitative descriptive analysis using Eviews 9.  The results show that the test in this study explains that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility activities has a positive and significant effect on return on assets. The results of the second test show that there is a negative and insignificant effect of the disclosure of corporate social responsibility on return on equity. The company's profitability can not be measured by the amount of disclosure of social responsibility or from the level of leverage. From the results of the analysis for the third hypothesis with the corporate social responsibility variable on stock returns, it shows a negative effect and there is no significant effect on the corporate social responsibility variable on stock returns.

Abstract

This research was aimed for knowing: (1) the influence of brand image on purchase decision of make over cosmetics in kendari, (2) the influence of celebrity endorser on purchase decision of make over cosmetics in kendari, (3) the influence of brand image and celebrity endorser on purchase decision of make over cosmetics in Kendari.This research used quantitative approach by applying survey method. Sample of this research is 100 respondents in Kendari and the data was collected through questionnaire with Purposive Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research to answer the hypothesis is double linear regression.­ The result of this research shows that: (1) brand image has positive and significant impact on purchase decision, (2) celebrity endorser has positive impact on purchase decision, (3) brand image and celebrity endorser simultaneously has a positive and significant impact on buying decision toward purchase decision.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of social media, promotion, and price on purchase decisions for Jotun paint at Cahaya Warna Store in Jeunieb subdistrict. The data used in this study was primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26. The results partially showed that social media positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions for Jotun paint at the Cahaya Warna store in Jeunieb subdistrict, and price positively and significantly influenced purchase decisions for Jotun paint at Cahaya Warna store in Jeunieb subdistrict. Simultaneously, social media, brand, and price influenced purchasing decisions for Jotun paint at Cahaya Warna store in Jeunieb subdistrict.

Abstract

This study aims to queuing analysis the card registrar at the resident service office and civil adminitration in the district Muna Barat.  This research uses QM For Windows 5.2 software application with Waiting Lines analysis tool. Waiting Lines is used to process the queue, either queue of people or goods. This type of research is descriptive statistics with a qualitative approach.  The results of this study indicate that, the average time that customers get at the time served always exceeds the standard time of service applied is 5 minutes, which is where time at 09:00-10:00 ie 5,08 minutes. Procces service always pass the standard time of service that is 5 minutes and this happens not only at certain hours but for all working hours.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze bottleneck in developing Donggala weaving in Limboro Village of Donggala District. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted in Limboro Village, Donggala District, with a total of 4 informants. Data colledted by observation and indepth interview. The data analysis method used is the Nvivo 12 plus software. The results showthat a bottleneck in the developing of Donggala weaving occured in one of the production processes the name is ba hane work station.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, free cash flow, corporate governance and asset growth on dividend policy. The object of this research is 181 the manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Sample selection was determined by purposive sampling method. In total, there are 24 companies that meet the research criteria. This study uses secondary data which was analyzed using panel data regression analysis and processed using application review 9.  The results of this study indicate that asset growth has a positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio, meaning that asset growth is able to increase dividend distribution. Furthermore, the return on assets and the current ratio have a negative and significant effect, meaning that an increased return on assets and current ratio will reduce the distribution of dividends. The debt-to-asset ratio has a negative and insignificant effect, meaning that a high debt-to-asset ratio is not able to reduce dividend distribution. The audit committee has a positive and insignificant effect on the dividend payout ratio, meaning that a high audit committee is not able to increase dividend distribution. Furthermore, free cash flow has a positive and insignificant effect on the dividend payout ratio, meaning that high free cash flow is not able to increase dividend distribution to shareholders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of intellectual intelligence (IQ) on the performance of the Inspectorate of South Kalimantan Province, (2) the influence of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) on the performance of the employees of the Inspectorate of South Kalimantan Province, and (3) the influence of spiritual intelligence (SQ). on the performance of the employees of the Inspectorate of South Kalimantan Province. The population in this study were all employees of the South Kalimantan Inspectorate Office, amounting to 56 people. This amount is used as a sample at the same time. The data collection method used in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it shows that intellectual intelligence (IQ) has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Inspectorate of South Kalimantan Province. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has a significant effect on the performance of the Inspectorate of South Kalimantan Province employees. Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) has a significant effect on the performance of the company's employees of the Inspectorate of South Kalimantan Province
