Abstract

This article discusses the principal's leadership efforts in improving the cooperative relationship of SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung with the industrial world. Vocational high school (SMK) as a form of vocational education unit prepares students as prospective workers and develops the existence of students for the benefit of students, society, nation and state. This study uses a qualitative or naturalistic approach. The data collection uses participant observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, for data analysis, three activities are used, namely data reduction, display of data presentation and verification of conclusion drawing. The results of the study stated that the principal's leadership was considered good. Seen from strategic planning and implementation in a cooperative relationship with the industrial world. From this it can be understood that the main task of a leader in carrying out his leadership is not only limited to his ability to carry out programs, but more than that, the leader must be able to involve all levels of his organization, its members or the community to take an active role so that they are able to make a meaningful contribution. positive in achieving goals. Strategic planning of cooperative relations with the industrial world is illustrated by the involvement of the industrial world in carrying out school programs, and the implementation of relations with the industrial world is carried out through agreements with the industrial world in order to establish good cooperation.

Abstract

This article discusses educational marketing to overcome competition with other institutions. Marketing makes a big difference to the number of students, with the application of good educational marketing management and does not conflict with Islam, the institution will win the competition and will increase public interest. The method used in this study is a qualitative technique with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. The data analysis technique used is synthetic analysis with the stages of data reduction, data display (displaying data), drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study that in the implementation of education management in an Islamic perspective at MA Al-Ahliyah Cikampek Karawang are; 1) planning, which consists of market identification, market segmentation, targeting, placement, and product differentiation 2) organizing 3) directing 4) supervision.

Abstract

This article discusses the competence of the head of administration, the quality of administrative services in improving the quality of educational administration services at SMK Bhinneka Karawang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the most prominent competence possessed was social competence and the lowest competence was managerial competence. Based on the quality seen from the aspect of tangibles (physical facilities) it is necessary to add related facilities, from the aspect of reliability (reliability) it is good because it has reliability in directives and input in dealing with and resolving complaints from students. The aspect of responsiveness (responsiveness) it is very good because of the mutual communication between the head of administration and the administrative staff. The aspect of guarantee (guarantee) there is a guarantee for the security of the service environment, as well as a guarantee on time in service. The aspect of empathy (empathy) it has been seen that there is a concern for the head of administration and administrative staff in identifying alternative solutions to problems faced by students

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Manajemen Pemasaran Pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Islam Terpadu Izzuddin Palembang. Dasar pemikiran yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah sekolah Islam terpadu Izzuddin merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat, untuk masuk ke SMP Izzudin mengikuti tahapan secara ketat, baik mulai dari administrasi, seleksi dan tes semuanya diawasi secara ketat. Selain itu SMP Izzuddin tetap bertahan dan mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat setiap tahunnya, selalu menambahkan fasilitas belajar dan membangun gedung baru dikarenakan setiap tahunnya jumlah siswa baru selalu bertambah. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yakni bagaimana manajemen pemasaran pendidikan dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam Manajemen pemasaran pendidikan di SMP IT Izzuddin Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, informan pokok adalah bagian marketing SMP Izzuddin, dan informan pendukung adalah kepala sekolah, dan koordinator TU. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Teknik analisis data yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, Kemudian menggunakan triangulasi Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah Manajemen pemasaran pendidikan di SMP IT Izzuddin Palembang. Pemasaran pendidikan yang dilakukan di SMP IT Izzuddin sudah baik, mulai perencanaan, yang disesuaikan dengan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah, penentuan calon siswa dengan sistem seleksi yang ketat. Pelaksanaan pemasaran juga dilaksanakan dengan baik, melalui produk yang ditawarkan oleh sekolah ke masyarakat, promosi dilakukan dengan cara online dan offline, tempat dilengkapi sarana prasarana pembelajaran yang memadai, harga sangat tinggi akan tetapi tidak mengesampingkan kualitas SMP Izzuddin, tenaga pendidik memiliki kompetensi sesuai dengan pendidikan yang dibutuhkan oleh sekolah. Evaluasi sebelum dan sesudah penerimaan siswa baru. Adapun Faktor pendukung dalam pemasaran pendidikan adalah tenaga pemasaran, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, sarana dan prasarana, lokasi yang dekat dan mudah dijangkau oleh calon pelanggan. Faktor penghambat bisa dari tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, rendahnya komunikasi, bersaing dengan lembaga pendidikan lain.

