Abstract

Human resources owned by the company must have the ability to run a business, given the factors of service provided by these employees greatly determine the of the company in the future. The ability that have been possessed must continue to be honed continuously through work experience, training, competence, discipline, work motivation was to determine the relationship of motivation, commitment and work discipline to employee performance at the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital. This research is descriptive-quantitative with a sample population of 99 employees and correlations Rank Spearmaking and Hypothesis Test. That (1) motivation for the performance of employees of the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital. This is shown by obtaining tcount (5,107) greater than t table (1,661). (2) commitment to the performance of employees of the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital. This is indicated by the obtained tcount (6,805) greater than t table (1,661). (3) to work discipline with the performance of employees of the General University of Indonesia Christian Hospital. This is indicated by the obtained tcount (6.929) greater than t table (1.661). Based on study, it can be concluded that if motivation, commitment and work discipline are carried out properly, it performance of the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital, but it needs to be addressed and improved such as giving more motivation so that employees are more active in working so that the level of in accordance with the goals and company expectations. Abstract

In the research analysis of satisfaction of students in the christian university of indonesia toward academic information system (ais) service, using a research model that is "Importance and Performance Analysis", using 'Likert' to measure the research variables. The results showed that Indonesian Christian University students were satisfied with the Academic Information System (AIS) service. The attributes that give satisfaction are as follows: AIS information is always updated, AIS provides a menu of academic consultations between students and lecturers of Academic Advisor (PA), AIS provides financial information to find out the number of college bills, AIS displays information about student academic activities and AIS makes it easy for students to the process of making a study plan. Suggestions for Academic Information Systems (AIS) Indonesian Christian University is that AIS looks more communicative, provides more academic information, and displays more accurate data in accordance with the wishes of students. Abstract

Intense competition would demand the company to provide quality products to the consumer. But the attention the company is not limited to the quality of the resulting product, but also on aspects of the process, the human resources (HR) and the environment. Giant hypermarket is a retail company in Indonesia which is facing competition in retail business which rapidly, one way that's done to Giant hypermarket compete by implementing Total Quality Management (TQM), through the continuous improvement of product, labor, and the environment. TQM is a system achieve the objectives of the Organization, one of them an increase in employee productivity. Abstract

The role of information technology is very important because the existence of information technology can facilitate operations in their business fields. One of the information that is needed by the company is financial report to find out how the company is developing. The financial statements are information used by management for the decision making of the Bekasi Amanah Telaga Harapan Cooperative having its address at Danau Duta Utara Blok D1, Harapan Baru Sub-District, North Bekasi District. Currently the Amanah Telaga Harapan Bekasi Cooperative in making financial reports for the period every month is still manua.. The computerized system is able to produce more precise and accurate information to help smooth daily work. By using the zahir accountuing application version 5.1, companies can easily and quickly obtain Financial Statements and Financial Statement Analysis that are beneficial to the company and its business management and face competition. By analyzing the financial statements the company can identify some of the company's financial strengths and weaknesses. Financial Statement Analysis is also useful as a tool for predicting / estimating assets, debt, capital, cash flow, profit sharing in the future, and predicting the bankruptcy of a company in the future. The use of this application program can be beneficial for the company, so the company can evaluate the financial position and financial performance of the company so that it can improve services to members of the cooperative, related parties, determine corrective measures so you can win the competition and make the best profit. Abstract

This study aims to help investors in determining stock investment decisions by applying the CAPM method in determining stocks classified undervalued or overvalued based on the level of risk and the rate of return. This research uses quantitative descriptive approach method. The result of this research shows that from the stock of 15 companies of plantation sub sector which become the sample of research, there are seven stocks of companies classified as undervalued ie ANJT, BWPT, DSNG, LSIP, SGRO, SIMP, TBLA shares with investment decision ie buying shares and eight companies classified overvalued ie AALI, GZCO, JAVA, MAGP, PALM, SMAR, SSMS, UNSP, with the investment decision that is selling shares. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determain the relationship between incentives and workplace stress on job satisfaction of GO-RIDE drivers partners in Cawang, East Jakarta. Everyone has extraordinary potential and has not been fully utilized. Labor is one of the important factors that must be considered by the company, both in term of providing incentives, workplace stress, and job statisfaction. The incentive is one of the strategies implemented by the company to stimulate the workforce to work optimally. And to improve the progress of the company must also pay attention to workplace stress experienced by employess so the employess can work well. Therefore giving incentives and attention to work stress is needed to be able to produce job satisfaction to driver-partners. The type of data in this study is quantitative data, the number of samples is 100 GO-RIDE driver-partners. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to GO-RIDE driver-partners and calculated with the Likert Scale. This study using SPSS 24 to process the data. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between providing incentives with job satisfaction shown in the Spearman Rank correlation coefficient of 0,676. And there is a relationship between workplace stress and job satisfaction shown by the Spearman Rank correlation coefficient of -0,627. Keywords : incentives,workplace stress, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) whether there was a relationship between training factors and the performance of employees of PT. Bank Victoria International Tbk (2) is there a relationship between motivational factors and the performance of employees of PT. Bank Victoria. The next results in this study are (1) there is a relationship between training factors and the performance of employees of PT. Bank Victoria. This is indicated by the significance value smaller than 0.05 is (0,000) <(0.005). With Spearman rank correlation coefficient of 0.481. (2) there is a relationship between motivational factors and the performance of employees of PT. Bank Victoria. This is indicated by the significance value smaller than 0.05 is (0,000) < (0.005). Abstract

The study was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Christian University of Indonesia to know customers satisfaction and expectations as well as the implementation or performance of the company. In providing good services to customers, GO-JEK companies must pay attention to the variables that become this research, namely five dimensions of service quality, among others tangiable, responsiveness, assurance, realibility, and emphaty. GO-JEK management needs to pay attention to comfort and security in every transaction on the GO-PAY application. Abstract

The products displayed in advertisements are products that have been designed by advertising companies both in terms of the attractiveness of the role of the model and the presentation of advertisements that commonly use the role of humor in advertising. The role of humor consists of words presented in advertisements, behaviors and communication styles. With the role of humor and the attractiveness of advertising models can attract consumer buying interest. However, to find out and prove it real, further research must be done. This research method uses research descriptive quantitative method by collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Role of Humor in Advertising affects the Purchase Interest, while Attractiveness influences buying interest. Abstract

This paper aims to look at various strategic issues which are problems that exist in the Indonesia-Timor Leste border region in East Nusa Tenggara Province, both in the determination and affirmation of border areas, as well as economic, natural resource and environmental issues, conditions infrastructure, and population, social and cultural conditions. This paper uses qualitative methods, through documentation and literature tracing, with the primary source of National Border Management Regulation No. 1/2011 on the Design of State Border Management No. 1/2015 on the 2015-2019 State Border Management Master Plan. Strategic issues in managing border areas are mainly in the aspects of setting and affirming national boundaries and perspectives of enhancing defense and security and law enforcement. While the strategic issues concerning the land border area of Indonesia-Timor Leste in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara mainly regard economic conditions, natural resources and the environment, infrastructure conditions, and population, social and cultural conditions.
