Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work ethics, digital leadership, and organizational culture on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Secretariat of Magetan Regency. In the era of digitalization, transformation in organizational leadership and management practices is very important to improve employee performance and the quality of public services. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data from various literature sources. The number of samples taken was 91 respondents, calculated using the Slovin formula, with an examination method using the multiple direct relapse method with the help of SPSS 22. Based on the research results, it shows that the organizational culture variable has the most dominant influence on ASN performance, with a lower significance value than other variables. The digital leadership variable also shows a significant influence on ASN performance, while work ethics does not have a significant influence. And work ethics, digital leadership, and organizational culture simultaneously influence ASN performance, this has been proven to be true. This research emphasizes the importance of implementing a strong organizational culture and effective digital leadership in an effort to improve ASN performance and provide better public services in Magetan Regency. From this research, the author provides suggestions for the Regional Secretariat of Magetan Regency to pay attention to other factors apart from work ethics, digital leadership and organizational culture so that ASN performance improves. As well as strengthening organizational culture, increasing digital leadership, developing work ethics and optimizing ASN performance.

Abstract

The study aims to obtain an overview of the magnitude of the direct and indirect influence and influence of entrepreneurial competence on business success. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The variable that is endogenous is business success (Y), then discovery and pursuit of opportunities (X1), risk taking skills (X2) and managerial skills (X3) are exogenous variables. The population used in this research is Banana Chips MSMEs in Bandar Lampung. This sampling method uses purposive sampling, where the researcher determines the sampling by determining special characteristics that are in accordance with the research objectives so that it is hoped that they can answer the research problems. The verification data analysis technique used is path analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 for Windows program. The findings of this research indicate that the description of entrepreneurial competence on business success is in the quite good category. Entrepreneurial competence has a simultaneous positive and significant influence on business success

Abstract

AbstractStudy this study and analyze in a way comprehensive role culture organization military and management knowledge in organization military nor police. Study this use method systematic literature review (SLR), study this serve understanding deep about how culture organization in environment military and police influence and interact with practice management knowledge. Research result show that culture organization military and police, characterized by discipline high, loyalty strong, working the same team, leadership firm, and loyal against the country, plays role crucial in effectiveness and efficiency management knowledge. This is reflected in behavior work innovative, making decisions, improvement productivity, as well subtraction error in operation military and enforcement law. However, challenges like lack of openness in share knowledge and potential restrictions creativity and innovation because strict discipline and authority are also identified. Study this offer recommendation to develop management strategies more knowledge comprehensive and effective, in line with culture organization military and police. Study this give contribution important in understand how culture organization military and police can optimized to increase management knowledge, support innovation, and facing challenge complex operations.

Abstract

In response to the digital technology-driven shift in younger generations and the evolving values of citizen-consumers, brands are now expected to align with individual identities, fostering deeper connections with customers. This has given rise to brand activism as a pivotal marketing trend for differentiation in a competitive landscape. This article investigates the state of brand activism in marketing strategy literature while identifying research gaps. Conducting a systematic review of 1010 articles following PRISMA guidelines, this research explores the effects of brand activism on consumer behavior and attitudes, consumer-brand relationships, and financial performance. Additionally, this research examines the benefits and risks of employing brand activism as a marketing strategy.

Abstract

As a country with the largest Muslim population globally, Indonesia is one of the world's most important halal tourism markets. Domestic tourism actors must realize this because developing sustainable halal tourism can significantly increase all actors engaged in it. Therefore, this study aims to describe product development strategies and the implementation of halal tourism activities in Indonesia so that Indonesia can become the world's leading halal tourism destination. This study uses a descriptive method to depict the object under study. The study results indicate that Indonesia is a potential and significant tourism market, so a product development strategy and activities for halal tourist attractions are needed so Muslim tourists can better know Indonesia. The strategy has emphasized the development of halal tourism marketing and promotion strategies. Marketing strategy can be done by determining the identity of tourist attractions, identifying the target market, in this case, Muslim tourists, setting prices, and making the differentiation. Meanwhile, the promotion strategy for halal tourism can be done through direct and indirect marketing.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of authentic leadership on the performance and examine the mediating role of employee engagement on employee performance of employees of the Lawu Tirta Regional Public Water Company, Magetan Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares structural equation modeling (PLS- SEM) to predict and confirm the given hypothesis. This research uses a Google form to collect data on employees of the Lawu Tirta Regional Public Water Company, Magetan Regency. Respondents in this study were 114 respondents. The research results show that authentic leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee engagement. Furthermore, authentic leadership has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Employee engagement has a significant influence on employee performance. And authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect indirectly through employee involvement on employee performance at the Lawu Tirta Regional Drinking Water Company, Magetan Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif yaitu dengan menggambarkan variabel-variabel yang diteliti kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Objek penelitian yang menjadi variabel terikat adalah perilaku pengelolaan keuangan dan literasi keuangan (X) sebagai variabel bebas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z di Kota Bandung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 106 responden. Teknik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan alat bantu program IBM SPSS AMOS versi 26.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap meningkatkan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat literasi keuangan yang dimiliki oleh Generasi Z di Kota Bandung maka akan semakin meningkat perilaku pengelolaan keuangan Generasi Z di Kota Bandung

Abstract

Employee stock options are discussed not only by researchers in the field of finance, but also from human resources, to psychology. This study aims to fill the research gap related to ESO by conducting bibliometric analysis on articles from the Google Scholar database. A total of 151 articles were selected from the 175 articles found with a range of publication years 2002-2021. The selected articles are classified based on the relevance of the title and abstract. In addition, it is also classified by publisher. Keywords found and related to ESO are grouped based on relevance and frequency of occurrence in order to obtain three groups of keyword elements.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 110 karyawan Divisi Telkom Regional II Jakarta Selatan yang menyediakan layanan bisnis berupa property management, property facilities, property lease, dan property development. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisa regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari data mengungkapkan adanya pengaruh stress kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana dengan adanya penurunan stress kerja dan adanya peningkatan pemberian kompensasi maka akan memberikan dampak pada peningkatan kinerja. Oleh karena itu direkomendasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perusahaan harus mampu mengelola stress karyawan melalui konseling maupun penyesuaian beban kerja serta memberikan kompensasi yang layak. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja, Pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

Understanding the influence of organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is essential for optimizing employee engagement and performance, particularly in the healthcare sector. This literature review investigates the relationship between organizational culture, OCB, and employee engagement, with a focus on medical personnel and nurses in hospital settings. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, this study underscores the pivotal role of organizational culture in shaping OCB and highlights the mediating effect of employee engagement. Findings reveal that organizational culture significantly impacts OCB, with employee engagement serving as a crucial intermediary mechanism. The synthesis of previous research suggests that fostering a positive organizational culture is imperative for promoting OCB and enhancing employee engagement, ultimately benefiting both healthcare professionals and organizational outcomes. This review underscores the importance of strategic interventions aimed at leveraging organizational culture to optimize employee behaviors and organizational effectiveness in healthcare settings.
