Abstract

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PT. KAI) a State Owned Enterprises which currently is one of the major players in the ground transportation services industry has long been actively involved in the business of land transportation services. This study is limited in the scope of the analysis of the ratio-financial analysis, and then formulated using Alman z-score method. Ratio analysis is done based on financial data obtained from PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Indonesia ranging from 2012 to 2013. Then the figures obtained will be correlated with theories relevant financial, in order to obtain valid results that can be scientifically defensible. Furthermore, a comparison test as a reference in determining the potential failure of the items in the financial statements, and determine which of the posts have a strong and significant correlation. Media that can be used to examine the health condition of the company was a financial report consists of the Balance Sheet or Statement of Profit / loss, or results of operations, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Financial Position. The financial reports produced by the management of a company is the end result of the process of business activities undertaken by the existing components in the company. The financial statements are made to account for the activities of the company to the owner and provide information about the financial position of the company has been achieved against the parties concerned. Abstract

Public transport services provided by Bus Rapid Transit TransJakarta has been launched by the local government of DKI Jakarta as a mass and rapid transport mode that can attract the users of personal vehicle to use this mode of transport. Although the passengers are increasing, but the condition has not reached the optimum level yet. This study is done as an attempt to map the image perceived by the users, either frequent users, occasional users, or non-frequent users. The image projected by the users will depend on the experience degree and information each individual has. The method used here is descriptive analysis and reduction factor to obtain the dimensions of image in the respondents’ mind toward TransJakarta bus. The result shows five dimensions that construct the image, namely affective dimension (Eigenvalue = 5,488, or 26% of all variances), dimension of vehicle aspects (Eigenvalue = 1,794, or 8.5% of all variances), dimension of service characteristic (Eigenvalue = 1,635, or 7.8% of all variances), dimension of impact on the trip (Eigenvalue = 1,348, or 6.4% of all variances), and dimension of impact on the user/other people (Eigenvalue = 1,088, or 5.1% of all variances). Abstract

In Japan, the transportation system is the vein of the country in order to ease the flow of people, goods, and information, supporting the achievement of optimum economic resources allocation. To that end, the transportation service should be fairly evenly available and affordable purchasing power. This is a literature study, whose main data sources are books, literature, records, and reports that have to do with the subject matter being solved. The results show that Japanese transportation system is very modern, comfortable, secure, punctual, and well-organized, as well as outstanding in service and responsible, so that people use public transport rather than private cars. Transportation in Japan as in other countries includes land, sea, and air transports. On land, there is a transport in the form of excellent trains and become a major transportation in Japan. In addition, there are also subway trains. To connect between islands, especially the four largest islands (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu) there are ferries as a means of crossing. Also available is a comprehensive international air service through two major airlines, Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways, as well as foreign airlines based on the operators who fly all over the world. Transportation in Japan is generally accommodated by Japan Railway (JR), the state-owned company JR Bus, JR Train, and others. Keywords: Transportation System, Japan

Abstract

In order to improve effectiveness, ergonomics is needed in every part of our activities including in designing the paratransit. Through library research, mini lab-testing, and field study, we could find out how ergonomics our paratransit is, in this case paratransit route Pusat Grosir Cililitan (PGC) Mekar Sari. Based on the study, it is revealed that the ergonomics value which should be applied cannot be achieved due to overloaded passengers of the transportation that caused inconvenience. Abstract

Halim Perdana Kusuma International Airport, which is integrated with the development of National Economic Zones, is included in the implementation of Master Plan for the Acceleration and Expansion of Indonesian Economic Development in Java and Sumatra islands. The operation of Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport is expected to become a locomotive for the economy of its surrounding regions. Therefore, its presence will encourage the emergence of centers of growth and new economic activities. The operation of Halim Perdana Kusuma airport signifies the seriousness of the Indonesian government in preparing the accelerated development of national connectivity and supporting infrastructures in order to support the trade connectivity and the projected national and regional aviation hub. Service is an act, performance appearance, intangible and it quickly disappears, which can only be consumed but can not be held, where customers can participate more actively in the process of consuming it. In this case, customer assessment on the performance ofservice providers will greatly influence the passenger satisfaction, in which passengers who have a level of importance or high expectations here to get performance comparable airports of giving the passenger satisfaction. Passenger satisfaction will have a positive impact on the airport, while the airport sales volume will likely increase if the passengers’ past experience as well as its word of mouth are positive.

Abstract

Salah satu strategi yang dapat ditempuh untuk mengembangkan potensi ekonomi buah-buahan adalah dengan dukungan logistik yang memperhatikan efektivitas dan efisiensi secara komersial dan memperhatikan persyaratan mutu dan keamanan pangan. Dukungan logistik secara praktis dapat dilakukan dengan penerapan Good Logistic Practices (GLP). Kegiatan pengemasan, penyimpanan, dan penanganan selama transportasi menjadi aktivitas kunci dengan suhu dan waktu selama penanganan dan pemrosesan menjadi dua faktor kritis pada manajemen logistik buah-buahan yang akan menentukan kualitas akhir buah-buahan. Setiap komoditas buah-buahan tropis memerlukan penanganan yang harus disesuaikan dengan sifat dan morfologinya masing-masing. Pemahaman dan kemampuan petani dan pengusaha agroindustri dalam menangani buah dengan baik khususnya dalam menyediakan rantai dingin dalam proses logistik menjadi modal utama untuk bersaing dengan pengusaha buah-buahan impor. Abstract

The study entitled “Analysis Comparison of Satisfaction Passenger Against the Service Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport in Jakarta and Bandung Husein Sastranegara Airport in 2015” was conducted to determine and analyze the quality comparison service consisting of responsiveness, assurance, tangibles, empathy and reliability to consumer satisfaction on Hussein Airport Sastranegara and Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport. This study was conducted to determine and analyze the dominant service quality dimensions that influence satisfaction. The benefits of this research is to get a general idea about the services at Soekarno Hatta and Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport in Jakarta. To determine the level of satisfaction of passengers on each variable services at Bandung Husein Sastranegara Airport and Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the area of Soekarno-Hatta, Cengkareng. The purpose ofthis study is to determine the conformity between Soekarno-Hatta airport KKOP and the Local Government Regulation of Tangerang City. The method used in this study is a survey method or field study and at the explanatory-descriptive level. The methods of data collection are documentation, interviews, and observation. The result of the study can be concluded through the role of the Tangerang City government in making the 2012-2023 spatial  plan  of  Tangerang  City,  recommendations  on  safety  area  for  flight  operation against the local government regulation on the building conbstruction Tangerang City which have been made by the local government and the Regional Airport Authority I of Soekarno-Hatta  Airport,  and  conclusions  regarding  the  conformity between  Soekarno- Hatta Airport KKOP and Local Government Regulation of Tangerang City implemented in the Development Activity Plan of space structure plan consisting of the main activities of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Supporting Activities of Green Open Space, Land Use Plan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Garuda Indonesia khususnya pada kantor penjualan cabang Emporium Pluit Mall Jakarta periode Maret sampai dengan April 2012. Ada dua metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pertama metode pengumpulan data yang diambil di lapangan/survey dan metode studi literatur. Kedua, analisis data dengan menggunakan skala likert, analisa regresi, analisa koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. 100 responden dilibatkan dalam studi ini dan hasilnya menunjukkan, hubungan yang kuat. Hasil uji hipotesis didapat t hitung> t tabel (8.4009 > 1.020) yang berarti H0 ditolak, H1 diterima. Artinya ada hubungan signifikan antara variabel kualitas (X) dan variabel loyalitas pelanggan (Y).
