Abstract

 The purpose of this article is to explain education management, the profession of the school principal plays a very important role in ensuring the success of an educational institution. A school principal acts as a leader and manager, responsible for creating a conducive learning environment, managing resources, and ensuring the delivery of quality education. The method used in collecting data using library research or library research is a research method that is carried out by utilizing information sources available in the library, such as books, journals, articles, and other sources of information. The purpose of library research is to collect and analyze data or information about a topic or problem being researched. The results of the analysis of several reference sources reveal that school principals must have good leadership and management skills, and have extensive knowledge of the principles of education management. Principals must also be able to adapt to changes in the dynamic educational environment, and have the ability to lead and develop teaching staff and motivate students in achieving the desired educational goals. Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi tentang analisis SWOT PPDB dalam pelaksanaan mutu pendidikan di madrasah aliyah swasta sekecamatan Koto Baru kabupaten Dharmasraya dapat peneliti ambil kesimpulan bahwa analisis SWOT PPDB dalam pelaksanaan mutu pendidikan di MAS kecamatan Koto Baru kabupaten Dharmasraya agar tetap mempertahankan kekuatan dan mengurangi kelemahan serta menciptakan peluang untuk meminimalisir tantangan MAS sekecamatan Koto Baru berusaha memberikan yang terbaik dalam pembelajaran baik bahan ajar guru untuk siswa maupun sarana prasarana untuk menunjang pembelajaran. Selain itu MAS kecamatan Koto Baru juga meng-update setiap ilmu pengetahuan dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada tenaga pendidik sehingga dapat menjadi patokan dalam mengajar. Abstract

Education is an important sector in national development that aims to educate the nation's life and improve the quality of human life. Education cannot be carried out without a curriculum. The curriculum can be implemented in educational units called schools. SA school is a place for students to develop their full potential. This study aims to determine the role of the leadership curriculum in character building at the Bireuen Nature School (SABIR). The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews,and documentation. The results of the study show that: the leadership curriculum is carried out by students at any time; the leadership curriculum makes students better understand the relationship between humans and humans, and humans and their God through indicators of the discipline of worship to the relationship between humans and their environment; the leadership curriculum is decisive in character building at the Bireuen Nature School.Keywords:Leadership Curriculum, Character Formation, Natural School

Abstract

This article discusses the use of interactive media in increasing student motivation. The article provides a brief overview of the benefits of using interactive media in education, such as increasing student engagement and adapting to individual learning styles. This article also highlights some of the disadvantages of using interactive media, such as the potential for distraction and the cost of developing interactive media. This article concludes that while interactive media can be an effective tool in increasing student motivation, it is important for educators to carefully consider their use and ensure that they are used in a way that maximizes their benefits while minimizing their drawbacks.Interactive Media, Learning Motivation, Students, Learning Experience

Abstract

This research is to find out the methods or models applied in schools to improve students' Islamic character through the tahfidz Qur'an program. The method used is a method with literature studies or literature studies. Where data sources are obtained through journals, books or articles. In the framework of forming the Islamic character of students, educational institutions are considered to have an important role in achieving this. One of the efforts to form an Islamic character is by tahfidz Qur'an education. Abstract

Pengelolaan kelas merupakan upaya yang dilakukan oleh penanggung jawab kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan maksud untuk mencapai kondisi yang optimal, sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SDN Anggadita 01 Klari menggunakan pendekatan kombinasi. Dan kendala pendekatan manajemen kelas yang dihadapi oleh guru PAI adalah siswa yang tertutup, takut atau malu dan kekurangan tenaga pengajar bidang pendidikan agama Islam, dan cara guru mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan merangkul siswa, memperhatikan dengan kondisi siswa dan berteman. Dan pembinaan kedisiplinan anak dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam menerapkan disiplin positif. Dan kendala dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan anak adalah siswa yang terkadang lupa dengan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh guru, maka solusinya adalah guru mengingatkan dengan baik dan juga tetap konsisten dengan aturan yang telah dibuat sendiri. Kata Kunci: Pendekatan, pengelolaan kelas, disiplin siswa.

