Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to conduct an analysis of the competitiveness of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City, 2) to formulate a strategy to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City 3) Develop a strategy model for MSME competitiveness in Tasikmalaya City. The target of the findings in this study is to develop a competitive strategy model adopted from Porter's strategy model. This research was carried out through a strategy formulation approach using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The respondents in this research were MSME actors spread across 10 (ten) sub-districts in Tasikmalaya City using purposive sampling technique. Based on the AHP analysis, it was found that the priority strategy that must be carried out by MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City is to use modern equipment, wider business coverage (domestic and foreign), establishing collaboration with government and private parties. The suggestion in this study is to carry out good cooperation between MSMEs and the government (triple helix) so that MSMEs can carry out their roles well and create good MSME competitiveness as well.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of social media platforms for promoting various tourist attractions, including natural, man-made, and cultural tourism sites. By employing a descriptive research approach with a quantitative method, the study utilizes conjoint analysis with 100 respondents to gather insights. The findings reveal distinct tourist preferences regarding social media platforms for different attractions. Specifically, Instagram emerges as the most effective platform for promoting natural tourism, while Twitter shows less success. Conversely, YouTube is preferred for promoting cultural tourism, while Twitter is less effective. Twitter is perceived as relatively successful for man-made tourism, although not as effective as YouTube. These results highlight the importance of tailoring social media strategies based on the characteristics of each tourist attraction type rather than solely relying on platform popularity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the market management system and the quality of tera/re-terra services on the satisfaction of traders at the Magetan Regency Vegetable Market. The type of research used was descriptive-quantitative with 80 market traders as respondents obtained through probability sampling techniques. The research results show that the traditional market management system has a positive and significant effect on trader satisfaction. The quality of tera/re-terra service also has a positive influence on trader satisfaction. Simultaneously, the traditional market management system and the quality of tera/reprint services influence trader satisfaction. The implication of this research is the need for market managers to manage market facilities and infrastructure well and add facilities that do not yet exist. Tera/re-terra service officers also need to provide clarity and certainty in serving traders, including regarding tera fees. Future research can explore other variables and conduct studies in other markets and different regions

Abstract

Pandemi membawa perubahan cepat di berbagai bidang kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan, sehingga memaksa semua orang untuk belajar adaptif, salah satunya melalui instrumen teknologi digital. Terdapat akselerasi yang luar biasa dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital di dunia pendidikan pada masa pandemic yang berlangsung hingga post pandemic. Salah satu inovasi media pembelajaran yang paling cepat perkembangannya adalah media pembelajaran berbasis game. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang adaktif dan interaktif berbasis educational game-based. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah Research and Development (RD). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan sebuah game edukasi yang adiktif dan interaktif, sehingga tercipta sinergi antara teknologi dan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This article discusses ‘Horenso’ communication and ‘Kaizen’ work culture in knowledge management in companies and industry. These three variables are thought to be able to encourage a culture of learning and innovation, by utilizing ‘Horenso’ communication and ‘Kaizen’ work culture, so that companies can improve performance and operational efficiency from managed knowledge management. This research method uses the Systematic Literature Review method, with data sources based on the Scopus and Google Scholar databases. The results of this research found that the integration of ‘Horenso’ communication, ‘Kaizen’ work culture, and knowledge management significantly increased effectiveness and efficiency in the Company's performance. ‘Horenso’ communication ensures the efficient flow of information, ‘Kaizen’ drives continuous improvement, and knowledge management facilitates the effective use of knowledge. The combination of the three creates a work environment that values learning and innovation, and requires strong leadership and employee engagement to succeed. This helps companies become more resilient and responsive to dynamic changes.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan mengeksplorasi hubungan antara Agilitas Organisasi, Dukungan Organisasi, dan Keberlanjutan Sosial dalam Credit Union Lestari, melibatkan 160 responden. Menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS), hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Agilitas Organisasi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberlanjutan Sosial, menyoroti pentingnya adaptasi cepat Credit Union terhadap perubahan sosial dan ekonomi. Selanjutnya, Agilitas Organisasi berkontribusi positif terhadap Dukungan Organisasi, menciptakan lingkungan internal yang responsif. Dukungan Organisasi, pada gilirannya, memengaruhi positif dan signifikan Keberlanjutan Sosial, menunjukkan peran kunci dalam meningkatkan praktik keberlanjutan. Penelitian menemukan bahwa Dukungan Organisasi berperan sebagai mediator sebagian dalam hubungan antara Agilitas Organisasi dan Keberlanjutan Sosial, menandakan bahwa program dukungan finansial atau pelatihan berkelanjutan dapat menjadi katalisator untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keberlanjutan dalam praktik sehari-hari. Implikasi manajerial termasuk pengembangan agilitas organisasi, peningkatan dukungan organisasi, dan promosi keberlanjutan sosial, membentuk Credit Union yang adaptif, responsif, dan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian memberikan pandangan praktis dan teoretis tentang strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh Credit Union untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan dampak positifnya pada anggota, karyawan, dan komunitas.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention. This type of research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The dependent variables in this study are repurchase intention (Y), and brand trust (X) as independent variables. Populations in this study are Nivea reviewers on Shopee Niveas.Official.Store has a total of 1,700 and a sample of 425 respondents who are Nivea consumers using simple random sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of Computer Software SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The findings of this study found that the image of brand trust versus repurchase intention is in a fairly good category. Brand trust has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. The findings show that the implementation of brand trust by Nivea will be able to encourage repurchase intention among NIVEA customers in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to design an effective communication model related to the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) through a social constructivism approach at PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk., Cikarang Factory. A descriptive survey was used in this research by distributing closed questionnaires, with purposive sampling. The results of data collection were processed using SPSS 27 software. The research results indicated that the company's OHSMS socialization through the Safety Manager was still not optimal. For this reason, in order to improve the quality of communication and employee understanding regarding the implementation of OHSMS in companies, researchers designed an effective communication model using a social constructivism approach, which includes five stages, namely: 1) communication evaluation stage; 2) exploration stage; 3) concept and skills development stage; 4) stage of applying concepts and skills; and 5) reflection stage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of leading MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City regarding Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), analyze and determine the extent of the role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in increasing Sustainable Business Performance or increasing the competitive advantage of Leading MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City. The research sample consisted of 39 leading MSMEs spread across 5 (five) sub-districts in Tasikmalaya City. The data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that only a few MSMEs already knew about the concept of GHRM but had not been able to apply it optimally to their businesses. The results of this study also produced a GHRM concept/model that can be applied to leading MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City which includesbackground, stimulus, implementation and expected output from the implementation of Green Human Resource Management. The background explains why Green Human Resource Management needs to be implemented, Stimulus is something that encourages subjects both organizationally and individually to implement/do something. Some determinants that are thought to encourage a company or individual employee to behave in an environmentally friendly manner are, environmental ethics awareness, organizational culture and organizational/leadership commitment. The concept is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs and produce a better company work environment
