Abstract

Policy of national energy that is with releasing of Perpres No. 5 The year 2006 and has been strengthened it with Permen ESDM number 12 the year 2015 where usage of biodesel in the year 2025 can reach 30 % from the requirement either from transportation sector, household and also industry causing claims to be able to soon is realized. Fuel consumption biodiesel has been applied intransportation while fuel consumption in industry especially boiler till now has not been publication. Where boiler is a real industrial equipment determines in process of industry, especially at chemistry, fertilizer & petrochemical, oil & gas, and other manufacture. Research applies mixture fuel biodiesel from jatropha curcas and solar as a fuel of boiler. And after that analysed exhaust emission of gas (CO, CO2, HC, NOx and smoke) with fuel mixture ratio between diesel fuels and biodiesel of jatrpoha curcas (B5, B10, B15, B20). Research to fuel mixture between diesel fuels and jatropha curcas biodiesel in the steady state gives result that exhaust gas of emission smoke of decreasing, flue gas temperature increases, CO2 yeilded decreases, CO is not seen, low HC, NOx increases at the height of mixture ratio jatropha curcas biodiesel in diesel fuel

Abstract

This research entitled "The Influence of Learning Quantum Teaching Model With Tandur Steps on The Skills Student Learning Cells Material for XI grades In Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang" This research was motivated by a teacher-centered learning model. This consequent of this model, was the learning takes place in one direction and the students have less opportunity to see the real phenomenon or media related material. The fact indicates that the methods used by teachers in teaching is dominated by the use of conventional methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quantum teaching model with measures against graft in Process Skills on Sel Material. The sample was a class XI 2 with 30 students and class XI 3 with 30 students. Methods of data collection using performance assessment. The analysis of the data used is a statistical test by using a statistical formula t test. The df = 58, a significant level of 0.05 for t-table value of 1.672 while the value t count of 5,433. The analysis mean is an effect of the quantum teaching model on the students learn skill for cell material in grades XI Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Learning Cycle 5E learning model on the mastery ofthe concept of human circulatory system. This research was conducted at State Junior HighSchool 19 Palembang on January 04 until February 19, 2017. The research method used in thisresearch is a quasi experiment with Noquivalent Control Group Design research design.Population in this study all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 19 Palembang consisting of 8classes, amounting to 298 students. Sampling was used by using purvosive sampling technique.The sample of this study class VIII.7 as the experiment amounted to 38 and class VIII.8 as acontrol class amounted to 35 students. In the learning process, experimental class is taught byusing Learning Cycle 5E model and control class is taught with Direct Intruction model. Dataretrieval uses conception master test with open multiple choice form which has been tested forits validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that the average N-gain of theexperimental class is 0.69 which belongs to the medium category and the average N-gain forthe control class is 0.30 which belongs to the low category. Data analysis using t-test withsignificant level 0,05 obtained tcount = 6,568 while ttabel = 1,669 seen that tcount. Therefore(Ha) accepted and (H0) rejected thus can be concluded that there is a significant influence onLearning Cycle 5E learning model on the mastery of the concept of circulation system ofhuman class VIII SMP Negeri 19 Palembang

Abstract

Cooperative learning model make a match is a learning model that motivates all students to be active and provide an opportunity for students to think, free expression of thought according tothe results they get. The learning result is the ability gained after the child through learningactivities. Children who succeed in learning is successfully achieving the goals of learning orinstructional objectives. This study was conducted on August 22, 2016. The objective of thisresearch is to know the influence of model make a match of the student learning outcomes ofSMP Negeri 10 Palembang. This research method used of true experimental design with aquantitative approach research with posttest only control design. The data on the calculationdifference average posttest both groups earned value t-test as much as 3,09 while t-table valuewith significant level 5 % with degrees of freedom (dk) 58 is equal to 2.00, it can be said thatt-test > t-table means that the alternative hypothesis accepted and the null hypothesis rejected.This shows that there were a significant the implementation of make a match of the studentlearning outcomes of SMP Negeri 10 Palembang.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in the intellectual life of the nation from time to time so, thereis a needs to do an effort to improve the quality of education. Improving the quality of educationcan be seen from the success of formal education in the form of student learning outcomes toimprove the quality of education and the development of teaching systems. Currently manykinds of learning models aims to improve the quality of learning to be better one of them is acooperative model. In using the learning model sometimes teachers have to adjust to thecondition and atmosphere of the classroom. As an alternative that can be applied is a modelcooperative type student facilitator and explaining. This research aims to know the influence ofcooperative model of student facilitator and explaining type to the science process skill of VIIstudents of MTs Negeri 2 Palembang Which was held in August 2016.. This research designuses posttest-Only control design with quasi-experiment method. The study population is 192students with the sample of research which amounted to 64 students. The average result of thisresearch is 83,43 and the control class is 79,37. Normality test results of 0.142 <0.05 andhomogeneous test results of 0.268 <0.05 which means the data is normal and homogeneous. The result of t-test calculation is 4.686 > 1.66980 or P-value (sig) is 0.000, because P-value <á, Ha is accepted and H is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that cooperative model ofstudent facilitator and explaining type have an effect on science process skill of VII students of MTs Negeri 2 Palembang

