Abstract

Parents complain that the online learning method using gadgets as a means of learning for children is difficult to understand and use. The purpose of the study is to describe information about parents' perceptions of the use of gadgets as a means of learning for early childhood in the city of Palembang. The research method uses quantitative research methods with a survey approach, which is addressed to parents by providing a statement using a google form questionnaire instrument. The research population is all parents who have chilhood early in the city of Palembang. While the research sample selected using a purposive sampling technique was 50 parents with the criteria of parents sending their children to PAUD Palembang City and carrying out partly face-to-face learning and partly online learning. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that 38% of parents were able to use and teach their children while studying at home using the WhatsApp and Google Classroom applications, 26% of parents were able to use and teach their children while studying at home using the YouTube, Google and Social Media applications, 20% respondents who can use and teach their children when studying at home with educational game applications in gadgets, and 16% of parents who can use and teach their children while studying at home with zoom and google meet applications. Basically, parents can use gadgets as a means of learning for their children, but in certain applications such as zoom and google meet, parents still have difficulty using the application and when parents help their children learn online. So that parents prefer and easily use applications such as whatsapp and google classroom for children's online learning media at home.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki budaya dan suku yang beragam sehingga memiliki bahasa daerah yang beragam pula. Dengan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan pola pemikiran masyarakat kita, penggunaan bahasa daerah sudah mulai ditinggalkan. Setidaknya dari ada 726 bahasa daerah mulai terancam punah dari total 746 bahasa daerah. Pelu diketahui bahwa bahasa daerah sendiri merupaka identitas bagi penggunanya. Selain itu, penggunaan bahasa daerah sebagai bahasa ibu dianggap memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak dan dapat menumbuhkan kecintaan anak terhadap  negerinya terutama daerahnya sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan bahasa ibu pada anak usia dini dan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penggunaan bahasa daerah sebagai bahasa ibu pada anak usia dini. Adapun metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposif sampling karena sampel yang akan diteliti dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yaitu keluarga pada satu wilayah yang memiliki anak usia dini 0-8 tahun. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data ditemukan bahwa sebanyak 85% responden tidak menggunakan bahasa daerah sebagai bahasa ibu. Adapun yang menjadi faktor penggunaan bahasa daerah mulai ditinggalkan diantaranya; orang tua dengan pernikahan yang berbeda suku, keluarga atau tempat dimana anak tinggal yang tidak lagi menggunakan bahasa daerah sebagai bahasa pengantar karena bahasa daerah dianggap kurang dibutuhkan oleh anak pada masa sekarang.

Abstract

Menggencarkan literasi pada anak usia dini merupakan satu langkah konkret dalam mendukung program pemerintah yang akan menjadi peluang besar bagi pendidikan tingkat PAUD dan TK untuk lebih mempersiapkan dan menata program literasi bagi anak usia dini. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mencari lebih dalam dan mendeskripsikan mengenai manajemen program literasi bagi anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah manajemen program literasi bagi anak usia dini. Data diperoleh dan dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi serta observasi langsung ke lapangan. Sedangkan dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan langkah-langkah dari Miles & Huberman. Menurut teori tersebut, analisis data terdiri dari pemilahan data (reduksi), menyajikan data serta menyimpulkan data yang telah diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen program literasi untuk anak usia dini di TK Islam Terpadu Generasi Mulia telah berjalan dengan baik. Manajemen program literasi anak usia dini yang ada di TK Islam Terpadu Generasi Mulia, meliputi: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti, secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan manajemen program literasi di TK Islam Terpadu Generasi Mulia sudah baik. Hanya saja, sebaiknya terdapat sedikit perbaikan khususnya dalam fungsi pengawasan dan evaluasi kinerja guru.

Abstract

Language education is essential, particularly for children. Teaching effective communication is not only the parents' responsibility but also the teachers'.  Teachers could create a more enjoyable learning environment by showing movies in class. Nussa and Rarra is one of the suggested animated films that provide effective communication for children, particularly elementary school students. They are expected to communicate appropriately with their parents or teachers. Thus, this study aims to analyze the language use in Nussa and Rarra, “Di Rumah Aja” episode. The authors used a qualitative methodology and used Manon de Reeper's Mise en Scene theory and Rolland Barthes' Semiotics Approach. The authors analyzed the language usage using data from articles and other literary works. The result shows that film Nussa and Rarra attempts to persuade parents and teachers that must instruct and model good language communication with their children from an early age.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana  Implementasi pendidikan keluarga dalam  menanamkan nilai agama moral (ibadah shalat) anak usia dini di desa Kajen RT 06 RW 02 Margoyoso Pati. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis dengan langkah yaitu redukasi data (Data Reducation), Penyajian data (Data Display),Verifikasi (Conclusion drawing) dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu menanamkan  nilai agama dan moral (ibadah sholat) anak usia dini di desa Kajen RT 06 RW 02 dengan pembiasaan, keteladanan dan pengawasan. Faktor pendukung pendidikan keluarga dalam menanamkan nilai agama dan moral (ibadah shalat) anak usia ini di desa Kajen RT 06 RW 02 Kecamatan Margoyoso Kabupaten Pati yakni dekatnya akses fasilitas pendidikan serta dukungan dan pengawasan dari orang tua. Sedangkan yang jadi penghambat orang tua dalam menanamkan ibadah shalat pada anaknya adalah asiknya bermain gawai (gedged) serta kesibukan orang tua dan lingkungan bermain pertemanan dengan teman sebaya.

