Abstract

This research was conducted to find out what RA achievers have done so that they can inspire other teachers, with a qualitative method of psychological approach that is carried out directly on the subject under study, in order to obtain all data relating to the performance management of outstanding teachers so that in managing their performance they become teachers an example for fellow teachers. Data collection uses interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques include reducing data, presenting, drawing conclusions and verifying. Data validity test is done by triangulation techniques.The research succeeded in revealing the performance of RA achievers in Yogyakarta, there were 6 (six) steps taken by RA achievers, namely: 1) Knowing that there were still deficiencies in performance, 2) Recognizing weaknesses and deficiencies in the seriousness of teaching, 3) Identifying what was the cause first drawbacks related to the performance itself, 4) Developing the performance plan presented, 5) Assessing the problem has been resolved or not (problem solving), and 6) Starting from the beginning again, if needed and needed again.

Abstract

Abstract We always assume that the world of children is a beautiful world, happy, safe and far from problems. Their time is always filled with fun and play. This statement is not entirely true, because behind a world filled with joy in children, real discomfort always lurks them. Negligence of parents who unwittingly make them trapped in unsafe conditions, for example, becoming victims of sexual abuse in early childhood. Not infrequently the perpetrators of sexual harassment are known people and people closest to them. Early childhood often becomes a victim because of verbal limitations and still lack of ability to express what is felt and experienced in detail and in detail. This condition is further strengthened by the lack of understanding of early childhood on the part of their body that can be touched and do not include what they should do when the unpleasant condition occurs. Therefore providing sex education to early childhood is important, so that the incidence of abuse in early childhood that can result in long-term trauma can be avoided. Sex education in early childhood is presented, of course, by following the age of their development and means of learning media that is suitable for early childhood. This sex education can be done by storytelling method, or playing pretend (pretend play)

Abstract

For managing learning and teaching there needs to be a suitable strategy to be able to organize learning so that it becomes better. One of the strategies that must be used by kindergarten teachers is the strategy in developing learning media. Learning media should be educational, economical, practical and contextual. To support this problem, the lecture who teach “Strategi Pembelajaran PAUD”, with based on fortfolio learning model. The method used in this research is quasy experiment with one group pre test posttest design model with independent t test. The results of this study indicate that the learning based on portfolio model can improve student understanding in terms of development strategies for kindergarten learning media with an average pretest of 54.00 and posttest increasing to 84.33. Based on the t test through SPSS it was concluded that there was a significant influence on the use of fortfolio-based learning on student understanding in developing learning media

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan sains terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis anak kelompok B di TK Negeri Pembina Sragen, dan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen, dengan sasaran anak kelompok B di TK Negeri Pembina Sragen. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 45 anak, terdiri atas 22 anak sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 23 anak sebagai kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan permainan sains, sedangkan kelompok kontrol diberi perlakuan ceramah. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan tes lisan dan lembar observasi. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil tes lisan dan lembar observasi pada saat pretest  posttest. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dan diuji dengan statistik uji-t untuk melihat perbedaan antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dari pembelajaran sains terhadap kemampuan berfikir logis anak pada kelompok B di TK Negeri Pembina Sragen. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dengan perbedaan rerata sebesar 6,99. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa permainan sains dapat berpengaruh kemampuan berpikir logis anak.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the development of a natural sustainability-themed Flipchart media conducted to optimize the child's naturalistic intelligence. The research model is R&D (Research and Development) by Borg and Gall. The implementation procedure uses six steps. The results of the development of Flipchart media in the theme of natural sustainability are generally declared feasible. It is based on the validation results of material experts acquired value of 92%, the media experts are 78%, and a learning practitioner (class teacher) 86%. The results of the effectiveness test gained from field trials were obtained average pretests score of 56.53 and average posttest score of 87.73. Then, based on the results of the analysis Test t acquired t observes of 16.965 and t table of 1.761 (t observation > t table). The results showed a significant difference in the level of optimization of the naturalistic intelligence development of child B Group in TK IT Zia Salsabila Medan before and after using Flipchart media. So, it was concluded that flipchart media with the theme of natural preservation was appropriate and effective as a medium to optimize the naturalistic intelligence of early childhood in TKIT Zia Salsabila Medan.Keywords:  Development, flipchart, naturalistic intelligence of children

