Abstract

Public transport services provided by Bus Rapid Transit TransJakarta has been launched by the local government of DKI Jakarta as a mass and rapid transport mode that can attract the users of personal vehicle to use this mode of transport. Although the passengers are increasing, but the condition has not reached the optimum level yet. This study is done as an attempt to map the image perceived by the users, either frequent users, occasional users, or non-frequent users. The image projected by the users will depend on the experience degree and information each individual has. The method used here is descriptive analysis and reduction factor to obtain the dimensions of image in the respondents’ mind toward TransJakarta bus. The result shows five dimensions that construct the image, namely affective dimension (Eigenvalue = 5,488, or 26% of all variances), dimension of vehicle aspects (Eigenvalue = 1,794, or 8.5% of all variances), dimension of service characteristic (Eigenvalue = 1,635, or 7.8% of all variances), dimension of impact on the trip (Eigenvalue = 1,348, or 6.4% of all variances), and dimension of impact on the user/other people (Eigenvalue = 1,088, or 5.1% of all variances). Abstract

Diresmikannya Jalan Tol Cipularang pada Mei 2005, ternyata, membuat perubahan terhadap pola pergerakan penumpang dari Jakarta-Bandung, atau sebaliknya. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis faktor, maka, tampak dengan jelas betapa para penumpang menginginkan keamanan, kenyamanan dan waktu tempuh yang memadai.

Abstract

This research aims to cluster prospective passenger high speed rail service corridor Jakarta-Bandung to compensate the rapid development Bandung City as one of the favorite tourist destinations for domestic and international visitors. The data analysis Method is using non-hierarchical cluster and sampling technique by random sampling with 280 respondents. The results show that there are three clusters of prospective passenger for high speed rail service with different characteristics. The first clusters are those who depend heavily on their private vehicles, the second cluster which is the largest cluster has logical ridership characteristics and the last cluster is a group that has a high level of concern for the environment.

Abstract

In Japan, the transportation system is the lifeblood of the country in order to ease the flow of people, goods, and information, supporting the achievement of optimum economic resources allocation.  To  that  end,  the  transportation  service  should  be  fairly  evenly  available  and affordable purchasing power. This is a literature study, whose main data sources are books, literature, records, and reports that have to do with the subject matter being solved. The results show that Japanese transportation system is very modern, comfortable, secure, punctual, and well-organized, as well as outstanding in service and responsible, so that people use public transport rather than private cars. Transportation in Japan as in other countries includes land, sea, and air transports. On land, there is a transport in the form of excellent trains and become a major transportation in Japan. In addition, there are also subway trains. To connect between islands, especially the four largest islands (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu) there are ferries as a means of crossing. Also available is a comprehensive international air service through two major airlines, Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways, as well as foreign airlines based  on  the  operators  who  fly  all  over  the  world.  Transportation  in  Japan  is  generally accommodated by Japan Railway (JR), the state-owned company JR Bus, JR Train, and others.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to promote the socialization of packaging and branding strategies to increase the competitiveness of UMKM products. The activity partner is the UMKM Forum of Mega Mendung District, Bogor Regency. The problem partners is the lack of product competitiveness in the market, related to the use of product packaging that is not yet innovative and contemporary and still lacks member knowledge about packaging strategies and building good product brand identification. The activities are carried out in three stages. The first stage is a survey of service locations and conducting interviews with partners; the second stage is identifying partner problems and socialization needs; and the third stage is implementing activities. This community service activity was held on Saturday, August 7th, 2021. The method of implementing the activity is through material socialization on packaging and branding strategies, questions and answers, discussions, and video playback through the Zoom application. From the evaluation before and after socialization, it can be seen that there is an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of packaging and branding strategies in increasing product competitiveness.

