Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has driven the growth of e-commerce businesses in Indonesia. This growth needs to be accompanied by improvements in customer service, one of which is offering a Cash on Delivery (COD) service. On e-commerce platforms, among the many products that can be transacted using COD are facial cleansing products. This study aims to determine the influence of security, privacy, and trust variables on the interest in using the COD payment method for facial cleansing products in Jakarta. The study employs a quantitative-associative method by distributing questionnaires to 124 respondents who have never used COD. The research uses the SEM-PLS method, conducting outer model tests such as validity and reliability and inner model tests. This study's results show a significant partial influence of security, privacy, and trust variables on customer interest in using the cash-on-delivery payment method. This research is expected to benefit business practitioners by focusing on the importance of shaping perceptions of security, privacy, and trust to encourage customers to use the COD payment method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of consumers' perceived culture and e-service quality on Netflix subscribers in Indonesia as a sustainable digital business. This research is quantitative descriptive research involving the object is Netflix. The population of this study is active Netflix users who have made at least 2 purchases/subscriptions. It is known that the number of Netflix subscribers in West Java is 850,000 users. However, it is not defined by the population framework. Thus, the purposive sampling method - non-probability as many as 100 people. The constant value (a) is 12,509, while the value of e-service quality (b / regression coefficient) is 0.321. So the constant 12,509 implies that the consistent value of the e-service quality variable is equal to 12,509. Meanwhile, the servicescape regression coefficient of 0.321 means that for every 1% addition to the value of customer-perceived culture, the value of e-service quality will increase by 0.321. The regression coefficient is considered positive, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of customer-perceived culture on e-service quality is also positive. So it can be concluded that the significance value is 0.000 0.05. Thus, customer-perceived culture affects e-service quality. From table 4.6, it can also be seen that the T-value is 3.227 T-table is 2.618. So, the variables affecting customer-perceived culture affect e-service quality. Abstract

The advancing development of the internet creates new possibilities for new kinds of entertainment. The new entertainment is live-streaming unique content. However, there is still a lack of research on every variable in this phenomenon. There is a need for more research about certain variables in this context for a future new marketing method in a real-time platform. This paper explored the relationship between expertise, parasocial, attachment, and subscribe intention. The primary purpose of this research is to explore the variable relationship to achieve a specific framework for future research—the analysis uses partial least square (PLS-SEM) Analysis. The result is that expertise is the only significant relationship between all variables in subscribe intention. The limitation of this research is that it still uses an adaptation of measurement items with various topics such as social media, celebrities, and promotion. Future research about live-streaming needs to develop their measurement item to get more specific relationship models.