Abstract

TPS (think pair share) commonly called the methods of teaching and learning to think, pair,and share. This model gives students the opportunity to learn and work independently of eachother. Models TPS (think pair share) has three steps, namely think, pair, and share. Each ofthe steps have a strategy that will allow the students to learn. The aim of the study was todetermine the effect of Think Pair Share toward student’ s learning interest result on thebiological at grade VII of MTs Negeri 1 Palembang for academic years on 2016/2017. Themethod was true experimental design with Posttest-Only Control Design type. The populationin this research were all students of seventh grade of MTs Negeri 1 Palembang on 2016/2017academic year. The sample was taken by using Cluster Random sampling. The sample wasstudents as experiment class at grade VIIC and students as a control class at grade VIIB. Theinstrument of the study was the questionairre. The data analysis used t-test, and obtained ttest= 2,922 of significant 0,05 that ttable = 1,667, so it can be concluded that by t-test> t-tablemeans that alternative hypothesis was accepted. Based on the results of this study concludedthat the learning model TPS (think pair share) increase interest in studying biology on thetopic of the interaction of living things and the environment in the seventh grade students ofMTs Negeri 1 Palembang in Academic Year 2016/2017

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the application of learning model ofScience Technology Society (STS)  to the ability of understanding the concept of Biologystudents on the subject of VII grade ecosystem MTs Paradigma Palembang. The desain ofstudy used the design of the Nonequivalent Control Group Design with Quasi Experimentalmethod (quasi experiment). These sample included 35 students. Based on the results of theanalysis of students' concept of understanding shows that the implementation of learningusing the model of learning Science Technology Society (STS)  is better than theconventional learning model. It can can be seen from the calculation of the t-test showed ofstudents' concept of understanding sig t-value 0.000 < 0,05, then Ha accepted and H0 rejected.The result of analysis of the improvement of the average completeness of the conceptualunderstanding of the experimental class is 48.2% while the students 'understanding of thecontrol class is 29.2%, which means that the students' understanding of the concept of theexperimental class is higher than the understanding of the concept of the control class. This, itcan be concluded that the learning model of Science Technology Society (STS) around effecton understanding the concept of students of class VII MTs Paradigma Palembang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of application of learning models Aptitude -Treatment Interaction (ATI) on learning outcomes of students of class IX Mts Patra MandiriPalembang At IPA Subject Biology In this penelitiaan see if there are any learning effectAptitude - Treatment Interaction (ATI) sample in this study was a class IX student withstudent number 30.The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data in the form ofstudent learning outcomes posttest score minus pretest score.The method used in this study isan experimental method , while the data collection techniques used are techniques andtests.The tests used to measure student learning outcomes,when the learning takes place.Theresults showed that students with different abilities, learning outcomes group 1 (high) , group2 (moderate), and group 3 (low) , obtaining learning outcomes did not differ (relativelysimilar). Activity level of students in the active category and responses given students topositive learning process it can be seen from the results of research that was successful tcount >ttable . Therefore it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model ATI can make studentlearning outcomes that have different abilities to be relatively the same which exceedMinimum completeness criteria and high category

Abstract

Protein compounds containing amino acids, composed of atoms C, H, O and N. Eggs are thesource of animal protein that has the highest quality or biological value. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the value of protein in eggs and application in biology subjects. Thisresearch was conducted in June 2016 at IPA Laboratory UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Proteinanalysis using Kjedahl method. The result of protein analysis obtained was lowest with theaddition of garlic P3 (200 g) the average value of 9.25%, the addition of garlic P2 (150 g) andP1 (100 g) with the mean of 9.42% and 9.48% had the same result systematically. Contributionin biology subjects is given in the method of egg protein test work with the addition of garlic ina systematic manner. In this case it can be concluded Fcount> Ftabel, so the addition of garlicis able to maintain the quality of protein in eggs awake and its contribution in the biology lessonof food in the form LKS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' understanding of the concept of environmental pollution material in the school of SMAN 4 Palembang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were all students of class XI MIPA SMAN 4 as many as 161 students. Sampling uses total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using test questions understanding concepts. The results of the study based on the analysis carried out using the percentage level of understanding of students 'concepts showed that students' understanding of concepts in environmental pollution material at Palembang State High School 4 was at high criteria with an average value of 65%. Conclusion the students' conceptual comprehension ability in environmental pollution material at Palembang State High School 4 with the highest value is found in the classifying indicator of 86% with very high criteria, and the lowest indicator is in the concluding indicator which is equal to 48% with the criteria being.