Abstract

Latar belakang panduan teknis ini didasari oleh kebutuhan pengetahuan para pemangku kepentingan Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), baik Manajer, Supervisor, maupun posisi staf operasional langsung terkait penanganan barang berbahaya sesuai dengan peraturan transportasi multimoda nasional dan internasional. Tujuan dari Panduan Teknis ini adalah untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan selama pengangkutan barang berbahaya sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Kegiatan Penyusunan Panduan Teknis ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14-15 Agustus 2023. Kegiatan ini diprakarsai oleh BPTJ (Badan Pengelola Transportasi Jabodetabek) dibawah Kementerian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia bekerjasama dengan ATC (Arthraya Training Center) sebagai penyelenggara program dan akademisi Institut Transportasi dan Logistik Trisakti (ITL Trisakti) sebagai pembicara utama atau instruktur. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan layanan ini adalah dengan Pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah dosen tetapi dengan pendekatan percakapan yang terfokus langsung dengan peserta. Hasil dari bimbingan teknis ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 25% dari 17 peserta, berdasarkan pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan, dengan kategori tinggi sebesar 0,83 dalam N Gain, dan bimbingan teknis dinyatakan efektif dengan Gain% sebesar 83%. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini harapannya pengguna jasa dan operator mematuhi peraturan dan standar keselamatan dalam penanganan angkutan barang berbahaya serta menggunakan peralatan pelindung yang tepat, maka keselamatan diri mereka, orang lain, dan lingkungan sekitar dapat terjamin.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide socialization to young consumers about understanding the basic concepts of consumer behavior to help increase their confidence in making purchasing decisions as smart consumers. The activity was conducted at SMA 81 Jakarta involving 31 class X students. Pretest and post-test in the form of online questionnaires were administered before and after the socialization. Descriptive analysis and paired t-test were perfomed to analyze the data. The results of the analysis showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of consumer behavior in order to become smart consumers. The paired t-test showed that the difference in understanding scores before and after socialization showed a significant increase. The implication of this activity can be the basis for the development of similar extension programs in the educational environment, to equip the younger generation with knowledge and practical skills in dealing with the dynamics of consumer behavior.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai cara mendampingi anak dalam penggunaan gadget sesuai usia di komplek Berangas Permata Indah. Melalui metode pengumpulan data dan evaluasi, pada sosialisasi ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan tersebut berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan para orang tua tentang pentingnya peran mereka dalam mengatur penggunaan gadget anak-anak. Selain itu, terlihat adanya perubahan perilaku positif pada para orang tua dalam membatasi waktu penggunaan gadget dan memilih konten yang sesuai dengan usia anak-anak setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini. Dampak positif juga terlihat pada kesehatan dan perkembangan anak-anak, dengan peningkatan tidur, fokus, dan keterlibatan dalam aktivitas di dunia nyata setelah perubahan dalam penggunaan gadget. Keterlibatan komunitas dalam mendukung implementasi praktik-praktik yang disosialisasikan juga menunjukkan adanya dukungan yang kuat dari lingkungan sekitar. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, penelitian ini merekomendasikan kelanjutan kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi secara berkala, kolaborasi dengan lembaga pendidikan dan ahli psikologi anak, forum diskusi rutin antara orang tua, serta keterlibatan anak-anak dalam kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi untuk memastikan pemahaman dan perubahan perilaku yang berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci : Anak-Anak, Edukasi, Orang Tua, Penggunaan Gadget, Sosialisasi

Abstract

Village governments can create Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), BUMDes are community-driven based on potential that can be developed using local resources and market demand. The establishment of BUMDes is not a training package that comes from the central, provincial, or district governments. The Indonesian government has ordered the establishment of BUMDes throughout Indonesia with the aim to manage businesses and utilize assets, develop investment and productivity, provide services and provide other types of businesses for the welfare of rural communities. The establishment of BUMDes for the benefit of community economic empowerment as a public commercial organization does not necessarily make BUMDes a viable commercial organization, in fact if not managed properly it can be detrimental or create new problems for the community. The initial capital of the BUMD actually comes from the village revenue and expenditure budget, so the assets of the BUMD are separate, not separated village assets. BUMD assets are not divided into shares, as the assets are 100% owned by the village. Thus, community participation in the development of Bumdes needs to be included as the program should include cooperation between the village government and the community to achieve common goals around Tinggarbunt village.ABSTRAKPemerintah desa dapat membuat Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes), BUMDes digerakkan oleh masyarakat berdasarkan potensi yang dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan sumber daya lokal dan permintaan pasar. Pembentukan BUMDes bukanlah paket pelatihan yang berasal dari pemerintah pusat, provinsi, atau kabupaten. Pemerintah Indonesia telah memerintahkan pembentukan BUMDes di seluruh Indonesia dengan tujuan untuk mengelola usaha dan memanfaatkan aset, mengembangkan investasi dan produktivitas, memberikan pelayanan dan menyediakan jenis usaha lain untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan. Pendirian BUMDes untuk kepentingan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat sebagai organisasi komersial publik tidak serta merta menjadikan BUMDes sebagai organisasi komersial yang layak, bahkan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat merugikan atau menimbulkan masalah baru bagi masyarakat. Modal awal BUMD sebenarnya berasal dari anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa, sehingga aset BUMD tersebut terpisah bukan aset desa yang dipisahkan. Kekayaan BUMD tidak dibagi menjadi saham, karena hartanya 100% milik desa. Dengan demikian, partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan Bumdes perlu diikutsertakan karena program ini harus mencakup kerjasama antara pemerintah desa dan masyarakat untuk mencapai tujuan bersama di sekitar desa Tinggarbunt.
