Abstract

This research aims: (1) to determine the effect of working capital, leverage and sales growth on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2022. (2) to determine the effect of working capital on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) 2022. (3) Knowing leverage on Profitability in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2022. (4) Knowing sales growth on Profitability in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2022. The population in this research is real estate property and building construction companies. The analytical tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression. Research results: (1) Working capital management variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect. This means that improving working capital management can increase profitability. (2) The Leverage variable (X2) has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability, meaning that because of the high level of leverage there will be a high risk which is indicated by the presence of greater debt costs. (3) The sales growth variable (X3) has a negative and significant effect on profitability, meaning that sales in the current year have decreased compared to sales in the previous year, which can cause sales to decrease or be negative.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine the effect of brand image, price, and product quality of Oppo Smartphone users in Kendari City. (2) To determine the effect of brand image of Oppo Smartphone users in Kendari City. (3) To determine the effect of the price of Oppo Smartphone users in Kendari City. (4) To determine the effect of user product quality Oppo Smartphone ini Kendari City. The population in this study is all Kendari City residents who buy and use Oppo Smartphone products themselves, while the sample is 80 respondents using the Hair formula. The data collection method is using a questionnaire. This research technique uses multiple regression analyses. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Brand image has no significant effect, while price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. (2) Brand image has no significant postive effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine simultaneously the effect of compensation and work motivation on theperformance of employees of PT. Cilacap Kendari (2) To determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. CilacapKendari. (3) To determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Cilacap Kendari. The total population in this study is all employees as many as 45 people who are also used as research samples usingpurposivesamplingtechnique.Thisstudyusesmultiplelinearregressionanalysis. Abstract

The research aims to determine the role of managers at UD. Mete Mubataq. The informants in this research were 5 people divided into 1 owner, 1 manager, 2 marketing employees and 1 production employee. The sampling technique uses a Purposive Sampling technique where the researcher selects informants who have special characteristics so that they represent the required sample. The data collection method uses interviews. Researchers qualitative analysis, namely data reduction, dan presentation and drawing conclusasions. The results of this research show that the manager’s role as an interpersonal role does exits where work relationship such as manager production employees are given the task of producing cashew nuts and manager marketing employees are given the task or job of seeing or monitoring cashew stock that is decision maker information ready to be marketed. Information transfer role and decision-making role where managers provide information to employees to produce cashew nuts at a certain time and make decisions about how many cashews be produced at that time.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate human resource development practices at the Food Crops and Livestock Service of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research uses a qualitative approach by describing the research respondents' arguments regarding the choice of statements and the frequency distribution of respondents' statements from the data that has been collected. Data was obtained from 78 respondents who were Civil Servants (PNS) at the Food Crops and Livestock Service of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The data analysis method for this research uses descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the human resource development practices implemented at the Southeast Sulawesi Province Food Crops and Livestock Service, in terms of education and training, career development, empowerment and work involvement, have been implemented well.

Abstract

This research aims: 1. To determine the increase in customer satisfaction at Mcd Drive Thru Kendari through product variations and service quality. 2. To determine the increase in customer satisfaction at Mcd Drive Thru Kendari through product variations. 3. To determine the increase in customer satisfaction at Mcd Drive Thru Kendari through Service Quality. The total population in this study was 96 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis.The research results show that: 1. Mcd Drive Thru Kendari customer satisfaction can increase through product variations and service quality. 2. Mcd Drive Thru Kendari customer satisfaction can be increased through product variations. 3. Mcd Drive Thru Kendari customer satisfaction can be improved through service quality.

Abstract

Pada platform TikTok, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Risk, EWOM, dan Trust terhadap Purchase Intention. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 239 responden pengguna yang telah menyelesaikan pembelian di platform TikTok di Jawa Timur sebagai bagian dari studi kuantitatif ini. Penelitian ini dievaluasi menggunakan SmartPLS Professional edition dan analisis Partial Least Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa Trust dan Purchase Intention sama-sama dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Perceived Risk. Meskipun informasi dari electronic word of mouth mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap Trust, pengaruhnya terhadap Purchase Intention tidak signifikan secara statistik. Peran mediasi Trust dalam hubungan antara Perceived Risk dan Purchase Intention sangat besar dan langsung. Efek mediasi Trust antara informasi electronic word of mouth dan niat membeli adalah besar dan langsung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial leadership, orientation, and competitive advantage on SME’s performance. The population in this study were SMEs in Pontianak City, totaling 1,894 SMEs. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling method using the calculation of Isaac and Michael obtained a sample size of 380 respondents. The quantitative research method uses PLS-SEM data analysis techniques and analysis tools using WarpPls 8.0. The results of the study state that entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial orientation, and competitive advantage significantly affect the performance of SMEs. This study found that the competitive advantage variable is a partial mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine both simultaneously and partially the effect of work motivation and leadership style on employee performance at the Wakumoro Public Health Center, Muna Regency. The approach of this research is explanatory research. The population of this study were all employees of the Wakumoro Public Health Center, Muna Regency, in Parigi District, Muna Regency, totaling 32 people. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection methods in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and leadership style simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis aktivitas inbound, conversion operation dan outbound abon ikan pada CV Iyam Mandiri Kota Palu. Paradigma penelitian ini adalah paradigma positivisme dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Palu Sulawesi Tengah dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 8 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung ke lapangan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada informan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data kualitatif, menggunakan teknik validasi data yaitu teknik triangulasi dan alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu software NVivo 12 Pro. Hasil penelitian menemukan aktvitas inbound conversion operation dan outbound abon ikan pada CV Iyam Mandiri Kota Palu, yang dimana jalur inbound dimulai dari supplier, jenis bahan baku, kualitas bahan baku, pengadaan bahan baku, kerusakan bahan baku, penyimpanan bahan baku, kapasitas produksi, sistem pembayaran bahan baku, transportasi inbound dan jalur conversion operation dimulai proses produksi, kualitas produk, jumlah produksi, kemasan produk, kapasitas penyimpanan dan jalur outbound dimulai dari penyimpanan produk jadi, strategi penetapan harga, order abon ikan, transportasi outbound, jadwal pengiriman ke konsumen, cara mempromosikan produk, sistem pembayaran produk jadi, wilayah pemasaran. Kata Kunci: Inbound, conversion operation dan outbound