Abstract

This article discusses the effect of the quality of educational services on the satisfaction of class XII students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Karawang. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were 103 students of class XII. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and classical assumption test (test requirement analysis) by performing normality test, linearity test. Subsequently, hypothesis testing was carried out by calculating the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, significance level, and regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of class XII education services was in the good category. Satisfaction of class XII students is in the good category. So that similar research can be done by looking at other factors that have an influence on student satisfaction. There is a positive relationship between the quality of education services and the satisfaction of class XII students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Karawang. That means, the higher the quality of educational services, the satisfaction of students will increase, and vice versa.

Abstract

Policy Analysis of IAIN Curup Library Website Management and Its Relation to Improving Library Services". One of the agencies that use the website as a medium of information is the IAIN Curup Library. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the policy of managing the IAIN Curup library website and its relation to improving library services is This type of research is carried out with a field study approach (field research). The data that has been collected is analyzed by means of descriptive-analysis The results of the study indicate that the policy of managing the IAIN Curup Library website is related to the obligation for librarians to provide information regularly to library membersThe function and purpose of the IAIN Curup Library website is to publish information, make it easier for students to obtain information on books, submit thesis requirements, or find out about events held by the library.

Abstract

Artikel ini yang berjudul Pelaksanaan Supervisi Kinerja Guru di SMP IT Izzuddin Palembang, dengan latar belakang masalah pentingnya kegiatan supervisi kinerja guru, karena dengan supervisi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Lembaga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model interaktif yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini yakni pelaksanaan Supervisi Kinerja Guru berasal dari dua tempat yakni dari pihak Yayasan dan Kepala Sekolah. Pelaksanaan supervisi sudah berjalan dengan baik dan rutin dilaksanakan dalam setiap tahunnya. Tahapan pelaksanaannya terdiri dari kegiatan sebelum proses supervisi, kegiatan pelaksanaan supervisi dan kegiatan sesudah supervisi. Kinerja Guru di SMP IT Izzuddin Palembang ada tiga kegiatan proses belajar mengajar yakni kegiatan sebelum proses belajar mengajar, kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, kegiatan sesudah proses belajar mengajar. Dengan demikian kinerja guru sudah bisa dikatakan baik, meskipun masih ada beberapa orang guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya belum sesuai dengan kriteria seorang guru yang profesional.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang implementasi manajemen kesiswaan sangat krusial pada dunia pendidikan, sebab penerapan manajemen dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen kesiswaan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di SMK Industri Nasional 1. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk menerima info yang mendalam perihal implementasi manajemen kesiswaan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplin siswa di SMK Industri Nasional 1. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan secara umum pada SMK Industri Nasional 1 telah baik; 2) upaya manajemen kesiswaan pada upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di SMK Industri Nasional 1 terus mengalami pengembangan yang sangat lebih baik; 3) faktor yang mendukung kedisiplinan siswa di SMK Industri Nasional 1 adalah: keteladanan, lingkungan berdisiplin, serta latihan berdisiplin; 4) faktor penghambat kedisiplinan siswa di SMK Industri Nasional 1 adalah: diri sendiri, keluarga, teman serta lingkungan; 5) solusi untuk mencegah faktor tersebut adalah: Memantau siswa serta berkomunikasi dengan orang tua dan siswa.

Abstract

The teacher is the most important dimension of the education process. Schools must carry out good management of teachers by providing services to realize teacher job satisfaction in schools. In this study using a qualitative approach approach with data sources in this study consisting of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. To analyze the data using the theory of Milles and Humberman. From the results of the study, it can be found that the job satisfaction of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Tulung Selapan, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in terms of job satisfaction factors with work, imbalances, supervisory supervisors, coworkers, and appropriate promotions. This means that every point on teacher job satisfaction is not a negative reason for teachers not to carry out optimally. Although at the point of work, there are a small number of teachers who teach not according to their educational qualifications, but personally the individual is not a problem for the teacher. With the artist, the teacher is still comfortable in teaching even though the subjects he teaches are not in accordance with his educational qualifications.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the planning (planning) of the work program of the Religious Laboratory of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University (UIN) Palembang. This research is a qualitative research with an intrinsic case study approach. The technique for determining the data source is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation of both data sources and data collection techniques. For data analysis techniques through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The planning for the work program of the Religious Laboratory has been neatly and systematically arranged, although there are some things that still need further development, especially in the budgeting of several programs. The planning (planning) of work programs so far has been systematic, namely the existence of a common vision between the various elements in the FITK UIN Raden Fatah Palembang environment and the continuity of the program, as well as the synergy of the program with the needs of the community.