Abstract

As the times progress, it is also necessary to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, especially at the basic education level which is the first foundation for children in formal education. The Integrated Islamic School is a model educational institution that seeks to combine general knowledge and religious knowledge in one curriculum package. Thus, it is necessary to have a good understanding of curriculum management, especially in planning so that the goals of SDIT Al-Yasmin 2 Bogor City can be achieved. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that in planning this curriculum, the institution involves the school principal, teachers, three deputy principals, school staff and school committees/guardians of students. In addition, there are school supervisors from the education office and heads of foundations as resource persons. This is done to meet all the needs of the community, especially those involved in the institution. The curriculum planning is carried out to determine graduation standards, the material studied and ways to develop students so that they are able to adapt to the changing times that are getting faster.Keywords: Planning, Curriculum, Integrated Islamic Elementary School

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence functions to integrate emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence which is a potential that exists within humans. Thus, individuals have a high moral value. Spiritual intelligence is able to move a person (red. student) to become a better human being by not only being qualified in religious knowledge but also qualified in social acts of piety [1]. Students who have spiritual intelligence are able to maintain harmony, harmony in their daily lives and be humane towards others [2]. One indicator of students who are spiritually healthy is having an attitude of social responsibility, showing a sense of concern for others, having the attitude and potential to want to help when they see other people's difficulties, viewing life realistically, and gaining spiritual significance through a prosocial attitude. This research uses a qualitative approach in the library research method or what is called the library approach. The form of activity in this literature study is by collecting data, reading, taking notes, and processing research materials. The research results found that students who experience subsequent acts of violence will tend to become perpetrators of acts of violence against other people. This phenomenon eventually becomes an unbroken chain, where each generation will treat the same thing in response to pressing situational conditions, so that this inherited pattern of behavior becomes a culture of violence. So, if the current parenting style still promotes violence, perhaps in 20-30 years our society will be even worse than what is being witnessed today. Spiritual Intelligence, Verbal Abuse Behavior

Abstract

School is a very important facility for ongoing teaching and learning activities. Therefore, good, effective and efficient classroom management is needed so that teaching and learning activities can run well and educational goals can be achieved. The teacher is an important component in education, because students don't like or like a lesson depending on how the teacher teaches. Competent teachers will be better able to create an effective, enjoyable learning environment, and will be better able to manage their classes so that student learning is at an optimal level. Each teacher has a different level of education and teaching experience so that the perspective and management of the class are in accordance with the competencies they have. SDN Duren IV has tried to manage classes properly and optimally during the Covid 19 pandemic, namely by conducting home visits at the start of the Covid 19 pandemic, this was carried out so that the learning process could take place effectively. Over time, classroom management models such as online have been created (forming Whatsup groups, Whatsaap video calls that are carried out in groups and Google classroom). Classroom management carried out at SDN Duren IV varies, meaning that each teacher uses a type of classroom management according to the abilities and characteristics of the students in their class. This is done with the aim that students are able to follow the learning conducted by the teacher and can make students active in the learning. So that even during the Covid 19 pandemic the predetermined learning objectives could be achieved. Student achievement has not decreased, but the increase in achievement is still there, although not as maximal as before the Covid 19 pandemic. Based on this background, the aim of this research is to describe classroom management during the Covid 19 pandemic in improving student achievement at SDN Duren IV, supporting factors and inhibiting classroom management .Keywords:Classroom Management, Learning Achievement, and the Covid 19 Pandemic.

Abstract

The Development of education and learning continues to change over time with technological advancements in the era of society 5.0. The emergence of a new civilization that underwent development from the previous revolution, namely the industrial era 4.0 which experienced development into the era of society 5.0 surprised all sectors including the world of education. This era is characterized by increasingly strong integration between people and technology, where intelligence AI, IoT and other technologies play an important role in the transformation of society and the education system. The purpose of this scientific paper is to analyze the impact and social changes that arise along with this development. The results of this study provide insight for education practitioners and other parties to develop appropriate strategies and policies in dealing with developments in education and learning in the era of society 5.0. collaboration between government, educational institutions, industry and society is needed to ensure inclusive technology, privacy protection, adequate skills preparation to face an increasingly connected future.   Keywords: New Civilization, Education, Learning, Society 5.0
