Abstract

Depok City as the main supporting area for the capital city of Jakarta is facing various problems in transportation. Some policies have been made to overcome the problems of transportation, especially traffic jam. Although the system is well developed, it will not succeed as long as it is not sufficiently improved. The aim of this research is to analyze the transportation system and human needs in family in Depok City. The method of research used here is descriptive-qualitative. The results show that to achieve sustainable and environmentally sound development in Depok City, transportation system has an important and strategic position. However, efficient, competitive, cheap transportation services have not been well developed so that it has potential to destruct the environment and cause traffic problems. Such a condition shows the ‘trade-off’ the Government of Depok City should face. The enhancement of mobility through providing road infrastructures has supported the economic growth and human being’s needs in a family. Keyword: transportation system, family need

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Garuda Indonesia khususnya pada kantor penjualan cabang Emporium Pluit Mall Jakarta periode Maret sampai dengan April 2012. Ada dua metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pertama metode pengumpulan data yang diambil di lapangan/survey dan metode studi literatur. Kedua, analisis data dengan menggunakan skala likert, analisa regresi, analisa koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. 100 responden dilibatkan dalam studi ini dan hasilnya menunjukkan, hubungan yang kuat. Hasil uji hipotesis didapat t hitung> t tabel (8.4009 > 1.020) yang berarti H0 ditolak, H1 diterima. Artinya ada hubungan signifikan antara variabel kualitas (X) dan variabel loyalitas pelanggan (Y). Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis optimalisasi jaringan jalan raya dari Rumah Sakit Fatmawati ke Pondok Labu (UPN “Veteran “ Jakarta), khususnya untuk mengukur rasio volume dan kapasitas terhadap sarana dan prasarana, mengingat tingkat kemacetannya di atas toleransi. Untuk menempuh 2-3 km dari RS Fatmawati-UPN “Veteran“ Jakarta, diperlukan waktu 2-3 jam. Dengan menggunakan metode diagram ikan (fish bone / cause & effect diagram) dan teori Manajemen Risiko, maka, didapat beberapa rekomendasi, yakni membuat arus satu arah (SSA) baik pada waktu pagi dan sore hari. Sementara, rekomendasi lain diusulkan agar garis pemisah di depan mall giant juga dihilangkan, tidak ada parkir sepanjang jalan, fasilitas jalan dilengkapi, pengawasan disiplin berlalu-lintas dan juga relokasi Pasar Pondok Labu.

Abstract

RSAB Harapan Kita has a logistic installation as the facility of goods storage and supply, especially medical stuff (medicines) as well as non-medical ones. The focus in this research is the cause of stock out of that hospital’s non-medical stuff. Meanwhile, to analyze the data the author uses fishbone analysis which is also known as cause-effect analysis. The result shows five factors causing the stock out in the installation (warehouse): the first in the process of procurement contributing 33%, the second in the implementation of SOP contributing 27%, the third in training contributing 20%, the fourth in the coordination contributing 13%, and the last in the budget contributing 7%. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of provisions of the domestic air transport regulations provided in the 2009 Civil Aviation Act. The method is a library research that study the scheduled air transportation including the requirement of the establishment of airlines; capital of air transport business entities, aircraft ownership and operation requirements, share holder composition, bank guarantee requirements, aviation human resources; tarif’s regulations including passenger’s tariff, passengers’ protection, best practices; non-scheduled air transportation; general aviation and air transportation pioneer has been fully implemented and compliances with the airlines. It is concluded that the provision of air transport regulation provided in the Civil Aviation Act of 2009 has been fully implemented and compliances with the airlines in Indonesia. Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factor in an organization, especially for PT. PELNI, a prominent goverment-owned marine transportation company.This study aims to determine the factors which can improve the performance of employees at PT.PELNI. Upon getting feed back from 78 employees, it is obvious that the company has apparently been successful in motivating its employees to demonstrate good performance. Success indication can be seen from the regression coefficient X2 (Work Motivation) of 0.428. While the regression coefficient X1 (Leadership Style) of 0.357. This indicates that the motivation influences employee performance greater than leadership. Accordingly, PT. Pelni can be taken as an example of a good company in motivating its employees. Abstract

Optimizing the use of land transport with the management of logistics and supply chain management of the warehouse to the port of Tanjung Priok can minimize cost, time, and quantity. It is hoped that the delivery of goods is faster, more focused and more precise. This research used descriptive quantitative and data is collected from secondary and primary data using SPSS software 27.00 version. Based on the three proposed research hypotheses, it is proven that the efficiency variable (X1) and discipline variable (X2) --- either individually or together --- have an influence to the shipment of goods from the warehouse in Tangerang to the Port of Tanjung Priok (Y). Abstract

Manajemen angkutan Lebaran atau Idul Fitri selalu dihadapkan pada persoalan yang sama, tingginya pengguna jalan dalam waktu yang hampir bersamaan bahkan secara serempak menuju beberapa tempat tujuan. Hal tersebut berakibat pada kepadatan, keamanan, kenyamanan, dan keselamatan pengguna jalan. Penelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan secara deskriptif melalui metode analisis isi dengan teori efektivitas dan teori manajemen transportasi. Hasil yang diperoleh terjadi distorsi pada praktik yang terjadi selama ini, baik dari sisi manajemen transportasi maupun dari sisi kepentingan publik yang terkait dengan pelanggaran hak-hak konsumen pengguna angkutan umum, di antaranya pelanggaran tarif batas atas oleh operator. Abstract

Transportation is a movement of people or goods from the origin place to a destination. Regarding this, the writer is interested in studying the selection of transport modes of railway and road based on the transporting tariff and travel time from Bandung and its surroundings to Tanjung Priok port. The research methods the writer uses are applied method and survey. Based on the tariff and the travel time, we can see clearly the market position of transport using train or truck. It can be stated assertively that the weakness of train is its long travel time: the container from industrial centers must be carried using truck, there are discharging/loading processes at Gedebage container terminal (TPK Gedebage), and the frequency of train departure from Bandung to Jakarta is very low.