Abstract

Tidak sedikit para pendidik PAUD memahami bahwa anak usia dini harus mampu membaca dan menulis dalam definisi orang dewasa. Pemahaman ini menyebabkan praktik pengenalan membaca dan menulis kepada anak seakan dipaksakan dengan metode menghapal huruf dan menggunakan berbagai kartu. Pendidik seakan terlupa bahwa dalam proses mengakuisisi kemampuan membaca dan menulis ini, anak menjalani pengalaman bertahap dan berkelanjutan dalam interaksinya dengan aksara. Hal ini dikenal dengan konsep emergent literacy. Tugas pendidik dan orang tua pada masa ini adalah menyediakan lingkungan yang kaya aksara bagi anaknya.Perpustakaan juga memegang peranan penting dalam mempromosikan konsep emergent literacy kepada masyarakatnya. Dispersip Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan melalui Kids Library memiliki program unggulan dalam usaha ini. Melalui riset kualitatif, penulis menginventarisir berbagai program yang dijalankan oleh kids library, yaitu menyediakan ruang baca yang nyaman, menyediakan berbagai permainan dan ornament warna warni, menyediakan koleksi APE, menyediakan berbagai buku untuk anak, menyediakan berbagai program seperti kunjungan sekolah dan menghadirkan pendongeng, membuka pelayanan setiap hari termasuk hari libur, menghadirkan pustakawan yang komunikatif dan ramah, hingga menyediakan fasilitas pendukung yang lengkap seperti kantin, musholla, toilet, dan taman. Berbagai program ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung Kids Library hingga ribuan anak perbulannya dan membuat anak-anak tersebut merasa betah menghabiskan waktu di perpustakaan.

Abstract

Gender differences in prosocial behavior have been widely studied. Given the long-term effects of behavioral prosocial problems on later childhood academic performance, it is certain that gender differences in prosocial behavior can be rooted in developmental characteristics in early childhood. In an effort to contribute insight to knowledge of child development, this study investigates whether variability in behavioral issues among child kindergarten children can be attributed to gender differences. Participants included 128 children and 8 teachers in each class who were given a questionnaire or CBCL instrument to respond to the child's prosocial behavior, under the questionnaire with comments or additions to the child's behavior not contained in the CBCL instrument. Children (mean age at month = 72 (SD = 36.47) consisted of 67 boys and 61 girls.This study showed that there was no gender difference in prosocial behavior problems in children aged 3 years, 4 years, 5 years.But when analyzed the comparison of child prosocial behavior problems on gender differences there is a significant result that there are differences in prosocial behavior between boys and girls.Penelitian ini terdorong oleh masalah perilaku prososial anak. Mengingat efek jangka panjang dari masalah perilaku prososial pada anak kemudian hari, dapat dipastikan bahwa perbedaan gender perilaku prososial dapat berakar pada karakteristik perkembangan pada anak usia dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu meneliti apakah variabilitas dalam masalah perilaku prososial di antara anak-anak taman kanak-kanak dapat dikaitkan dengan perbedaan gender. Partisipan terdapat 128 anak dan 8 guru pada setiap kelas. Instrument pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrument CBCL untuk menjawab mengenai perilaku prososial anak, dibawah angket tersebut disertai komentar atau tambahan mengenai perilaku anak yang tidak terdapat pada instrument CBCL.  Anak-anak (usia rata-rata di bulan = 72 (SD = 36,47) terdiri dari 67 anak laki-laki dan 61 anak perempuan. Hasil diperoleh dari data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif sesuai pertanyaan mengenai masalah perilaku prososial. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan gender pada masalah perilaku prososial pada anak usia 3 tahun, 4 tahun, 5 tahun. Untuk hasil dari keseluruhan usia dibahas dalam hasil data kuantitatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cognitive development of children aged 4-5 years in Islamic Kindergarten Ibnu Qoyyim Kec. Medan at a glance, Setia Budi. This research method is qualitative, which uses observation, interview, and documentation instruments. Analysis of the data used is data collection, data reduction, data display and draw conclusions. Research findings show (1) children's cognitive development is developed through several methods, such as playing, playing arithmetic, learning while playing with gometry, conducting science experiments and various methods that are creatively packaged by the teacher. (2) the cognitive development of children in Ibnu Qoyyim's kindergarten develops, seen from the child's observation sheet, 7 out of 8 cognitive development with satisfactory value. (3) teacher creativity and teacher methods are very important influences in the development of cognitive programs in Ibn Qoyyim Kindergarten. The obstacle in children's cognitive development is that children rarely attend school.