Abstract

The corruption eradication that has not yet been achieved in Indonesia demands the government to take preventive measures by internalizing anti-corruption values through anti-corruption education in educational institutions. Anti-corruption education should be introduced in early chilhood since many corrupt behaviours were discovered in children. Hence, once student reach adulthood, they will have anti-corruption bahaviour. This study aimed o describe the implementation of abti-corruption literacy in TK ABA Komplek Masjid Perak, Prenggan,Kotagede in Yogyakarta. The present study employed a qualitative descriptive research method and was conducted at TK ABA Komplek Masjid Perak, Prenggan, Kotagede. To be specific, Prenggan is a pilot anti-corruption village mandated by the Corruption Eradication Commission (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi). The research subjects involved the headmaster and homeroon teachers. In this study, the cllected data were analysed using the Miles an Huberman model, wuch includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study revealed that TK ABA Komplek Masjid Perak fulfilled the literacy concept by providing a litercy-based learning environment full of text. Furthermore, the school incorporated anti-corruption values and book readings that contain anti-corruption values into the reading nook in each classroom to build anti-corruption literacy in children.

Abstract

Instilling moral values with the application of the trust method in group B children can make children have good moral values from an early age.  This study aims to determine: 1) the application of the Amanah method in instilling moral values in group B children at RA Ukhtani, 2) moral values applied to group B children in RA Ukhtani through the Amanah method, and 3) factors that can influence the application of the method.  trustworthiness in inculcating moral values in group B children at RA Ukhtani, and 4) developing moral values in group B children by applying the Amanah method at RA Ukhtani.  This research uses a qualitative approach and this type of research uses a phenomenological study.  The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation.  The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.  The results of this study indicate that 1) the application of the Amanah method in inculcating moral values in group B children at RA Ukhtani, namely a) introducing character images in front of the class.  b) the teacher explains the meaning of the pictures in the classroom.  c) the child takes the card home.  d) the next day the child returns the card.  e) the child tells the activity from the contents of the card.  f) the teacher gives an assessment.  g) the teacher gives an award.  2) the moral values applied to the children of group B in RA Ukhtani through the method of trust, namely the nature of trust, responsibility, discipline, honesty, and courtesy.  3) factors that can influence the application of the Amanah method in inculcating moral values in group B children at RA Ukhtani are parental attention and the environment.  4) the development of moral values owned by children in group B by applying the mandated method at RA Ukhtani are those who previously did not have noble behavior such as respect, independence, care, order, cooperation, maintaining cleanliness, helping, friendly, peace-loving, humble, independent  .  and can not complete the task well, now has a noble behavior and can complete the task well

Abstract

The importance of reading, writing and arithmetic for early childhood has become a major concern for educators and parents. The calistung abilities (reading, writing and arithmetic) that children have from an early age will make it easier for them to take further education. The purpose of this study was to describe the ability to read, write, and arithmetic in early childhood. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that describes the ability to read, write and arithmetic in Keleton Senye Kindergarten, Central Aceh Regency. This research was conducted on 4 early childhood students, consisting of two boys and two girls. Data collection techniques in this study used a task sheet and semi-structured interviews. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman technique; data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that of the 4 children studied, AF subjects have not met the indicators of reading and arithmetic skills, NF subjects have not met the indicators of reading and arithmetic skills, NR subjects have not met the indicators of reading and writing skills and AM subjects have not met the indicators of reading skills. In principle, learning in early childhood is learning carried out by children through games that are given in stages that are fun and interesting for children.

Abstract

Balanced nutrition is the daily dietary composition that contains nutrients in the type and amount that suits the needs of the body. Giving balanced nutrition intake plays an important role in child growth and maturation development of brain nervous system that became the center of cognitive abilities of children.lack of some nutrients can have a negative impact on the process of growth and brain development of children. Early childhood requires more nutritional intake than adults, as children are still in the growth and development stage. Early childhood is a golden age for the development of one of them cognitive development. The type of research used is ex post facto research using a quantitative approach. While the purpose of the study was to determine the intake of balanced nutrition provided by parents to children, to know the cognitive development of children, and to determine the effect of balanced nutrition intake on early childhood cognitive development. from the results of research, it is obtained data that the provision of balanced nutrition intake in TK Budi Asih IX entered in good category with the percentage value of 76,75% is at intervals of 70%-79%, early childhood cognitive development in TK Budi Asih IX enter in very good category with the percentage value of 89% is at intervals of 80%-100%, and the influence of balanced nutrition intake to early childhood cognitive development in TK Budi Asih IX is 0,736 (73,6%) which means the provision of balanced nutrition has a significant influence on early childhood cognitive development in TK Budi Asih IX Cipinang Village Rajagaluh District Majalengka Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui tari kreatif di TK Cinta Ibu. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya sikap kreatif dalam mempersiapkan generasi penerus bangsa yang mampu bersaing dengan bangsa lain di masa yang akan datang. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya tingkat daya saing masyarakat Indonesia dengan bangsa lain di era globalisasi saat ini. Solusi yang diambil untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah melalui kegiatan tari kreatif guna mengembangkan kreativitas Anak Usia Dini (AUD). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek penelitian sejumlah 5 anak kelompok B dengan objek penelitian berupa tari kreatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perkembangan kreativitas anak melalui implementasi tari kreatif. Hal ini dilihat dari peningkatan hasil persentase pada siklus I yaitu 3 anak (60%) Mulai Berkembang (MB), dan 2 anak (40%) Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH), dalam siklus II menjadi 2 anak (40%) masuk dalam kriteria Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) dan 3 anak (60%) Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB). Berdasarkan data hasil analisis, dapat dikatakan bahwa kreativitas anak berkembang sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu keaslian (originality) dan kelancaran (fluency) dalam melakukan setiap tahapan kegiatan tari kreatif pada setiap siklusnya. Kondisi pada siklus I dengan siklus II mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan, sehingga penelitian ini diberhentikan sampai siklus II.