Abstract

ABSTRACT          This research is motivated by the magnitude of the influence of the condition of the room or classroom to obtain good quality of learning. This study aims to determine the classroom management, supporting and inhibiting factors at kindergarten. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research instrument is the human instrument (the researchers themselves). Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. To analyze the research data, descriptive methods are used.          The results showed that the management of class management in Group A TK Bintang Kecil Sukoharjo Margorejo Pati Regency consisted of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. The plan includes the preparation of Prota, Prosem, RPPM, RPPH, and preparation for class administration. Organizing is carried out by the principal, namely the principal distributing tasks to the teacher by giving direction, then giving authority or responsibility to all teachers to manage the class well so that learning objectives are maximally achieved. While the class teacher is tasked with organizing each class which includes the setting of learning media and the selection of learning methods. The implementation includes two things, namely: first, the management of classrooms which includes seating arrangements, arrangement of teaching equipment, arrangement of class beauty and cleanliness, and ventilation and lighting. Second, is the arrangement of students. Stage of supervision, the principal always supervises the performance of teachers directly in teaching and learning activities in all classes once a week, namely on Wednesday.The supporting factors are (1) Teachers have a high spirit of solidarity and supportive knowledge, (2) adequate facilities and infrastructure, (3) Cooperation between parents and schools is well established. While the inhibiting factor is coordination that has not gone well.Keywords: Management, Classroom Management, Kindergarten.

Abstract

AbstractPlay as the main activity and is very desirable to be done by children to be the best means for stimulating early childhood development activities so teachers need to design creative games that are appropriate and effective for stimulating child development. PAUD unit educators do not take advantage of creative games in the learning activities carried out. The use of a literacy dice game is used as a medium for stimulating the emotional social development of early childhood in group A TK Al-Aqsho, Konawe Selatan District. The research method used is action research. The model chosen for action is the Kemmis and Taggart cycle which has four stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. Data on children's social emotional development obtained from observation and documentation are then analyzed using a percentage. The study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle having three meetings. The results showed that the use of literacy dice games was effective for stimulating emotional social development of early childhood. Keywords: Literacy Dice Game, Social Emotional Children AbstrakBermain sebagai aktivitas utama dan sangat diminati untuk dilakukan oleh anak menjadi sarana yang paling baik untuk kegiatan stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini sehingga guru perlu merancang permainan kreatif yang tepat dan efektif untuk stimulasi perkembangan anak. Pendidik satuan PAUD kurang memanfaatkan permainan kreatif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Penggunaan permainan dadu literasi sebagai media stimulasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini kelompok A TK Al-Aqsho Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan. Model yang dipilih untuk melakukan tindakan yaitu siklus model Kemmis dan Taggart yang memiliki empat tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data perkembangan sosial emosional anak yang diperoleh dari observasi dan dokumentasi selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan presentase. Penelitian dilakukan dua siklus, setiap siklus dilakukan tiga kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunakan permainan dadu literasi efektif untuk stimulasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini. Kata Kunci: Permainan Dadu Literasi, Sosial Emosional Anak
